본 연구는 육아종합지원센터 웹사이트에서 수요자 중심의 온라인 서비스가 제공되고 있는지를 파악하기 위해 시군구 육아종합지원센터 69개소의 웹사이트 서비스 현황을 분석하였다. 웹사이트 서비스를 평가하기 위해 사용된 도구는 문인규(2005), 이명희(2004), 이충수(2009)를 바탕으로 수정 보완하였으며, 평가항목은 정보제공 서비스, 민원처리 서비스, 온라인 참여 서비스, 이용 편의성 서비스로 구성되었다. 연구결과를 살펴보면, 첫째, 정보제공 서비스의 측면에서 웹사이트는 기관 소개 및 주요사업 안내 항목과 관련 사이트 안내 항목 순으로 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 민원처리 서비스의 측면에서 웹사이트는 민원게시판 운영 항목과 민원처리 결과 고지 항목 순으로 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 온라인 참여 서비스의 측면에서 웹사이트는 온라인 신청 및 예약 기능 항목이 가장 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 이용 편의성 서비스의 측면에서 웹사이트는 자료의 통합검색 기능 항목과 사이트 맵 기능 항목, 그리고 개인정보보호 관련 기능 항목 순으로 높게 나타났다. 이를 통해 시군구 육아종합지원센터 웹사이트는 수요자와 소통하기 위한 다양한 서비스 기능을 시도하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 육아종합지원센터 웹사이트의 서비스 구성내용과 문제점을 파악하고, 보다 체계적이고 효율적인 웹사이트 서비스 구축에 대한 시사점을 도출하는데 기여하고자 하였다.

Purpose: This study investigates the participation status in clinical nursing education and nurses' continuing education needs to develop educational programs. Methods: Participants were 227 nurses working in medical institutions where nursing students practiced, and the selection criteria were nurses with more than two years of clinical education experience; data were collected using structured questionnaires. Results: More than half of the clinical nurses had completed a preceptor training program for clinical nursing education, and the subjects mainly educated by nurses were new graduate nurses and nursing students. The obstacles to clinical nursing education were lack of compensation, lack of manpower, lack of patient nursing time, excessive workload, and lack of knowledge as educators. The educational methods preferred in continuing education were small-group workshops and online education. The desired educational topics in continuing education were current nursing practice standards, simulation nursing education, and the role of clinical nursing educators. Conclusion: Based on our results, it is necessary to understand the importance of clinical nursing education, which is essential for clinical nurses, to prepare a specific system for them and to develop and operate a systematic education program according to medical institutions' characteristics.

본 연구는 온라인 수업의 학업성취를 높이기 위하여 학습도구의 개발과 자기조절학습 강화를 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 사이버대학의 온라인 수업에서 사용되는 학습도구-강의, 과제, 참여도구-와 자기조절학습, 학업성취 간의 관계를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 사이버대학교에서 인간복지학부 수강생들을 대상으로 수집된 설문지 226개를 구조방정식모형을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 강의, 과제, 참여도구는 모두 자기조절학습-인지, 초인지, 관리-전략에 긍정적 영향을 보였고, 자기조절학습도 학업성취에 유의미한 영향을 나타내었다. 그러나 학습도구는 학업성취에 대한 직접적 영향을 나타나지 않았고, 초인지전략을 매개로 하여 학업성취에 영향을 보였다. 즉 학습도구의 개발은 학습자들의 자기조절학습의 강화전략과 연계된 개발이 필요함을 알 수 있다.

본 연구에서는 개인의 사회적 요소들이 게임 수행에 영향을 미치는지에 대한 여부를 살펴보았다. 개인의 성별, 연령, 최종학력, 월평균 소득 등의 요소와 개인이 인지하는 개인의 사회적 위치, 타인에 대한 신뢰도, 사회활동 참여 여부, 행복도 등이 게임 경험 여부, 게임 시간, 게임 이용 빈도 등에 영향을 미치는가에 대한 여부를 분석하였다. 조사 방법으로는 설문 조사가 실시되었으며, 국민 1,000명을 대상으로 수행되었다. 분석 결과 성별, 연령, 가구 월평균 소득 등은 게임 경험 여부, 게임 시간 등에 영향을 미치고 있었다. 또한 사회활동 참여 여부, 개인의 사회적 위치, 타인에 대한 신뢰도 등도 게임 관련 요소들에 영향을 미치고 있었다. 그리고 이러한 영향은 온라인 게임인가 모바일 게임인가에 따라서도 서로 다른 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 월평균 소득, 사회활동 참여 등이 증가하고 타인에 대한 신뢰도가 낮을 경우 게임시간 및 이용 빈도가 증가하였다. 이러한 분석 결과를 통해 게임회사에서는 게임 이용자 요인을 고려하여 게임 구조를 보다 개선할 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 학습자의 학습양식이 혼합교육의 효과에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 2008년도와 2009년도에 혼합교육으로 진행된 신경해부학을 이수한 물리치료과 1학년생 102명의 자료를 대상으로 하였다. 혼합교육은 13주 동안 주당 3시간의 강의실 수업과 16강 24강좌로 구성된 온라인 수업으로 구성되었다. Kolb의 학습양식에 따라 분류한 결과 융합자가 가장 많았다. 학습양식에 따른 유의한 차이는 없었으나, 혼합교육을 가장 선호하고(학습자의 92.1%), 혼합교육에 의해 학습참여도(학습자의 55.5%)와 흥미도(학습자의 58.8%)가 향상되었으며, 혼합교육이 학습에 도움이 된 것으로(학습자의 85.1%) 나타났다. 강의만족도에 있어서는 학습양식에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었는데, 융합자의 만족도가 80.7%로 가장 높게 나타나 적응자의 만족도인 67.5%와 유의한 차이를 보였다.

OECD (경제협력개발기구) 발표에 따르면 2009년부터 우리나라 노인 자살률은 높은 수치를 기록하고 있으며 관련 이유로 젊은 시절과 비교되는 사회적 참여도와 우울증이 있다. 정보화시대에 접어들어 커뮤니티 사이트의 영향으로 유대관계의 형성 및 확장이 쉬워졌다. 하지만 노인을 위한 커뮤니티 사이트가 부족하고 이마저도 고령친화적이지 않은 인터페이스 때문에 이용하기 어려운 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 노인의 사회적 고독감 해결 및 정보화 사회 참여를 위한 커뮤니티 모바일 앱에 관한 내용을 서술하고자 한다. 노인이 커뮤니티 사이트를 사용하기 힘든 이유에 대해 분석하고, 사용자 평가 모델 중 하나인 PACMAD를 바탕으로 사용자 시나리오에 초점을 맞추어 신체적, 인지적 조건을 고려한 커뮤니티 모바일 앱 인터페이스 및 콘텐츠를 제안한다. 이로써 고령층의 정보화 사회 참여를 이끌어내는데 바탕이 되고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the status of agricultural management accounting information, education status, and policy demands through a questionnaire survey of advanced agricultural managers. These people are expected to play a key role in the changing agricultural environment in Korea. Based on survey results, several policy implications were derived for the advanced agricultural managers' agricultural management accounting information record activation. Survey results of 303 respondents identified that 63.4% of them record their agricultural management accounting information. The biggest reason given for not recording this information was lack of time for record keeping. The biggest problem was a 'lack of Question and Answer system'. In addition, 37.2% of the respondents were not aware of the current agricultural accounting guidelines. In terms of education, 71.3% of the respondents have completed course work in accounting and responded that an 'On-off parallel education system', which offers both online and offline classes, was the most effective method to prevent dropout. Respondents thought that agricultural management accounting records were helpful for the management of agriculture and their participation in government policies. They also thought that customized education programs should be further implemented for enhancing the effectiveness of education programs, and 'One-stop Question and Answer system on related web sites and organizations' is required for them to keep better records. The following policy implications can be derived from the survey results. First, interoperability between agricultural management accounting information recording programs is needed. Second, accessibility should be strengthened. Third, the education system needs to be improved. Fourth, voluntary participation should be encouraged. Last, the government needs to establish a post-verification system.

본 연구의 목적은 한국 정부가 추진해온 APEC 교육협력사업에 대한 참여자들의 국제적 평가를 살펴보고, 향후 동 사업의 발전을 지속적으로 견인하기 위한 전략과 과제를 도출하는데 있다. 이를 위해 APEC 학생 교류 프로그램, 알콥 협력 프로젝트, 알콥 스쿨 네트워크, 국제 알콥 컨퍼런스, 국제교육협력봉사단 파견, 이러닝 연수 프로그램, 미래교육 포럼, 알콥 워크숍의 8개 사업들을 중점적인 평가 대상 사업으로 설정하고, 이를 위해 온라인 조사를 통해 각 사업별 참여자들의 사업들에 대한 인지도, 참여도 및 공헌도에 대한 인식 조사를 실시하였다. 총 18개국의 283명의 전문가들과 사업 참여 유경험자들의 응답을 얻어 조사 결과를 분석한 결과, 인지도 측면에서는 알콥 협력 프로젝트가, 참여도와 공헌도 측면에서는 국제협력봉사단파견이 가장 양호한 평가를 얻었다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 APEC 교육협력사업의 실행을 위한 향후 전략 및 과제를 위한 몇 가지 제언을 하였다.

온라인 공동 생산의 한 형태인 정부 크라우드소싱 플랫폼은 정부와 시민의 공동 생산을 활성화하기 위한 수단으로 학계와 실무자들로부터 점점 더 많은 관심을 받고 있다. 이 연구의 목적은 효과적이고 혁신적인 온라인 공동 생산 서비스를 원하는 정부 지도자와 관리자에게 다양한 국가에서 실행된 실제 사례를 경험적으로 연구한 논문들을 소개하고 체계적으로 이 논문들의 발견과 의의를 정리, 논의하여 효과적이고 포용적인 정부 크라우드소싱 플랫폼을 설계, 구현, 관리, 평가하는데 도움을 주고자 합니다. 이 연구는 실제 정부 크라우드소싱 사례를 조사한 일부 실증 연구에 대한 문헌을 검토한다. 특히 이 논문은 크라우드소싱 공동디자인과 크라우드소싱디자인/정부집행 형태의 플랫폼에 관한 경험적 연구에 관한 검토를 통해 주요 발견사항을 논의하고 이를 바탕으로 효과적이고 포용적인 크라우드 소싱 플랫폼을 디자인하고 관리하고자 하는 정부의 리더와 관리자에게 통찰력과 함의를 제공하고자 한다.

Consumers are now no longer satisfied with using a single channel to shop and then desire a smooth and consistent purchasing experience across channels. By integrating different channels and services, an omni-channel strategy allows consumers to choose their preferred channel to complete their shopping tasks. Therefore, large retailers in China have recently been transforming into omni-channel retail formats to secure their competitive advantage. To better implement this strategy and optimize its effectiveness, it is important to understand how consumers respond to the quality of channel integration. Based on social exchange theory (SET), the main purposes of this study are to explore the impact of channel integration quality on consumer engagement in the Chinese omni-channel retailing environment and to further examine whether there is a moderating effect of consumer empowerment on this relationship. To test this research model, we collected data from 330 respondents by conducting an online questionnaire in China. The results indicated that the two dimensions of channel integration (breadth of channel-service choice and transparency of channel-service configuration) positively affected two dimensions of customer engagement (conscious attention and enthusiastic participation), respectively. The findings also show that consumer empowerment only positively moderates the relationship between breadth of channel service choice and conscious attention, whereas it negatively moderates the relationship between transparency of channel-service configuration and conscious attention/enthusiastic participation. Given these results, this study deepens our understanding of the impact of the quality of channel integration on customer engagement in the context of omni-channel retailing in China and sheds light on how retailers can attract consumers with different levels of empowerment.
