IT 아웃소싱 운영의 효율적이고 품질 높은 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 정보시스템 운영 원칙을 세우고, 그 원칙을 통하여 운영관리가 이루어져야 한다. 따라서, 정보시스템 운영관리 프로세스를 참조한 정보시스템 운영관리 프로세스의 정립이 필요하다. 정보시스템 운영감리는 구축 개발 감리와는 다르게 일회성이 아닌 매주기별로 지속적인 감리가 필요함으로 운영관리 프로세스의 변화에 따라 운영감리 지침도 보완이 이루어져야 한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 IT아웃소싱 운영을 위한 정보시스템 운영감리 모형을 제안하였다. IT서비스 영역을 참조하여 계획, 전략, 계약, 서비스, 관리 등 IT아웃소싱 운영관리를 위한 정보시스템 운영감리 모형 및 점검항목을 제안하였으며, 도출된 감리모형 및 점검항목은 전문가들의 설문조사를 통하여 제안한 모형의 적합성을 검증하였다.

The purpose of constructing university information system is for improvement in diversification and throughput of information, streamlines business processes, rapid exchange of information, sharing of information, decision-making information, and securing educational facilities. Similar to business information technology system, university information system does not have a review system for sharing and overlapping investment of information. Due to the lack of project management for outsourcing and vulnerability of system suitability, system audit is absolutely needed for the university information system. This paper especially focuses on an operational phase in the audit of university information system. Additionally, we proposed operating model and checklists of the university information system based on Management Guidelines of ITIL V3 Operational and Information System. We derived the checklists of operation audit by each domain of service strategy, service design, service transition, service operation, and continual service improvement. As the result, this study appear to have more than average satisfaction the suitability results were.

In the case of an agile-based project, it was inadequate to perform a comprehensive inspection and evaluation on the establishment and operation of an information system by performing audit only with the audit and inspection elements provided by the existing information system audit and inspection system. In particular, in the case of the test activity area, it was necessary to improve the test activity audit check items to comprehensively check the agile-based development process by applying the existing audit system. To this end, a test activity improvement check model of the agile methodology audit model was presented by applying the repetition concept, a characteristic of the agile methodology. In order to empirically verify the model of this study, a survey was conducted for auditors and designers/developers who have experience in performing agile-based projects and auditing information systems. As a result of the questionnaire on the integrated test and system test in the test stage, more than 70% of the respondents were found to be suitable. More than 80% of the respondents judged that it was appropriate as a result of the questionnaire on "improvement and regression test progress according to integrated test and system test results" and "integrated test and functional actions of components and subsystems".

정보시스템의 급격한 발전으로 IT아웃소싱에 따른 서비스수준협약에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 또한, 효율적인 IT운영서비스 관리가 절실한 상황에서 정보시스템에 대한 운영 감리의 필요성 및 인식도가 높아지고 있으며, IT를 어떻게 효율적으로 운영할 것인가에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 그러나, 현행 정보시스템 운영감리 지침으로 한국정보화진흥원 시스템 운영 및 유지보수 지침이 존재하여 운영되고 있지만, 감리 현장에서는 감리원의 경험과 판단에 의해 결정되는 경우가 많다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 효율적인 운영감리를 위하여 한국정보사회진흥원의 운영지침의 정보시스템 감리 점검 프레임워크로 기반으로 서비스를 중심으로 한 운영감리 모형을 도출하였다. 서비스 계획, 서비스 제공, 서비스 지원, 서비스관리 영역에서 운영감리 점검항목을 도출하여 운영감리 모형을 제안하였으며, 전문가 설문 조사를 통하여 제안한 모형의 적합성을 검증하였다.

With developing computer and communication technologies, the concept of CALS system has been popular not only to military but also to commercial industries. The security problem is one of the most critical issues to construct CALS infrastructure. The CALS system needs some security functions such that data confidentiality, integrity, authenticity, availability, and non-repudiation. This paper proposes a security architecture model in CALS. The security architecture model is composed of 5 submodels such that network security model, authentication and key management model, operation and audit model, integrated database security model, and risk analysis model.

This paper represents a method of existing building energy simulation using energy audit data. Energy audit must be carried out for reasonable analysis, because characteristics of existing buildings such as efficiency of fan, pump, flow rate, pressure, COP and operating schedule could be changed during the building operation. These building characteristics should be measured to estimate actual energy consumption of the existing building. In this study, we conducted energy audit and calculated energy savings for a 7-stories building as a case-study. The energy audit data were used to calibrate the building model of EnergyPlus simulation. Baseline model validated according to M&V guideline index. As a result, building characteristics are significant parameters making a big impact on energy savings in existing buildings.

서비스수준협약(SLA)은 IT 서비스의 품질개선을 통해 성공적인 아웃소싱 수행을 위해 많이 연구가 되어왔다. 특히 SLA 측정 지표와 평가기준은 IT 아웃소싱을 추진하는 회사(이용자, 서비스 제공자)의 IT 생존성에 영향을 주는 중요한 요소이다. SLA 측정 지표들은 기술적, 관리적, 사용자적 관점의 항목들로 구성되어 있으며, 안정적인 IT 서비스의 제공과 지속적인 품질개선을 목표로 관리하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 IT 아웃소싱의 SLA 지표 중 HW 가용성 지표에 중점을 두고 있다. 발주자(이용자)의 시스템 환경을 고려하여 SLA 목표 수준을 정하여 SLA 계약과 평가가 될 수 있는 HW 구성 수준에 맞는 인프라 가용성 기준을 제안한다. SLA 계약상의 인프라 구성 기준을 제시하고, IT 운영감리 환경에서 목표수준의 적정성을 확인 할 수 있는 기준을 제안한다. 제안한 모델은 관련 분야의 전문가 및 경험자들의 설문을 통해서 인프라 구성 기준과 운영감리 개선항목에 대한 필요성과 효과성을 검증하였다.

본 연구의 선행 연구에서는 증권시스템의 기능점수를 직접 구하여 기능점수와 운영비용과의 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료의 건수가 적었던 관계로 통계적 유의성을 충분하게 확보하지 못하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 증권시스템의 기능점수를 직접 측정하는 것이 현실적으로 많은 제약이 있음을 감안하여, 비교적 자료 수집이 용이한 프로그램 본 수를 측정하였다. 이러한 프로그램 본 수는 스텝 수로 1차 변환이 되었고, 스텝 수는 다시 기능점수로 2차 변환이 되었다. 이렇게 변환된 기능점수와 운영비용과의 회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 증권정보시스템 운영비용 추정 모델을 제시하였다.

We analyze IS0 9001 audit data and add-on requirements data collected by leader assessors from three leading Korean furniture companies for around three years. We plot a Pareto chart and test the homogeneities for the number of non-compliances and improvement notes across companies. We also fit the data to a loglinear model. Some recommendations with regard to add-on requirements are suggested. The recommendations should be added to IS0 9001 requirements to specifically implement an efficient QMS in Korean furniture industry.

Various social problems such as traffic congestion, car accidents and environmental problems(air pollution, noises etc.) have been happening in the Seoul metropolitan area that has the car oriented traffic system providing cars continuously. Along with this, the financial burden caused by current oil price anxiety made paradigm shift from caroriented to public transportation-oriented. Its typical example is an arterial branch bus system changing(bus lane through the center of main road) started in Seoul in July, 2004. But study on safety analysis of bus lane and characteristic of accidents are not sufficient enough to now. The bus lanes are expanded to provide roads for better traffic operation and accidents between buses and pedestrians or ordinary vehicles are considered main problems. This study divided each bus route of median bus lane(bus-only lane through the center of main roads) and bus lane at roadside by intersection and collected and analysed data about influence variables of bus accidents chosen in each section. We constructed a logistic model using collected data. As a result, bus lane at roadside are used by both buses and other kinds of vehicles differently from median bus lane and showed such characteristic in accident influence. Therefore access management to factors causing conflict and improvement of operation management are required. In case of median bus lane, the more buses moving general vehicle lane and traffic volume of section were, the more accidents happened. In case that stop line of center lane is not backward, view blocking of vehicles turning left caused accidents.
