In this paper we consider the Dirichlet problem for an fourth order elliptic equation on a open set in $R^N$. By using variational methods we obtain the multiplicity of nontrivial weak solutions for the fourth order elliptic equation.

The analysis of a certian example and simulations given in the previous sections show that the modified FKA is more stable than the standard FKA without loss of the performance of it. The general analysis of modified FKA's numerical stability is the open problem with more simulations in order to prove the stability of it.

We give a characterization of regular operators that allows us to prove that a bounded operator acting between Banach spaces is almost regular if and only if it is regular, solving an open problem in [5]. As an application, we show that some operators in the closure of the set of all regular operators are regular.

A single, tractable, special case of the problem of continuous mixtures of beta distributions over their parameters is considered. This is the uniform mixture of generalized arc-sine distributions which, curiously, turns out to be linked by transformation to the Cauchy distribution.

In this paper, we extend the study of general convergence theorems for the Picard iteration of Proinov contraction from the class of continuous mappings to the class of discontinuous mappings. As a by product we provide a new affirmative answer to the open problem posed in [20].

With a wide dissemination of smartphones, the number of native applications developed and sold freely by anyone is growing now. The application market activated by Apple's App Store is spreading more rapidly with Google's Google Play. But due to platform-dependent of native application's attribute, developers are programming at each platform. As a result, development cost is increasing compared to earnings. To solve a dependency problem, people focused on web application developed by web-based language. However, stores at each browser are requiring a web application to follow manifest format. And this causes browser-dependent problem. Those problems can be solved by installing a certain browser, but this can make an application useless on the other browser of a store. Dependency problem can narrow not only user's application variation, but also concentration on some specific store. OWS(Open Web Store) is a standard store that supports various web environments. It overcomes browser or platform dependency problems by interworking applications between stores. Also customers are able to choose a large number of applications. In this paper, related to OWS, I would like to suggest manifest standards and store's reference architecture. An interworking scenario is going to be proposed as well.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the characteristics of problem behaviors, cultural identity and acculturation of North Korean (NK) refugee youth and to suggest an appropriate approach for helping them to adjust to our society based on these findings. Methods: The subjects were 117 NK adolescent refugees in Hanawon. Data were collected by a demographic questionnaire, Youth Self Report (YSR), the South-North Korean cultural identity. Results: Problem behaviors of NK refugee youth were the highest in anxiety/depression and withdrawal behavior and were followed by internalized behavior, aggressiveness, overall problem behavior, externalized behavior, delinquency and positive behavior in that order. Acculturation was the highest in 'separation' followed by 'integration', 'assimilation' and 'marginalization' in that order. No significant relationship was found between acculturation types and problem behaviors except positive behavior. Conclusion: This study provides some important information that we have to develop specific strategies and interventions primarily focused on withdrawal, anxiety/depression, and internalization for the adjustment and mental health of NK refugee youth. It is necessary to explore further research related to cultural identity, acculturation processes, and the correlation between acculturation types and problem behaviors.
