ICAO(International Civil Aviation Organization) Doc 9803의 국제규정에 의거하여 SMS(Safety Management System-안전관리시스템)의 대표적인 비행안전 모니터링 프로그램으로 인정된 신개념의 운항감사제도인 LOSA(Line Operations Safety Audit-항공운항 안전감사)를 항공사에서 실시하여 정상 운항시의 운항승무원을 관찰하여 실제의 안전취약 및 위협요소, Error를 포착하여 텍사스대학 인적요인 연구소에서 작성한 최종보고서의 분석을 통해 제도와 방안을 개선한다. 본 논문에서는 LOSA실행을 통한 승무원들의 위협 및 error의 유형과 발생율, 관리율 및 관리여부를 분석하여 설명하고 항공사내 개선인 SCP(Safety Change Process)를 소개하는데 있다.

The purpose of this study was to find out the efficiency of control plan for the productivity at the deluxe hotel. To analyze the data, 5-point measure, self entry, SPSS, frequency analysis, difference analysis, many fold regression analysis. The results of this study could be explained as follow: change of occupation rate, reflect to employees, lack of stability a state of mind condition, reflected mental factor and stability of organization, and compared to the job satisfaction and inclination of a change of occupation.

Recently. interests in IT Service Management (ITSM) are increasing internationally as well as domestically. In order to realize the benefits from ITSM, it is necessary to institutionalize it as a culture of the organization through effective change management. One of the most promising approach of effective change management is a Six Sigma technique. In this study, we analyze a success case in which 6 Sigma was applied to Service Desk function which is one of the most important functions of ITSM. Through the analyses, this study aims to propose a feasible and specific approach to institutionalize ITSM. To accomplish the objective. the study analyzed specific methods of application of 6 Sigma to ITSM. performance of the project and future directions based on interview and project document/deliverable review. This study could not provide detailed performance measures due to lack of previous research on this topic and difficulty of obtaining quantitative data. However. this study has contributed to proposing a direction to institutionalize ITSM in organizations by analyzing a feasibility of 6 Sigma in implementing ITSM.

The main mechanism of evolution is that biological entities change, are selected, and reproduce. We propose a different concept in terms of the main agent or atom of evolution: in the biological world, not an individual object, but its interactive network is the fundamental unit of evolution. The interaction network is composed of interaction pairs of information objects that have order information. This indicates a paradigm shift from 3D biological objects to an abstract network of information entities as the primary agent of evolution. It forces us to change our views about how organisms evolve and therefore the methods we use to analyze evolution.

Objectives: This study was performed to suggest the roles and professional competencies of health education specialists to improve the efficacy of health promotion activities in public health organizations. Results and Conclusion: Based on the advanced cases of utilizing health education specialists in international and domestic public health organizations, five key roles of health education specialists were proposed. They included developing and applying behavior change strategies necessary to begin and maintain health behavior practices, analysing the needs of the priority population in a systematic way, organizing multiple health behavior change programs and multilevel intervention programs, and doing research on health determinants and scientific evidence of health promotion programs, In order to improve the quality of health promotion services in public health organizations, professional competencies of health education specialist should be developed and strengthened.

Recently, the internal space organization of the building changes to the frame construction and flat slab construction in the wall type structure. And the use of light weight panel changing the internal joint use easily is increased. Therefore, in this research, the length change characteristic that the magnesium chloride addition rate reaches to the magnesium curing body tries to be studied. It could confirm according to the length change specific result that the magnesium chloride amount of addition reaches to the magnesium oxide curing body to expand. And the thing described below was the large-scale expansion the magnesium oxide addition rate 60%. And it showed up as 50, 40, 30, 20, and order of 10s (%). It could look at to form the hydrate of the SEM picture result needle-shaped of the Hardened.

With the multitude of variables that may play a role in a company's Lean journey, it is becoming more understood that leadership plays a significant role in implementing lean principles on construction projects. The goal of this research is to investigate the relationship between leadership and Lean Construction implementation. The research uses a quantitative research in which a survey was conducted, followed by a statistical analysis to test the hypothesis. Through the statistical analysis of survey data, the research finds that there is positive relation between the level of transformational leadership and the effectiveness of lean implementation. When an organization is implementing organizational change like Lean, traits of leaders must not be underestimated. The study findings may contribute to the knowledge of lean construction leadership by bridging the gap between leadership and the effectiveness of lean implementation.

The recent change of social environment has influence on the configuration of space for the social welfare center. And so the relation of space and function required the change of spatial configuration. The social welfare center fills the role of family welfare, domiciliary care, community organization etc. In such sence, this study explore the conditions of spatial configuration for the domiciliary and community care unit of social welfare centers in small city. For this study, it was investigated the space role and funtion, the service program, the usage characteristics, the room satisfaction of social workers. In sum, the useful data were collected, analyzed, and colligated by case study. It could be used in the design criteria of domiciliary care unit for the social welfare center in small city.

The purpose of this study is to understand the architectural changes that occurred in the main space of Deoksugung Palace based on the Deoksugung Wonan. In the 1910s, constructions in the Deokhongjeon area and Hamnyeongjeon area caused a change in the main space of Deoksugung Palace, which is similar to the change in the central space of Changdeokgung Palace. In both palaces, the space composition, architectural structure, construction equipment, and architectural design of the palace were changed due to the changed architectural organization and construction system.
