외식 O2O 플랫폼의 지속사용의도 영향 요인 연구 : 정보시스템성공모델과 후기수용모델 (A Study on the Influence Factors of the Continuance Intention of Foodservice O2O Platform : IS Success Model and Post Acceptance Model)

  • Recently, as demand for delivery services has increased rapidly due to COVID-19, the food service O2O(Online to Offline) platform has also grown significantly. This study aimed to verify the influencing factors on continuance use intention of O2O platform using the Information Service Success Model and Post Acceptance Model. An online survey was conducted on 379 consumers who used the food service O2O platform in the past six months, and the collected survey was analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 24.0. As a result of the verification, in the influence relationship between the Information Service Success Model and Post Acceptance Model, system quality was found to have an effect on perceived usefulness, but information quality and service quality were rejected for perceived usefulness and were partially adopted, The rest were all found to have a significant effect. In the moderating effect according to the amount used, the intention to continue using was stronger when the group who spent more than 30,000 won was satisfied. These results support previous research on O2O platforms and provide academic implications as well as practical implications for practitioners in the food service industry.

국내 온라인 명품 패션 플랫폼 마케팅전략 분석 (Analysis of Marketing Strategy in Domestic Online Luxury Fashion Platform)

  • 본 연구는 명품 패션 스타트업 플랫폼인 발란·트렌비·머스트잇 3사를 연구대상으로 선정하여, 각 3사의 온라인 사이트에서 진행하고 있는 마케팅 믹스 전략을 비교, 분석하는데 목적이 있으며, 우리의 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저, 명품 플랫폼 3사의 상품전략은 하이엔드 브랜드부터 SPA 브랜드 까지의 상품구성과 여성복, 남성복 이외에 키즈, 홈리빙 등과 같은 상품구성이 특징이며 이외에도 중고상품, 예술품등 에 이르는 상품군의 다양화가 특징으로 보여진다. 또한, 명품플랫폼의 가격전략은 동일제품이어도 명품 플랫폼에 따라 가격 차이를 보이고 있는데, 이는 3사 플랫폼이 모두 병행수입과 구매대행의 유통구조로 운영하며, 이러한 플랫폼의 유통 운영방식 차이에 따라 플랫폼이 직접 마진을 결정하는 구조로 보여진다. 따라서 각 플랫폼마다 가격 경쟁력의 우위를 확보하기 위해 백화점 등 오프라인 매장에 없는 할인쿠폰, 적립금 등을 통해 오프라인 매장보다 저렴한 명품구매의 기회를 제공하고 있었다. 마지막으로 명품 플랫폼 3사의 판매촉진전략은 가격할인, 할인쿠폰, 상시세일 등의 가격할인 판촉과 회원가입/리뷰 적립금, 이벤트, 상품정보, 배송서비스, 사회공헌활동, SNS활용 등의 가치부가적 판매촉진을 활용하고 있었다.

편의점의 혁신성이 인지적 인게지먼트와 정서적 인게이지먼트, 그리고 점포충성도에 미치는 영향 (Impacts of Perceived Innovativeness of Convenience Store on Consumer Brand Engagement and Store Loyalty)

  • Purpose: With the rapid changes in the technical development and the trend of consumption trend, the convenience store industry is facing an unprecedented competitive situation in the consumption environment where the boundary between online and offline is broken due to the stagnation of offline distribution channels and the spread of online shopping. The biggest innovation strategy of the major convenience store brands in recent years are introducing the O2O (Online to Offline) platform and presenting new products and services beyond the boundaries of online and offline to transform themselves into Omni Channel stores. The study is designed to analyze the effect of innovativeness of convenience store as a stimulus in O2O platform which customers perceive on store loyalty, the final response to external stimuli, through customer engagement with convenience store brands. Specifically, the innovativeness of convenience stores was divided into types of core activities in corporate marketing and focused on innovations in services, products(proposals), promotions and experiences. Research design, data, and methodology: Various hypotheses have been developed to achieve this research purpose. The data were collected from 1,128 questionnaires the age between 15 and 60 who had experience using retail store apps and delivery apps and were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 and SmartPLS 3.3.7 program. Measurement model analysis was carried out to assess convergent and discriminant validity. Also, common method bias was tested using the values of VIF (variance inflation factor). The hypotheses were tested using structural equation modeling with SmartPLS 3.3.7 program. Results: First, service innovation has a positive effect on cognitive engagement. Second, product, promotion and experience innovation have a positive effect on cognitive and affective engagement. Third, cognitive influences affective engagement. Finally, both cognitive and affective engagement affect store loyalty, but affective engagement has a stronger effect on store loyalty than cognitive engagement. Conclusions: All four types of innovation and cognitive engagement have a positive effect on emotional engagement, which has a stronger effect on store loyalty than cognitive engagement. Thus, while innovation can build loyalty through emotional engagement, innovation strategies must be designed and pursued with caution in terms of impact through cognitive engagement may not achieve the planned goals.

Finite element-based software-in-the-loop for offline post-processing and real-time simulations

  • In this paper, we introduce a new framework for running the finite element (FE) packages inside an online Loop together with MATLAB. Contrary to the Hardware-in-the-Loop techniques (HiL), in the proposed Software-in-the-Loop framework (SiL), the FE package represents a simulation platform replicating the real system which can be out of access due to several strategic reasons, e.g., costs and accessibility. Practically, SiL for sophisticated structural design and multi-physical simulations provides a platform for preliminary tests before prototyping and mass production. This feature may reduce the new product's costs significantly and may add several flexibilities in implementing different instruments with the goal of shortlisting the most cost-effective ones before moving to real-time experiments for the civil and mechanical systems. The proposed SiL interconnection is not limited to ABAQUS as long as the host FE package is capable of executing user-defined commands in FORTRAN language. The focal point of this research is on using the compiled FORTRAN subroutine as a messenger between ABAQUS/CAE kernel and MATLAB Engine. In order to show the generality of the proposed scheme, the limitations of the available SiL schemes in the literature are addressed in this paper. Additionally, all technical details for establishing the connection between FEM and MATLAB are provided for the interested reader. Finally, two numerical sub-problems are defined for offline and online post-processing, i.e., offline optimization and closed-loop system performance analysis in control theory.

Analyzing the Intention of Sports Consumers' Purchase Behavior Through Online Sports Distributors

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze Korean sports consumers' intention to stay using online sports products and services through online sports distribution platforms or return to using sports facilities and services in person. Research design, data and methodology: This study set up two models measuring consumers' recognition, attitude, and purchase intention toward online sports products and services based on involvement theory. An online survey was conducted and a total of 2,263 consumers participated in this study. Male participants were 1,256(55.5%) and female participants were 1,007(44.5%). Descriptive statistics were performed, and a path analysis was utilized to analyze the proposed model using SPSS 26 and SAS. Results: The results revealed two proposed models used in this study supported that consumers' online sports product and service recognition leads to a positive attitude toward online sports products and services. Moreover, consumers' positive online sports product and service attitudes were shown to lead to positive intentions to purchase online sports products and services. Conclusions: The findings revealed the recognition of consumers' online sports products and services led to positive attitudes and behavioral intentions. Implications were provided by suggesting the sports industry stick to developing online sports products and services until the endemic of COVID-19 is declared.

O2O서비스 품질이 사용자만족과 재이용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한연구 (A Study on the Effect of O2O Service Quality on User Satisfaction and Intention of Reuse)

  • 정보통신기술의 발달로 생활밀착형 등의 업종에서 다양한 O2O플랫폼이 개발되고 있다. 이 연구의 목적은 O2O 비즈니스의 특성에 따라 O2O서비스의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 온라인과 오프라인의 품질의 요인들이 각각 무엇인지 고찰하고자 하며, 만족도와 재이용의도와의 인과관계를 규명하는데 있다. 온라인 품질의 요인들로는 정보품질, 시스템품질, 서비스품질을 사용하였고, 오프라인 품질은 지각된 품질과 지각된 가격을 요인으로 하여 199명의 O2O서비스 사용자를 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 탐색적 요인분석과, 다중회귀분석을 이용한 매개분석을 하여 시스템품질과 지각된 가격이 사용만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 사용만족도가 재이용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인했다. 이는 O2O플랫폼을 구축하는 사업자는 최우선으로 시스템품질에 초점을 맞추어야하고, 플랫폼에 등록하는 오프라인 사업자는 경쟁력 있는 가격을 책정할 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 이러한 결과는 소비자가 요구하는 온라인서비스를 위해 정보통신기술을 활용한 서비스개발과 서비스제공자인 오프라인 업체 선정을 위한 가이드라인을 제공하는 것에 기여 할 것이다. 본 연구에서 다루지 못한 업종별, 서비스별 세분화된 추가적인 연구를 수행 한다면 소비자의 개인 특성에 맞는 맞춤형 O2O서비스를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

변호사검색상담 플랫폼의 경제적 가치 추정 (Estimating the Economic Value of the Online Marketplace for Legal Services)

  • 본 연구에서는 국내 소비자들을 대상으로 변호사가 제공하는 법률 서비스 이용현황을 살펴보고 변호사 검색 및 상담을 용이하게 하는 플랫폼이 소비자들의 효용을 얼마나 증가시킬 수 있고, 또 이를 통해 변호사 법률서비스 시장이 얼마나 확대될 수 있는지를 실증적으로 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 컨조인트 설문으로 수집한 자료에 이산선택 수요모형을 적용해 소비자가 인식하는 변호사 검색상담 플랫폼의 가치를 산정하고 시뮬레이션 방법으로 플랫폼의 변호사 법률서비스 시장확대 효과를 추정한다. 분석 결과, 소비자가 지인으로부터 변호사를 소개받거나 오프라인에서 직접 변호사를 찾는 것 대신 플랫폼을 이용해 변호사를 찾고 상담받는 것에 대해 부여하는 상대적 가치는 약 70,414원으로 추정되었다. 변호사검색 상담 플랫폼의 존재로 인해 변호사 법률서비스 시장의 규모가 적게는 18.9%에서 많게는 70.2%까지 증가할 수 있을 것으로 나타났는데, 특히 플랫폼은 법률서비스 이용 취약계층의 서비스 접근성을 상대적으로 더 높여 이용을 증대시킬 것으로 예측된다.

Online Shopping Research Trend Analysis Using BERTopic and LDA

  • Purpose: As one of the ongoing studies on the distribution industry, the purpose of this study is to identify the research trends on online shopping so far to propose not only the development of online shopping companies but also the possibility of coexistence between online and offline retailers and the development of the distribution industry. Research design, data and methodology: In this study, the English abstracts of 645 papers on online shopping registered in scienceON were obtained. For the analysis through BERTopic and LDA using Python 3.7 and identifying which topics were interesting to researchers. Results: As a result of word frequency analysis and co-occurrence analysis, it was found that studies related to online shopping were frequently conducted on factors such as products, services, and shopping malls. As a result of BERTopic, five topics such as 'service quality' and 'sales strategy' were derived, and as a result of LDA, three topics including 'purchase experience' were derived. It was confirmed that 'Customer Recommendation' and 'Fashion Mall' showed relatively high interest, and 'Sales Strategy' showed relatively low interest. Conclusions: It was suggested that more diverse studies related to the online shopping mall platform, sales content, and usage influencing factors are needed to develop the online shopping industry.

Effects of Medical O2O Platform Quality Components on Continuous Use Intention to Information Distribution

  • Purpose: The digital healthcare business is rapidly growing due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and the medical service platform business based on smartphone apps is globally expanding. This study targeted medical information online to offline (O2O) platform users in the medical service field. It verified the effect relationship revealed in the continuous use intention of the platform with the mediation of platform quality components, namely perceived benefits, flow experience, and use satisfaction. Research design, data and methodology: Based on previous studies, three medical information O2O platform quality components, namely system quality, information quality, and service quality, were defined. And the questionnaire survey was carried out targeting 359 leading medical information O2O platform users in Korea. Results: As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that system quality and service quality had a positive (+) effect on satisfaction and continuous use intention with the mediation of perceived benefits and flow experience. Meanwhile, information quality had a negative effect (-) on perceived benefits and flow experience and did not affect use satisfaction and continuous use intention. Conclusions: Consequently, it was ascertained that the system quality and service quality affecting user behavior and experience were more significant factors than information quality to medical information O2O platform users from the medical service aspect.

  • We firstly tried to understand consumers' purchasing tendencies and mainly focused on designing a platform model that offers integrated support. C2B (Customer to Business) orders integrate with a consumption platform of a B2C (Business to Customer) model, and integrated support aims at design, supply, processing, and distribution of a fashion business. All the information such as orders, sales, production, supply, and settlement of accounts is synchronized under the C2B, B2C, and O2O (Online to Offline) environment so that accurate information can be shared in real time. Our platform automatically handles with a net income of a product designer, manufacturer, and shipping company once shipping is confirmed.
