Improvement of Digital Identify Proofing Service through Trend Analysis of Online Personal Identification

  • This paper analyzes the trends of identification proofing services(PIPSs) to identify and authenticate users online and proposes a method to improve PIPS based on alternative means of resident registration numbers in Korea. Digital identity proofing services play an important role in modern society, but there are some problems. Since they handle sensitive personal information, there is a risk of information leakage, hacking, or inappropriate access. Additionally, online service providers may incur additional costs by applying different PIPSs, which results in online service users bearing the costs. In particular, in these days of globalization, different PIPSs are being used in various countries, which can cause difficulties in international activities due to lack of global consistency. Overseas online PIPSs include expansion of biometric authentication, increase in mobile identity proofing, and distributed identity proofing using blockchain. This paper analyzes the trend of PIPSs that prove themselves when identifying users of online services in non-face-to-face overseas situations, and proposes improvements by comparing them with alternative means of Korean resident registration numbers. Through the proposed method, it will be possible to strengthen the safety of Korea's PIPS and expand the provision of more reliable identification services.

Comparative Analysis of Online Real-time Lecture and On-demand Contents Lecture under the COVID-19 Situation in Korea

  • Colleges have been forced to take non-face-to-face classes this year due to the COVID-19, and the situation is expected to continue unless the development of treatments and vaccines is carried out as soon as possible. In the situation where non-face-to-face classes are required under compulsion, two methodologies have been suggested as most representative alternatives to face-to-face classes: online real-time classes and on-demand contents classes. The purpose of this study is to compare the perceived convenience, self-fidelity, and preference of students between online real-time and on-demand contents classes by gender, school year grade, mostly using class media, and number of courses taken. Comparative results between online real-time and on-demand contents classes were statistically analyzed by surveying students at a university.

비대면 교육 환경에서 온라인 협업 툴 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Factors Affecting Intention to Use Online Collaboration Tools for the Non-Face-to-Face Educational Environment)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the factors affecting the intention to use online collaboration tools for non-face-to-face educational environment in the perspective of the learners. Methods: For empirical analysis, the survey of this study was administered with data that were limited to experienced learners using online collaboration tools such as Google Docs, Allo, Padlet, and Slido in online education environments such as Zoom, Webex, MS Teams, etc. and valid 400 data were analyzed by SPSS(ver 22.0) and R(ver 4.1.0) program package. Results: The results of empirical analysis showed that performance expectancy were found to have an effect on reliability of system quality, empathy of service quality, playfulness and informativity of content quality among the characteristics of online collaboration tools. On the other hand, it was found that the security of system quality, responsiveness of service quality, and extroversion of user personality characteristics did not affect. It was analyzed that playfulness had the greatest positive effect, followed by informativity, empathy, and reliability. Among the characteristics of online collaboration tools, it was found that the reliability and security of system quality and informativity of content quality had an effect on the effort expectancy. It was analyzed that informativity has the greatest influence, followed by security and reliability. Conclusion: This study is meaningful in that it examines the perspectives of users and learners, who can be said to be the end customers of online collaboration tools. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that not only platform operators that provide online collaborative tools, but also providers that use online collaboration tools will have a significant impact on the development of edutech and infrastructure in the educational environment.

  • 스마트시티는 에너지 소비 급증과 환경오염 심화, 범죄율 증가와 같은 도시화의 부작용을 해결하기 위한 수단과 신기술 기반의 새로운 경제성장 동력으로 주목받고 있다. 특히, 코로나19로 인해 비대면 서비스에 대한 수요가 증가하면서 각종 온/오프라인 비대면 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 스마트시티의 역할은 더욱 중요해지고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 스마트시티의 개념과 기반 기술에 대한 문헌 연구를 바탕으로 스마트시티 비대면 서비스를 정의하고, 컨조인트 분석을 이용해 각 서비스 별 소비자 효용을 분석하였다. 특히, 현재 우리나라의 국가 스마트시티 시범도시로 지정된 세종시와 부산시의 이용자 선호도 차이를 비교·분석하였고, 도출된 결과를 바탕으로 스마트시티 서비스의 경쟁력 제고 방안을 제시하였다.

  • 최근 온라인 금융서비스의 성장과 금융 기술의 급격한 발전으로 인하여 온라인에서 사용자를 등록 및 인증하기 위한 비대면 본인확인기술에 대한 다양한 접근 방법의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 일반적으로 비대면 방식은 대면방식에 비해서 많은 위협에 노출되어 있다. 따라서 최근에는 이런 위험성을 보완하고 보다 신뢰할 수 있는 비대면 본인확인 방법을 위해서 다양한 요소와 채널을 이용하여 사용자를 검증할 수 있는 정책과 기술이 연구되고 있다. 이러한 새로운 접근방법 중 하나는 다수의 사용자 개인정보를 수집하고 검증하는 기술이다. 따라서 본 논문은 사용자의 다양하고 많은 정보를 기반으로 온라인에서 본인확인을 수행하는 빅데이터 기반 비대면 본인확인 방법을 제안한다. 또한 제안방법은 서비스에서 요구하는 본인확인 등급에 필요한 사용자 정보만 수집하고 검증하는 세분화된 본인확인 정보관리 방법을 제안한다. 그리고 본 논문은 검증된 본인확인 정보를 사용자가 재사용할 수 있도록 다른 서비스 제공자들과 공유할 수 있는 본인확인 정보 공유 모델을 제안한다. 마지막으로 제안 방법이 비대면 본인확인 과정에서 강화된 사용자 검증을 통해서 서비스에서 요구하는 본인확인 등급만 검증하고 관리하는 시스템을 구현하여 실험 결과를 분석한다.

코로나 19 극복을 위한 도서관 온라인서비스 활성화 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Activation Measures of Library's Online Services to Overcome COVID-19)

  • 도서관은 코로나 19와 같은 예기치 못한 위기에 직면하게 되었으며, 이에 대한 대응 전략으로 비대면 온라인서비스를 강화하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 급격하게 변화하는 외부환경 변화와 현재의 위기를 극복하기 위한 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 통합사이트로 서비스되는 공공도서관 288개관의 홈페이지를 대상으로 자료검색과 전자도서관, 도서관서비스, 문화행사, 열린공간에 대한 운영 현황을 조사하였으며, 분석 및 파악하였다. 이를 기반으로 공공도서관의 온라인서비스가 포스트 코로나 시대에 어떠한 의미를 지니며 시사점은 무엇인지를 파악하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 비대면 문화의 확산에 따른 온라인 자료검색 서비스 이용률 증가, 둘째, 전자도서관의 서비스 확대, 셋째, 비대면, 온라인 서비스 다양화, 넷째, 온라인 문화행사 서비스 확대, 다섯째, 열린공간 서비스 다양화, 여섯째, 출입 기반 무인 대출반납 인공지능 시스템 도입과 일곱째, VR, AR 및 MR을 통한 체험형 문화 지원 서비스 및 교육 콘텐츠 확대를 제안하였다. 향후, 타 관종의 도서관에서 이루어지는 온라인서비스 현황과 코로나 시대의 도서관 서비스 유형과 사례연구를 통하여 앞으로의 도서관 비대면 서비스 방향을 모색하는 연구가 진행되어야 할 것으로 보인다.

중국 비대면 및 대면 자동차 보험 시장의 서비스 품질 공통모델 개발 연구 (A Study on the Development of the Communality Model of Service Quality for the Non-face-to-face and Face-to-face Automobile Insurance Market in China)

  • Purpose: This study aims to develop a communality model to measure the service quality that the customers encounter on face-to-face and non-face-to-face automobile insurance before and after insurance purchase. Methods: For these purposes, we conduct a five-step program to develop a comprehensive communality model to measure service quality except insurance purchase channels. Results: As a result, we find five communality factors: value-added service for automobile maintenance, value-added service for drivers, quickness, dispatch service, and convenience of the service process. And the relative importance of service quality factors was in the order of value-added service for drivers, the convenience of the service process, quickness, and dispatch service, respectively. Conclusion: This study developed the opportunities to enhance service quality to attract customers. And it contributes to the academic literature by reporting the industry-specific service quality model, which maintains a theoretical gap in the online and offline automobile insurance industry.

Machine Learning-Based Programming Analysis Model Proposal : Based on User Behavioral Analysis

  • The online education platform market is developing rapidly after the coronavirus infection-19 pandemic. As school classes at various levels are converted to non-face-to-face classes, interest in non-face-to-face online education is increasing more than ever. However, the majority of online platforms currently used are limited to the fragmentary functions of simply delivering images, voice and messages, and there are limitations to online hands-on training. Indeed, digital transformation is a traditional business method for increasing coding education and a corporate approach to service operation innovation strategy computing thinking power and platform model. There are many ways to evaluate a computer programmer's ability. Generally, piecemeal evaluation methods are used to evaluate results in time through coding tests. In this study, the purpose of this study is to propose a comprehensive evaluation of not only the results of writing, but also the execution process of the results, etc., and to evaluate the programmer's propensity habits based on the programmer's coding experience to evaluate the programmer's ability and productivity.

일부 치기공과 학생의 비대면 강의 서비스 품질 인식 및 만족도 분석 (Analysis of recognition of lecture and satisfaction with its quality among dental technology students)

  • Background: To survey and analyze awareness and recognition during a non-face-to-face lecture, and satisfaction with among dental technology students. Methods: Total 179 undergraduates were surveyed from the Department of Dental Technology. Frequency analysis, cross analysis, independent sample t-test, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were used for analyzing statistics. Results: Overall satisfaction with the non-face-to-face lecture was the highest (p=.037) while watching a recorded lecture in the theory curriculum subject. In the case of practical subjects, satisfaction with face-to-face lectures appeared to be higher (p=.039) compared to non-face-to-face lectures. Factors influencing the recognition of non-face-to-face lecture quality included awareness of a place to conduct a class and of face-to-face delivered lecture quality, satisfaction with face-to-face lecture, and satisfaction with non-face-to-face lecture. Factors affecting satisfaction with a non-face-to-face lecture included a place to conduct a class, the most effective theory non-face-to-face class method, the method of having been experienced the most among non-face-to-face lecture methods, and the recognition of non-face-to-face lecture quality. Conclusions: Future educational environment should include combined face-to-face and non-face-to-face lectures. An efficient educational indicator will be needed to evaluate learners' assessments and opinions about online classes, followed by its application to teaching methods.

온라인에서 주민등록번호 대체수단 기반의 본인확인서비스의 개선 방안 연구 (A Study on Improvement of Personal Identity Proofing Service(PIPS) Based on Alternative Methods of Resident Registration Number)

  • As online services become more and more popular due to the development of IT, non-face-to-face transactions are continuously increasing rather than face-to-face transactions. The personal identity proofing service(PIPS) based on the alternative method of the resident registration number is used for the purpose of confirming the identity of the other party on the Internet. However, in the case of the current PIPS, the personal information of the PIPS user is excessively provided to the online service provider. As a result, privacy problems of online users, shortage of choice of information providing options, and lack of differentiation of authentication methods are becoming problems. Therefore, this paper proposes a method to improve the PIPS based on the current resident registration number alternative method and to provide a method to differentiate the provision of excessive personal information. In the proposed method, we analyze trends and current status of overseas online PIPS in order to provide a method of providing differentiation of personal information and proposes an effective improvement method applicable to domestic.
