We have performed eight, single transplantations of right lung in dogs from September, 1988 to March 1989 at the Thoracic & Cardiovascular Surgical department, Yonsei University, College of Medicine, Seoul, Korea. We wrapped bronchial anastomosis site with great omentum and used cyclosporin in preoperative and postoperative periods in seven cases except one. The one without wrapping the bronchial anastomotic site with omentum and using cyclosporin died due to bronchial anastomotic site rupture in postoperative fourth day. If there is no reason to choose one side over the other, we would generally choose to do left-sided transplant as this is technically somewhat easier because of the long length of recipient bronchus and the ease of clamping the left atrium proximal to the pulmonary veins. The right atrium limits the amount of left atrium that can have incorporated into the clamp proximal to the pulmonary veins on the right side. But we had chosen to do right-sided transplant of lung because we must take variable technical experiences on right sided lung transplant in dogs. We have to anastomose one of pulmonary vein and left atrial wall on right-sided transplant easily only with double ligation of one pulmonary vein because right atrium limited the clamp of left atrium proximal to pulmonary veins with decreased venous return and cardiac output in some dogs. All seven dogs with right-sided lung transplant had survived more than one day with good condition except one. The one dog have to be sacrificed to evaluate the difference between the gas analysis in pulmonary venous and arterial blood in post-operative eight hours. We found hemorrhagic pulmonary edematous changes of contralateral left lung in this dog. And also all dogs have to be sacrificed for the evaluation of surgical problems, anytime in post-operative periods without any cardiopulmonary resuscitative efforts when the general condition would be worse progressively. We found no any surgical technical errors in seven dogs except one with thrombi in suture site of left atrium. There were hemorrhagic pulmonary edematous changes of transplanted right lung in one, of contralateral left lung in one, of contralateral left lung with double ligation of its pulmonary artery in one, thrombi around left atrial sutures sites in one, multiple air leakage in one bronchial rupture in one due to rejection or infection. There were accidental extubation and delayed intubation in one and unknown cause of death in one.

One-class SVM은 데이터가 존재하는 영역을 추출하고, 이 영역을 서포트 벡터로 표현하며 표현된 영역 밖의 데이터들은 아웃라이어(outlier)로 간주된다. 본 논문에서는 데이터 포인트마다 숨겨진 변수(hidden variable) 혹은 토픽이 있다고 가정하고, 이를 반영하기 위해 PoMEN에 기반한 Latent One-class SVM을 제안한다. 실험결과 Latent One-class SVM이 대부분의 구간에서 One-class SVM 보다 성능이 높았으며, 특히 높은 정확율을 요구하는 경우에 더욱 효과적임을 알 수 있었다.

In the present paper we define the codes which assign D-alphabet one-one codeword to each outcome of a random variable and the functions which represent possible transormations from one-one codes of size D to suitable codes. By using these functions we obtain lower bounds on the exponentiated mean codeword length for one-one codes in terms of the generalized entropy of order $\alpha$ and type $\beta$ and study the particular cases also.

4-Acetoxyazetidine-2-one과 (3R,4R)-4-acetoxy-3-[(1R)-1-(tert-butyldimethylsilyloxy)ethyl]azetidin-2-one에 2-(tert-butyldimethylsilyloxy)-1,3-butadiene 또는 3-(tert-butyldimethylsilyloxy)-1,3-pentadiene을 염화아연의 존재하에 반응시켰을 때 Diels-Alder 첨가생성물인 cephem 유도체가 얻어졌다. 이 반응에서 diene으로 tert-butyldiemethylsilyl acrylate를 사용하였을 때에는 azetidin-2-one의 4-위치의 acetoxy기가 acryloyloxy로 치환된 화합물이 얻어졌다. 4-phenylsulfonylazetidin-2-one을 dienophile로 사용하여 2-(tert-butyldimethylsilyloxy)-1,3-butadiene과 반응시켰을 때에는 carbacephem은 생성되지 않았고 4-phenylsulfoyl-2-butanone이 얻어졌다. Thiochalcone dimer를 염화아연의 존재하에 4-acetoxyazetidin-2-one과 반응시켰을 때 azetidin-2-one의 고리가 깨어진 화합물이 생성되었고, N-methylacrylamide를 trimethylsilyl trifluoromethanesulfonate와 triethylamine의 존재하에 반응시켜 얻은 2-trimethylsilyloxy-1-aza-1,3-butadiene은 4-acetoxyazetidin-2-one과 Diels-Alder 유형의 반응을 하지 않았다.

이 연구는 '한 책, 한 도시' 지역사회 독서운동의 원형인 미국 워싱턴 주 시애틀의 'Seattle Reads'의 사례연구로 진행하였다. 1998년 출범한 'Seattle Reads'의 지난 25년간 목표, 선정 책들의 특성 및 주요 행사와 활동을 분석함으로써 'One Book' 독서운동으로서의 현황 및 지향점을 보다 깊게 이해하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 'Seattle Reads'는 한 권의 책을 읽고 토론하면서, 다양한 행사와 프로그램으로 시민들의 참여와 소통을 독려함으로써 성인 대중을 위한 지역사회 독서운동의 원형을 제시하였다. 'Seattle Reads'는 매년 꾸준히 다양한 문화적 및 민족적 배경을 가진 작가들의 책을 읽고 이야기함으로써, 다양성의 이해 및 지역사회 통합을 지향하는, 'One Book' 독서운동으로서의 지속성, 일관성, 자율성 및 독립성이라는 특성을 보여주었다.

This note is a remark on simple observation that the degree bound of Fano (n+1)-folds of Picard number one and index greater than one can be related with that of Fano n-folds of Picard number one and index one.

In this paper we study some characterizations of proximal, distal and almost one to one homomorphisms of flows. In particular we show that if the almost one to one proximal extension of a minimal flow is weakly almost periodic, then it is minimal.

This study examined one room(studio apartment) residential deweller's housing behavior and housing need, and the relationship between the sense of housing values and housing satisfaction of one-room residence, The study surveyed 302 one-room residents in Busan city. The researcher modified, complimented, and used the previous researches on housing values and housing satisfaction. The analysis of the data used SPSS Win 10.0 program. The results of the research can be summarized as follows: 1. The motive of choosing one-room residence was mainly the closeness to the school or work, Jeonse(Rent with a one-room deposit) was more common than ownership, and the size is one-room residence was 10 to 15 Pyeong. 2. Among the five housing values of one-room residence dwellers, that is, amenity, indoor and outdoor environment, economy/convenience, convenience in transportation, and the interior functionality, the convenience in transportation was ranked highest, and the indoor and out door environment and economy/convenience followed. 3. The housing satisfaction of one-room residents was highest in location, and also high in the safety and the security or privacy, and the convenience of inside facility.

이 연구의 목적은 미국의 '한 책, 한 도시' 독서운동에서 선정된 책들의 계량적 특성에 나타난 성장과 변화의 현황을 이해하는 것이다. 1998년부터 2013년 6월까지 15년간 미국의회도서관 도서센터 웹사이트의 '한 책, 한 도시' 독서운동의 주별 및 작가별 리스트에 등록된 2,220개 프로그램 선정 책 1,037종을 중심으로 연도별 선정 분포와 변동 추이를 살펴보았다. 선정 책들의 연도별 프로그램 분포, 선호된 책의 연도별 추이, 'Seattle Reads'와 One Book, One Chicago 같은 선도적 '한 책' 프로젝트들이 책 선정에 미친 영향 등을 살펴보았다. 주요한 발견 내용은 다음과 같다: 첫째, 1,037종 중 2개 이상 '한 책' 프로그램 선정 책은 278종(26.8%)이며, 단 1개 프로그램 선정 책은 759종(73.2%)이다; 둘째, 최다 선정 책은 To Kill a Mockingbird (84개 프로그램), Fahrenheit 451 (53개), The Kite Runner (50개)로 나타났다; 셋째, '한 책' 독서운동의 확산에 따라 개별 '한 책' 프로그램의 독자적 책 선정은 증가하는 추세이다; 넷째, 'Seattle Reads'와 'One Book, One Chicago' 선정 책들의 영향은 점차 축소하는 경향이다.

Objectives: The aim of this study was to compare the cyclic fatigue resistance of the WaveOne Gold Glider, ProGlider and One G glide path instruments in artificial doublecurvature canals. Materials and Methods: This study included 15 WaveOne Gold Glider (size 15/0.08), 15 ProGlider (size 16/0.08), and 15 One G (size 16/0.06) nickel titanium files. The files were used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions until they were broken in artificial double-curvature canals made of stainless steel. The time to fracture was recorded via a digital stopwatch and the number of rotations until fracture was also calculated. The data were statistically analyzed via the Kruskal-Wallis test. Results: The highest average number of rotations until fracture of the files was found for the WaveOne Gold Glider, followed by ProGlider and One G in order. Statistically significant differences were present between all groups of files (p < 0.05). Conclusions: In our study, the resistance of the WaveOne Gold Glider nickel-titanium (Ni-Ti) file to cyclic fatigue in S-shaped curved canals was found to be higher than that of the ProGlider and One G Ni-Ti files.
