Objectives: This study describes the implementation of a training course that aimed to increase the competency of undergraduate students of Korean medicine at a single college to obtain informed consent and perform bee venom acupuncture using an objective structured clinical examination (OSCE). Methods: We developed and implemented a short training course for 111 fourth-year students of Korean medicine during their clinical rotation at the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Medicine. Lectures were conducted on the effects of and hypersensitivity reactions to bee venom acupuncture, obtaining informed consent, performing skin test and bee venom acupuncture. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, some students were offered online lectures, and some could not experience the performance of OSCE in person. A survey with 16 closed and three open questions was used to investigate self-efficacy, opinions about the online lectures, and the OSCE. Results: Out of 111 questionnaires, 104 were completed (94%). Students were generally satisfied with the online lectures and OSCE. For the subjective questionnaire about what was helpful in the training of bee venom acupuncture techniques and OSCE, the authenticity of the teaching method was recorded the highest. Conclusions: This study showed that online lectures were effective in teaching clinical skills of Korean Medicine. It is necessary to produce standard educational materials for clinical skills of Korean Medicine, and studies to analyze the reliability and validity of OSCE are needed.

본 연구에서는 북미에서 연구데이터 관리 서비스를 제공하는 121개 대학도서관 중 연구데이터 관리 교육 프로그램을 제공하는 51개 기관을 대상으로 제공되는 교육 프로그램의 내용을 12개 데이터 리터러시 세부 역량에 기반을 두어 분석하고 시사점을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 내용 분석을 위해 집합 교육 프로그램의 제목 317개와 온라인 튜토리얼의 상위 목차 제목 42개를 수집하였으며 선행연구에서 제시된 12개 데이터 리터러시 세부 역량에 따라 코딩을 수행하였다. 집합 교육 프로그램 중에서는 데이터 처리 및 분석 역량에 대한 교육 프로그램이 가장 많은 것으로 나타났으며, 가장 많은 수의 기관에서 데이터 관리 및 조직 역량에 대한 교육을 제공하고 있었다. 데이터 시각화 및 표현은 집합 교육 프로그램 중에서 세 번째로 많이 다루어지는 역량이었다. 그러나 나머지 9개 역량에 대한 교육 프로그램은 매우 적은 것으로 나타나 교육 프로그램 내용이 특정 역량에 집중되어 있음을 알 수 있다. 집합 교육 없이 자체 개발한 온라인 튜토리얼을 제공하는 기관은 5곳이었으며 목차 제목을 분석한 결과 데이터 보존, 윤리 및 데이터 인용, 데이터 관리 및 조직 역량에 대한 교육 내용을 중점적으로 다루고 있어 집합 교육 프로그램에서 강조되는 역량과 차이를 보였다. 효과적인 연구데이터 관리 교육 프로그램 운영을 위해서는 대학도서관 사서들이 전통적으로 교육하고 강조해왔던 역량뿐만 아니라 데이터 처리와 분석, 데이터 시각화와 표현 등 연구자들의 연구 결과 도출에 필요한 데이터 리터러시 세부 역량에 대한 이해와 지원이 요청된다. 또한 연구데이터 관리 서비스와 관련된 사서들의 계속 교육을 지원하는 교육 자원의 개발도 필요할 것이다.

본 연구는 코로나19 이후 불가피하게 진행된 온라인 교양 수업에 대한 교수자의 만족도를 조사, 분석하여 교수자가 인식하는 온라인 교양 수업의 효과성을 알아보고자 한다. 이를 위해 경상남도 C대학의 교양대학에서 2021학년도 1학기 말에 실시한 수업 만족도에 관한 설문조사에 응답한 54명의 교수자를 대상으로 온라인 교양 수업의 전체적인 만족도와 이에 영향을 미칠 만한 변인들에 관해 연구하였다. 그 결과, 교수자는 온라인 교양 수업에 대해 전반적으로 부정적 인식을 갖고 있었다. 전체 만족도와 학습자와의 상호작용 변인에서는 각각 2.80, 2.87의 낮은 만족도를 보였으며, 그 외 요인들에 대해서는 전체 만족도보다 높은 만족도를 보였다. 또한 전체 만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 수업에 사용된 플랫폼에 관한 만족도였으며, 통계적으로도 유의미했다. 따라서 교수자의 온라인 교양 수업 만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 변수인 플랫폼에 교수자는 익숙해질 필요가 있으며, 이를 위해 대학에서는 교수자를 위한 사전 교육이 이루어질 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 일개 대학의 교수자를 대상으로 연구가 진행되었다는 점과 한정된 변수만을 측정하였다는 데에 한계가 있다.

The purpose of this study was to examine job competencies for sales training program development to maximize profits in fashion retailing. An empirical online survey was conducted from September to December 2019, and data was collected from 200 salespeople and store managers working in fashion stores. Results were analyzed using frequency analysis, factor analysis, variance analysis, and regression analysis with SPSS 25.0. The major findings of this study were as follows. First, the most important job competencies identified by fashion store managers were: sales sense know-how, customer service skills, and sales person's fashion style sense, product knowledge, fashion marketing and customer management. The job competency factors for sales training programs included empathy with the customer, product knowledge, communications and networking, basic job requirement, and sales skills. These five factors positively influenced the employment intentions and expectations of work performance of graduates. These factors also had a positive influence on the need of sales training program and intention to participate in retraining. Store managers in fashion retail thought the most appropriate period for on-the-job training was either 2-4 days or more than 1 week. The results of this study can be used as a base to develop training programs for job efficiency for salespeople in fashion retailing.

The current article examines the interactions among students' attitudes to e-learning, their implementation of e-learning in their studies, and learning effectiveness. Significantly, it emphasizes the mediating role of accepting e-learning in training. It applied reliability analyses to test the measurement of items and construct validity, using the research data collected from students at Vietnam National University of Ho Chi Minh. Then, the current article used multiple regressions to inspect the causal relations; and applied procedures to investigate the mediating influence. The empirical results indicate students' attitude to e-learning positively influences their implementation of e-learning in their studies. When students apply e-learning in their studies, they likely achieve the best possible training effectiveness. Statistical evidence on the mediating role of accepting e-learning in training by students on the linkage between their attitude to e-learning and training effectiveness is revealed in this article. The findings of this article make some contributions. For educational administrators, it offers insight into the links among students' attitudes to e-learning, their implementation of e-learning in their studies, and training effectiveness, which likely allows them to establish suitable online training programs. This will be beneficial to both learners and educational institutes.

최근 글로벌 경제 위기와 동북아 주변 국가간의 경쟁이 심화되고 중국 일본 등의 외환정책 변화로 불확실성이 증가됨에 따라 국내 대기업주동의 성장 동력이 심각한 한계상황에 직면하고 있다. 따라서 새로운 성장 동력 창출과 지속적인 성장을 위한 '창조 경제' 실현을 위하여 글로벌 통상을 주도해 나갈 창조 인재 양성과 통상관련 창업에 대한 사회적 교육에 대한 욕구가 증대 되고 있다. 그러나 창조융합 기반의 제도적 창업 지원 체계 및 창업 교육을 통해 배양된 창의성, 도전정신 등을 다양한 통상영역에 능동적으로 적용하고 활용할 수 있는 데에는 시간적 공간적인 제약이 따른다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 시간과 장소에 제약 없이 창업교육을 할 수 있는 온라인 창업 교육이 창업에 가장 중요한 요소인 기업가정신에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 온라인 교육 환경이 창업 교육프로그램에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라, 창업교육 에서 프로그램과 온라인 교육 환경은 기업가정신에 긍적적인 영향을 발견할 수 있었다. 따라서 시간과 공간의 제약이 없는 온라인 창업 교육을 강화하여 글로벌 청년 창업 인재를 육성한다면 통상 강국을 이룰 수 있을 것이다.

본 논문에서는 잡음 환경에서 보다 강인한 성능을 얻기 위하여 음성 모델 기반의 효과적인 특징 보상 기법을 제안한다. 일반적인 모델 기반의 특징 보상 기법은 오열 음성 데이터베이스를 이용한 훈련 과정을 필요로 하므로 온라인 상에서의 적응 과정에 적합하지 않다. 제안한 방법에서는 보정 인자 추정 과정에서 병렬 모델 결합 기법을 도입함으로써 훈련 과정을 필요하지 않게 하였다. 모델의 결합 과정이 HMM 전체가 아닌 가우시안 혼합 (Mixture) 모델에만 적용이 되므로, 계산이 비교적 간단하게 되어 온라인 상에서의 모델 결합을 가능하게 하였다. 병렬적 모델 결합의 도입은 잡음 모델의 독립적인 이용을 가능하게 하였고, 본 논문에서는 MAP (Maximum A Posteriori) 적응을 통해 잡음 모델 갱신을 실시하였다 또한 잡음 오열 과정에 대한 근사화를 통해 연속적 형태의 채널 정규화 기법을 유도하여 적용하였다. 보다 효율적인 구현을 위하여 선택적인 모델 결합 방식을 도입함으로써 연산량을 줄일 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다. 제안한 특징 보상 기법이 부가적인 배경 잡음과 채널 왜곡이 존재하는 잡음 환경에서 음성 인식 시스템의 성능을 향상시키는데 효과적임을 실험을 통해 확인할 수 있었다.

In this paper we propose an incremental classification of multi-class data set by LS-SVM. By encoding the output variable in the training data set appropriately, we obtain a new specific output vectors for the training data sets. Then, online LS-SVM is applied on each newly encoded output vectors. Proposed method will enable the computation cost to be reduced and the training to be performed incrementally. With the incremental formulation of an inverse matrix, the current information and new input data are used for building another new inverse matrix for the estimation of the optimal bias and lagrange multipliers. Computational difficulties of large scale matrix inversion can be avoided. Performance of proposed method are shown via numerical studies and compared with artificial neural network.

The purpose of this study is to experiment online public access catalog enhancements to improve its subject access capability. Three catalog databases, enhanced with title keywords, controlled vocabulary, and content words with controlled vocabulary respectively, were implemented. 18 searchers performed 2 subject searshes against 3 different catalog databases. And the transaction logs are analyzed. The results of the study can be summarized as follows : Controlled vocabulary catalog database achieved 41.8% recall ratio in average ; the addition of table of contents words to the controlled vocabulary is an effective technique with increasing recall ration upto 55% without decreasing precision ; and the database enhanced with title keywords shows 31.7% recall ratio in average. Of the three kinds of catalog databases, only the catalog with contents words produced 2 unique relevant documents. The results indicate that both user training and system development is required to have better search performance in online public access catalog.

A novel inverse kinematics solution based on the back propagation neural network (NN) for redundant manipulators is developed for online obstacles avoidance. A laser transducer at the end-effctor is used for online planning the trajectory. Since the inverse kinematics in the present problem has infinite number of joint angle vectors, a fuzzy reasoning system is designed to generate an approximate value for that vector. This vector is fed into the NN as a hint input vector rather than as a training vector to guide the output of the NN. Simulations are implemented on both three- and four-link redundant planar manipulators to show the effectiveness of the proposed position control system.
