Objectives: This study describes the implementation of a training course that aimed to increase the competency of undergraduate students of Korean medicine at a single college to obtain informed consent and perform bee venom acupuncture using an objective structured clinical examination (OSCE). Methods: We developed and implemented a short training course for 111 fourth-year students of Korean medicine during their clinical rotation at the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Medicine. Lectures were conducted on the effects of and hypersensitivity reactions to bee venom acupuncture, obtaining informed consent, performing skin test and bee venom acupuncture. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, some students were offered online lectures, and some could not experience the performance of OSCE in person. A survey with 16 closed and three open questions was used to investigate self-efficacy, opinions about the online lectures, and the OSCE. Results: Out of 111 questionnaires, 104 were completed (94%). Students were generally satisfied with the online lectures and OSCE. For the subjective questionnaire about what was helpful in the training of bee venom acupuncture techniques and OSCE, the authenticity of the teaching method was recorded the highest. Conclusions: This study showed that online lectures were effective in teaching clinical skills of Korean Medicine. It is necessary to produce standard educational materials for clinical skills of Korean Medicine, and studies to analyze the reliability and validity of OSCE are needed.

This study aimed to analyze the content of Records Data Management (RDM) training programs provided by 51 out of 121 university libraries in North America that implemented RDM services, and to provide implications from the results. For the content analysis, 317 titles of classroom training programs and 42 headings at the highest level from the tables of content of online tutorials were collected and coded based on 12 data literacy competencies identified from previous studies. Among classroom training programs, those regarding data processing and analysis competency were offered the most. The highest number of the libraries provided classroom training programs in relation to data management and organization competency. The third most classroom training programs dealt with data visualization and representation competency. However, each of the remaining 9 competencies was covered by only a few classroom training programs, and this implied that classroom training programs focused on the particular data literacy competencies. There were five university libraries that developed and provided their own online tutorials. The analysis of the headings showed that the competencies of data preservation, ethics and data citation, and data management and organization were mainly covered and the difference existed in the competencies stressed by the classroom training programs. For effective RDM training program, it is necessary to understand and support the education of data literacy competencies that researchers need to draw research results, in addition to competencies that university librarians traditionally have taught and emphasized. It is also needed to develop educational resources that support continuing education for the librarians involved in RDM services.

This study aimed to understand and analyze the instructors' class satisfaction and the effectiveness of online general education classes perceived by instructors after inevitable COVID-19. A total of 54 instructors participated in the survey conducted at the end of the spring semester 2021 at C University located Gyeongsangnam-do. Findings revealed that instructors' satisfaction with their online classes was relatively low(2.80), and they negatively perceived their online classes. Also they show negative perception of the variable, interaction with learners(2.87). However, they show higher satisfaction with the next variables than the overall satisfaction; class management, online learning platform, and asynchronous online learning. Plus, a statistically significant result is that online learning platform have the biggest effect on the instructors' class satisfaction. Therefore, we need to know that instructors have to get familiar with the online learning platform and universities help them provide a variety of training sessions regarding online learning platforms. This study has limitations in that it was conducted only at one college and the limited number of variables was measured.

The purpose of this study was to examine job competencies for sales training program development to maximize profits in fashion retailing. An empirical online survey was conducted from September to December 2019, and data was collected from 200 salespeople and store managers working in fashion stores. Results were analyzed using frequency analysis, factor analysis, variance analysis, and regression analysis with SPSS 25.0. The major findings of this study were as follows. First, the most important job competencies identified by fashion store managers were: sales sense know-how, customer service skills, and sales person's fashion style sense, product knowledge, fashion marketing and customer management. The job competency factors for sales training programs included empathy with the customer, product knowledge, communications and networking, basic job requirement, and sales skills. These five factors positively influenced the employment intentions and expectations of work performance of graduates. These factors also had a positive influence on the need of sales training program and intention to participate in retraining. Store managers in fashion retail thought the most appropriate period for on-the-job training was either 2-4 days or more than 1 week. The results of this study can be used as a base to develop training programs for job efficiency for salespeople in fashion retailing.

The current article examines the interactions among students' attitudes to e-learning, their implementation of e-learning in their studies, and learning effectiveness. Significantly, it emphasizes the mediating role of accepting e-learning in training. It applied reliability analyses to test the measurement of items and construct validity, using the research data collected from students at Vietnam National University of Ho Chi Minh. Then, the current article used multiple regressions to inspect the causal relations; and applied procedures to investigate the mediating influence. The empirical results indicate students' attitude to e-learning positively influences their implementation of e-learning in their studies. When students apply e-learning in their studies, they likely achieve the best possible training effectiveness. Statistical evidence on the mediating role of accepting e-learning in training by students on the linkage between their attitude to e-learning and training effectiveness is revealed in this article. The findings of this article make some contributions. For educational administrators, it offers insight into the links among students' attitudes to e-learning, their implementation of e-learning in their studies, and training effectiveness, which likely allows them to establish suitable online training programs. This will be beneficial to both learners and educational institutes.

However, the creation of institutional entrepreneurship support system based on the fusion construct and cultured creativity through entrepreneurship education, such as mental challenges proactively apply the various ordinary area and several temporal spatial constraints can be utilized. There follows are in this study and time to entrepreneurship education without restrictions in place were the impact of the most important elements are enterpreneurship in the online entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship. As the result of analysis, online learning environment have a positive impact on entrepreneurship. I hope that a global powerhouse through youth entrepreneurship would like to contribute IT power nation.

This paper proposes an effective feature compensation scheme based on speech model for achieving robust speech recognition. Conventional model-based method requires off-line training with noisy speech database and is not suitable for online adaptation. In the proposed scheme, we can relax the off-line training with noisy speech database by employing the parallel model combination technique for estimation of correction factors. Applying the model combination process over to the mixture model alone as opposed to entire HMM makes the online model combination possible. Exploiting the availability of noise model from off-line sources, we accomplish the online adaptation via MAP (Maximum A Posteriori) estimation. In addition, the online channel estimation procedure is induced within the proposed framework. For more efficient implementation, we propose a selective model combination which leads to reduction or the computational complexities. The representative experimental results indicate that the suggested algorithm is effective in realizing robust speech recognition under the combined adverse conditions of additive background noise and channel distortion.

In this paper we propose an incremental classification of multi-class data set by LS-SVM. By encoding the output variable in the training data set appropriately, we obtain a new specific output vectors for the training data sets. Then, online LS-SVM is applied on each newly encoded output vectors. Proposed method will enable the computation cost to be reduced and the training to be performed incrementally. With the incremental formulation of an inverse matrix, the current information and new input data are used for building another new inverse matrix for the estimation of the optimal bias and lagrange multipliers. Computational difficulties of large scale matrix inversion can be avoided. Performance of proposed method are shown via numerical studies and compared with artificial neural network.

The purpose of this study is to experiment online public access catalog enhancements to improve its subject access capability. Three catalog databases, enhanced with title keywords, controlled vocabulary, and content words with controlled vocabulary respectively, were implemented. 18 searchers performed 2 subject searshes against 3 different catalog databases. And the transaction logs are analyzed. The results of the study can be summarized as follows : Controlled vocabulary catalog database achieved 41.8% recall ratio in average ; the addition of table of contents words to the controlled vocabulary is an effective technique with increasing recall ration upto 55% without decreasing precision ; and the database enhanced with title keywords shows 31.7% recall ratio in average. Of the three kinds of catalog databases, only the catalog with contents words produced 2 unique relevant documents. The results indicate that both user training and system development is required to have better search performance in online public access catalog.

A novel inverse kinematics solution based on the back propagation neural network (NN) for redundant manipulators is developed for online obstacles avoidance. A laser transducer at the end-effctor is used for online planning the trajectory. Since the inverse kinematics in the present problem has infinite number of joint angle vectors, a fuzzy reasoning system is designed to generate an approximate value for that vector. This vector is fed into the NN as a hint input vector rather than as a training vector to guide the output of the NN. Simulations are implemented on both three- and four-link redundant planar manipulators to show the effectiveness of the proposed position control system.
