Findings - The results show Convenience, Information quality, Personalization, Text-free search interface design and Visual communication of mobile visual search positively influence consumer perceived economic value and customer commitment and in turn positively affect consumer's usage intention. Moreover, the different levels of consumer online shopping orientation also found to have different effects on consumers' perception and behavior of using mobile visual search in online fashion shopping. Research implications or Originality - The present study verified that mobile visual search is a service tool that consumers want to use in the online fashion shopping journey since it provides economic benefits.
Purpose: The distribution of goods and the flow of information, determined by consumer behavior toward online shopping, is drastically popular worldwide. This study examines some factors such as brand trust, online sales promotion, consumer personality, delivery service, quality assurance, information search, and online consumer satisfaction influence online shopping behavior. Research design, data, and methodology: A constructed questionnaire in an online survey was conducted with 241 random cluster respondents in the greater Jakarta Area. Structure equation model was utilized to analyze and verify all the data. Results: Research finding indicates online sales promotion, delivery service, quality assurance, and online consumer satisfaction positively influence information search. Meanwhile, brand trust, quality assurance, and information search positively influence online shopping behavior. However, the result illustrates that consumer personality negatively influences both information search and online shopping behavior. Conclusions: To influence online shopping behavior, the most important factors that need to be considered by marketplaces are quality assurance. It positively motivates Indonesia's citizens to collect information and make unplanned purchases. The study finding can be a reference for brands to maintain and build outstanding product quality, an informational website, and an excellent marketing strategy so that customers can meet their expectations. Besides, it also broadens both companies' and individuals' knowledge about the digital revolution on consumer behavior.
This study explored factors affecting consumer's external information search effort on online shopping malls through three approaches(cost-benefit approach, psychological motivation approach, and web-site theory approach) respectively, and designed the integrative model through searching the relationships among them. In this study search motivation are designed to be explained by search benefit and search cost that are explained by factors related to the web site and search efforts are designed to be explained by search benefit, search cost and search motivation. The results from our empirical research showed that search motivation, search benefits and prior knowledge on online shopping malls have a direct effect on consumer external information search effort. On the other hand, it was verified that the search motivation was affected by search benefits and purchase involvement, and the search benefits are directly influenced by purchase involvement, constructive simplicity, search convenience and trust. In addition, purchase involvement, time press, constructive simplicity and search convenience had direct effects on the search cost.

The purpose of this study is aimed to clarify the usefulness of meta search system using Open API of library online catalog by constructing OPAC-based search system using Open API of library online catalog and meta search system using Open API of library online catalog, and comparing the usability of the two experimental search systems. As for usability, on the whole, it was higher in meta search system using Open API of library online catalog than OPAC-based search system using Open API of library online catalog, and there was statistically significant difference. Therefore, if libraries share and use enriched content which is provided through Open API for book search, which is opened by Internet bookstores, search engines and Web portals, it is expected that it will be helpful in enhancing bibliographic data, expanding subject access point, empowering subject search ability, extending meta search service, improving book availability, and reducing catalog cost.
Purpose - A product bundling is a marketing approach where multiple products or components are packaged together into one bundle solution. This paper aims to introduce an optimal bundle search problem (hereinafter called "OBSP") which may be embedded with online recommendation system to provide an optimized service considering pairwise discount and delivery cost. Research design, data, and methodology - Online retailers have their own discount policy and it is time consuming for online shoppers to find an optimal bundle. Unlike an online system recommending one item for each search, the OBSP considers multiple items for each search. We propose a mathematical formulation with numerical example for the OBSP and analyzed the complexity of the problem. Results - We provide two results from the complexity analysis. In general case, the OBSP belongs to strongly NP-Hard which means the difficulty of the problem while the special case of OBSP can be solved within polynomial time by transforming the OBSP into the minimum weighted perfect matching problem. Conclusions - In this paper, we propose the OBSP to provide a customized service considering bundling price and delivery cost. The results of research will be embedded with an online recommendation system to help customers for easy and smart online shopping.

Since consumers have become more comfortable with providing and receiving information online, 'online word of mouth' has been gaining consideration as one of the major information sources. Also, the shopping orientation of consumers has been proven to be an important determinant of consumer behavior. Therefore, the study investigated the differences in online WOM behavior based on shopping orientation. Hedonic, loyal, and syntonic styles were the types of shopping orientation considered, and the study focused on information retrieval tendencies, the motivation of online WOM search, searching online WOM sources, and the contents for the online WOM behavior. The research conducted an off-line survey targeting females in their twenties. The total number of data sets used in the empirical study was 125, and these were analyzed by SPSS 20.0: factors analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, k-means cluster, ANOVA, Duncan's multiple range test, Kruskal-Wallis, Mann-Whitney, and Bonferroni correction. The participants were divided into 3 kinds of shopping orientation groups named 'trend-pursuit', 'passive', and 'loyal'. As a result, there were significant differences in online WOM behavior discovered between the groups. Firstly, the 'trend-pursuit' group had the highest number of ongoing searches while the 'loyal' group had the highest number of pre-purchase search. Secondly, the 'trend-pursuit' and 'loyal' groups both had the motivations of online WOM search, hedonic and utility, whereas the 'passive' group had the lowest motivations for both motivations. Thirdly, the 'loyal' group frequently referred to reviews on shopping malls as online WOM sources. The research provided a better understanding of the online WOM behavior of present consumers and suggests that fashion related corporations map out marketing strategies with the understanding of these behaviors.

Although online search engine service provide a convenient means to search for information on the World Wide Web, it also poses a risk of disclosing privacy. Regardless of such risk, most of users are neither aware of their personal information being exposed on search results nor how to redress the issue by requesting removal of information. According to the 2015 parliamentary inspection of government offices, many government agencies were criticized for mishandling of personal information and its leakage on online search engine such as Google. Considering the fact that the personal information leakage via online search engine has drawn the attention at the government level, the online search engine and privacy issue needs to be rectified. This paper, by examining current online search engines, studies the degree of personal information exposure on online search results and its underlying issues. Lastly, based on research result, the paper provides a sound policy and direction to the removal of exposed personal information with respect to search engine service provider and user respectively.

The purpose of this study is to examine factors influencing online product transformation focusing on benefits of online shopping and word of mouth. Generally, it has been known that buying search goods is more proper than experience goods in the online. However benefits of online shopping and word of mouth make product transformation from experience goods to search goods and the product transformation promote the purchase of experience goods online. We developed a conceptual model of online product transformation including benefits of online shopping(e.g. good price and convenience), online word of mouth (e.g. bulletin board and consumer reviews), and consumer characteristics (e.g. innovativeness and Internet usage). Also, we suggest several research propositions on online product transformation. The implications for marketing strategies of experience goods and furher research direction are suggested.
This study examined the effects of online search service users' experiences on search satisfaction by the types of main search results. As a result of the survey, the negative experience of using the search result in the specific service area among the integrated search results is the most irrelevant regardless of the type of search result with the lowest usage rate. In particular, users are often exposed to advertising information and valuable or low useful information, and information inaccuracy, bias, and personal information leakage experience are relatively higher than other search results. Satisfaction by type of search result of online search service showed only difference in interest of search result, and no other satisfaction factor was found by type of search result. Looking at the experience factors that affect the satisfaction of each type of search results, in the case of general integrated search results except search websites such as search ads and search ads, the more accurate information is provided, the more satisfied the search results are. In the case of, the provision of high value and useful information has a positive effect on satisfaction. After all, it is implied that online search service providers should consider the highest priority for improving the service, improving the accuracy of information and the value and usefulness of information.
Background: This study aimed to examine (1) the patterns of online health information search with respect to seeking and scanning, and (2) how online search, along with eHealth literacy, predicts perceived information usefulness in the context of diet and weight control. Methods: Online survey was conducted with 299 adults from the consumer panel recruited for the purpose of quality assessment of the Korean National Health Information Portal in 2016. We conducted paired sample t-test and multiple logistic regression to address the research questions. Data analysis was performed using IBM SPSS Statistics ver. 24.0 (IBM Corp., Armonk, NY, USA) and SAS ver. 9.3 (SAS Institute Inc., Cary, NC, USA). Results: Of the respondents, 38.8% were 'high seek-high scanners,' 35.8% were 'low seek-low scanners,' 13.0% were 'high seek-low scanners,' and 12.4% were 'low seek-high scanners.' eHealth literacy was a significant, positive predictor of online information scanning (odds ratio [OR], 2.46; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.41-4.29), but not for online information seeking (OR, 1.75; 95% CI, 1.00-3.05). With respect to perceived usefulness of online information seeking, online seeking (OR, 4.90; 95% CI, 2.19-11.00) and eHealth literacy (OR, 2.30; 95% CI, 1.11-4.75) were significant predictors. Perceived usefulness of online scanning had a significant association with online scanning (OR, 2.38; 95% CI, 1.08-5.22), but not with eHealth literacy. Conclusion: To increase the effectiveness of the health policy for online information search and related outcomes in the context of diet and weight control, it is important to develop education programs promoting eHealth literacy.
