비대면 수업에서 온라인 블렌디드 러닝 적용이 작업치료과 대학생의 수업만족도와 학업성취도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Online Blended Learning Application on Occupational Therapy Students' Satisfaction and Academic Achievement in Non-Face-to-Face Classes)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study is to explore the effectiveness of online blended learning(asynchronous online learning class 1+synchronous online learning class 2) method and discuss the applicability of online blended learning. In this study, we will analyze the differences in class satisfaction and academic achievement between asynchronous online learning and online blended learning classes, and discuss the strengths, weaknesses, and satisfactions of online blended learning. Methods : The subjects of this study were 39 of the occupational therapy students who took the 'child development' course. Asynchronous online learning class was applied for 1-6 weeks and online blended learning was applied for 9~14 weeks. The online blended learning class consisted of 1 hours synchronous online learning and 2 hours asynchronous online learning. For the asynchronous online learning, the screen recording program of OBS Studio was used, and for the synchronous online learning, the Zoom program was used. The results of course evaluation and academic achievement of students according to the type of lecture were compared, and a survey was conducted on the satisfaction of online blended learning. Results : The results of this study are as follows. First, satisfaction(A class: t=-4.19, p=.001, B class: t=-7.94, p=.00) with online blended learning classes was significantly higher than asynchronous online learning. Second, when applying online blended learning class, academic achievement(t=-10.58, p=.00) was significantly higher. Third, the online blended learning class showed the highest satisfaction in improving the interest in the subject, and it was found to be helpful in online class management, professor-student interaction, and class content understanding. Conclusion : We have found that online blended learning can compensate for the shortcomings of online lectures and increase the quality of the lectures and the satisfaction of students. The application of online blended learning should be supplemented according to the characteristics of each class, and I hope that blended online teaching methods can be developed based on new ideas in the future.

  • 웹 2.0 환경에서 웹 서비스의 활용범위가 점차 확대됨에 따라서 웹 애플리케이션을 신속하고 편리하게 개발할 수 있는 방법이 요구되고 있다. 최근에 이러한 목적으로 도입되고 있는 프레임워크는 범용으로 설계되어 다양한 웹 애플리케이션에 적용되고 있지만 프레임워크를 이용하여 개발된 웹 애플리케이션에 대한 적합한 품질 평가 모델이 제시되지 않고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 다양한 프레임워크를 이용하여 사용자 간에 도서 정보를 자유롭게 공유할 수 있는 온라인 서재 시스템을 개발하고, 이를 평가하기 위하여 프레임워크 기반의 웹 애플리케이션에 적합한 품질 평가 모델을 제시한다. 소프트웨어 품질 평가의 대표적인 국제 표준인 ISO/IEC 9126-2를 기반으로 기능성, 사용성, 효율성, 유지보수성, 안정성의 다섯 가지의 품질 특성을 정의하고 프레임워크 기반의 웹 애플리케이션의 품질 특성에 초점을 맞춘 평가 메트릭을 제시함으로써 온라인 서재 시스템에 대한 객관적이고 정량적인 평가를 수행한다.

리뷰를 활용한 고객 품질 만족도 지수 개발 : TV 사례연구 (Developing the Customer Quality Satisfaction Index Using Online Reviews: Case Study of TV)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to propose the product quality satisfaction index based on multiple linear regression using customer reviews. Methods: The proposed framework is composed of four steps. First, we collect online reviews and divide it into insight phrases. The insight phrases are classified using product attribute dictionary and sentiment analysis is conducted. Second, the importance of attributes is calculated in consideration of both regression coefficient and frequency. Third, the positive rate is calculated concerning sentiment analysis result. Therefore, the quality satisfaction index is measured by the weighted sum of importance and positive rate in the last step. Results: We conduct a case study using 2-years(2020, 2021) of Samsung TV reviews to confirm the effectiveness of the proposed methodology. As a result, we found that Picture quality is the most crucial attribute in TV evaluation. The importance of Gaming and content has grown up as the positive rate has also increased. Therefore, the overall satisfaction of TV has increased in 2021 compared to 2020. Conclusion: The result of this study shows that the proposed index reveals the customer's mind efficiently and can be explained by the importance and positive rate of each attribute. By using the proposed index, companies are able to improve and the priority of improvement can be determined.

카테고리 킬러형 온라인 상점의 특성과 쇼핑태도에 대한 제품유형의 조절효과 (Moderating Effects of Product Types on the Relationship between Online Category Killer Store Characteristics and Shopping Attitudes)

  • This research investigates whether product types moderate the relationship between e-tailer characteristics and shopping attitudes in the context of online category killer stores. To identify the antecedents of consumer attitudes for category killer stores, the product types are characterized by the two dimensions of hedonic and utilitarian. A total of 268 responses were collected from consumers who experienced online category killer stores. The results show that the quality of information contained in a website, customer review, relational benefits, and the expertise of the e-tailer are important determinants for shopping attitudes of consumers. Regarding the moderating effects of product types, hedonic value significantly moderates the relationships between shopping attitudes and relational benefits/e-tailer expertise. However, utilitarian value does not significantly moderate the relationships between shopping attitudes and any of the e-tailer characteristics. Theoretical contributions of this study are the findings of moderating effects of hedonic value on the relationships between e-tailer characteristics and shopping attitudes. In addition, this study practically implies how companies can utilize these characteristics strategically for marketing and the selection of products.

온라인 쇼핑몰환경에서 고객가치가 로열티에 미치는 영향: 신뢰의 매개영향을 중심으로 (The Effect of Customer Value on Online Shopping Mall: The Moderating Role of Trust)

  • 기업들은 고객을 하나의 자산으로 여기고 관리함으로써 고객로열티가 높아질 것으로 기대를 하고 있다. 하지만 고객자산관리 노력에도 불구하고 고객로열티 증대 효과는 선형적으로 나타나지 못하고 있는데 이러한 현상은 고객 자산요소들이 고객로열티에 직접적인 영향을 주지 않을 수 있음을 말해준다. 본 연구에서는 고객자산요소와 고객로열티 사이에 숨겨진 매개요소를 찾고자 하였으며 매개요소로 신뢰를 고려하였다. 본 연구에서는 세 가지 고객자산관점 중 고객가치를 중심으로 분석하였는데 고객가치는 품질, 가격, 편의성으로 구분되다. 연구 결과, 온라인 쇼핑몰 환경에서는 신뢰가 고객가치요소와 로열티에 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났으며 특히 편의성과 가격은 로열티에 직접적인 영향을 주지 않고 신뢰를 통해 영향을 줌을 밝혀 냈다. 또한 고객가치요소가 신뢰에 미치는 영향순서는 인지적 편의성, 품질, 가격 순으로 나타났다. 따라서 온라인쇼핑몰은 고객가치요소 관리를 함에 있어서 가격보다는 편의성과 품질에 보다 중점을 둬야 할 것이며, 이러한 요소들은 고객과의 신뢰를 강화시킴으로써 로열티를 증대시키므로 고객과의 신뢰강화 노력에 집중해야 할 것이다. 또한 이러한 인과관계를 바탕으로 고객과의 신뢰를 고객관계관리의 지표로 관리할 필요가 있다고 판단된다.

An Analytical Study on the Importance and Performance of Factors of Online Video Usage: Focusing on the Comparison of Chinese and Korean Platforms

  • Purpose - The field of online videos has seen rapid changes in information and communications technology (ICT) development. Despite active academic research on the use of online platforms, few studies have analyzed the relative importance among the factors determined. In this study, the relative importance of factors found in previous studies was identified for users of online video platforms in China and Korea. Through this, factors that should be considered first in research on online video use were derived. In addition, the quality level of online video platforms currently used in China and Korea was measured and used for analysis. The analysis results can provide information for companies to enter Chinese and Korean markets and also be useful to platform providers aiming to increase usage. Design/methodology - Among the factors of Online Video Usage identified in previous studies, 13 factors to be studied were selected through focus group interviews and hierarchized into 2 layers. For the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), each factor was designed as a pairwise comparison questionnaire. The survey included questions on the quality of online video platform currently in use. Data collection was conducted on 16 platforms in China and 11 platforms in Korea, and the relative importance of factors and user perspectives was compared and analyzed using importance performance analysis (IPA). In the analytical process, platforms were divided into over-the-top (OTT) group and Creator group according to the weight of user-generated content, and data analysis focused on these groups. Findings - As a result of AHP, China and Korea showed both "Fun" and "Interests" factors at the top, while the importance of the Entertainment factor "Vicarious satisfaction" was very different for China and Korea. "Relationship with content creators" was the most important factor in China, but it ranked the lowest in Korea. The IPA showed that the factors with high importance and performance were fun, interests, and easy accessibility for both China and Korea. In contrast, the factors that showed low performance compared to high importance in China were relationship with content creators, relationship with acquaintances/friends, and trustworthiness. As for Korea, vicarious satisfaction was observed; thus, this study has raised the need for academic and industrial interest in vicarious satisfaction. The results show that fun, interests, vicarious satisfaction, and easy accessibility of the platform are factors that must be included in further studies on online videos. Originality/value - Existing studies related to the use of online platforms have derived factors or focused on the influence relationship between factors and performance. However, few studies have analyzed the relative importance among the determined factors. This paper explores factors to be considered in future studies by deriving the relative importance between these factors from the perspective of users in China and Korea.

온라인 후기에 내재된 고객의 감성분석과 LQI 차원별 호텔 서비스 품질 평가 (Hotel Service Quality Evaluation Based on LQI using Sentiment Analysis of Online Reviews)

  • Purpose With the increasing number of foreign travelers visiting Korea, it is a heavy question to evaluate service quality of typical domestic hotel companies. Our research aims to evaluate service quality of domestic hotels in Korea from the perspective of foreign travelers in order to provide the quality improvements that call attention for the hotel management. Design/Methodology/Approach In this paper, topics of sentiment followed Lodging Quality Index(LQI) dimensions classifying lodging service quality appropriately. Also, we employed word2vec algorithm which calculates similarity and affinity among the vocabularies accurately. To calculate sentiment of each dimension, we adopted scores from SentiWordNet. Findings From the result, we found the number of foreign travelers particularly satisfied with cleanliness, politeness, and problem solving skills. In contrast, it has also been found out that both promptness of services and efficiency of communication do not fulfill the requirements of travelers.

은행서비스의 다채널 별 서비스 품질 평가가 고객 만족 및 충성도에 미치는 영향 (Assessing the Effects of Multi-Channel Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty in Retail Banking)

  • Service channel environments have changed dramatically with the advent of new, online digital channels. This article studies the effects of perceived multi-channel service quality on customer satisfaction and loyalty in the banking industry and the moderating role of age, which is a characteristic of customers. The objective is to identify the quality factors that affect the overall satisfaction and loyalty of a multi-channel customer. A quantitative study was conducted on 900 customers, with the main targets being users of the nine primary Korean retail banks. Results show that perceived service quality of the physical environment, human service, Internet banking, mobile banking, and ATM has a positive influence on overall satisfaction and loyalty. Age moderates the relationship among physical environment quality, human service, and customer loyalty.

  • 최근 인터넷 사용인구의 폭발적인 증가에 발맞추어 인터넷을 이용한 온라인 증권의 시장규모 또한 빠른 속도로 커지고 있다. 그러나 이러한 시장의 팽창에도 불구하고 온라인 증권 서비스에 대한 평가기준이나 평가척도 개발은 아직 시장 성장속도에 휠씬 못 미치는 모습을 보이고 있다. 현재 많은 수의 온라인 증권 사이트들이 운영되고 있으며 정보통신의 발달과 더불어 온라인 증권시장은 향후에도 지속적인 증가세를 띨 것으로 예상된다. 온라인 증권사의 성공여부는 투자자들이 어떻게 이를 이용하고 평가를 내리느냐에 따라 판가름난다. 본 연구는 오프라인 서비스 제공업체에 대한 평가척도인 SERVQUAL과 그 외 기존의 온라인 서비스 평가기준들을 종합하는 한편, 이와 더불어 투자자들을 대상으로 한 실증연구를 통해 온라인 증권 서비스 품질에 대한 평가 측정도구를 개발 제시하고자 한다. 이 척도를 개발하는 과정에서 투자자들이 생각하는 온라인 증권 서비스의 중요 요소들을 밝히며, 나아가 이 척도가 인터넷 서비스, 특히 온라인 증권의 마케팅 전략수립에 어떻게 이용되어야 하는지 역시 논의한다.

공동 행렬대각화 조건 기반 온라인 음원 신호 분리 및 잔향제거 (Online blind source separation and dereverberation of speech based on a joint diagonalizability constraint)

  • 신호에서의 잔향은 암묵음원분리 시스템의 성능을 크게 저하시키는 경향이 있다. 특히 온라인으로 진행되는 시스템일 때, 그 영향이 더욱 두드러진다. 최근 공동 행렬대각화를 활용하여 해당 문제를 해결하고자 하는 연구들이 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이를 활용, 발전하여 잔향이 존재하는 환경에서의 미결정 다중 화자의 음원 분리 온라인 알고리즘에 잔향 제거 기능을 추가함으로써 분리한 음원의 품질을 개선하였다. WSJCAM0 데이터베이스에서 실험을 통해 기존에 사용되고 있는 온라인 알고리즘 성능과 비교하였다. 성능 평가는 신호 대 왜곡 비(Signal-to-Distortion Ratio, SDR)와 Perceptual Evaluation of Speech Quality(PESQ)를 통해 이루어졌고, 기존 알고리즘 대비 SDR은 평균 1.23 dB에서 3.76 dB로 향상되었고, PESQ는 1.15에서 2.12로 성능이 향상되었음을 검증하였다.
