Purpose: We prospectively evaluated the clinical usefulness of the patellar inferior pole (PIP) as a landmark of the anteromedial (AM) portal for the arthroscopic surgery of the medial mensiscus posterior horn (MMPH). Materials and Methods: Group 1 (50 normal left knees of adults), Group 2 (10 normal knees under anesthesia), and Group 3 (50 consecutive knees undergoing elective arthroscopic surgery for relatively simple intraarticular pathologies, or diagnostic arthroscopy) were included. In Group 1 and 2, the true lateral (A) and valgus stress lateral radiographs (B) on $30^{\circ}$ flexion were obtained, and the lines (AM portal line) passing through the PIP and distal-most medial femoral condyle (MFC) were drawn under the condition without considering the thickness of articular cartilage of MFC (1, 2-A, B group), and considering it as 2.5mm on B (1, 2-C group). Then, we investigated the meeting point of the AM portal line with medial tibial plateau (C-D percentage), and measured the distance between the PIP and the anterior joint line (E-length), and medial tibial-femoral joint space (F-length). In Group 3, the AM portal was made at the PIP level and clinical usefulness of the approach to the MMPH and body of the lateral meniscus (LM) was analyzed. Results: The average C-D percentage came out as 85.8, 101.3, 69.1% for each Group 1-A, B, C, and 102.4, 144.6, 116.8% for each Group 2-A, B, C. Measured E-length was an average of 15.1 (Group 1-A), 15.5 (Group 1-B, C), 13.1 (Group 2-A), and 12.9 mm (Group 2-B, C) and the change by valgus stress had no statistical significance. The F-length increased about 1.2 (Group 1) and 3.6 mm (Group 2) when valgus stress was applied, which had statistical significance (p<0.001, p<0.001). In Group 3, 49, 48 knees were classified as good for the MMPH, and the body of LM in aspect of the clinical usefulness of AM portal made on the PIP level. Conclusion: We identified the clinical usefulness of the PIP as a skin landmark of AM portal for the arthroscopic surgery of the MMPH.

This research is speak that is tendencious in comprehension of external consumer information search behavior using on-line external information source to consumers who use on-line that is used as corporations' main strategic means. That is, classify consumer groups which was atomized according to type inflict consumer's information search knowledge level and shopping value study which use on-line, and decision factors of information search that these groups can influence a difference or each group which use information sources grasped what it is. Result that investigate information search knowledge level difference about study finding on-line information source utilization used mainly portal site, comparison site, auction site. And, utilization shopping pursuit value group used information source by portal site, auction site, niche shopping mall site and hedonic shopping pursuit value group used information source by portal site, auction site, shopping mall site. It confirmed that all variables(i.e. consumer-based variable and web site-based variable) are influencing variously in on-line external information search types. Finally, we proposed different way to erect strategic model about consumers that use on-line with study finding that see.

It is crucial to minimize setup errors of a cancer treatment machine using a high energy and to perform precise radiation therapy. Usually, port film has been used for verifying errors. The Korea Cancer Center Hospital (KCCH) has manufactured digital electronic portal imaging device (EPID) system to verify treatment machine errors as a Quality Assurance (Q.A) tool. This EPID was consisted of a metal/fluorescent screen, 45$^{\circ}$ mirror, a camera and an image grabber and could display the portal image with near real time KIRAMS has also made the acrylic phantom that has lead line of 1mm width for ligh/radiation field congruence verification and reference points phantom for using as an isocenter on portal image. We acquired portal images of 10$\times$10cm field size with this phantom by EPID and portal film rotating treatment head by 0.3$^{\circ}$, 0.6$^{\circ}$ and 0.9$^{\circ}$. To check field size, we acquired portal images with 18$\times$18cm, 19$\times$19cm and 20$\times$20cm field size with collimator angle 0$^{\circ}$ and 0.5$^{\circ}$ individually. We have performed Flatness comparison by displaying the line intensity from EPID and film images. The 0.6$^{\circ}$ shift of collimator angle was easily observed by edge detection of irradiated field size on EPID image. To the extent of one pixel (0.76mm) difference could be detected. We also have measured field size by finding optimal threshold value, finding isocenter, finding field edge and gauging distance between isocenter and edge. This EPID system could be used as a Q.A tool for checking field size, light/radiation congruence and flatness with a developed video based EPID.

Analyzing on-line consumer responses is directly related to the management performance of food companies. Therefore, this study collected and analyzed data from an on-line portal site created by consumers about food companies with issues and examined the relationships between the data and the management performance. Through this process, we identified consumers' awareness of these companies obtained from big data analysis and analyzed the relationship between the results and the sales and stock prices of the companies through a time-series graph and correlation analysis. The results of this study were as follows. First, the result of the text mining analysis suggests that consumers respond more sensitively to negative issues than to positive issues. Second, the emotional analysis showed that companies' ethics issues (Enterprise 3 and 4) have a higher level of emotional continuity than that of food safety issues. It can be interpreted that the problem of ethical management has great influence on consumers' purchasing behavior. Finally, In the case of all negative food issues, the number of word frequency and emotional scores showed opposite trends. As a result of the correlation analysis, there was a correlation between word frequency and stock price in the case of all negative food issues and also between emotional scores and stock price. Recently, studies using big data analytics have been conducted in various fields. Therefore, based on this research, it is expected that studies using big data analytics will be done in the agricultural field.

Accurate radiation dosimetric characters is very important to determine of dose to a radiotherapeutic patient. Medical linear accelerators have been developed not only its new quality of convenient operation but also electric moderation. It is reliable to measure more detail physical parameter that linac's internal ability. Typically, radiation dosimetric tool is classified ionization chamber, film, thermoluminescence dosimeter, etc. Nowaday, Electronic Portal Imaging Device is smeared in radiation field to verification of treatment region. EPID's image was focused that using both on-line image verification and absolutely minimum absorbed dose during radiotherapy. So, Electronic Portal Imaging was tested for quality evaluation of medical linear accelerator had its pure conditional flash. This study has performed symmetry, Light/Radiation field congruence, and energy check, geometry difference on wedge filter using a liquid filled ion chamber (EPID). Prior to irradiated on EPID, high energy photon beam is checked with ion chamber. Using these results more convenient dosimetric method is accomplished by EPID that taken digital image. Medical image is acquired with EPID too. Therefore, EPID can be analyzed by numerical information for what want to see or get more knowledge for natural human condition.

For entertaining information system such as online games that value pleasures, characteristics of individuals can be very important factor. In this study, the influence of individuals' characteristics on the emotional and perceptive attitudes toward portal sites was analyzed with statistical method through surveys using Technology Acceptance Model suggested by Davis et al. (1989). As a result of the study, it was found that the influence that the influence of game's characteristics have on the perceived accessibility has significant influence on the emotions about game portal site, which means familiarity is influential Detailed assumptions on the influence of game portal site on the perceived accessibility showed that familarity and achievement mavenism are all influential. It showed that the perceived accessibility about game portal site has significant influence on the perceived pleasure. Also, it was found that the perceived pleasure about game portal site has influence on cognitive attitude but the perceived accessibility has no influence on cognitive attitude. Also, the influence of the perceived pleasure and the perceived accessibility about game portal site on emotional attitude and the influence of the perceived pleasure on cognitive attitude were studied. As a result, it was found that the perceived pleasure and the perceived accessibility have influence on emotional attitude.

Providers for the commercial web sites are seriously competing for attraction and retention of customers. However, customer loyalty in the on-line business could be determined by factors different from those in the off-line business. In this paper, determinants for the customer loyalty in the on-line business are analyzed as two parts. The first part includes determinants that foster voluntary customer loyalty, such as satisfaction, self-involvement, and positive characteristics of Internet. The second part includes determinants that foster involuntary customer loyalty, such as switching barrier and bonds. Through the empirical study of 399 survey of Korean Internet users, both voluntary and involuntary factors contributing to the customer loyalty were found. Also, relationship between the positive characteristics of Internet and customer loyalty were found. The understanding of the determinants of customer loyalty will be an important information developing a winning strategy in the on-line business.

Learning community is one of the important pillars of the education in knowledge-based society. How to encourage students' spontaneous participation to the learning community is one of the actual problems to solve for the revolution of the education scheme. In this paper we introduce a strategy to boost the activity of the learning community, which works in the on-line space. The keys for the on-line supporting system for the learning community are to have communication space, trading space and connection with industry. To support activities of each space, we provide an on-line web site which includes a community module, a knowledge market module and an industrial commentary module. Students can start their self-leading study in the communication space, and they can also practice skills for the knowledge management in the knowledge trading space. Through the connection space, they can learn more from the real world critics with help of industry.

The Tunnel portal is designed on temporary support system which is composed by 28m height H-Pile method and Ground Anchor method. The tunnel has excavated about 30m from the portal, but some deformation is found on the surface ground just above the tunnel face. It was investigated very carefully to find out the causes of deformation. By the observation and study, two main causes of deformation are found out. The one is earth pressure increase compared with classical earth pressure theory. That was due to the direction of ground rock mass's discontinuities. It causes the increase of earth pressure that are activated by the direction of discontinuity. The other one is that present design method neglect the transferred force by removal of temporary support members and ground anchor within the tunnel contour line as the tunnel excavation proceeds As the result of removals of the member and anchor, some force transferred from removed systems to remaining supporting systems. In designing the portal support systems, lt must be considered the discontiunity of ground mass and the transfered force due to excation.
