광역관측 운용 모드에 대한 Quad-pol SAR 시스템의 성능 분석 (Performance Analysis of Quad-pol SAR System for Wide-Swath Operation Mode)

  • 본 논문에서는 광역관측 운용 모드에 대한 Quad-pol SAR 시스템의 성능을 분석하고, 단일편파 시스템과의 비교 및 각 운용 모드 사이의 비교를 수행하고자 한다. SAR 위성의 짧은 재방문 주기를 위해서는 넓은 영역을 관측해야 하며, 이를 위한 SAR 운용 모드로 ScanSAR와 SweepSAR가 있다. 일반적으로 Quad-pol SAR 시스템은 관측 대상의 정보를 단일 편파를 사용할 때보다 다양하게 얻을 수 있지만 시스템 성능 변수들에 영향을 주므로 이러한 영향을 분석할 필요가 있다. 광역관측 Quad-pol SAR 시스템의 성능 분석 결과로부터 목표 성능을 만족시키기 위한 시스템 변수와 적합한 운용 모드를 선정할 수 있다.

  • This study simulated the effect of steam injection on the performance and operation of a gas turbine combined heat and power (CHP) system. A commercial simple cycle gas turbine was analyzed. A full off-design analysis was carried out to investigate the variations in not only engine performance but also the operating characteristics of the compressor caused by steam injection. Variation in engine performance and operation characteristics according to various operation modes were examined. First, the impact of full steam injection was investigated. Then, operations aiming to guarantee a minimum compressor surge margin, such as under-firing and partial steam injection, were investigated. The former and latter were turned out to be relatively superior to each other in terms of power and efficiency, respectively.

  • The purpose of this study is not only to evaluate thermal performance but also to find the stress behavior of heat transfer tubes under the part load operation in Heat Recovery Steam Generator. Flow analysis was performed to know the behavior of exhaust gas from gas turbine and thermal performance was calculated using distribution of hot exhaust velocity. In addition, tubes temperature during operation were gathered from actual plant to verify the uneven flow distribution under part load operation. Stress analysis was performed using tubes temperature data gathered from actual plant under both part and full load operations to know the stress behavior of tubes.

Perceptions of the Relationship between Port Security Level, Resilience, Cargo Operational Performance, and Sustainability Performance among Korean Port Operators and Shipping Companies

  • Purpose - As globalization progresses, complexity also increases, and various factors that threaten port functions are emerging. Accordingly, the demand for port security to prevent the crisis and resilience that quickly recovers its original function after the crisis is also increasing in port operations. However, few studies have examined how to ensure the port security and how the resilience affects operation performance of port and sustainability performance as well. So the study aims to find out how port security affects port resilience and port operational performance, and consequently, this two factors affect socioeconomic and environmental sustainability performance respectively and synthetically. Design/methodology - Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) was first performed to determine the validity of the factors of model and hypothesis test was performed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) to analyze the Port Performance Model, which show the perception logic among port security level, port resilience, operation performance, and sustainability performance. In order to empirically analyze this model, total 264 respondents from port security operators, shipping companies in South Korea were surveyed. Findings - As result of SEM, First, port security level positively affected the resilience (H1) and cargo operational performance (H2) but not in both of the sustainability performances (H3, H4). Second, resilience positively affected only cargo operational performance (H5) and socio-economic sustainability performance (H7). Last, cargo operation performance positively affects the both of sustainability performances (H8, H9). Originality/value - It was confirmed that port security could improve cargo operational performance through ensuring port resilience and eventually increase the socio-economic sustainability. Therefore the study implies that careful integration and management of port security, port resilience, and sustainability are required, along with compromise on sustainable development goals in the social, economic, and environmental area among all stakeholders.

공연종사자 피난을 위한 안전시설의 운영전략 연구 (A Study of the Safety Facilities Operation Strategies for Performing Arts Workers Evacuation)

  • The objectives of this study is to classify evacuation types, derive the characteristics of 4 types, develop and discover evacuation routes within the performance hall space, and present the statistical classification results of the evacuation classification model by classification type. To achieve this purpose, the characteristics of each evacuation type's four types are applied through a network reliability analysis method and utilized for institutional improvement and policy. This study applies for the building law, evacuation and relief safety standards when establishing a performance hall safety management plan, and reflects it in safety-related laws, safety standards, and policy systems. Statistical data by evacuation type were analyzed, and measurement characteristics were compared and analyzed by evacuation types. Evaluate the morphological similarity and reliability of evacuation types according to door width and passage length and propose the install position of evacuation guidance sign boards. The results of this study are expected to be used as basic data to provide operation strategies for safety facility evacuation information sign boards according to evacuation route classification types when taking a safety management plan. The operation strategy for the evacuation sign boards installation that integrates employee guidance and safety training is applied to the performance hall safety management plan. It will contribute to establishing an operational strategy for performance space safety when constructing performance facilities in the future.

교과지원 비교과 프로그램의 운영체계 및 성과관리 (Operational System and Performance Management of extra-curricular Programs to Support the curriculum)

  • 본 연구는 타 대학의 비교과 프로그램 운영체계를 중심으로 교과지원 비교과 프로그램의 운영체계 현황을 조사하고 교양교육에 있어서 비교과 프로그램의 바람직한 운영체계와 성과관리의 방안을 제안 하고자 한다. 이를 위해 수도권 소재 4년제 8개 대학의 비교과 프로그램 운영체계 분석은 핵심역량 유무, 전산시스템 및 비교과 프로그램 가이드, 학점연계 및 마일리지 장학금 제도 여부 등을 조사하고, 각 대학별 운영체제 특징과 장·단점 등을 중심으로 분석하였다. 또한 E대학 교과지원 비교과 프로그램의 운영체계와 그에 따른 성과관리를 중심으로 교양교육에 있어서 비교과 프로그램의 바람직한 운영체계와 성과관리의 방안을 제안하고자 하였다. 결론적으로 비교과 프로그램을 효율적으로 운영하기 위해 전산시스템 및 비교과 프로그램 가이드, 학점연계 및 마일리지 장학금 제도를 도입해야한다. 또한, E대학의 교과지원 비교과 프로그램의 운영체계 분석결과, E대학은 핵심역량 기반 교과지원 비교과 프로그램의 운영 방향성을 갖고 체계적으로 운영을 하고 있음을 알 수 있었고 E대학의 비교과 프로그램의 성과관리는 EU-TQM시스템 통합관리체계를 통해 이루어지고 있다.

국·공립의료기관과 민간의료기관의 운영자금 조달과 경영성과 (Operation Fund Financing and Management Performance of National and Public Medical Institutions and Private Medical Institutions)

  • 본 연구는 의료기관의 설립운영 관리주체에 따라 운영자금 조달방법별 조달비율과 이들이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 의료기관 회계정보 공시시스템에 등록된 재무정보를 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석방법은 설립운영 관리주체별 차이비교를 위하여 분산분석을 실시하였으며, 운영자금 조달방법별 조달비율이 경영성과에 미치는 영향은 로지스틱 회귀분석과 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 운영자금 대비 총수익 비율은 설립운영 관리주체에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 그리고 운영자금 조달방법별 조달비율은 경영결과(적자, 흑자)와 유의하게 인과관계가 있는 것으로 확인되었으며, 운영자금 조달방법 조달비율이 경영성과에 미치는 영향은 설립운영 관리주체에 따라 차이가 있었다. 이상의 결과 의료기관의 운전자금 관리는 운영자금에 대한 수익의 비율을 고려한 비용관리를 우선적으로 적용하고 그 다음으로 내부운영자금을 활용하는 방안의 적용이 적절할 것으로 사료된다.

디젤발전기 원동기의 운전특성 시뮬레이션 (Simulation of Operation Performance for DG Prime Mover)

  • The prime mover performance of on - board Diesel Generator is well characterized by the variation of frequency and the load sharing on parallel running under electric load change. This study is aimed to configure the modeling for performance simulation regarding to DG operation which could be interested for education purpose or system analysis. The modeling had been made on the base of modules such as govenor, prime mover of diesel engine and generator with electric load system, which were then intergrated for total simula¬tion performance. One real model system has been introduced for deciding relating parameters and for the comparison of resulting performance in simulation. The responses from the modelling were confirmed in single and paralell operation, the results of which showed resonable accordance with the real system.

  • The purpose of this study is to compare the part-load performance of a SOFC/GT hybrid power system with three different kinds of load-following operation modes. The primary mode for the part load operation of a hybrid power system is the reduction of supplied fuel (e.g., fuel control mode) to the hybrid system. The other two options, i.e., variable speed and VIGV controls, are related to the reduction of supplied air simultaneously with the reduction of supplied fuel to the system. With the performance analysis of a SOFC/GT hybrid power system, it is concluded that the variable speed con佐ol mode Provides the best performance for the part-load operations. It is also found that the VIGV control mode, with its better performance behavior than the fuel control mode, can be used as an important option for the part-load operation especially in case that the variable speed control mode can not be adopted.
