Enterprises that don't adapt to the changes can be weeded out, because IT sector is one of the most rapid rate of changes in business. The optimized job education and training are an essential part for the enterprises to handle the advanced and developed technologies, so the needs for the positive investments to the education and training about their employees and transformational leadership have been increased. This study verified how the transformational leadership of representatives in the IT enterprises affects the satisfaction of their ordering agencies as well as the transfer of education and training can be the intermediary role to them. From the results of the statistical analysis about questionnaire survey of 251 IT enterprises, dispatched their employees to public institutions in Ulsan, several significant outcomes are founded as follows. First, the transformational leadership of representative in the IT enterprises influenced the transfer of education and training positively. Second, the transfer of education and training positively affected the satisfaction of ordering agencies. Third, the satisfaction of ordering agencies are also affected from the transformational leadership. Finally, the some roles was influenced by the charisma of transformational leadership, and also, completely, the inspirational motivation and the intellectual stimulation of transformational leadership was affected by the intermediary roles to the satisfaction of ordering agencies. Based on the results of this study, representatives in the IT enterprises can be expected by the positive company results from improving the satisfaction of ordering agencies through the transformational leadership, which allow active investment in education and training about their employees and construction of pragmatic system through the education and training results for the organization, superiors and colleague.

The sparse vector method is more efficient than conventional sparse matrix method when solving sparse system. This paper considers the structural relation between factorized L and inverse of L and presents a new ordering algorithm for sparse vector method. The method is useful in enhancing the sparsity of the inverse of L while preserving the aparsity of matrix. The performance of algorithm is compared with conventional algorithms by means of several power system.

복합페로브스카이트 (1-x) $(Li_{1/2}Sm_{1/2})TiO_3-x (Na_{1/2}Sm_{1/2})TiO_3$ (LNST)의 미세구조를 TEM으로 관찰하였다. $0.0{\leq}x{\leq}0.6$ LNST에서는 A-site 양이온의 결핍에 의한 1/2 (001) 초격자 회절점을 형성하는 vacancy ordering을 갖고 있으며 이는 APB로 확인할 수 있었다. 그러나 x가 증가함에 따라 Li 이온의 양이 적어져서 vacancy ordering 을 만들기 어렵게 된다. $0.8{\leq}x{\leq}1.0$ 조성의 LNST의 미세구조에서도 APB가 관찰되었는데 이는 A-site에서 Na와 Sm 이온간의 1:1 chemical ordering에 의한 것으로 사료된다. LNST 전 조성에서 산소팔면체의 anti-phase tilting과 in-phase tilting 그리고 A-site 양이온의 antiparallel shift가 관찰되었는데, 이들은 ferroelastic domain으로 확인할 수 있었다.

트랜잭션 순서화 기법중 기존의 시간소인 순서화 기법(Timestamp-Ordering Protocol)은 시스템에 진입하는 트랜잭션에 시간소인을 배정하여 이를 기준으로 트랜잭션을 순서화 함으로써 우선순위가 높은 트랜잭션이 나중에 처리되는 우선순위 바뀜 현상이 발생할 수 있다. 이를 방지하기 위하여 트랜잭션들을 그들의 시스템 진입사정에 따라 일정한 시간간격으로 범주화 한 후, 같은 범주내에 있는 트롄잭션들 에 대해서는 그들의 우선순위에 따라 순서화하는 데이터 우선순위 기반형 시간소인 순서화 기법을 제안한다.이 기법의 성능을 평가하기 위하여 실시간 데이터베이스 시스템으로 시물레이션 환경을 구축하여 기존의 기법들과 성능을 비교하였으며,제안 하는 기법이 높은 부하와 높은 데이터 충돌의 조건하에서 기존의 시간소인 순서화 기법보다 성능이 우수함을 확인하였다.

Safety critical systems are those in which a failure can have serious and irreversible consequences. Nowadays digital technology has been rapidly applied to critical system such as railways, airplanes, nuclear power plants, and vehicles. The main difference between analog system and digital system is that the software is the key component of the digital system. The digital system performs more varying and highly complex functions efficiently compared to the existing analog system because software can be flexibly designed and implemented. The flexible design make it difficult to predict the software failures. This paper reviews safety standard and criteria for safety critical system such as railway system and suggests development process, ordering management and assessment process for railway software with more detail description.

본 연구에서는 더 나은 음식 주문 메커니즘을 제공하고 글로벌 고객의 맞춤형 음식 주문에 대한 레시피 성분 비율을 실시간으로 선택할 수 있는 인터페이스를 구현하였다. 각 레시피 재료의 기본 비율을 보여주는 주문 시스템 화면에 선택 메뉴를 배치하여 글로벌 고객에게 적절한 음식을 제공하고, 단순히 음식 메뉴를 선택하고 주문하는 시스템 없이 레시피 그래프를 구성하여 맞춤형 레시피 재료 구성 비율을 제공하는 알고리즘을 연구하였다. 상호 작용을 가능하게 하여 사용자가 음식 메뉴 주문 장치에서 다양한 레시피 재료의 비율 조정을 통해 맞춤형 서비스를 제공한다.

Promotion system can be used as strategical management weapon to enhance the sales power. Planned order system has some similarities with promotion system to create purchasing power and to supply the service parts with low price on purpose. The only difference is whether it is prearranged event or not. The effectiveness of forecasting has increased with normal state of ordering process. However, the accuracy of forecasting has diminished with irregular state of ordering, such as demand occurrences by unexpected climate change or intended planned order by the company. A planned order system is examined through the process of computing the effectiveness on the basis of forecasting in this paper. And it is suggested that how to increase the accuracy of forecasting capability under the planned order system.

본 연구에서 전문가 집단을 대상으로 조사하여 실증 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직급과 수의계약 입찰 방식 문제점 간에는 분포의 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직급과 현행 설계VE 발주 방식 적절성 간에는 분포의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타나, 현행 설계VE 발주방식 적절성이 직급 간에는 관련성이 있어 인식을 다르게 하는것으로 분석 되었다. 셋째, 소속기관과 현행 설계VE 발주방식 적절성간에는 분포의 차이가 없는것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 소속기관과 용역대가 적절성간에는 분포의 차이가 있는것으로 나타났으며, 소속기관들이 용역대가 적절성을 상호 인식하는데는 소속기관별로 인식의 차이가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 다섯째, 경력과 참여업체 자격 필요성간에는 분포의 차이가 있는것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 경력과 참여업체 제한조건 적절성은 분포의 차이가 있는것으로 나타났다. 따라서 수의계약 입찰방식과 용역적정 수행기간에서는 문제점이 나타나지 않았으나, 용역대가 적절성, 참여업체 자격 필요성, 참여업체 제한조건은 구체적으로 관련성이 있는것으로 나타났다.

A system to efficiently utilize construction information has been in demand as a result of the changing society where information and knowledge leads to added value. Consequently, the government established a comprehensive information network system for construction industries to manage and utilize construction information which is the currently in use. However, this system is oriented toward management and business performance estimation for engineering and does not integrate a management system for design, construction technology, and construction engineering services. Therefore, this study proposes to develop object technology and management system of construction services and its evaluation to provide such information in real time.

To solve the internal security problem such as human error and bad faith, the automation of computer system management is significant. For this purpose, we focus attention in the automation of Mail Delivery Service. Today, requirement for reliable mail delivery system becomes larger and larger. However, existing systems are too strict about their configuration. Hence, we propose the method based on Reinforcement Learning (RL) to achieve proper MX record ordering. A measure on validity of the design of system, such as network topology number of servers and so on, is also obtained as side benefit. In order to verify the usability of the presented method, we did on a small model of mail delivery system. As a result, we show that RL is available for determination of the proper MX record ordering. Additionally, we suggest that it is also available for comparing validity of setting of MTA and the network design.
