반연속식과 직렬식 공정에서 Chlorella sp. HA-1의 $CO_2$ 고정화 특성

  • Characteristics of $CO_2$ fixation by Chlorella sp. HA-1 were studied in a semi-continuous mode in a series operation. A high $CO_2$ fixation rate for a long time was obtained, when the method of semi-continuous mode was employed, in which the controlling parameter was the dilution ratio. A constant $CO_2$ fixation rate was maintained even when the dilution ratio was increased with the increment of 0.1 at the initial value of 0.5. The method of series operation was used to improve the efficiency of $CO_2$ fixation. The total amount of $CO_2$ fixation was proportion to the number of reactor in series operation.

시뮬레이션을 이용한 전투효과기반 공격헬기 소요 분석방안 (Combat Effectiveness Based Analysis Methodology for Optimal Requirement of Attack Helicopter Using Simulation)

  • The purpose of this paper is to propose a methodology that can estimate optimal requirement of attack helicopter Korea army will be operating in future. For estimating optimal requirement, attack helicopter's operation concept, performance, battlefield environment and enemy threat are considered. We use a wargame model, AAsim(Army Aviation simulation), as a analytic simulation model which is used to analyze DOTMLPF and operation in army aviation field. In this paper, we conduct battle experiment for anti armored corps operation which reflects attack helicopter's combat effectiveness very well. As a result of simulation, the destructive rate for enemy armored corps per each attack helicopter can be calculated. In this paper, we propose optimal requirement of attack helicopter using that destructive rate for enemy armored corps.

  • In this study, the heart rate variability(HRV) signal of operating patient was acquired according to anesthesia progress and identified to evaluation possibility of depth of anesthesia in each anesthesia stage. The HRV signal was analyzed time-frequency domain applied to Wigner-Ville distribution method, the characteristic parameters were extracted for evaluation of depth of anesthesia in each anesthesia stage. The progress of general anesthesia was divided into the states of pre-operation, induction of anesthesia, operation, awaking and post-operation.

특장차량 유압시스템 내 열적 특성 분석 (Experimental Thermal Analysis of Hydraulic System in a Special Vehicle)

  • Experimental analysis has been carried out to investigate thermal characteristics of hydraulic system in special vehicles. Hydraulic system performance is largely influenced by oil temperature, and there are considerable performance decline and malfunctions in the system for high temperature conditions caused by heavy load and continuous operation. Transient oil temperature and pressure variation are analyzed and heat generation rates in the several main system parts are compared for various flow rates. With the start of system operation oil temperature gradually increases, and viscosity deceases by about 70% as temperature increases from $20^{\circ}C$ to $80^{\circ}C$. Operation pressure in the hydraulic system decreases with oil temperature, and its variation rate becomes less steep as oil temperature increases. Heat generation rate in hydraulic pump also depends on the oil temperature, and it reaches maximum near $50^{\circ}C$. These results in this study can be applied to optimal design of efficient hydraulic system in special vehicles.

원산지 규정의 가공공정기준에 따른 FTA 적용배제에 관한 사례 연구 (A case study on the exclusion of FTA application base on the processing operation of the rules of origin)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to analyze cases and suggest implications regarding the exclusion of the agreement tax rate according to the processing process standards of the FTA rules of origin. Design/methodology/approach - In this study, cases in which export and import companies were excluded from applying the agreed tax rate due to the application of processing operation standards after the application of the FTA were analyzed, focusing on the Tax Tribunal precedents, and a literature study was conducted. Findings - The results of this study analyzed through cases of appeal and verification of exclusion from application of the agreement are as follows. Research implications or Originality - Research on FTA cases is active, but this study is differentiated in that it focuses on analyzing cases of exclusion from application of negotiated tax rates based on meeting the processing process standards applied to fields such as textiles and chemicals in FTA.

인공습지의 장기운영에 따른 수질정화효율 변동 (Variation of Water Treatment Efficiency during Long-term Operation of Constructed Wetland)

  • Long-term water treatment performance analysis was conducted for the constructed wetland treating agricultural tailwater. Studied wetland was established in 2001 and operated from June, 2002 to November, 2010. Wetland vegetation cover was shown over 90 % coverage after 2005. According to vegetation development, accumulation of sediment nutrient was observed; Organic Carbon, T-P and T-N. In addition, DO concentration and temperature was decreased in the constructed wetland output. An infiltration rate also significantly decreased due to compaction of wetland soil. A runoff coefficient was increased due to the low infiltration rate after 2005. A T-N, TSS and Chl.a removal rate was maintained constantly. However, the T-P removal rate was slightly decreased along to wetland operation because low DO concentration could increase elution of phosphorus from sediment. After constructing open water, the T-P removal rate was increased. This is because open water could accelerate the reaearation process. Consequently, over three years of vegetation development could be helpful for wetland performance. In addition, DO concentration is important factor to maintain the T-P treatment.

  • A new intelligent power network (Smart Grid) that grafts some new technologies, such as the extension of the new and reproducible energy, electric motors, and electric storages, onto the regulation of green house gases according to the recent convention on climate changes has been actively promoted. As establishing such an intelligent power network, it is possible to implement a real-time rate system according to the change from the conventional single directional information transmission to the bidirectional information transmission. Such a real-time rate system can provide power during the chip rate hour by avoiding the high rate hour although customers use the same level of power through providing such real-time rate information including power generation costs. In this study, the establishment of an operating system that makes an effective use of the real-time rate system and its operation method are to be proposed.

전기자동차용 SRM의 상권선 병렬에 관한 연구 (The study on the parallel operation of phase winding in the SR Drive for Electrical Vehicle Applications)

  • In a motor driving, the current rate is directly related to the rate of a switching device and in cost reduction, the parallel switching operation is the alternatives because it has the smaller current rate through current division. There are many investigations for the parallel switching operations to equaling the current division. However it remains many problems for practical usage. The reason is that the switching characteristics are mainly relied on the different saturation voltage of each device etc. and these factors are not altered by circuit designer. In order to compensate this problem, a proper resistance is experimently inserted to the switching device. But this method can not be the optimal solution. Therefore this paper proposes a new parallel operation which uses a parallel phase winding to remove the traditional effect of switching device such as saturation voltage according to the division of current. Also the reliable and stable driving is improved through experiments and the detailed principles.

수술에 사용하는 생리식염수의 교환이 수술부위감염에 미치는 효과 (Effect of the Exchange of Saline Used in Surgical Procedures on Surgical Site Infection)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of the exchange of saline used in surgical procedures on surgical site infections. Method: Patients with stomach cancer were assigned to the experimental group or to the control group by random sampling, respectively. The experimental group received an exchange of saline during the operation right after the excision of the stomach in a gastrectomy but the control group did not. Data were collected from the medical charts of 34 patients from Dec. 1, 2002 through May 31, 2003. Result: The surgical site infection rate of the experimental group was 5.9% while surgical site infection rate of the control group was 17.6%. In total, the surgical site infection rate was 11.8%. The experimental group maintained a normal level of WBC on post operative day 3; however, the control group, showed an increase of WBC on post operative day 3. Conclusion: The exchange of saline used in an operation immediately after the excision of the stomach in a gastrectomy decreases the contamination level of saline used in the operation, and can prevent surgical patients from a surgical site infection.
