집단지성 발현의 선행요인 검토 (An Examination of Preconditions for the Creation of Collective Intelligence)

  • 본 연구는 기존 연구들에서 언급된 집단지성 발현의 선행요인들을 검증함으로써 관련분야 발전에 기여하는 것을 연구 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 집단지성 발현의 선행요건으로 과업의 복잡성과 의미성, 다양성, 경험에 대한 개방성, 커뮤니케이션 독립성, 의사결정의 분권화, ICT(Information and Communication Technologies) 활용을 검토하였다. 연구가설 검증을 위해 연구개발 사업부에 속한 구성원을 대상으로 200부의 설문지를 배포하였고, 회수된 198부 중에서 불성실한 13개를 제외한 185개의 데이터를 최종 분석하였다. 분석결과, 과업의 의미성, 경험에 대한 개방성, 의사결정 분권화, ICT활용이 각각 집단지성 발현에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 그리고 지각된 비유사성과 가치 다양성은 각각 집단지성 발현에 부정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 모든 변수들을 함께 고려했을 때, ICT 활용, 과업의 의미, 경험에 대한 개방성, 인지된 비유사성과 가치 다양성 순서로 집단지성 발현에 영향을 미치는 것을 발견하였다. 본 연구결과의 이론 및 실무적 시사점은 토의부분에서 자세히 분석하였다.

교사의 직무스트레스와 소진과의 관계에서 성격과 정서지능의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effects of Personality and Emotional Intelligence on the Relationship between Job Stress and Burnout of Teachers)

  • 본 연구는 교사 직무스트레스와 소진과의 관계에서 성격과 정서지능의 매개효과를 파악하여 교사의 소진을 예방하고, 상담 개입의 기초자료 제공을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 교사 488명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하고, 구조방정식 모형을 사용하여 본 연구의 가설을 검증하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 직무스트레스와 신경증과 소진은 정적상관을 외향성, 성실성, 정서지능은 부적상관이 있었다. 그리고 신경증은 정서지능과 부적, 소진과 정적인 상관을 보였고, 외향성, 개방성, 성실성은 정서지능과 정적, 소진과는 부적인 관계가 있었다. 친화성은 정서지능과 소진과는 관계가 유의하지 않았다. 둘째, 직무스트레스와 소진과의 관계에서 정서지능은 부분매개역할을 하고 있었다. 셋째, 직무스트레스와 소진과의 관계에서 신경증, 외향성, 성실성은 부분매개역할을 하였으나 개방성과 친화성은 매개역할을 하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구결과의 상담 실제 및 후속 연구에 대한 시사점을 논하였다.

Research on the evaluation model for the impact of AI services

  • This study aims to propose a framework for evaluating the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) services, based on the concept of AI service impact. It also suggests a model for evaluating this impact and identifies relevant factors and measurement approaches for each item of the model. The study classifies the impact of AI services into five categories: ethics, safety and reliability, compliance, user rights, and environmental friendliness. It discusses these five categories from a broad perspective and provides 21 detailed factors for evaluating each category. In terms of ethics, the study introduces three additional factors-accessibility, openness, and fairness-to the ten items initially developed by KISDI. In the safety and reliability category, the study excludes factors such as dependability, policy, compliance, and awareness improvement as they can be better addressed from a technical perspective. The compliance category includes factors such as human rights protection, privacy protection, non-infringement, publicness, accountability, safety, transparency, policy compliance, and explainability.For the user rights category, the study excludes factors such as publicness, data management, policy compliance, awareness improvement, recoverability, openness, and accuracy. The environmental friendliness category encompasses diversity, publicness, dependability, transparency, awareness improvement, recoverability, and openness.This study lays the foundation for further related research and contributes to the establishment of relevant policies by establishing a model for evaluating the impact of AI services. Future research is required to assess the validity of the developed indicators and provide specific evaluation items for practical use, based on expert evaluations.

집단지성과 성과창출을 위한 통합적 개념틀 검토 (An Integrative Framework for Creating Collective Intelligence and Enhancing Performance)

  • This study was aimed at suggesting an integrative framework for creating collective intelligence and enhancing group performance after reviewing previous studies including those related to learning organizations, organizational learning, knowledge management, and collective intelligence. In the first, we examined that the similarities and differences between collective intelligence and other similar concepts, such as learning organizations, organizational learning, and knowledge management. Next, an integrative framework for creating collective intelligence and channeling it into strong group performance were suggested. In this process, we reviewed conditions for creating collective intelligence and segmented the major variables as expectancy, valence, and instrumentality, according to Vroom's (1964) expectancy theory. Characteristics of problems and the roles of leaders were respectively considered as valence for inducing collaboration and expectancy for managing probability to achieve goals. Instrumental factors were also adopted from conditions for creating group intelligence suggested from several researchers, such as creativity, openness, willingness for working together, horizontal communication, centralization in decision making, and building effective information and communication technology system and active usage of it. We discussed two potentially disputable matters about the scope and level of collective intelligence and group performance and suggest several theoretical and practical implications in the Discussion.

국내기업의 효과적 경쟁정보활동에 관한 연구 (A Study on Effective Competitive Intelligence of Korean Firms)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the use of elements related to the competitive intelligence(CI) process, methods, and infrastructure in accordance with the degree of CI effectiveness of domestic firms and to propose a guideline for designing and operating an effective CI program in Korean films. The results of this study reveal that, for the elevation of CI effectiveness of Korean firms, it is important to actively utilize the overall CI process, including undisclosed information through human networks, public information through various media, and quantitative and qualitative analyses, an independent CI unit, various CI support systems, such as information and reward systems, and organizational culture of CI openness within an organization. However, CI outsourcing, CI primary objectives, and CI scale do not seem to have a significant influence on CI effectiveness of Korean firms. Based on these results, this research presents some important implications for effective competitive intelligence for Korean firms.

  • Federated learning (FL)-based network intrusion detection techniques have enormous potential for securing the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) cybersecurity. The openness and connection of systems in smart industrial facilities can be targeted and manipulated by malicious actors, which emphasizes the significance of cybersecurity. The conventional centralized technique's drawbacks, including excessive latency, a congested network, and privacy leaks, are all addressed by the FL method. In addition, the rich data enables the training of models while combining private data from numerous participants. This research aims to create an FL-based architecture to improve cybersecurity and intrusion detection in IoT networks. In order to assess the effectiveness of the suggested approach, we have utilized well-known cybersecurity datasets along with centralized and federated machine learning models.

  • This paper describes the design and implementation of PCOAMC(PC-based Open Architecture Machine Controller) to be flexible and independent from the vendor-oriented hardware and software structure. This openness approach is able to enhance an intelligence and integration of a manufacturing system. The development methodology of PcOAMC is an Object-Oriented approach, and all modules in PcOAMC are modelled using UML(Unified Modelling Language) that provides an easy understanding and modification. In order to demonstrate an applicability of PcOAMC, a simple test has been executed by using the Client-Server system consisting of two PcOAMCS and bus monitoring system. The good results have been obtained, so that the developed controller is expected to be embedded into IMS(Intelligent Manufacturing System) as a basic unit.

스마트워크 도입 기업의 IT자원이 직무성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구: 집단지성의 매개효과를 중심으로 (An Empirical Study on Effects of IT Resources of the Firms Adopting Smart-Work on Job Performance: Focused on Mediating Effect of Collective Intelligence)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 현재 국내에서도 스마트워크가 확산되고 있는 바, 스마트워크의 도입이 직무성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하고자 한다. 스마트워크를 도입하여 사용하고 있는 국내 대기업, 중소기업에 근무하는 직원들을 대상으로 다수의 설문지를 통한 실증분석 즉 빈도, 요인, 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였고, 통계분석의 도구인 PROCESS Macro를 사용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스마트워크 도입기업의 IT자원은 직무성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 스마트워크 도입기업의 IT자원은 집단지성과 독립적으로는 직무성과에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 집단지성 중 개방과 협업이 IT자원과 업무개선 간을 매개하고, 집단지성 중 참여, 개방 및 협업이 IT자원과 업무협조 간을 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 향후에는 동일 산업군내에서 스마트워크 도입 기업과 미도입 기업간 재무성과를 비교하거나 동일 기업 내에서 스마트워크 도입 전후의 재무성과를 동태적으로 비교하는 정량적인 분석이 필요하다.

복식 디자인에 표현된 의미적 열린 구조 (A Study on Meaning of Open Structure in Clothing Design)

  • The purpose of this study is to apply a concept of open structure to clothing design and to verify the characteristics found in the various types of clothing which has open structure. The literatures from various academic fields including philosophy, literature, social science, architecture, and fine arts are investigated to define the concept of openness and to analyze it from the perspectives both of the visual and of the moaning of openness. This paper is to identify the types and the characteristics of clothing by future intention, complexity, discontinuity of open structure. By closely examining fashion design after 1980s found in fashion collection publications and designer's websites, the results of this study are as follows: first, the concept of openness can be classified into two different levels, that is, visual and meaning, secondly, in clothing the concept of open structure is applied to the meaning side by future intention, by complexity and by discontinuity. Open structure through future Intention has new content and interpretation and must have the possibility of intelligence awakening, future guidance and basic contents. Open structure through complexity has secondary function exists concurrent with the shape key example is the smart clothes with the digital functions. It has functions of amusement, supplement and protective, and is future clothes which satisfies with health, welfare, desire of beauty. Open structure with discontinuity is clothes with dramatic changes in system, structures and states. Structure can be changed by silhouette, detail, or fabric, material, or dramatic and practical function as tools in terms of productions and environment. This study can help to formulate and to integrate the concept of open structure in clothing with various phases and enhance the value of clothes by showing an application of the concept of openness to the clothing in meaning level.

"Does Emotional Intelligence Impact Technology Adoption?" : A study on Adoption of Augmented Reality

  • The study makes several contributions to not only the adoption literature by examining the influence of Emotional Intelligence (EI) and Big-Five traits on adoption of Augmented Reality (AR) but also given its utility in both industry and research, it contributes to the interesting inter-disciplinary domain of psychology, information systems, and human behaviour. A quantitative based approach using a sample of 275 respondents was undertaken. It is found that emotional intelligence influence both perceived ease-of-use and perceived usefulness. They in turn influence intention to use. Another important observation is that personality traits (openness and agreeableness) have a significant moderating effect on the relation between attitude and intention to use AR. This research will help academicians and executives working on the adoption of AR in various sectors ranging from retail industry to the education sector. The originality of this study is that it explores the impact of EI on the acceptance of AR and helps in extending the literature in interdisciplinary research.
