The purpose of this study is to develop socks to check the range of ankle movement during squats for men in their late 20s. Sensors of 6, 8, and 12 mm were selected, and each sample was impregnated 1 to 3 times. It was prepared using a CNT dispersion, and the GF value was measured using UTM. Among them, the sample with 2 impregnation showed the best GF value. As a result of applying each sample to the socks, the 12 mm sensor was wider than the area of the Achilles tendon, resulting in noise, and the 8 mm sensor was higher than the tensile strength of the socks, resulting in a decrease in the graph. Therefore, testing was performed using a 6 mm sensor. In order to determine the effectiveness of the sensor, the normal operating range was checked through squats, and significant changes were confirmed when the operating range was checked again through squats by performing operations that can increase the operating range through Gastrocnemius, Soleus stretching, and low lunge. Using the results of this study, it is expected that the average value of the ankle movement range of the user is checked prevent injury, to be provided as basic data for the production of shoe products and the promotion of physical health.
The auto-illumination controller for office, residence, and so on was studied. The system consists of parts of a power supply, a signal oscillator, a lamp controller and two kinds of sensor. The lamp controller has two thyristors triggered by the IR sensor(SCRI) and CdS sensor(SCR2) respectively, When the illuminance around this system is higher than operating value of its sensor, lamp is turned off automatically. Otherwise, the light of lamp gets dim by CdS sensor. In case IR sensor senses the body heat of people around itself, the illuminance of the lamp gets maximum. The illuminance of the lamp can be changed dimmly by control of the variable resistor (RV) connected with SCR2 in series. The turning - on time of the lamp can be also controlled using a variable resistor(Rt) connected with a signal oscillator in parallel. Changing resistance Rt changes the time constant(.tau.), which triggers the gate of SCR2. Though people left the surrounding of lamp, the lamp keeps light for a while.

This papers propose a Hall-effect sensors position error compensation method in a sunroof system using a BLDC motor with a low-cost MCU. If the BLDC motor is controlled with this wrong position, the torque ripple and operating current can be increased and the average torque also decreases. Generally, sunroof system has characteristics that operate at constant load for several seconds. It is possible to find the minimum operating current value while changing the position of the Hall-effect sensor during the sunroof operation by using these characteristics. Therefore, propose a method to change the Hall-effect sensor position and find the minimum current value. The validity of the proposed algorithm is verified through experiments.

A technical performance of the coating depends greatly on the thickness of painting film or coating film. Therefore the confirmed report of the technique to measure accurately is essential to the coating film thickness for the assessment about a coating quality performance. In this paper, two gap sensors - eddy current gap sensor and capacitance gap sensor - which has a different operating principle were used to measure the thickness of a nonmagnetic substance coating film such as paint, enamel or ceramic that was coated on the metallic material. A capacitance gap sensor was used to measure the distance between the sensor head and a coating film and an eddy current gap sensor to measure the distance between the sensor head and a base metal. Then the thickness of a coating film was obtained by the difference of two measurement value. At this result, the suggested dual sensor can measure an arbitrary film thickness to be coated on a base metal as the measurement value of coating thickness exists accurately within the 2% error.

Today, the obstacle detection system has massive size and restrictive detection range. To solve these problems, this paper proposes the capacitance variation detector using the variated capacitance value as a result of the obstacle approaching. If obstacle approaches, the capacitance value of capacitance sensor is increased and the operating frequency of oscillator is decreased. Then this changed frequency appears to the output of the mixer that operate down conversion. The capacitance variation detector is produced by Hynix$0.35{\mu}$ CMOS process. In experiment result, the frequency of final output is 6.81 MHz at no obstacle and 31.45 MHz at approaching obstacle. In conclusion, proposed capacitance variation detector has small size, low power consumption and easiness to set up anywhere. So it is expected to substitute the obstacle detector.

In this paper, implement a baby monitor using the arduino for deaf and Visually Impaired. The proposed baby monitors are divided into measuring part & transmit part and linked with the application. The measuring part consists of a sound volume sensor, a transmit part consists of a bluetooth module. The measuring part and transmit part are controlled by the Arduino board. Measure the value of the sound by the sound sensor and delivers value to the arduino board. The measured value is sent to the application by the bluetooth module of transmit part. The application determines the received value and control the smart phone, and outputs the light from the sound and vibration for the value. It showed that the proposed baby monitor and an application is correctly operating in accordance with the value.
Currently, Korea is an aging society and is expected to become a super-aged society in about four years. X-ray devices are widely used for early diagnosis in hospitals, and many X-ray technologies are being developed. The development of X-ray device technology is important, but it is also important to increase the reliability of the device through accurate data management. Sensor nodes such as temperature, voltage, and current of the diagnosis device may malfunction or transmit inaccurate data due to various causes such as failure or power outage. Therefore, in this study, the temperature, tube voltage, and tube current data related to each sensor and detection circuit of the diagnostic X-ray imaging device were measured and analyzed. Based on QC data, device failure prediction and diagnosis algorithms were designed and performed. The fault diagnosis algorithm can configure a simulator capable of setting user parameter values, displaying sensor output graphs, and displaying signs of sensor abnormalities, and can check the detection results when each sensor is operating normally and when the sensor is abnormal. It is judged that efficient device management and diagnosis is possible because it monitors abnormal data values (temperature, voltage, current) in real time and automatically diagnoses failures by feeding back the abnormal values detected at each stage. Although this algorithm cannot predict all failures related to temperature, voltage, and current of diagnostic X-ray imaging devices, it can detect temperature rise, bouncing values, device physical limits, input/output values, and radiation-related anomalies. exposure. If a value exceeding the maximum variation value of each data occurs, it is judged that it will be possible to check and respond in preparation for device failure. If a device's sensor fails, unexpected accidents may occur, increasing costs and risks, and regular maintenance cannot cope with all errors or failures. Therefore, since real-time maintenance through continuous data monitoring is possible, reliability improvement, maintenance cost reduction, and efficient management of equipment are expected to be possible.
In this paper, a Kalman filter-based sensor fusion filter that measures posture by calibrating and combining information obtained from acceleration and gyro sensors was proposed. Recent advancements in sensor network technology have required sensor fusion technology. In the proposed approach, the nonlinear system model of the filter is converted to a linear system model through a Jacobian matrix operation, and the measurement value predicted via Euler integration. The proposed filter was implemented at an operating frequency of 74 MHz using a Virtex-6 FPGA Board from Xilinx Inc. Further, the accuracy and reliability of the measured posture were validated by comparing the values obtained using the implemented filters with those from existing filters.

This paper describes design of a real-time, wearable reflectance pulse oximetry which is based Wireless Sensor Network. For the purpose of continuously monitoring vital signs of a human, wearable reflectance pulse oximetry is built into a wrist type that can be obtained $SpO_2$ value of patient unobtrusively. This designed $SpO_2$ module is based on a low-power 8 bit ATmega128L microcontroller operating in 3V. Low power operating $SpO_2$ module was integrated to wireless sensor node for user's health monitoring. This paper is focused on the successful integration of all these components into wearable reflectance pulse oximetry and evaluates its ability to measure patient' $SpO_2$ value. Information from this sensor was wirelessly transmitted to a base-station for storage and display purposes.
The sensing system was designed and fabricated to investigate the ferment environment of soybeans. $NH_3$ gas was saturated after about 7 h and $CO_2$ gas was reached the peak after about 8 h in the inoculation of Bacillus subtilis. However, times that $CO_2$ gas and $NH_3$ gas were reached maximum value without Bacillus subtilis were about 15 h and 18 h, respectively. The sample that inoculated Bacillus subtils had deeper taste than one without it. We found that the peak time of $CO_2$ gas means the starting time of fermentation. If we control the operating time after the start of fermentation, it is expected to make a suitable Chungkukjang to individual preference.
