This paper designed and manufactured a chip mounter based on 3D printer technology that can be used for educational research or sample production to disseminate chip mounter, a core technology of SMT line. A stepper motor with open loop control is used for low cost drive design. The shortcomings of the motor's vibration and disassembly caused by the use of the step motor were compensated by the Micro-Step control method. In the chip mounter experiment, the gerber file was generated on the small chip mounter, printed at the actual size, and the solder cream was printed on the HASL-treated PCB in the same manner as the sample board fabrication. As a result of the experiment, unlike the 2012 micro components, parts such as SOIC and TQFP that require correction are twice as long as the component mounting time, but it can be confirmed that they are mounted relatively accurately. In addition, as a result of repeatedly measuring the error of the initial position 10 times, it was confirmed that a relatively small error of about 0.110mm occurs.

This paper aims to design and implement a robot that will help teach children living habits and English conversation education in dual-income families using the open platform robot Q.bo one based on raspberry pi3 of a single board computer. The first function of life habit formation is to help children to wash their hands, to brush their teeth, homework and sleep regularly. The child is then photographed listening to the notification and acting so that the parent can identify and provide feedback. The second basic conversation education feature uses Google's DialogFlow to help children learn English naturally through simple English conversation through the robot. The two-functioning robot allows children from working families to feel secure by printing their parents' voices even when they are not at home. At the same time, it allows them to get into basic lifestyle, to have basic English conversation with robots, and to be interested in English early.

Recently, large and small vehicle accidents due to human life and property due to loss of function similar to that used on the plane with a black box mounted on the vehicle by the driver of the vehicle in order to analyze the cause of the accident vehicle you are using a black box. In addition, the existing black box on the incident can not be sent automatically to report an accident notification has a problem. In this paper, another advantage of the OS used in a black box with an Android-based acceleration sensor on the test board GPS module and smart phones using the information, and incident detection capability to send a message to the specified number of black boxes with was implemented.

For VOD systems, it is important to provide QoS to more users under the limited resources. To analyze QoS issues in real environment, we implement clustered VOD server and embedded client system based on the Linux open source platform. The parallel processing of MPEG data, load balancing for nodes and VCR like functions are implemented in the server side. To provide more user friendly interface, the general TV is used for a VOD client's terminal and the embedded board is used supporting for VCR functions. In this paper, we measure the performance of the implemented VOD system under the various user requirement features and evaluate the sources of performance limitations. From these analyses, we propose the dynamic admission control method based on the availability memory and network bandwidth. The proposed method enhances the utilization of the system resource for the more QoS media streams.
