Structural Relationships between Online Wine Store Quality, Trust, and Perceived Risk (온라인 와인 매장 품질, 신뢰와 지각된 위험간의 구조적 관계)

  • As the issue of selling wine online has been raised in an attempt to implement FTA programs in a more effective way, wine will be available online in the near future in Korea. Thus, this study aimed at identifying key factors which will contribute to reduce various kinds of risks perceived by online customers, and investigating the structural relationships between those factors and perceived risks. Site quality of online wine shop(information quality, system quality), trust in online wine shop were selected as key predictors of perceived risks and research model was established using those factors. Data were collected from those who have experienced in using online wine store, and the research model was tested using valid data. Results of testing research hypotheses using data from survey respondents showed that information and system quality exerted an impact on trust in online wine shop. It was proven that information and system quality posited an impact on time risk whereas they was not related to performance and psychological risk. In addition, trust in online wine shop was shown to be related to time risk, performance risk, and psychological risk.

Analysis of Factors for Learning Satisfaction Based on Gender in Online Graduate University Settings (원격대학원생의 성별차이에 따른 학습만족요인 분석)

  • This study aimed to understand the differences of the factors for learning satisfaction (learning content, system, interaction, instructor personality, and instructional context) between males and females in online graduate university settings. To examine the research objectives, a total of 88 graduate students attending online universities in Seoul, Korea participated in the survey. Among them, 66 valid responses were used for the analyses using the SPSS 21.0 statistical package. In order to figure out the differences of the factors in gender, Multivariate Analysis of Variance(MANOVA) was conducted with the five dependent factors. As a result, interaction was found to be a significant variable implying that females more actively participated in communication process. Finally, possible reasons for the results were described and suggestions were raised.

  • Online e-commerce management systems are gradually increasing, and transactions are made in various items. However, the reliability between sellers and buyers is very important in high-priced transactions such as automobiles when used transactions online. Nevertheless, in the existing used trading system, a device that prevents fraud or trusts the seller is insufficient. This paper developed a blockchain-based used transaction management system to improve the reliability that occurs during used transactions. We have improved the safety trading system by developing a trading management system for used cars with the highest amount of used cars in various fields. This system uses Ethereum-based smart contract to guarantee reliability without third party intervention. By designing the contracts required for used car trading by utilizing smart contracts, it was possible to reduce the effort and time of trading participants in the existing used car transactions, while enabling safe transactions. In addition, this system mitigated information asymmetry between buyers and sellers, and reduced and prevented brokerage fees in the distribution process without third parties.

  • This paper concerns developing a integrated online/offline light facility management system for light facility using internet and building a database system for control box and street light. Also, we designed the system to minimize the disparity with the conventional management system by referring to a old management ledger format. Thus, the proposed method may enable the system manager to administer the light facility efficiently and to reduce the manpower cost, and time economically.

  • As information technologies in construction field get developed, various studies and projects are in progress for improvement of construction industry. Meanwhile, web-basis online system for building materials is tending upward. However, most of the informations about classification system for building materials and specifications are not systematic yet. Most field staffs have some troubles in making full use of the material information, repeating inefficient works from constructional design to the maintenance of it. This study designed auto-categorization system classified by materials, multi-search engines, auto-converting/creating electronic catalog as well as RFID search support to provide standardized building materials information.

  • Education in Korean universities is rapidly expanding to online education due to COVID-19. In response to such changes, this study proposed a means of improving the learning management system of Korean universities and analyzed the effects of using the system. The important results of this study are as follows: the learning management system was composed of 'pre-class learning,' 'team activity,' and 'participation learning' to support team-based learning. The effects that the users (instructors, learners) can obtain by adopting team-based learning and using the system were analyzed. The study concludes that for instructors, teaching work may be alleviated. For learners, it was demonstrated that they could more easily access and use data required for their education.

  • Purpose - This paper mainly studied the role of the logistics legal system in promoting international transport logistics, building marine economy international cooperation demonstration zone and deepening the economic and financial cooperation etc between China and Korea. Research design, data, and methodology - The study conducted a survey on China and Korea's 2012-2017 years data. After empirically analyzing the data, we believe that cultural industry in Korea and China will maintain its growth momentum. Results - This study explored the way to establish an integrated logistics system between China and Korea to match the e-commerce certification system, online payment system and logistic distribution, thereby gradually promoting economic development and logistics integration in Asia. Conclusions- China-Korea FTA can encourage private flow to take on enterprises. In terms of improving logistics efficiency, reducing logistics costs and establishing a unified logistics industry standardization system. This will accelerate logistics industry integration in Northeast Asia, build a unified logistics management center in Northeast Asia, and promote a new model of integrated logistics cooperation in Northeast Asia. Therefore, it has a practical and reference significance.

  • This study explores what factors influence college students' synchronous online learning satisfaction and what advantages and disadvantages exist when it comes to taking synchronous online learning courses. In-depth interview results suggest that advantages of synchronous online learning are convenience (no need for travel, no limitation for study place), saving money, and no worry for contracting Corona 19. However, disadvantages of synchronous online learning are instability of online learning system, lack of interaction between learners and educators, difficulty of instant communication, low education quality, and unfairness of exams. This study found that college students taking synchronous online course think that synchronous online learning is more appropriate for theory-based course than practice-based courses in that theory-based courses are lecture-oriented while practice-based courses require interactivity between learners and educators. This study provides educators a baseline understanding on how college students think over synchronous online learning and how to enhance students' satisfaction with synchronous online learning.

  • The English Conversation class as a required course in S university is designed as blended learning to reinforce English education. To identify the influence of this blended learning on its students' achievement, the research about what variables are related with it was conducted. Data analysis indicates that gender, major, military service, overseas stay, face-to-face attendance, quiz, and online attendance have an effect on the student achievement. However, the students' style of online learning--study place, study time, and study frequency--doesn't have any relationship with their achievement. Their satisfaction with the online study was questioned in the three areas such as instructor, contents, and system, among which only the 'system' area has an influence on their achievement.

  • Even though computer based college lecture management system was developed long ago and has been used ever since, developing perfect lecture management is not simple. The main objective of this system is to develop appropriate online lecture supportive management program suitable for college lectures. This system [ADLEMS] mainly focuses on the management of college database lectures, exams, and grades. This system supports management and grading of attendance, reports, quizzes, mid-term, and final exams. Exam management categorizes into multiple choice questions, essay questions, short answer questions, and SQL. Especially for SQL, division analysis was applied when developing grading system for more effective grade management. For essay questions and short answer questions, manual [hand] grading method was used. Every student can verify the grading process in person to alleviate the problems occurring during the grading process.
