선레이저 기반 이동체용 3차원 노면 모니터링 시스템 구현 (Implementation of 3D Road Surface Monitoring System for Vehicle based on Line Laser)

  • 노면측정은 노면 관리에서 노면의 평탄화된 정도 및 변위를 정량화하는 필수적인 과정이다. 보다 안전한 노면 관리 및 신속한 유지보수를 위해 이동체에서의 정밀한 노면 측정은 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 이동체에서 측정가능한 정밀 노면측정 시스템을 제안한다. 제안 노면측정 시스템은 고성능의 선레이저 센서를 사용하여 노면 표면의 정밀한 측정을 지원한다. 또한 RTK로 부터 획득한 위치 데이터를 정합하여 종/횡방향 프로파일 측정이 가능하고 속도기반 적응적인 갱신 알고리즘을 통해 실시간적인 모니터링이 가능하다. 제안 시스템을 평가하기 위하여 Gocator 선레이저 센서, MRP 모듈, 및 NVIDIA Xavier 프로세서를 시험용 이동체에 탑재하여 노면에서 시험하였다. 시험 결과 MSE(mean square error) 기준 정확한 프로파일 측정이 가능함을 보인다. 제안 시스템은 도로의 상태 평가뿐 만 아니라 인접 지반의 영향도 평가에 활용될 수 있다.

충남지역 공중화장실의 평면구성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Plan Composition of Public Toilet in Chung Nam Area)

  • This thesis analyzed the uniqueness of a toilet plane structure, centering on a case of Beautiful Public Toilet Construction Project under a project by Chungcheongnam-do and drew a conclusion as followings. Most of public toilets, constructed under a project by Chungcheongnam-do, were located in remains, tourist resorts, parks, and the outskirts of traditional markets. They were constructed at the selected location within an easy access of most user and plane structure was also designed so that the persons, in charge of management and maintenance, and the users could use them without difficulty. But some public toilets didn't establish the handicaps' toilet or made them difficult to sue due to location or size. The plane structure style was various such as a rectangular, stream line, or circle in accordance with location or building size. A circle-styled toilet offered a good view but didn't offer a good access or an effective space for users. In addition, when a handicapped person enters a toilet, he or she has to enter or go out of it through a sliding dor. So a constructor has to make progress of a work in accordance with this point.

고속 전차선로 드로퍼에 대한 기계적 하중에 관한 연구 (Mechanical Loads of Dropper for High Speed Electric Railway)

  • 드로퍼는 전차선로에서 여러형태의 클램프로 취부되어 전차선이 수평으로 유지하도록 지지하고, 판토그라프가 통과할 때 굽힘에 대한 기계적 응력에 영향을 받는다. 고속선용 드로퍼의 파단 원인을 조사하기 위해, 이론적 분석 및 시험을 실행하였다. 본 논문에서 사전이도에 의한 드로퍼의 정적 하중을 계산하였고, 시험에서 측정된 값과 유사하였다. 드로퍼 와이어의 파단원인을 분석하기 위해 현장에서 파단된 시료는 SEM 분석을 하였고, 새 시료도 일부 병행하며 시행하였다. 마지막으로, 고속열차가 300km/h로 통과할 때 드로퍼에 대한 동적 하중의 변화를 측정하였다. 기계적 하중이 반복적으로 발생될 때, 드로퍼 와이어는 피로에 의해 파단될 것이다. 이 결과는 고속전차선로 유지보수의 특별 관리와 드로퍼의 수명평가를 하는데 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

전기철도 전차선로의 설치 상태 판단을 위한 복합검측 기술 구현 (Implementation of Multi-functional Type Condition Monitoring System for Railway Catenary Systems)

  • The railway catenary systems consist of a complex structure, electrical and mechanical conditions are exposed to dangerous environment due to current collection between pantograph and catenary systems. These two types of conditions for the catenary systems are critically assessed for management and are becoming increasingly more dependent on reliable inspection system. In this paper, a new measurement system which enables inspection of catenary faults was studied and implemented. The system uses wavelength band of ultraviolet (UV) and IR (Infrared) to measure the insulation of corona and temperature of catenary wire. In order to determine the sensitivity of implemented system, the performance test such as distance detection range of UV camera and temperature resolution of IR camera were conducted, respectively. The field test of development system was also conducted in metro and high-speed line using mobile type UV and IR multi-composited measurement systems.

정수기용 압축기의 안전성 평가 및 소손 패턴 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Safety Assessment and Damage Pattern of Water Purifier Compressors)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for the safety assessment of a water purifier when water leaks due to inappropriate maintenance and the examination of the cause of accidents related to the leak. Due to its inspection and management by non-specialists, if a leak occurs in a water purifier with the water level controller being inclined, it may result in the failure of the compressor, power supply line, PCB, etc. The analysis of the thermal diffusion pattern of water purifier compressors using a thermal image camera shows that its maximum temperature was approximately $80^{\circ}C$. In addition, its operating current was a maximum of 13 A and the system's operating current was approximately 1.7 A after the compressor was charged. It was found that the housing type power cable cover of the compressor had the effect of preventing electric shock but has poor flame resistance. Furthermore, the performance of the overload protector, PTC relays, etc., was excellent but they have potential for problems as metallic terminals were exposed, resulting in the potential of a safety related accident. The terminals and their surface damaged by the tracking showed a trace of carbonization and the resistance between terminals was measured to be approximately $8{\Omega}$. In addition, while the tracking was proceeding, the fuse and circuit breaker installed for system protection did not operate.

감가상각모형의 유형화에 기초한 적용방안 (Implementation Strategy Based on the Classification of Depreciation Models)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop the Generalized Depreciation Function (GDF) and Winfrey Depreciation Function (WDF) by reviewing methods for the depreciation accountings. The Depreciation Accounting Models (DAM), including straight-line model, declining-balance model, sum-of-the-year-digit model and sinking fund model presented in this paper, are reclassified into the charging pattern of increasing type, decreasing type and constant type. This paper also discusses the development of the GDFs based on convex type, concave type and constant type according to the demand pattern of product, frequency of plant usage, deterioration of time, relative inadequacy, Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) and Operating Expenditure (OPEX) of the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). The WDFs presented in this paper depict a sudden degradation of plant performance by measuring the change of TPM activity at the midpoint of useful life of asset. The WDFs are classified into left-modal type, symmetrical type and right-modal type by varying the value of skewness and kurtosis. Moreover, three increasing patterns, such as convex, concave and linear types, are used in this paper to present the distinct identification of WFDs by using Instantaneous Depreciation Rate (IDR) in terms of Performance Depreciation Function (PDF) and Depreciation Density Function (DDF). In order to have better understanding of depreciation models, the numerical examples are used for evaluating the Net Operating Less Adjusted Tax (NOPLAT) and Economic Value Added (EVA). It is concluded that the depreciation models showing a large dispersion of EVA require the adjustment of NOPLAT and Invested Capital (IC) based on the objective cash basis and net operating activity for reducing the variation of EVA.

농산물 직거래 유통채널별 저해요인 분석과 활성화 방안 (Analysis of Factor Hindering and Promotion Strategy on the Direct Marketing of Agricultural Products)

  • Purpose - This paper is for the Analysis on the Hindrance Factors and Activation Scheme by the Type of Distribution Channel in Direct transaction of Agricultural Products. As the distribution structure of agricultural products has become changable, farmers seem to use the type of direct distribution in order to enhance the receiving price. This study aims to explore the hindrance factors and income variation rate in direct transaction of agricultural produces, specifically focusing on the 167 farmers. Research design, data, and methodology - To ascertain the hindrance factors exactly by the type of distribution channel, the managements were classified by four subcategories, that is high sales percentage with shopping malls, SNS, shopping malls and SNS, and off-line direct transaction. Results - As a result of the hypothesis test, hinderance factors in online direct deal activation were found to be in the order of the difficulty in continuous content production, the difficulty in shopping mall operation and maintenance, and the difficulty in card commission problems, and in the order of the difficulties in continuous content production, the difficulty in continuous content production, the difficulty in shopping mall operation and maintenance, and the difficulty in branding for the SNS group. Thus, it can be seen that the difficulty in continuous content production, shopping mall operation and maintenance were found to be the biggest obstacles. In addition, hindering factors in online direct deal activation were found to be in the order of the difficulty in credit card settlement, the difficulty in publicity, and the difficulty in dealing with unsold goods. The group with high sales rate in shopping mall was found to be increased by 23.9% in the gross income compared to the previous year, the group with high SNS sales ratio increased by 56.5%, the group with direct offline transaction increased by 37.1%, among which the group with the highest increase rate of SNS sales ratio was found to be the highest from the rate of increase/decrease of the income, which was statistically significant. Conclusions - It can be suggested that government and local government may provide agricultural management with supporting plan which in turn can activate direct transaction in any possible ways.

  • 본 연구에서는 von Hippel(2005)의 사용자 혁신 이론을 바탕으로 LBS 분야의 대표적 응용 서비스인 자동차 네비게이션 산업에서 특히 지도 중심의 콘텐츠 확보와 개발을 위한 사용자 혁신 활용 사례를 발굴하고자 한다. 사용자 혁신에 관한 von Hippel의 7가지 특성을 기준으로 M&Soft의 자동차 네비게이션 제품 개발 및 유지 보수 과정을 분석해본다. 이를 통해, 사용자 혁신의 성공적인 활용을 위한 판매자의 3가지 전략적 대응 중, M&Soft는 사용하기 쉬운 정보 기술 플랫폼을 제공하여 회원들이 쉽게 각종 지도 및 이동상의 정보나 아이디어들을 제공하도록 유도하는 정도에 국한되어 있음을 확인하기도 하였다. 본 연구의 의의는 실물 제품을 바탕으로 전개된 von Hippel의 이론을 인터넷 기반의 콘텐츠 서비스가 점점 중요해지는 추세에 맞춰 디지털 서비스 및 제품에 적용시켜 보았다는 점이다.

한국어업의 장기적 진흥계획을 위한 전략 업종 선정에 관한 연구 (Study to Select a Strategic Fisheries for the Encouragement of a Long Term Planning Project in the Korean Fishing Industry.)

  • This is a study of a long term project to encourage the Korean fishing industry. It seeks to supply a sound theoretical background in an attempt to liberalize the capital investment of the industry. However, the discussions developed in this thesis are based on, the existing world's fisheries resources, the possibility of their prospective cultivation, and the analysis of the evolution of Korean fisheries and fisheries organization. According to the reasults of the analysis ; out of the prospective world fisheries resources which are estimated at about 200 millions m/t the total yield per year is only about 70 millions m/t (1969), and Korea occupies only 850 thousands m/t. This therefore means that the Korean fishing industry allows much room for further growth. But the purpose of Korea's existing fishing industry organizations is entirely directed toword coastal fisheries and their functions never reache beyond the limit of off-shore fisheries. Thus almost 99% of the fisheries population engage in small scale fisheries along the coast line. The result is that the resource are almost exhausted by such over-exploitation. Being faced by this fact, it is of urgent necessity to modernize the management of fisheries as well as to encourage larger scale management of fisheries industries. This should be accompanied by the liberalization of capital investment. For this purpose this study also recommends the unification or annexation of small organizations to establish larger ones that will function for a larger scale industry. and further this study recommends that, in order to reorganize the existing fisheries organizations, a principle of selection should be applied in the areas of (1) maximum sustainable yields, (2) the possibility of forming an enterprise and (3) the maintenance of organization stability.

LSTM-VAE를 활용한 기계시설물 장치의 이상 탐지 시스템 (Anomaly Detection System in Mechanical Facility Equipment: Using Long Short-Term Memory Variational Autoencoder)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to compare machine learning models for anomaly detection of mechanical facility equipment and suggest an anomaly detection system for mechanical facility equipment in subway stations. It helps to predict failures and plan the maintenance of facility. Ultimately it aims to improve the quality of facility equipment. Methods: The data collected from Daejeon Metropolitan Rapid Transit Corporation was used in this experiment. The experiment was performed using Python, Scikit-learn, tensorflow 2.0 for preprocessing and machine learning. Also it was conducted in two failure states of the equipment. We compared and analyzed five unsupervised machine learning models focused on model Long Short-Term Memory Variational Autoencoder(LSTM-VAE). Results: In both experiments, change in vibration and current data was observed when there is a defect. When the rotating body failure was happened, the magnitude of vibration has increased but current has decreased. In situation of axis alignment failure, both of vibration and current have increased. In addition, model LSTM-VAE showed superior accuracy than the other four base-line models. Conclusion: According to the results, model LSTM-VAE showed outstanding performance with more than 97% of accuracy in the experiments. Thus, the quality of mechanical facility equipment will be improved if the proposed anomaly detection system is established with this model used.
