The approach, for ensuring the quality and safety of a railway software can be considered with two points of views seeing from products, and from processes. The process point of view is to validate maturity of the organizations in accordance to the judging processes of organizations, which are specified by CMMI(Capability Maturity Model Integration) or SPICE(Software Process Improvement and Capability dEtermination : ISO/IEC15504). In this paper, we are trying to find approaches to estimate the maturity of manufacturer and assessment organization in the railway system.

The problem surrounding methods of implementing the software testing process has come under the spotlight in recent times. However, as compliance with the software testing process does not necessarily bring with it immediate economic benefits, IT companies need to pursue more aggressive efforts to improve the process, and the software industry needs to makes every effort to improve the software testing process by evaluating the Test Maturity Model integration (TMMi). Furthermore, as the software test process is only at the initial level, high-quality software cannot be guaranteed. This paper applies TMMi model to Automobile control software testing process, including test policy and strategy, test planning, test monitoring and control, test design and execution, and test environment goal. The results suggest improvement of the automobile control software testing process based on Test maturity model. As a result, this study suggest IT organization's test process improve method.

국내 많은 기업들이 CMMI(Capability Maturity Model Integration) 모델을 도입해서 소프트웨어 개발 프로세스를 구축 및 내재화 후 CMU(Carnegie Mellon University)의 SEI(Software Engineering Institute)로부터 인증을 받고 있지만, CMMI Maturity Level 3 이상 인증 받은 조직에서 조차도 프로젝트 지연 및 품질 문제가 자주 발생한다. 프로젝트 지연 문제는 개발 단계 이후에 대부분 발생되고 있으며, 이는 현저히 낮은 소프트웨어 개발 생산성의 영향 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 프로젝트 개발 생산성에 영향을 미치는 중요 요인을 분석하고, 이에 따른 작업의 가치를 결정하는 방법을 제시한다.

정보의 가용성, 접근성, 안전성을 확보하기 위한 선제적인 정보보호 관리의 부재는 서비스 연속성을 훼손하여 고객에게 뿐만 아니라 조직의 성과와 경쟁력에 심각한 리스크를 가져다 줄 수 있다. 본 연구는 정보보호 성숙도가 조직성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위하여 문헌 조사를 통해 조직성과, 위험 관리 프로세스 성숙도, 위험 평가 프로세스 성숙도, 정보보호 정책지표를 포함하는 연구모형을 만들고 설문을 통한 실증 분석을 하였다. 연구결과 위험 관리 및 위험 평가의 프로세스 성숙도와 조직성과 간에는 높은 인과 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 정보보호 인력비율, 정보보호 예산비율에 따라 정보보호 성숙도가 조직성과에 미치는 영향은 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 정보보호 성숙도 수준은 조직성과에 영향을 미치나, 실효성이 검증되지 않은 정보보호 정책 및 규제는 정보보호 성숙도가 조직의 성과 향상의 촉매제로 활용하는데 한계가 있음을 시사하고 있다.

연구의 목적은 대학생의 스마트폰 의존도가 진로태도성숙에 미치는 영향과 그 경로에서 대인관계 문제의 매개효과를 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해 서울과 수도권에 소재한 4개 대학의 학생들을 대상으로 설문을 진행하여 총 221부로 실증적인 검증을 위해 구조방정식을 실행하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 대학생의 일상생활 장애와 가상세계 지향이 높으면 대인관계 문제에 정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생의 일상생활 장애와 가상세계 지향이 높으면 진로태도성숙에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대학생의 대인관계 문제는 진로태도성숙에 부적인 영향을 미치며, 스마트폰 의존도와 진로태도성숙 관계에서 모두 완전매개하고 있음을 파악하였다. 따라서 본 연구결과는 대학생의 진로태도성숙을 증진시키는 다양한 프로그램의 개발과 적용에 기초자료로 사용될 수 있음을 시사하였다.

정보관리기관은 기관의 디지털 성숙도를 효과적으로 평가하고 개선 방향을 명확히 하여 급속도로 발전하는 정보기술 환경에 대응할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 급변하는 정보환경 속에서 정보관리기관의 효과적인 평가 및 방향설정이 용이하도록 디지털 전환의 관점에서 KISTI가 개발한 디지털 큐레이션 성숙도 모델의 가중치를 도출하였다. AHP기법을 통해 모델의 대분류와 중분류에서 상대적 중요도를 가중치로서 도출하였다. 그 결과를 정리해 보면, 전체 모형의 대분류를 100점 기준으로 측정할 때 기술은 27점, 데이터는 24점, 전략은 19점, 조직(인력)은 16점, (사회적)영향력은 14점으로 계산 가능하였다. 그리고 각 대분류 내 중분류에 대해서도 세부항목 별 가중치를 각각 100점 만점을 기준으로 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 도출한 영역별 가중치를 디지털전환 성숙도 평가 모델에 적용함으로써 보다 객관적이고 합리적인 평가가 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

To adapt to a rapidly changing business environment, introduction of new management techniques and innovative activities are crucial. In the case of small and medium companies, the compensation for scarce management resources and sustainable development can be obtained from advantage of management consulting. In this study, we propose the enterprise process evaluation model for small and medium business consulting, which can deploy the process improvement activities with considering the process maturity level within an organization. The process evaluation area of proposed Small and Medium Business, Staged Maturity Model (SMB-SMM) consists of four following parts: supply management, demand management, business management, and research and development (R&D) management. For each area, we set goals and also define the practices to achieve their goals respectively. By applying the SMB-SMM model to the small and medium sized companies, the process maturity level can be defined. And then to overcome the gap between the goals and evaluation results, the customized management consulting activities can be drawn from the predefined consulting approaches from the SMB-SMM.

CMMI(Capability Maturity Model Integration) has been recognized as a critical method to validate the competitiveness of software development organization since its introduction. CMMI imposes additional requirements on the software development organization which has been established and certified to the ISO 9001 quality management system. This paper reviews the similarities and differences between CMMI and ISO 9001. This paper also examines what ate required to deploy the CMMI on the aircraft software development organization which has been certified to ISO 9001. The results of this study will help software development organization to provide the direction for implementing CMMI. Some suggestions are presented to identify and strengthen the weak portion of the software process quality management system.

With the progress of IT, the strategic use of information systems (IS) has been applied to the inter-organization business areas, that is called Inter-organization Systems (IOS). Previous IT diffusion researches or IT adoption researches have been focused to newly emerged IT but confined into individual organization. However, IOS such as internet relates with between organizations. In this sense, this research has analysed the IT diffusion factors affected by IOS based on the previous studies of IT adoption. This study employed a research model using the factors of adopting IOS in organization, and conducted an empirical research with questionaries with top domestic 80 firms. And the finding is that the factors of the CIO support, business partners and an industry community have significance but other factors such as the size of firm, the degree of IS maturity, the degree of firm centrality, the complexity or suitability of IOS does not.

대형 복합 시스템의 개발을 성공적으로 수행하기 위해 조직에서는 CMMI(Capability Maturity Model Integration)를 채택하여 시스템공학(SE;Systems Engineering) 및 프로젝트관리(PM;Project Management)의 프로세스 개선과 조직 성숙도를 향상시키기 위해 노력하고 있다. 하지만 국내의 많은 조직에서 CMMI 레벨3 인증 획득 후에 SE&PM(Systems Engineering & Project Management) 프렉티스(Practices) 그 자체의 수행에만 집중하고, 이의 조직 내 내재화에 필요한 지원환경의 구축에는 소홀한 편이다. 결과로, 그러한 조직에서 내재화를 거치지 않은 프로세스 성숙도의 경우 더 이상의 진전 및 유지는 어렵게 된다. 내재화를 달성하기 위한 선행조건으로 조직의 비즈니스에 부응하는 표준 프로세스가 정의되고, 이를 수행하는 조직원의 교육이 적절히 수행되어야 하며, 또한 프로세스 수행 시 효율적으로 활용할 수 있는 지원도구가 확보되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 P-P-T(Process-People-Tool) 관점에서 SE&PM 프로세스에 대한 조직 내 내재화를 달성하기 위한 성숙도 모델을 연구하여 제안하였다. 제안된 내재화 성숙도 모델은 CMMI 인증을 준비하고 있거나 또는 이미 인증을 받은 조직에서 SE&PM 프로세스 내재화를 위한 조직차원의 전략과 계획을 수립하는데 많은 도움이 될 것이다.
