  • New valve driving system to control for the best volumetric efficiency at each load of an internal combustion engine within one engine cycle has been developed. The system needs to reduce pumping loss that cause by throttle valve during the intake valve is opened. In this system the intake valve is driven by a linear DC electromagnetic actuator which is controlled by personal computer. The result is compared both installed and uninstalled actuator into the cylinder head. By both of experimental and numerical calculation, the responsibility of the valve driving system to the engine speed was examined

  • 본 연구에서는 가스발생기 사이클 엔진시스템의 제어특성을 검토하고, 제어기를 구성하기 위한 해석의 일환으로 공칭 작동점 부근에서의 선형해석을 위한 Simulink 수학적 모델을 구성하여, 엔진 스로틀링 과정에 대한 해석을 수행하였다. 스로틀 밸브의 특성이 엔진동특성에 미치는 영향을 검토하기 위하여 추력제어밸브와 가스발생기 혼합비 유지를 위한 압력균형기(pressure stabilizer)의 모델, 그리고 제어밸브 구동용 모터의 수학적 모델을 포함시켰다.

  • Speed of a diesel engine is usually controlled by the hydraulic governor which uses the centrifugal force of rotating fly balls for sensing the error speed. But for a recently developed high efficient, low speed and long stroke 2 cycle marine diesel engine, this governor doesn't work well enough because of too much changes of toraring force during one revolution of engine and too long uncontrollable time due to small numbers of cylinder. For improvement of jiggling phenomena and unstability various studies are being carried out, but they are not enough for a steep load change in a small ship's generator plant or at rough sea condition in a propulsion engine. In this paper, authors propose a new method to control a fuel before the change of angular velocity due to load change by feedforward the change of load, and find that the proposed method shows quite a good control performance in comparision to the customary PID control method by simulation using a digital computer for the various load change.

  • In the air-conditioning and refrigeration industry, the efforts to protect the environment have been made. One of them is to use carbon dioxide as an alternative refrigerant, however, several researches have shown that the transcritical heat pump system using $CO_2$ has relatively lower efficiency resulting in a degraded steady-state system performance. Capacity control with fuzzy controller was carried out for $CO_2$ heat pump system. Evaporator secondary fluid outlet temperature was suggested for the control variable of compressor speed modulation.

  • In manufacturing processes, various and suitable pulse shapes are required for the purpose of material processing. In order to make various pulse shapes with variable pulse length and high duty cycle, We have fabricated the power supply consisting 6 SCRs and the Pulse Forming Network(PFN) with the precise delay time control. So our control system has three switching circuits, 3 mesh PFN, and simmer circuit. In addition, we have designed and fabricated the PIC one-chip microprocessor(16F877) to control the delay time of sequential switching.

  • 정지형 전원(Static Power Supply) 설계를 위한 다중 PAM 인버터에 관하여 논한다. 인버터의 제어부는 원칩 마이크로 컴퓨터(One-chip Microcomputer)로 구성하여 간단히 제어신호를 얻었고, 종단 구성은 더블 브리지 인버터와 3상 3권선 변압기로 구성하였다. 출력 파형은 제어기와 변압기를 이용하여 1주기당 22 스텝의 전압레벨로 다중 PAM파형을 합성하였으며, 저역 여파기(Low Pass Filter)에 의해 정현파에 가까운 파형을 얻었다.

  • 군용항공기 산업의 비약적인 발전으로 정부의 군용항공기 감항인증은 점차적으로 중요한 역할을 차지하고 있다. 감항인증은 모든 항공기가 전 수명주기 동안 운용범위 내에서 비행안전에 적합하도록 항공기 개발에 필수적으로 요구되는 절차이다. 감항인증의 도입은 단일 수요자의 요구도에 부합되게 개발 해왔던 기존의 개발 사업특성에서 다수의 수요자의 공통의 요구도를 맞춘 개발 패러다임의 변화로 이끌어 가고 있다. 본 논문에서는 전투기급 항공기의 비행제어법칙의 감항인증 기준 설정에 대한 상세 연구와 감항인증 기술기준에 대한 입증 분석을 결과로 제시하였다.

  • 본 논문은 광대역 특성의 뱅뱅 디지털 위상 동기 루프를 설계함에 있어 최적의 루프 이득 선정을 통한 실용적인 선형화 설계 기법을 제안한다. 기존의 이론적 파라미터 설계 기법을 광대역 클럭 발생기 회로에 적용함에 있어 한계점을 설명하고 실제 구현된 뱅뱅 디지털 위상 동기 루프 설계에 대해서 살펴보았다. 본 논문에서는 정수 어레이와 디더 이득은 크게 하되 비례 이득을 작게 설정하여 뱅뱅 디지털 위상 동기 루프의 리미티드 사이클 노이즈를 제거하였다. 제안된 설계 기법을 적용한 뱅뱅 디지털 위상 동기 루프는 기존의 구조에 비교하여 초소형, 저전력, 선형 특성 및 루프 대역폭 조절이 가능한 장점을 보이며, 성능의 우수성을 시뮬레이션을 통하여 검증하였다.

소 핵이식란의 이식 후 생존성에 관한 연구 (Viability of Nuclear Transfer Bovine Embryos after Embryo Transfer)

  • This study was conducted to examine the viability of nuclear transfer bovine embryos following embryo transfer. Donor embryos were treated with nocodazole to arrest their cell-cycle-stage at mitotic(M) phase. After releasing from nocodazole blastomeres were separated and transferred into the enucleated oocytes(BC), or cultured in medium with aphidicolin. Freshly cleaved blastomeres within 1.5h after cleavage(AC) and non-cleaved ones up to 3h after releasing from nocodazole(NC) were transferred into the enucleated oocytes. Blastocysts derived from nuclear transfer were transferred to Day 7~8 recipient cows. Some blastocysts were vitrified and thawed before embryo transfer. Developmental rates to the blastocyst stage were higher in AC(18.1%, P<0.05) than BC(8.6%) and NC(5.1%). Blastocyst development slightly enhanced with aphidicolin(1~2$\mu\textrm{g}$/ml) treatment(16.9~22.6%) compared to non treated control(11.1%). Survival rate fo vitrified nuclear transfer embryos after thawing was 75%(24/32). Twnety-three vitrified nuclear transfer embryos and 3 fresh ones were transferred to 23 recipients, 6 heads were pregnant and 1 male calf(24 kg) was born from a recipient cow recevied one vitrifiedthawed nuclear transfer embryo at 277 days after embryo transfer. This result suggests that the nuclear transfer embryos can developed to term after vitrification andembryo transfer.

  • In the GPS/DR integrated system, the GPS position(or velocity) is used to compensate the DR output and to calibrate errors in the DR sensor. This synergistic relationship ensures that the calibrated DR accuracy can be maintained even when the GPS signal is blocked. Because of the observability problem, however, the DR sensors are not sufficiently calibrated when the vehicle speed is low. This problem can be solved if we use a multi-antenna GPS receiver for attitude determination instead of conventional one. This paper designs a two-antenna GPS receiver integrated with DR sensors. The proposed integration system has three remarkable features. First, the DR sensor can be calibrated regardless of the vehicle speed with the aid of two-antenna GPS receiver. Secondly, the search space of integer ambiguities in GPS carrier-phase measurements is reduced to a part of the surface of the sphere using DR heading. Thirdly, the detection resolution of cycle-slips in GPS carrier-phase measurements is improved with the aid of DR heading. From the experimental result, it is shown that the search grace is drastically reduced to about 3120 of the non-aided case and the cycle-slips of 1 or half cycle can be detected.
