국내정원박람회 개최 효과에 대한 방문객 인식 비교 연구 - 2013 순천만국제정원박람회, 2015 서울정원박람회, 2022 고양국제꽃박람회를 대상으로 - (Comparative Analysis in Visitors' Perception of Aftermath of the Country's Garden Exposition- Focused on the 2013 Suncheon Bay International Garden Expo, 2015 Seoul Garden Expo, and 2022 Goyang International Flower Fair -)

  • 본 연구는 국내 정원박람회 개최 효과를 대상지별로 비교 분석함으로써 향후 정원박람회 개최를 위한 기초자료 제시를 목적으로 수행하였다. 2013 순천만국제정원박람회, 2015 서울정원박람회, 2022 고양국제꽃박람회 세 대상지의 만족도와 경제, 사회·문화, 환경·생태, 운영 측면에서 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요소들을 분석하였다. 연구의 결과 세 대상지 모두 만족도가 3.5 이상의 값으로 높게 나타났다. 특히 2013 순천만국제정원박람회의 만족도가 가장 높았으며, 2013 순천만국제정원박람회와 2015 서울정원박람회의 만족도에 차이가 있음으로 나타났다. 만족도의 정도에 차이가 있다는 것을 의미하는데, 지역 축제로서 2013 순천만국제정원박람회는 '순천만정원'이 국가정원 1호로 지정될 만큼 높은 위상을 얻었으며, 시민참여, 생태보전 등의 가치가 부합하여 경제, 사회·문화, 환경적 활성화를 꾀하였기 때문에 큰 만족도를 얻을 수 있었던 것으로 판단된다. 정원박람회별 만족도에 영향을 주는 인식 유형 비교의 결과 2013 순천만국제정원박람회와 2015 서울정원박람회는 네 가지 요인에 모두 영향을 미치고 있는 반면 2022 고양국제꽃박람회는 운영 측면이 만족도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 고양국제꽃박람회가 이미 지역적으로 브랜드가 고착된 행사이기 때문인 것으로 보인다. 만족도에 영향을 미치는 인식 유형의 세부 요인을 분석한 결과 세 대상지 공통적으로 사회.문화적 요인의 문화행사 유치, 지역에 대한 자긍심과 애향심 향상, 자녀들의 교육에 도움이 된다는 것이다. 환경·생태적 요인에서는 교통 혼잡에 따른 생활 불편으로 분석되었다. 대상지의 만족도에 미치는 요인의 차이 비교 분석과도 의미를 같이 한다고 볼 수 있다. 사회·문화적, 환경·생태적 측면에서는 만족도에 미치는 영향의 차이가 없으나 경제와 운영 측면에서는 차이가 있다고 분석되었기 때문이다. 본 연구의 분석 결과를 바탕으로 정리하면, 향후 국내 정원박람회 개최 위해서는 지역의 특색에 맞는, 그리고 잠재된 가치가 있는 '환경', '생태'적 정원 소재를 적절하게 활용하여 생태적 가치를 살린 지속가능한 친환경적 관광자원 개발이 될 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다. 또한 개최 지역만의 차별화된 정체성 확립을 위한 문화·예술 프로그램을 계획하여 지역 박람회의 마케팅 수단으로 적절히 활용될 때에 그 가치가 더 돋보일 것이다. 지역민과의 소통을 통해 잘 계획된 지역축제는 도시브랜드 구축과 함께 도시 경쟁력을 확보하여 지역의 이미지 쇄신과 지역 커뮤니티 활성화에도 영향을 미칠 수 있으므로 지역주민들의 참여와 국가적 혹은 지방단체의 협력은 필수적이라 할 수 있다.

  • 본 연구에서는 개관시간 연장지원 사업이 가진 정보 접근성 향상, 생활복지 구현 등의 목적에 맞는 지속적인 운영을 위해 개관시간 연장지원 사업에 참여하고 있는 도서관 현황 및 만족도 조사를 실시하였다. 이를 위해 도서관별 개관시간 연장지원 사업담당자를 대상으로 설문과 면담조사를 실시하였으며, 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개관시간 연장지원 사업은 지역의 특성과 환경에 맞는 전략이 필요한 사업으로써 지역 중심의 운영계획을 마련을 통해 향후 국가지원에 의존하기 보다는 독립적으로 운영하는 방안을 고려해야 한다. 둘째, 직원과 이용자 모두가 납득할 수 있는 유연한 개관시간 연장 운영 모델을 구축하는 것이 필요하다. 셋째, 소기존 정규직에 준하는 권리와 함께 의무와 책임을 함께 요구하는 조직 운영 방안을 마련하는 것이 필요하다. 넷째, 우리나라 전국 공공도서관이 특정 정책 및 사업에 대해 일관된 정책을 마련하고 시행하기 위해서는 향후 분리되어 있는 공공도서관 운영체계를 일원화 할 필요성이 있다. 다섯째, 사업의 지속성과 안정적인 운영을 위한 교육 및 지침 마련이 필요하고, 이용자의 쾌적한 이용을 위한 공간 개선 지원 등 인건비 외의 서비스 활성화를 위한 지원이 필요하다.

  • Recently, the interior design of electric home appliance stores requires comprehensive image management with systemic marketing strategies and consistence in order to attract consumers to purchase products. However, the environment of domestic electric home appliance stores is complex and confused by indiscreet design factors and operation. Despite of the fact that company costs a lot of money to manage each store, consumers are not provided with selling environment with high quality. On the other hand, it is inevitable to compete with foreign specialized stores and discount malls due to opening distribution market. Besides, company has faced to attract customers with distinct strategies in order to survive in various competition system. In this sense, in store environment, there should be consistent image in interior design of the store based on management ideology of the company for the successful management of electric home appliance stores. The purpose of this research is to investigate and analyze the case of Samsung Electronics's electric home appliance stores among domestic electric home appliance stores that is applied with Store Identity Program (hereafter SIP) and to suggest solutions for the problems. Therefore, it is purposed to use as references for the stores that has the similar interior design plan. The result of this study is to upgrade the store image through providing basic data about role of data and distinct factors for competitive design as a part of Store Identity Strategy. Furthermore, it can be important data to optimize the profits and to make positive space for both consumer and company as company and products are credible with mental satisfaction of consumers if there is enough study on SIP and process and symbol of company and products to consumers, enough recognition and improvement on problems.

연안개량안강망어선 조타실의 작업환경 및 배치가 종사자의 신체 이상에 미치는 영향 분석 (Analysis of the effects of the work environment and layout of wheelhouse of coastal improved stow net fishing boats on the physical abnormalities of the workers)

  • This study was conducted to determine whether the layout of wheelhouse and work environment of coastal improved stow net fishing boats affect the physical abnormalities of wheelhouse workers through a survey and to use it as basic data to improve the wheelhouse work environment. The analysis results are as follows. The result of factor analysis on the wheelhouse work environment was classified into three factors: suitability of work environment, suitability of work space arrangement, and layout of navigational and fishing equipment. The result of factor analysis on physical abnormalities was divided into two factors: physical pain and fatigue. The results of regression model analysis showing factors affecting physical pain showed that the t-value in the regression model was 3.625 (p < 0.05), indicating that the work environment suitability had an effect on the physical pain. Work environment suitability had a significantly positive effect on the physical pain. As work environment suitability increased by 1, the physical pain increased by 0.371 (p < 0.05). The results of regression model analysis showing the influencing factors on fatigue were found to have a t-value of 3.009 (p < 0.05) in the regression model, indicating that the work environment suitability had a significantly positive effect on the feeling of fatigue. It was found that fatigue increased by 0.324 (p < 0.05) as the work environment suitability increased by 1. In addition, the manageability of task suitability was found to be t = -2.521 (p > 0.05). As the manageability of task suitability increased, the skipper's fatigue level decreased. From these results, it is inferred that the wheelhouse of the current coastal improved stow net fishing boats causes physical pain and fatigue for the skippers. In order to reduce such physical pain and fatigue, and to improve safe fishing operation and job satisfaction, it is necessary to provide a wheelhouse to fishermen on coastal improved stow net fishing boats in consideration of the characteristics of the wheelhouse work of fishing boats and in consideration of users.

스페이스 마케팅 요인을 적용한 대학 학생식당에 관한 연구 - 서울 H대학을 중심으로 - (A Study on University Dining Facilities with the Application of Space Marketing Factors - Focused on H university in Seoul -)

  • The objective of this study is to activate dining facilities by integrating the factors of space marketing. In this study, It extracts the factors of space marketing applied in the real space on the basis of precedent studies. The selection standard of precedent studies focused on the planning and strategy of space marketing conducted after 2000, and 28 factors in total 16 precedent studies were extracted. We extracted only the factors of space marketing which is applicable to dining facilities by merging and reestablishing them. The extracted 12 factors included. In this way, we conducted a survey on the factors of space marketing as well as utilization and satisfaction considered to be needed for the activation of dining facilities based on H university dining facility in Seoul. Accordingly, I collected a total of 215 copies and analyzed them by SPSS program. According to the result, it indicated that there were many students who primarily used the outside dining facilities rather than university dining facilities regarding the utilization of university dining facilities, and unsatisfactory factors included the design and size of the entrance, quality of the serving space, quality and noise of the dining space, other facilities, size and quality of the rest space and drinking fountain, snack bar, and cafe regarding the satisfaction of each space. It also indicated that the factors which influent the image of university dinning facilities the most included the marketing factors considered to activate university dining facilities such as spatial factors, sensuous factors, and environment friendly factors in order. Therefore, we can consider the interacting operation system that students primarily decorate, improve and use the spaces of the outside dining facilities and other university dining facilities. In conclusion, it's need to consider activating university dining facilities which have been responsible for only basic parts by integrating the marketing factors in common with the outside dining facilities.

병원 근무자의 요통 발생 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Factors Affecting the Low Back Pain of Workers in Hospital)

  • Background: The purpose of this research was to investigate the factors affecting the low back pain of workers in hospital. 214 subjects waking at two general hospitals in Yosu city participated in this survey. Subjects consisted of doctors, nurses, medical engineers, officers and general laborers. The survey data were collected by a written questionnaire which made out by themselves for 25 days, from fourth August to 29th August, 2008. Methods: The questionnaire consisted of four categories, general, occupational, working habitual and the daily living characteristics. The collected data were analyzed by Chi-square test based on the present or absent of low back pain. Results: 1. In the general characteristics, low back pain had no significant relationship to all factors, sex, ago, body mass index, weight and height. 2. In the occupational characteristics, the phase of distribution of low back pain had statistical significant differences in the working hours a week, satisfaction of pay, satisfaction of occupation(p<0.05). However low back pain did not significantly related to the kind of occupation, period of work and degree of stress. 3. In the habitual characteristics, low back pain was significantly influenced by working posture, frequency of using lumbar and heavy material lifting, monotonous repetition of working operation and noise(p<0.05). No significant difference was shown in the factor of convenience of chair. 4. In the daily living characteristics, low back pain shown the significant differences in walking time a day, status of health and smoking pattern(p<0.05). there were, however, no significant differences in the aspect of the kind of house and bed, sleeping attitude, driving, riding time on the vehicle, exercising, frequency of cultural life and drinking alcohol. Conclusion: when I see above resultants totally, it appears a higher incidence caused by working environment rather than living habit and then consequently compared to hospital workers, they also have high incidence like others. In order to reduce incidence of low back pain and enjoy the our life we need to educate ourselves preventing program for low back pain and try to effort for preventing of low back pain on each department and individual.

다문화가족지원센터와 건강가정지원센터 직원을 위한 리더십 교육프로그램 개발 및 실시 (Leadership Educational Program Development and Implementation for Multicultural Family Support Center and Healthy Family Support Center Employees)

  • This study verifies the effectiveness of developing and implementing a leadership educational program specifically customized to improve of leadership competencies among members of multicultural family support centers and healthy family support centers. This program refers to Triangle Leadership that consists of three categories: finding individual strengths and self-esteem to enhance self-leadership, constructing a vision and roadmap to develop transformational leadership, and stress and teamwork management for competent servant leadership. In order to improve its completeness, focus group interview was adopted for 10 employees in the center and supervised by two professionals. The program was also conducted twice for 142 members of multicultural family support centers and healthy family support centers across the Korea. The result of implementation (with regard to the satisfaction level for the contents of the program) showed that both first and second rounds had improvement in all three categories compared to what was expected before taking the education program. The level of satisfaction for instructor and program operation was more enhanced (as well for the second time) compared to the first round. The evidence of program effectiveness indicates that there is a high anticipation for another approach that suits for the circumstances and requirement of centers and facilitator training.

교양 프로그래밍 수업에서 e-포트폴리오를 활용한 만족도와 학습 효과에 관한 연구 (A study on the satisfaction and learning effect using e-portfolio in liberal arts programming classes)

  • 본 연구에서는 비대면 교육 환경에서의 질적 개선을 위하여 교수-학습 활동 전반적인 과정을 데이터로 처리하면서 학생들과 소통할 수 있는 e-포트폴리오 시스템을 구성하고 활용하였다. e-포트폴리오는 교수자의 수업 계획부터 성찰의 전 과정을 지원하면서, 수업 운영 과정에서 학습자의 이해도를 정기적으로 확인하고, 온라인상에서 의사소통하며 학습자 중심의 교육 활동을 지원할 수 있도록 구성하였다. 비전공 학생들이 어려워할 수 있는 교양의 프로그래밍 수업에서 e-포트폴리오를 활용한 교수자와 학습자의 의사소통 기반의 학습 효과인 효용성을 분석한 결과, 문제해결력 기반의 과제와 중간고사와 기말고사에서 유의미한 상관이 나타났다. 또한, e-포트폴리오의 만족도를 나타내는 확대 적용성을 분석한 결과, 학생들의 컴퓨팅사고력 검사 결과와 함께 과제, 학업 성적 등과 유의미한 상관이 나타났고, 컴퓨팅사고력의 향상에 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 제안하는 e-포트폴리오 시스템 형태를 활용하여 비대면 교육을 실시한다면, 학생들과 효율적으로 소통하면서 비대면 교육의 품질을 향상시킬 수 있을 것이다.

병원의 지식경영 도입방안에 관한 연구 -병원 지식경영 단계모델 구축- (A Study on the Implementation of Knowledge Management in Hospital)

  • In the meantime hospital system of Korea has institutionally performed its errand in stable circumstance, however the system now faces with new environment of change of customer's satisfaction, of regime, deepening of competition, and opening market. Under the rapidly and complicatedly changing circumstance, the hospital system is required to promote getting a dominant position in the competition, enhancing outcome, creating value added, and customer satisfaction in both internally and externally likewise other organizations, as they continuously introduce a knowledge management and originate, accumulate, and put the knowledge to practical use. This organization capacity of knowledge management involves a process of management that requires great change of all organizations and individuals and it is brought up through four steps which are Initiation, Propagation, Integration, and Networking. The main factors of successful knowledge management are intension of the chief executive officer(CEO), organizational culture, appraisal and compensation of work, knowledge controlling system, and organizational structure, and each of these five stage has got different characteristic. To be successful by introducing knowledge management, hospital organization should be based on these premises. Not only CEO or the director of a hospital, but also the constituent members should be fully aware of knowledge, the characteristic of knowledge management, and successful factors of this operation. Should understand step-by-step characteristic of knowledge management, therefore able to analyse a situation of specific hospital and see which step corresponds to that hospital. By analysing, constituents should make up for the weak points and ready to move on to next step. CEO or the director of a hospital should be aware of knowledge management as a strategic factor which is able to get a dominant position in the rapidly changing environment, and also it should be firm in the director's intention to introduce the knowledge management into the hospital. By continuously carrying out education and training constituent members, the director of a hospital should promote their interest and participation in knowledge management, and build an organization culture that ultimately creates, accumulates, shares, and put the knowledge to practical use. The hospital organization needs to systematize an institution of objective compensation that corresponds to objective appraisal of knowledge management outcome. The hospital ought to build knowledge controlling system in stages, in order to take the initiative in rapidly changing environment. By considering the characteristic of hospital system, it is required to change the organizational structure into self-managing team which is a sort of horizontal structure that allows members to make decisions and take the responsibility by themselves. The limitation of this study is experimental study. Positive investigation about successful factors of hospital knowledge management and characteristic of each steps is expected with following study.

제주 국가지질공원 교육·안내 체계 개선방향 연구 (Geological Education and Communication Enhancement Study of Jeju National Geopark)

  • 관광의 패러다임이 변화하고 지질을 보호하고 보존해야하는 유산으로 인식하기 시작하면서 지오투어리즘과 지질공원의 개념이 등장하였다. 유네스코와 각 국가에서 지정하는 지질공원이 세계적으로 늘고 있다. 본 논문은 제주 지질공원이 지질 교육의 장으로서 기능하기 위한 발전 방향을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 지질공원의 교육, 안내의 매체와 시설현황을 검토하고, 지질 교육에 필요한 조건이 무엇인지 살펴보았다. 연구 방법은 자료 조사, 현장 답사, 설문 조사, 인터뷰로 이를 통해 지질공원 전반의 교육 및 안내 체계, 물리적 공간 구성과 운영 및 관리 방식의 현황을 검토하였다. 연구 과정은 다음과 같다. 먼저, 자료 조사 자료를 중심으로 유네스코 평가 기준에 맞춰 제주 지질공원의 교육과 안내의 현황을 분석하였다. 둘째, 지질 탐방로, 공간 구성과 배치, 안내와 교육 시설, 안내판의 체계와 디자인의 4가지 항목을 중심으로 지질명소 내에서 이루어지는 교육과 안내 시설과 매체 현황을 분석하고 평가하였다. 셋째, 설문 조사를 통해 지질공원 방문객의 인식과 만족도를 파악하였다. 넷째, 관계자 인터뷰를 통해 제주 지질공원의 잠재력과 한계를 정리하였다. 분석 결과를 종합적으로 고찰하여, 효과적인 지질 교육을 위해서는 지질공원의 탐방 환경, 안내 매체, 운영 관리 제도적 차원에서 보완이 필요하다고 제언하였다. 이를 바탕으로 지질공원 개선 방향을 제시하였고, 평가 기준에 따른 관리 및 유지, 탐방환경의 질적 개선, 안내 매체와 시설의 내용 보완, 운영 및 관리 조직과 체계의 4가지 차원에서 발전이 요구된다.
