One of the most important object in youth employment academy is to resolve the job mismatch of youth unemployment through industry oriented human resource development for which company oriented capacity building program for graduate-to-be and graduate is supported. The major characteristic of this program is to compose a network of operation organization, involved company, involved university and trainee, among those the role of operation organization is most important. The operation organization in youth employment academy is supposed to be evaluated by the last employment rate after 6 months to the day following the programs of the year completion. So performance indicator for the operation organization is needed in selecting the operation organization of the next year youth employment academy, which means a kind of mid-term evaluation. In this research, the concept of development of performance indicator for the operation organization in youth employment academy is introduced and major performance indicator are suggested.

The software group in Giant Magellan Telescope Organization (GMTO) is developing the GMT Software Development Kit (SDK) for the device control and the telescope operations. The SDK is dived into the modeling and the operation defining. In the modeling process, Domain Specific Language (DSL) can validate the availability of a model and generate a skeleton code automatically. After the modeling, the developer can simply define the device operation. All devices are connected via EtherCAT, and the SDK simplifies the network connection. This presentation will give an overview of the modeling process and development examples using the GMT SDK.

The United States Secret Service is the strongest presidential protective organization in the world. Almost every country's security organization in the world is benchmarking its organization, protective operation system, security equipments and etc. In this paper, I study largely on the protective operation system of the U.S Secret Chapter I is the introduction part. Chapter II introduces the establishment and the background of its development of the U.S Secret Service. Chapter III deals with the organization and ranking system of the U.S SS. Chapter IV consider the protective operation system of the 5.5. The main theory of the protective operation is the 'Protective Envelope Philosophy' which emphasizes the "Cover and Evacuate". Also the protective operation system is developed with the principle of the democracy and in the history of continuing assassination attempt against president. Chapter V describes the legal basis and missions of the S.S. Every protective operational mission of the U.S SS is peformed by the legal basis and democratic procedure. It is followed by concluding observation made in Chapter VI.

This study considers the stages of curriculum development for the integrated curriculum of Pusan National University Graduate School & Hospital of Korean Medicine, and specifically the KAS2021 (announced in 2019), improvement measures for the curriculum of the College of Traditional Korean Medicine, and the case of the College of Medicine. The introduction of integrated curriculum in the College of Traditional Korean Medicine starts from the members (doers)' agreement. In the process of development, the organization that represents the members, the organization that sets up a goal and designs the curriculum, and the organization that executes them should fulfill their own roles. The stage of development and operation should have the support system for manpower, institution, administration, and finance. The curriculum (draft) should be concrete enough to be operated in reality. For the smooth operation of integrated education, it is necessary to secure more full-time teachers than before, and it is also necessary to have an organization fully in charge of monitoring and improving the operation. For the introduction and operation of integrated curriculum in Traditional Korean Medicine education, the members' agreement, institutional change, support system, and the cultivation of manpower for the operation/evaluation/development of curriculum should be considered.

Although Busan Port is a world-class transshipment port, it is geographically divided and, despite the continuous increase in transshipment volume, ITT port integrated operation is not being performed, reducing port operation efficiency. In addition, the operation raises the problem of inefficiency in social and economic aspects, along with an increase in the volume of transshipment transport and the resulting increase in transshipment transport costs. This paper deals with the necessity of forming an integrated operation organization to carry out the ITT joint dispatch in the process of improving the ITT efficiency in Busan Port, and the organization structure centering on the transport companies and freight owners performing the Busan Port ITT. We intend to make a proposal for the establishment of an integrated operation organization in the form of a consortium and support plans. In addition, through analysis of implications, the role of the ITT stakeholders in Busan Port and related organizations will be addressed.

Korea Augmentation Satellite System (KASS) is a Satellite Based Augmentation System (SBAS) system under development in South Korea and aims to provide air navigation services after 2023. In order to provide reliable service, detailed design for the operation of this system is required. This paper proposes a detailed operation-based designs based on mission, architecture, operation definition of the system. For the stable operation of the system, an operation organization was designed and operation activities were classified in consideration of the architecture and function of the system. Detailed operation procedures were designed according to this classification and operation procedures related to the command and configuration of subsystem were verified on the Integration, Verification and Qualification (IVQ) platform for integrated testing and verification. The proposed operation concepts and procedures will be continuously confirmed and verified during verification, qualification and service preparation, and will be updated event after official KASS service.

In order to provide continuous Korea Augmentation Satellite System (KASS) services, the operation organization should continuously and systematically perform operations, maintenance, and technical activities. All subsystems of KASS, all Line Replacement Units (LRUs), and Software Replacement Units (SWRUs) should be operated and maintained continuously. In order to effectively manage these activities, it is necessary to develop an Operation Management Tool (OMT). For this purpose, operation management, operation organization, and operation activities were defined. The defined requirements were divided into general, function, interface, and database for OMT development, and functions and decision-making procedures consisting of site/asset/trouble/work order/schedule management were designed. The OMT developed by reflecting the site and asset information as well as the design content met predefined requirements. The OMT will be actively used in actual KASS operation and will evolve by continuously reflecting the additional requirements of operators. Through this tool, KASS will support continuous service provision.

For a good record maintenance according to organization and functions in Korea, it is required to make better use of 'Records Disposition Schedule', which is originally developed as a computerized system that can control the whole records maintenance procedure and manage every record according to organization and functions. 'Records Disposition Schedule' is only a system that allows us to maintain every record according to organization and functions and manage every information about such organization and functions. Accordingly, a well-functioning Records Disposition Schedule requires the exact modification and operation of such schedule depending upon organizational or functional changes. If the Records Disposition Schedule is not reasonably modified and operated depending upon organizational or functional changes, we won't be able to maintain any records in linkage with organization and functions and control the whole works throughout record maintenance.

The purpose of this study is to discuss an academic concept transition of volunteer firefighting after implementation of the "Volunteer Fire Brigade Establishment & Operation Act". For that, the definition, function, and support of member for the volunteer fire brigade and the quasi-public organization were compared and analyzed using laws and its implementing ordinances, local ordinances, references, etc. In results, we can consider the definition of the volunteer fire brigade in relation to that of the quasi-public organization. In addition, it showed that the volunteer fire brigade have the function of the sub-administrative organization in the quasi-public organization. The support of volunteer firefighting was very similar to that of the village foreman as example of the sub-administrative organization. In conclusion, an academic concept of the volunteer firefighting was translated from the general volunteer organization to the sub-administrative organization in the quasi-public organization. The result in this paper is expected to serve as a basis for the research of the volunteer fire department in Korea.
