The notions of P-I-open (closed) mappings, P-I-continuous mappings, P-I-neighborhoods, P-I-irresolute mappings and I-irresolute mappings are introduced. Relations between P-I-open (closed) mappings and I-open (closed) mappings are given. Characterizations of P-I-open (closed) mappings are provided. Relations between a P-I-continuous mapping and an I-continuous mapping are discussed, and characterizations of a P-I-continuous mapping are considered. Conditions for a mapping to be an I-irresolute mapping (resp. P-I-irresolute mapping) are provided.

Let f : X longrightarrow Y be quasi-open. We show that: (1) If A $\subset$ X is open, f│A is quasi-open, (2) f : X longrightarrow f(X) is quasi-open. (3) And let $f_{\alpha}/,:X_{\alpha}$, longrightarrow $Y_{\alpha}$ be quasi-open. Then $\Pi f_{\alpha}, : \Pi X_{\alpha}$ longrightarrow $\Pi Y_{\alpha}$/ defined by {$x_{\alpha}$} longrightarrow {$f_{\alpha},({\chi}_{\alpha}$)}, is quasi-open. (4) Lastly, if $f_{i}: X_{i}$ longrightarrow Y are quasi-open, i = 1,2, then F: $X_1 \bigoplus X_2$ longrightarrow Y, defined by $F({\chi})=f_i({\chi})$, ${\chi} \in X_i$, is also quasi-open.

The notions of pre-local function, semi-local functions and ${\alpha}$-local functions with respect to a topology and an ideal are introduced, and several properties are investigated. Also, the concept of $P-\mathcal{I}$-open sets and $P-\mathcal{I}$-closed sets in ideal topological spaces are discussed. Relations between $\mathcal{I}$-open sets and $P-\mathcal{I}$-open sets are provided, and several properties related to $P-\mathcal{I}$-open sets, pre-local functions, semi-local functions and ${\alpha}$-local functions with respect to a topology and an ideal are investigated.

Recently, El-Naschie has shown that the notion of fuzzy topology may be relevant to quantum paretical physics in connection with string theory and E-infinity space time theory. In this paper, we study the concepts of r-fuzzy semi-I-open, r-fuzzy pre-I-open, r-fuzzy $\alpha$-I-open and r-fuzzy $\beta$-I-open sets, which is properly placed between r-fuzzy openness and r-fuzzy $\alpha$-I-openness (r-fuzzy pre-I-openness) sets regardless the fuzzy ideal topological space in Sostak sense. Moreover, we give a decomposition of fuzzy continuity, fuzzy ideal continuity and fuzzy ideal $\alpha$-continuity, and obtain several characterization and some properties of these functions. Also, we investigate their relationship with other types of function.

In this paper, the concept of $PC^{\star}$-closed sets is introduced. $PC^{\star}$-closed sets contain $pre^*_I$-open and $pre^*_I$-closed sets, ${\mathcal{RPC}}_I$ and $pre^*_I$-closed sets, ${\mathcal{RPC}}_I$ and weakly $I_{rg}$-closed sets.

인터넷 서비스를 사용하기 위해서 사용자들은 이름과 주민등록번호로 실명 인증을 받은 후에 ID를 부여 받았으나, 최근 보안상 문제로 주민등록번호 대체 수단인 I-PIN 서비스를 사용하고 있다. 그리고 하나의 ID로 통합하여 인터넷 서비스를 받을 수 있는 OpenID 서비스가 국내에서도 시행중이지만 사용자 인증이 없어 악성 댓글과 스팸 등으로 악용될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 OpenID에서 회원가입을 할 때 I-PIN을 사용하여 사용자 인증을 하는 기법을 제안하고 기존의 OpenID와 I-PIN을 적용한 OpenID를 비교분석을 통하여 보안적인 측면이 강화된 것을 확인할 수 있다.

Free viewpoint image synthesis technology is one of the important technologies in the MPEG-I (Immersive) standard. RVS (Reference View Synthesizer) developed by MPEG-I and in use in MPEG group is a DIBR (Depth Information-Based Rendering) program that generates an image at a virtual (intermediate) viewpoint from multiple viewpoints' inputs. RVS uses the mesh surface method based on computer graphics, and outperforms the pixel-based ones by 2.5dB or more compared to the previous pixel method. Even though its OpenGL version provides 10 times speed up over the non OpenGL based one, it still shows a non-real-time processing speed, i.e., 0.75 fps on the two 2k resolution input images. In this paper, we analyze the internal of RVS implementation and modify its structure, achieving 34 times speed up, therefore, real-time performance (22-26 fps), through the 3 key improvements: 1) the reuse of OpenGL buffers and texture objects 2) the parallelization of file I/O and OpenGL execution 3) the parallelization of GPU shader program and buffer transfer.

In early 1970s, open education was introduced with drastically changing educational concept. Since then, open education has brought about new concept and variations in curriculum, schools have adopted open education since mid 1980s. Open education which has advanced in foreign countries, how-ever, do not fit to the Korean educational situation without some modification in educational facilities. This education in Korea faced and making some suggestions on educational facilities for the effective open ducation in Korea. After briefly reviewing the conceprs of open education. I introduced educational facilities for open education regarded as basic in advanced countries, then I analyzed through questionaire current status of educational facilities of 23 Korean schools which have adopted open education. Finally I made some suggestions to improve educational facilities for effective open education of Korea.
