환경심리 측면에서 본 불교의 대상인식(I) -개념설정을 중심으로- (Environmental Cognition of Buddhism in the View of the Environmental Psychology(I) -Formation of Concept-)

  • This paper is studied on the concept of environmental cognition on accordance with the oriental(especially Buddhism) process of thinking. The Yeongiron(theroy : one of th most famous philosophy of Buddhism, the theory of cause and occasion) consists of the upgam-yeongi, the aroeyasik-yeongi, the chinyeo-yeongi and the pupkye-yeongi. And the concept of these theory are as follows: The conceptural elements of upgam-yeongi consist of sack(色), soo(受), sand(想), hand(行), sik(識). The elements connects with the western environmental psychology such as sack and objects, soo and stimuli, sand and perception, hand and cognition, sik and behavior. Similarly, aroeyasik-yeongi that consist of sangbun(相分), kyunbun(見分), chajungbun(自證分), chungjajungbun(證自證分) connects with objects, perception, cognition, behavior too. The chinyeo-yeongi divide into smase(三細) and yukchu(육추), the samse consist of mumyungupsang(無 明業相), nungyunsand(能見相), kyungyesand(境界相) and the yukchu consist of chisang(智相), sangsoksang(相續相), chipchisang(執取相), kyemyungjasang(計明字相), kiupsang(起業相), upgyegosang(業繫苦相). These elements are relates with the concept of western environmental psychology from objects to behavior too. Pupkye-yeongi represent a characteristic of objects itself rather than a process of environmental cognition. However this study has limitations that the religion and scientific methods should be compare. sack(色) : an elements of it's derivation, all kinds of material soo(受) : a function of reception, feeling sang(想) : a representation of a thought in the mind hang(行) : mental operation sik(識) : a function of judgement sangbun(相分) : the thing in itself kyunbun(見分) : a reflection in the mind chajungbun(自證分) : confirmation of kyunbun chungjajungbyn(證自證分) : self-consciousness through self-examination mumyungupsang(無明業相) : a state of mixture with the object and the subject nungyunsang(能見相) : an operation of the subject kyungyesang(境界相) : a formation of object chisang(智相) : the beginning of distinction sangsoksang(相續相) : a judgement chipchisang(執取相) : a rsponse kiupsang(起業相) : have a influence to the next behavior upgyegosang(業界苦相) : retribution

중학생 봉사활동 유형과 지도기관에 따른 자아개념 변화의 분석 (The Analysis of the changes in self-concept of middle school students by the types of volunteer activities and guiding organizations)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide the basic data to activate the operation of the volunteer activities. The specified subjects for this study are how different is it in the changes of the self-concept and the satisfaction and the intention of the continuance of volunteer activities according to the type of volunteer work and guiding organization for middle school students. For this study, 64 students, the homogeneous ability group, were intentionally assigned in the preliminary inspection of self-concept and 16 students were randomly allocated respectively for 4 groups. The consequences based on the result are as follow: First, it has more influence with the group activities than the individual on the changes in the self-concept. But, there isn't meaningful difference by each guiding organization. Therefore, the school has to provide with activating middle school student's activities by developing various weekly and monthly club volunteer activities. Second, for the satisfaction and the intention of continuance among the guiding organization, it has meaningful difference in the group activities only, not in the individual ones. It gives the ground for the government to provide intensified support to the leaders of the group and grant the incentives to the group of distinguished activities, in the perspective of developing sociality, promoting the group volunteer activities.

  • Crane operation is manually accomplished by skilled operators. Recently, the concept of automation is widely introduced in shipping and unloading operation using the overhead crane for the enhanced productivity. In this regards, we designed an angle detector and 3D position detectro which are key evices for this operation. As well as an intellignet control algorithm is developed for the implementation of swing free crane. The performance of the presented algorithm is tested for the swing angle and the position of the overheas crand. The control scheme adopts a feedback control of an angular velocity of swing in initial phase and then the fuzzy controller whose rule base is optimized by a genetic algorithm.

전력망 연동형 해수담수화 플랜트의 운영비용 절감효과 (The Cost Reduction Effect of Gridable Sea Water Reverse Osmosis Desalination Plant)

  • A novel concept of the gridable desalination plant is to provide an operation management to enable an electricity plant operation cost reduction. Adjusting recovery rate responded to electricity price, an electricity plant operation cost can be saved. To show a suggested approach, the data of 10 [MIGD](Million Imperial Gallons per Day) SWRO testbed are used. The result shows that total cost reduction rate is calculated about 1.6[%] of annual total electric plant operation cost.

  • The success of cell manufacturing applications in FMS rests on the effective cell formation to maintain the independent relations both between machine cells and between part families. This paper presents an integrated method for concurrent formation of cells and families with no E.E (Exceptional Element) in FMS with alternative routings. To determine the maximum number of cell and family with no E.E, mathematical conditions and properties are derived. New concept of nonsimilarity is introduced for each machine and part based on machine-operation incidence matrix and part-operation incidence matrix. To concurrently form the cells and families, integer programming based mathematical models are developed. For the predetermined number of cell or family, model I is used to identify whether E.E exists or not. Model II forms cells and families considering only nonsimilarity. But model III can consider nonsimilarity and processing times. The proposed method is tested and proved by using numerical examples.

  • This paper describes several reliability models to estimate COMS ground segment availability and shows assessed availability according to GS function. Due to a back-up concept among three ground center, SOC will have all H/W and S/W module to be installed in MSC and KOSC site. Therefore, all configurations and availability parameters for H/W and S/W modules in MSC and KOSC are assumed as equal with those in SOC, if related modules have same function. Prior to access availability over COMS GS function, Availability related to fundamental configuration such as series, parallel, partial operation, and module combined H/W and S/W is described. Consequently, all functions are expected to operate with more than 99% of availability.

Exploring the Appropriate Operation Ratio on Hospital Revenue Cost and Profit

  • Many previous researchers tried to analysis relationship between financial index of hospitals such as revenue, expenses, and profit and hospital outcome such as number of inpatient and outpatient or, between that financial index and hospital size including number of hospital beds. However, these studies did not find exact relationship between financial index and hospital efficiency and productivity. Therefore, purpose of the study explores exact relationship between hospital financial outcome and hospital efficiency and productivity using adjusted inpatient days concept from American Hospital Association. Through the empirical analysis, the researchers find that hospital profit has the U-shape quadratic function to operation ratio. 66.9% of operation ratio is changing point and hospitals with 55.8% through 75.0% of operation ration have experience deficit situation. Considering the hospital circumstance, Korean hospitals would be to maintain general hospital type with various specialty departments.

  • In this study, an exclusive CAD/CAM system is developed for enhancing the effectiveness and productivity of CNC universal cylindrical grinding machines on which the external/facing/internal grinding cycles and the wheel dressing cycles are integratively carried out. The CAD/CAM system can manage the various processes such as geometry design, NC code generation, NC code verification, DNC operation, and so on. Especially, the feature-based modeling concept is introduced to improve the geometry design efficiency. And the NC code verification is realized by virtual manufacturing technique based on the real-time analysis of NC codes and the boolean operation between workpiece and wheel.

  • Digitalization of not only non-safety but also safety-grade I &C systems with full computerized Main Control Room (MCR) is the recent trend of I&C systems of nuclear power plants (NPP) around the world, while plant maintenance has been shifting from traditional time based maintenance to condition based maintenance. In order to cope with the new trend of operation and maintenance in NPP, a concept of online distributed diagnostic system for both plant operation and maintenance has been proposed in order to further improve both the plant efficiency and the work environment of plant operation staff members by organizational learning. In this respect, the research subjects of human machine interface (HMI) for the online distributed diagnostic system are also discussed for supporting the plant personnel at both MCR and local working places in the plant by the application of advanced ICT (Information and Communication Technologies).

장주기파를 고려한 항만 가동율의 평가 (Evaluation of the Harbor Operation Rate Considering Long Period Waves)

  • In this study, the characteristics of long period waves are analyzed by field observation at Sokcho harbor on the eastern coast of Korea. firstly. the pressure data obtained from field observation are transformed into water surface elevations and the wave by wave analysis is applied to the observed wave data. also, we select long period waves by setting up the range 30-200sec, and suggest the relationship between ordinary waves and long period waves using the concept of the significant wave height. and, we examine the effects oft he long period waves on the rate of the harbor operation. The observation results demonstrate that the long period waves with heights of 1.2-14.6cm and periods of 35.8-162sec exist at Sokcho harbor. also, we found the rates of harbor operation based on long period waves are 61.8%-99.5% lower than the usual rates of 93.8%-100%.
