진공차단기용 전자식 센서의 선정 및 노이즈 시험에 관한 연구 (A Study on the selection and noise test of elelctronic sensor for Vacuum Circuit Breaker)

  • 본 연구는 진공차단기 기계식 보조접점(MOC)의 구조적인 취약성을 해결하기 위해 전자식 센서 기술을 이용한 전자식 보조접점(EOC) 개발에 선행되어야할 센서의 선정 및 노이즈 시험에 관한 것으로, 기존 기계적 보조접점(MOC)에서 발생하는 반복적인 떨림 및 반동 현상에 의한 접점 오동작을 최소화하는 제품을 개발하는 것을 최종 목표로 하였다. 실험 결과, 차단기 투입 및 개방시 개방시의 써지전압 상승속도가 투입시 보다 4.2배 빠른 것으로 측정되었고, 소음크기는 각각 120dB, 110dB로 측정되었다. 상용주파과전압 60kV를 인가하였을 때 진공차단기 투입 및 개방시 센서에서 출력되는 파형은 일그러짐이 없이 정상적으로 동작됨을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 150kV $1.2{\times}50{\mu}s$의 충격파를 인가하였을 때 센서의 투입 및 개방측 출력접점의 전압파형이 일그러짐이 없이 정상상태를 유지하였으며, 2500A의 전류를 인가하였을 때 자계 잡음을 측정한 결과, 전압파형이 일그러짐이 없이 정상적으로 동작하였다.

서포트 벡터 머신을 이용한 차량도어의 개폐 보조력 예측 (Prediction of Assistance Force for Opening/Closing of Automobile Door Using Support Vector Machine)

  • 본 논문에서는 차량이 주차된 지형의 조건에 따라 적용되는 도어 개폐 보조력 예측 모델을 제시하였다. 경사도, 사용자의 힘 등의 조건에 따른 개폐력 설정을 위하여 작동 보조력에 대한 학습 모델을 구현하여 비교하였고, 예측 모델의 학습을 위하여 축소모형을 제작하여 실험을 통해 학습데이터를 얻을 수 있는 실험 모델을 구성하였다. 실제 보상력 데이터를 학습, 반영하여 적정 값을 도출할 수 있는 학습 알고리즘을 개발하고, 이를 적용할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하였다. 학습 방법 중에서 인공신경망(Artificial Neural Network, ANN)과 서포트 벡터 머신(Support Vector Machine, SVM) 알고리즘을 적용하여 비교 검증하였다. 실제 측정값과 비교 검증한 결과, 차량의 도어 개폐 보조력 예측을 위해서 서포트 벡터 머신의 상대적으로 높은 적용성을 확인할 수 있었으며, 이 예측 모델을 활용하여 경사, 사용자의 힘에 따라 도어 개폐 구동 모터가 보상해야 할 적정한 힘을 예측하여 시간에 따라 구동함으로써 사용자가 평지와 같은 힘으로 문을 제어할 수 있는 시스템 구성을 제시하였다.

Heteromeres arbutifolia 와 Ferocactus acanthodes의 기공개폐를 위한 공변세포의 능.수동적 행동 (Active and Passive Behaviours of the Guard Cells for Stomatal Opening and Closing in Heteromeres arbutifolia and Ferocactus acanthodes)

  • 본 연구는 Heteromeres arbutifolia의 잎과 Ferocactus acanthodes의 줄기에서 기공저항을 측정하여 공변세포의 능동적 수동적 운동을 이론적 기반하에서 연구하는데 그 목적이 있다. 빛과 물의 손실에 대한 기공의 능동적 수동적 반응이 관찰되었고 공변세포의 내외의 물의 득실율을 명명 $\Delta$Wi 와 $\Delta$Wt라고 하였을 때 그곳에 축적되는 물의 축적율은 $\Delta$Wi-$\Delta$Wt로 표시된다. 빛의 존재하에서 기공이 열린 잎을 암처리시키고 어두운 곳에서 기공이 닫힌 잎에 빛을 주었을때, H. arbutifolia잎의 공변세포는 $\Delta$Wi>$\Delta$Wt인 상태만을 나타냈고 기공개폐는 능동적이였다. 그러니 자연광하에서 기공을 닫는 F. acanthodes의 줄기에 검은 천을 덮었다가 벗겼을때 공변세포의 운동은 $\Delta$Wi<$\Delta$Wt 상태에서 일어 났으며 수동적이였다. 줄기에서 떨어짐으로 인해 $\Delta$Wi>$\Delta$Wt 상태를 나타내는 H. arbutifolia와 F. acanthodes의 공변세포의 운동은 광의 유무에 무관하게 언제나 수동적으로 일어 났다. F. acanthodes와 Opuntia bigelovii의 줄기에 있는 공변세포의 증산저항계수는 각각 0.380과 0.135였으며 이들은 0.034의 값을 나타내는 H. arbutifolia잎의 경우보다 훨씬높다. 더우기 낮동안 F. acanthodes의 줄기에서 기공이 열리는 현상은 물을 줌으로써 유도될 수 있었다. 이 결과들로부터 사막의 CAM식물들은 언제나 기공을 여는 상태이나 밤동안은 $\Delta$Wi>$\Delta$Wt이고 낮동안은 $\Delta$Wi<$\Delta$Wt가 되므로 밤에 기공이 열리고 낮에는 닫히는 수동적 운동을 하게된다고 해석된다.

  • The purpose of this study is to consider the performance and exhaust characteristics in the practical engine according to the cooling water temperature change of engine and to set up the optimum cooling condition and to obtain the optimum operating condition of thermostat in the cooling system. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, authors have used the following procedure. 1. This study is to investigate the influence of the cooling water temperature on the engine performance and the exhaust gas, authors regulated the cooling water temperature by using the special closing circuit and measured the concentration of exhaust gas by using the exhaust gas measuring system in the exhaust pipe. 2. This study carried out the experiment by regulating the opening degree of throttle valve and engine speed in the dynamometer and by changing the cooling water temperature, at the same time kept air-fuel ratio constant and made the spark ignition time MBT(Minimum spark advance for Best Torque) 3. This study measured the cooling water temperature by using the K-type thermocouple centring around the easy over-heated parts and by installing a special closing circuit. Therefore, in this study, authors intend to examine the influence of the cooling water temperature on the engine performance, exhaust gas and present the basic materials needed in the engine design including the optimum operating time control system for the cooling water temperature.

개폐 개념의 높이 조절이 가능한 광선반 개발 연구 - 외부조도에 따른 광선반 성능평가 중심으로 (Research of the Development of a Height-adjustable light-shelf based on an Open and Closed Concept - Focusing on the light-shelf Performance Evaluation Depending on the External Illumination-)

  • Purpose: With the increase in the energy consumption in the building sector, many studies have recently been conducted to address this issue. Due to its efficiency, diverse studies on a light-shelf, which is a natural lighting system, are in progress. However, there has been no research on the external illumination that determines the performance of a light-shelf. Therefore, the present study aimed to prepare the external illumination standard for securing the lighting performance of a light-shelf through the light-shelf performance evaluation based on a 1:1 scale testbed, and to suggest a height-adjustable light-shelf based on an open and closed concept for the case in which the lighting performance of the light-shelf significantly deteriorates, by collecting the external illumination. Method: In this study, a 1:1 scale testbed was established for performance evaluation, and the external illumination standard for securing the performance of the light-shelf was prepared by comparing the lighting performance of the light-shelf depending on the open and closed condition of the light-shelf and the external illumination. Result: 1) In this study, a light-shelf that can be opened or closed depending on the external illumination was suggested. As a result, the prospect right can be secured by creating the condition where there is no light-shelf installation by moving the light-shelf to the top of the window when the lighting performance is not secured. 2) In the summer solstice, the external illuminations appropriate for lighting energy reduction were more than 75,000 lx and 60,000 lx for the light-shelf width of 0.3 m and 0.6 m, respectively. 3) In the intermediate period, the external illumination appropriate for lighting energy reduction was 60,000 lx. In the winter solstice, making the condition where there is no light-shelf installation by closing the light-shelf would be appropriate. 4) Based on the aforementioned results, the external illumination standard for the opening and closing of the height-adjustable light-shelf based on an open and closed concept suggested in this study was 60,000 lx, and the light-shelf with a width of 0.6 m would be advantageous for lighting energy reduction.

  • In this paper, we developed DSP based control system to automatically open and close passive filter, which is used to reduce harmonics, according to operating condition of loads. Passive filter control system automatically open and close each branch of filter according to working conditions of loads by sending signals to open and close installation of passive filter after measuring and monitoring voltage, current, harmonics, reactive power, power factor and so on. We verified it's performance by connecting control system with passive filter in the power line using the 100[HP] d.c. motor drive, opening and closing passive filter according to operation condition of motor, and measuring harmonics and reactive power, etc.

  • 저염분에 따른 양식생물의 피해를 줄이기 위한 조기경보 방안으로 염분에 따른 굴(Crassostrea gigas) 패각운동 특성을 홀 소자를 이용하여 측정하는 생물모니터링시스템의 적용 가능성을 조사하였다. 염분농도 27 psu에서 굴의 패각운동은 평균 10-15 mm 정도의 개각상태를 유지하다가, 비교적 빠른 폐각상태를 지시하는 큰 파형이 보였으며, 다시 개각상태로 돌아가나, 그 속도는 폐각상태로 진행되는 속도보다 느리게 나타났다. 20 psu까지 저염분의 농도에서는 27 psu의 패각 운동과 큰 변화가 없었다. 하지만 17 psu 이하의 염분농도부터 이상 패각운동이 지시되었으며, 10 psu에서는 패각운동이 없이 폐각상태를 유지하였다. 이와 같은 생물모니터링시스템을 패류 양식에 활용하여 해양환경의 이상변동을 신속히 감지할 수 있다면, 어업피해를 감소시킬 활동으로 연결될 것으로 기대된다.

해양구조물용 고압 컨트롤 밸브 수치해석 (A Numerical Analysis on High Pressure Control Valve for Offshore)

  • This study have goal with conceptual design for Offshore Structures of high pressure control valve for localization. Ball valve for development accomplished with flow analysis based on provision of ANSI B16.34, ANSI B16.10, ANSI B16.25 In order to localize the Offshore Structures high pressure control valve. Numerical simulation using CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamic) in order to predict a mass flow rate and a flow coefficient form flow dynamic point of view. The working fluid assumed the glycerin($C_3H_8O_3$). The valve inlet and outlet setup a pressure boundary condition. The outlet pressure was fixed by atmospheric pressure and calculated until increasing 1bar to 10bar. CFD analysis used STAR-CCM+ which is commercial code and Governing equations were calculated by moving mesh which is rotated 90 degrees when ball valve operated opening and closing in 1 degree interval. The result shows change of mass flow rate according to opening and closing angle of valve. Flow decrease observed open valve that equal percentage flow paten which is general inclination of ball valve. Relation with flow and flow coefficient can not be proportional according to inlet pressure when compare with mass flow rate. Because flow coefficient have influence in flow and pressure difference. Namely, flow can be change even if it has same Cv value. The structural analysis used ANSYS which is a commercial code. Stress analysis result of internal pressure in valve showed lower than yield strength. This is expect to need more detail design and verification for stem and seat structure.

소아환자복의 착의실태에 관한 연구 (The Actual Wearing Condition for the Uniform of Pediatric Inpatient)

  • This study provides information for the design of pediatric inpatient uniforms with functionality and aesthetic beauty through a questionnaire-survey of the conditions of providing, wearing, preferences and improvement requirements for pediatric inpatient uniforms. As a result of the survey, intravenous injections were mostly given on the back of the hand, and the method of changing uniforms after intravenous injections was (in most cases) to pass the injection bottle through a sleeve or pant leg while the needle is inserted. The respondents answered that the sleeve length and pant length did not match. As a result of the preference of the pediatric inpatient design survey, respondents indicated they preferred pajama type, yellow color and medium size animal patterns. A similar ratio of set-in and raglan with no collar but with 3/4 length sleeve of round neck, front end, sleeve top opening, button closing and two pockets were preferred for shirts; however, a 3/4 length with rubber string on the waist, no opening and inner opening were preferred at the same ratio for pants. As for the method to adjust the length to assign functionality to pediatric inpatient uniforms, the most preferred sleeve was a roll-up sleeve with a strap and the most preferred pants were length adjusted pants that used a strap for both shirts and pants with a both sides strap. In addition, the majority of the respondents answered that a hand wrapper that protects the injection location during intravenous injections needs be developed. As for the development type, a half glove type and glove type were preferred in sequential order.
