화장품 광고 모델의 속성이 OTT 시청자에 미치는 영향 연구-중국 소비자를 중심으로 (A Study on the Effect of Cosmetic Advertising Model Attributes on OTT Audience-Focused on Chinese Consumer)

  • 본 연구는 광고 모델의 속성이 OTT 이용자의 광고 인지, 구매 의도, 몰입과 중독에 미치는 영향에 대한 중국 소비자 대상의 실증적 연구로 진행되었다. 최근 중국의 화장품 시장이 성장하면서 광고 모델의 역할이 부각되고 있으며 과몰입에 따른 쇼핑 중독 현상이 사회문제화 되고 있다. 연구자들은 광고 모델의 어떠한 특성이 소비자를 구매, 몰입에 이르게 하며, 궁극적으로 중독으로 연결되는지 연구모형을 설정하여 검정하고자 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 유명도, 매력도 등의 광고 모델 속성은 시청자의 광고 인지와 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 주며, 시청자의 인지된 유용성은 구매 의도와 몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 시청자의 구매 의도는 화장품에 대한 중독에 정의 영향을 주었다.

다회용 마스크 유형에 따른 성능 비교연구 (A Comparison of Performance Evaluations of Reusable Masks)

  • Objectives: This study was designed to evaluate the filtration efficiency, inhalation resistance, and liquid resistance of commercial reusable masks in comparison to the performance of KF-AD masks (reference masks). Methods: Thirty-six masks were purchased from an online market. Filtration efficiency and inhalation resistance were determined in the same manner as in MFDS certification testing, respectively using TIL/IL & Filter Test 1300S (SFP Services, UK) and Breathing Resistance Analyzer DA2001 (Lambda Ray, South Korea). Results: Most of the filtration efficiencies found for the 19 masks were far lower than the test standard for KF-certified masks. Four masks met KF94 and three masks even met KF80. Most inhalation resistances were also much lower than the standard, with many almost one-half of the standard. In addition, all the masks except KF-AD masks did not pass the liquid resistance test. Conclusions: Although most of the filtration efficiency performance results found in this study for the reusable masks, which emerged as an alternative, were lower than the standard for health masks, multi-use masks can be used with a replacement filter inserted.

중국 비대면 및 대면 자동차 보험 시장의 서비스 품질 공통모델 개발 연구 (A Study on the Development of the Communality Model of Service Quality for the Non-face-to-face and Face-to-face Automobile Insurance Market in China)

  • Purpose: This study aims to develop a communality model to measure the service quality that the customers encounter on face-to-face and non-face-to-face automobile insurance before and after insurance purchase. Methods: For these purposes, we conduct a five-step program to develop a comprehensive communality model to measure service quality except insurance purchase channels. Results: As a result, we find five communality factors: value-added service for automobile maintenance, value-added service for drivers, quickness, dispatch service, and convenience of the service process. And the relative importance of service quality factors was in the order of value-added service for drivers, the convenience of the service process, quickness, and dispatch service, respectively. Conclusion: This study developed the opportunities to enhance service quality to attract customers. And it contributes to the academic literature by reporting the industry-specific service quality model, which maintains a theoretical gap in the online and offline automobile insurance industry.

자기해석유형과 모바일 상품추천유형, 패션제품유형이 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Self-Construal Type, Mobile Product Recommendation System Type and Fashion Product Type on Purchase Intention in Moblie Shopping Environment)

  • As the online shopping market grows, channels in the mobile shopping environment have become increasingly diverse as a wide variety of products are introduced every day. This study investigated the effects of the self-construal type, mobile product recommendation system type, and fashion product type on purchase intention. The experimental design of this study was a 2 (self-construal type: independent vs. interdependent) × 2 (product recommendation system: bestseller vs. content-based) × 2 (fashion product type: utilitarian vs. hedonic) 3-way mixed ANOVA. Women (n = 387) in their 20 to 30s residing in Seoul and the Gyeonggi area participated in the study. The data were analyzed with the SPSS 24 program and 3-way ANOVA and simple main effects analyses were conducted. The results were as follows. First, self-construal, product recommendation, and fashion product types had a statistically significant impact on purchase intention. Second, fashion product and consumers' self-construal types had significant interaction effects on purchase intention. Finally, product recommendation and fashion product and self-construal types showed significant 3-way interaction effects on purchase intention. The study confirmed an interaction between the self-construal, type of product recommendation system, and the type of fashion product used in influencing purchase intention.

On the Design of Power Supply System for Freight Train Reefer Container Based on Simulation

  • In recent years, if we order food by easily accessing the online market with our smartphone, we can receive the product in a fresh state at dawn the next day. Cold chain is an industry that can create high added value because it has both the characteristics of general logistics and sensitivity to temperature. Based on the electrical specifications derived from the reefer container capacity requirement investigation, we proved that power supply to up to 33 reefer containers can be made by using three additional auxiliary power supplies which are applied for freight trains in Korea. In this paper, we conducted a research on a design of power supply system for freight train reefer container based on simulation as a basic research necessary for low-temperature distribution and cold chain construction based on the reefer container railroad. Consequently, the simulation was conducted using the three-phase inverter diagram in PSIM and the SVPWM (3-harmonic injection method) control technique, and it was verified that the required power voltage was satisfied with 622Vdc, which is lower than the input voltage of general SPWM of 718Vdc. The details of this paper could be used as a foundational study for constructing cold chains based on a reefer container dedicated to freight trains in the future.

Factors Influencing the Purchase Intention of EVs Among Korean and Chinese Consumers

  • Purpose - Using the Model of Goal-Directed Behavior (MGB), this study identifies the critical factors that influence consumer intention to purchase an electric vehicle (EV). This study also provides differentiated policy implications to the Korean and Chinese governments and EV-related companies for the expansion of the EV market in both countries by comparing consumers' perceptions of EV purchase intentions. Design/methodology - Our extended MGB model adds to the standard model consideration of financial incentives, perceived risks, and environmental concerns. An online survey was conducted of Korean and Chinese consumers. Based on the collected responses, all tested hypotheses were verified using PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling). Differences in the path analysis results between Korea and China were compared and verified using Henseler's MGA (multi-group analysis), the parametric test, and the Welch-Satterthwaite test. Findings - The most critical factor that influences the intent to purchase an EV in consumers from both countries is personal desire. PBC and SN were identified as the critical factors that respectively increase personal desire in Korea and China. In addition, in Korea, among the three factors EC, FIP, and PR, environmental concerns were found to have the most significant impact on attitudes and purchase intention. In contrast, in China, economic factors (specifically financial incentives) had greater importance than environmental issues. Originality/value - This study has academic contributions in that it presents a new research model that includes financial incentive policies, environmental concerns, and perceived risk variables based on the MGB to explore consumers' purchase intentions. This study can also make a practical contribution in that it provides some meaningful implications to the governments and EV-related companies of both countries based on the differences in the analysis results of the Korean and Chinese markets.

Effects of Box Shape and Diverse Components of Large-Sized Products on Consumers' Product Evaluations in Logistic Business

  • Purpose - With the recent spread of COVID-19, U.S. consumers' consumption pattern is changing towards purchasing large-capacity products, as they stay at home longer. Thus, the current research investigates the effects of box shape and component diversity for large-sized products on product evaluation in logistic business. Moreover, this research examines that information-processing fluency mediates the moderating effects of box shape and product components on target evaluations to confirm psychological mechanism for generating this effect. Design/methodology - In order to examine the hypotheses, the current research conducts two online experiments. The 184 participants (Study 1), and 205 participants (Study 2) of U.S. nationality were recruited through Amazon Mechanical Turk. This research analyzes the data by using SPSS 25 and PROCESS macro 4.0. Findings - Study 1 demonstrates that when the height of a box is greater than its width, products with single components promote positive target evaluations, while when the width of box is greater than its height, products with a variety of components lead to positive target evaluations. Study 2 shows that the same results are replicated in other product categories and with different box shape ratios. Moreover, Study 2 also finds that the ease of information processing mediates the interaction effects of box shape and component diversity on U.S. consumers' target evaluations. Originality/value - The current research has originality in that it investigates the effect of box shape and product composition diversity on U.S. consumer product evaluation from the perspective of information-processing theory Moreover, this research has practical implications for global traders who prepare for entering the U.S. market.

복합원산지제품 평가에 관한 실증적 비교연구: 제품구입경로, 제품카테고리, 소비자 특성을 중심으로 (An Empirical Comparative Study on Evaluation of Bi-national Product: Focused on Purchasing Routes, Product Category, and Consumer Characteristics)

  • 복합원산지제품 평가에 관한 수많은 연구들이 진행되어 왔지만, 아직까지 실무에 적용될 만한 구체적인 연구결과는 드물게 진행된 것으로 여겨진다. 본 연구는 복합원산지제품에 평가를 기존의 연구들 보다 구체적으로 파악하여 세분시장에서 요구되는 시사점들을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 소비자들의 복합원산지제품 구입경로, 복합원산지제품의 카테고리, 소비자들의 개인적 특성(조절초점성향, 제품에 대한 사전지식)을 반영하여 종합적인 비교를 평균차이검정(two-way ANOVA)을 통해 검증하였다. 분석결과, 제품의 구입경로에 따른 복합원산지제품의 평가에서는 오프라인 매장이 온라인 매장보다 다소 우호적으로 나타났으며, 제품카테고리별로는 필수재가 사치재보다 상대적으로 긍정적인 평가를 이끌어냄을 알 수 있었다. 한편, 소비자의 개인적 특성에 따른 비교에서는 촉진초점 성향을 가진 소비자는 예방초점성향의 소비자 보다 복합원산지제품에 대한 브랜드 선호도를 우호적으로 지각하는 것으로 확인되었으며, 사전지식수준이 높은 집단은 낮은 집단에 비해 제품에 대한 평가가 긍정적이라는 것을 알 수 있었다.

디지털 농업을 위한 딥러닝 기반의 환경 인자 추천 기술 연구 (A Study on Environmental Factor Recommendation Technology based on Deep Learning for Digital Agriculture)

  • 스마트팜은 농업과 ICT의 융복합을 통해 농업의 생산뿐만 아니라 유통과 소비를 포함한 농업과 관련된 다양한 분야로 새로운 가치를 창출하는 것을 의미한다. 국내에서도 스마트 농업 확산을 위한 임대형 스마트팜을 조성하고, 스마트팜 빅데이터 플랫폼을 구축하여 데이터 수집·활용 촉진. 스마트 APC 확대, 온라인거래소 운영 및 도매시장 거래정보 디지털화 등 산지에서 소비지까지 농산물 유통 디지털 전환을 추진하고 있다. 이처럼 농업 데이터는 다양한 출처에서 특성에 따라 정보가 생성되고 있지만, 통계 및 정형화된 데이터를 이용한 서비스로만 활용되고 있다. 이는 농업에서 생산·유통·소비까지 분산된 데이터 수집으로 인해 한계가 있으며 다양한 출처로부터의 다양한 형태의 데이터를 수집·처리하기 어렵기 때문이다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 디지털 농업을 위한 국내 농업 데이터 수집·공유 현황을 분석하고 인공지능 서비스를 위한 데이터 수집·연계 방법을 제안한다. 그리고 제안하는 데이터를 이용하여 딥러닝 기반의 환경 인자를 추천하는 방법을 제안한다.

  • 지속적으로 악화되고 있는 공기, 토양 및 수질 등 주요 환경오염과 코로나 팬더믹에 의한 생활 패턴의 급진적인 변화로 인해 온라인 유통에 의한 친환경 식재료의 시장이 급성장하고 있다. 그리고 사회 구조 변화에 따른 인구 고령화 및 농업 관련 인구 감소하고 있는 가운데 아쿠아포닉스는 노후 경제 활동 자립, 환경 보호, 건강하고 안전한 먹거리 확보 등 문제들을 해결할 수 있는 시스템으로 부각되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존 아쿠아포닉스 시스템에 여러 ICT 기술을 융합하여 최적 생육환경도출 및 정량생산예측을 위한 지능형 아쿠아포닉스 생산관리 모듈 중 지능형 식물 성장 측정 시스템을 설계하고자 한다. 특히 고성능의 처리 자원을 갖지 않는 생산 현장에 적합한 시스템 설계에 주안점을 두고, 생산 환경과 학습 데이터 및 판단 시스템을 위한 모듈 구성 방안을 제안하고자 한다.
