We have started the field test of the VOD service since April 1996, in Huis Ten Bosch which is one of the famous theme parks in Japan. In three years, total about 100 thousands people have used this VOD system and evaluated it. This test verifies that the VOD system which provides moving picture by MPEG2 via broad bandwidth ATM network has already reached the level of actual use. And also we get the know-how to construct contents, or how to manage network resources and server resources, and we have proposed them.

For a good record maintenance according to organization and functions in Korea, it is required to make better use of 'Records Disposition Schedule', which is originally developed as a computerized system that can control the whole records maintenance procedure and manage every record according to organization and functions. 'Records Disposition Schedule' is only a system that allows us to maintain every record according to organization and functions and manage every information about such organization and functions. Accordingly, a well-functioning Records Disposition Schedule requires the exact modification and operation of such schedule depending upon organizational or functional changes. If the Records Disposition Schedule is not reasonably modified and operated depending upon organizational or functional changes, we won't be able to maintain any records in linkage with organization and functions and control the whole works throughout record maintenance.

CMMI(Capability Maturity Model Integration) has been recognized as a critical method to validate the competitiveness of software development organization since its introduction. CMMI imposes additional requirements on the software development organization which has been established and certified to the ISO 9001 quality management system. This paper reviews the similarities and differences between CMMI and ISO 9001. This paper also examines what ate required to deploy the CMMI on the aircraft software development organization which has been certified to ISO 9001. The results of this study will help software development organization to provide the direction for implementing CMMI. Some suggestions are presented to identify and strengthen the weak portion of the software process quality management system.

Characteristics of the motivation and performance of Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) adoption in university organization are explored through case studies in this study. Generally, the modules for production, sales, and logistics management in a manufacturing company are substituted with new modules for student support, lecture operations, and research management in ERP for university organization. The motivation of ERP adoption is closely related to the purpose of improvement of business process operations and information system control rather than the environmental factors such as inter-organizational competition or increase of market uncertainty, differentially from enterprises cases. In addition, the financial performance such as cost reduction, labor substitution, and increase of productivity is relatively lower evaluated than the performance on organizational aspects or information system control.

The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the success factors of ERP system in corporations and to know what is different in the factors depending on organizational culture and size. Considering there are various results from introduction of the same information technology(IT), it is implied that organizational characteristics make a difference. In this thesis we did factor analysis and multiple regression about the factors based on the previous studies and analyzed the priorities depending on organizational culture and size. The results show that mechanistic organization has key success factors of work process change, project team abilities, and determination of CEO while organic organization has those of work process change and project team abilities. Plus bigger sized organization has success factors of work process change, project team abilities, and determination of CEO while small sized organization has those of work process change and project team abilities.

This paper describes the method of establishing efficient system for the control of quality records. To establish the best control system of quality records, the organization must not only understand ISO Code requirements for quality record complectly but also identify the documents to be controlled as a quality records correctly. In addition, when establishing the system, the organization must absolutely consider the fact that quality records shall be maintained to demonstrate conformance to specified requirements and the effective operation of the quality system. This will provide the guidance which need to establish the system for quality control to the organization which produces documents in accordance with ISO Code requirements.

The objectives of this study were to establish of resource cycling agricultural system focused on farmer's organization. Case is selected as the farming corporation for the regional agriculture considering the amount of sowing by-products and livestock by-products generated. As a result, generation of fertilizer ingredient depend on feces and urine of Korean native cattle is estimated nitrogen 7.7 ton, phosphoric acid 2.9 ton, and potassium 4.9 ton. On the other hand, generation of fertilizer ingredient demand in cultivated acreage is estimated nitrogen 42.4 ton, phosphoric acid 14.3 ton, and potassium 17.0 ton. Therefore, optimum livestock numbers is estimated 1,867 cattle and it means 1,468 cattle can be raise additionally. In order to complete the resource cycling agricultural system, it should be establish nutrient management system at all of organization level and achieve improvements in regional resource supply. Both economic value of organic fertilizer and the resource cycling system linked market system is considered to develop resource cycling level.

경제 활동의 근간이 되는 에너지 공급원으로서의 원자력 발전소는 그 경제적 성과의 중요성뿐만 아니라 안전성을 확보하는 것도 매우 중요하다. <그림 1>에서 볼 수 있듯이 원전의 안전성은 하드웨어(hardware) 개선을 포함한 공학적 성능과 조직 및 인적 관리 요소에 대한 부분이 상호 작용하는 시스템 구조를 갖음에도 불구하고, 원전의 경제성과 안전성을 확보하기 위한 조직 및 인적 관리분야에 대한 연구는 기술분야에 비해 상대적으로 소홀히 취급된 경향이 있다.(중략)

본 연구는 최근 우리나라 대학도서관 팀제 조직의 특성을 살펴보고 문제점과 개선방안의 제시를 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 현재 팀제를 도입하여 실시하고 있는 대학도서관의 직원을 대상으로 팀제 도입과정, 팀원의 재량권, 팀장의 리더십, 팀의 자유로운 의사소통과 도서관장의 의지에 대해 고찰해 보았다. 연구결과, 대학도서관 직원들은 팀제에 대해 비교적 부정적인 시각을 가지고 있었으며, 대학도서관은 팀제 도입과정에 있어 직원들에게 충분한 교육과 지원을 제공하지 않았음을 알 수 있었다.

The AS9100 aerospace standard has become the aerospace quality management system standard instead of ISO9001 and MIL-Q-9858A by international aerospace manufacturing companies. The organization which adopts AS9100 standard is to be certified by an independent third party certification body as IAQG requests. The quality management system certification assessor shall utilize the AS9101 standard prepared by IAQG to assess AS9100 organization. In this paper, AS9101 quality system questionnaire is analyzed and scoring method which characterizes AS9101 is reviewed. Score attained can be utilized as an organizational quality index. Practical data gathered by certified assessors from 2002 to 2007 are analyzed and suggested to improve the organization's system operational efficiency based on the analysis results. Suggestions can be utilized by any organization to prepare assessment or to enhance the level of quality system maturity. This study is applicable to the future as well as present aerospace manufacturing activities throughout the world.
