창의적, 능동적인 문제해결 능력을 가진 지식노동자를 요구하는 정보화 사회에서는 교수자 중심이 아닌 학습자 중심의 온라인 교육 콘텐츠 기술의 발전이 급속히 요구되고 있다. 대부분의 온라인 학습 콘텐츠의 특성은 학습자 중심이라기보다 교수자 중심의 강의 진행, 콘텐츠 제작과 콘텐츠 제공 플랫폼의 부족한 기능들로 학습자가 중심이 되는 온라인 학습 특성을 만족시키지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 온라인 학습 특성인 학습자 중심의 온라인 교육을 위한 콘텐츠 제공 플랫폼에 대해 기존의 콘텐츠 제공 플랫폼과 상호보완적 입장에서 구성하는 방안에 대하여 제안하고자 한다.

The study has been initiated on the background of rapidly changing environment, and from the perspectives that new ecological systems are continuously generated accordingly in various fields. Recently, ICT platform, which is the platform related to information communication, has drawn much attention, and many tools are being made that can design and implement documents in a specific on-line space by utilizing UI/UX authoring tools for on-line contents sharing platforms which are public platforms for industrial and educational uses. Following these trends, actual building environment for 'XElF', a newly developed on-line contents sharing platform, and actual design proposal for UI/UX authoring tools will be described according to the sequences of building the platform. Before this design proposal is actually utilized in the future, opinions have been collected from related persons through an actual survey. Efforts are being made to reduce problems, which can be generated in the future in the actual on-line contents education environment, through the results of the study so that the platform can be produced without errors. The final results for this matter are planned to be posted by papers in the future.

Ventilation equipment performs a central role to maintain comfort subway environment. So ventilation equipment of Busan subway line No.1 is required to improve thermal environment. In this study, conditions of thermal environment are presented to improve ventilation equipment at existing subway station platforms by measuring thermal environment of platforms operated ventilation equipment at 14 stations of Busan subway line No.1. AWS of data in comparison with the neighbouring platforms and thermal environment analysis. Thermal environment status of subway platform analysis results are as follows. 1)Daytime platform temperature was higher than outdoor temperature, but night time platform temperature was lower than outdoor temperature. 2)Train wind had effect on improving thermal comfort in platform. 3)When outdoor temperature is below $24^{\circ}C$, inlet air is able to lower than platform temperature. 4)Considering existing ventilation system, night purge systems is useful to improving platform thermal environment.

공교육의 STEAM과 S/W 교육은 융합 인재와 4차산업혁명 시대의 인재 양성에 효과적이며 이를 위한 전담교사의 확충과 다양한 학습자료의 발굴 및 적용, 융합인재 교육을 위한 교육환경 개선이 필요하다. 그리고, 개방형 학습 플랫폼은 사교육비 절감과 공교육의 보완에 효과적이다. 특히 교실 수업(오프라인)과 결합된 플립러닝에 유용하며 이럴 경우 교사의 역할이 능동적인 교수활동과 연구 활동으로 전환되어 공교육의 정상화를 앞당기고 사교육을 줄일 수 있다. 특히, 초등교육을 위한 MOOC 플랫폼 운영의 핵심 기능으로 '창의적 교수설계와 콘텐츠 개발 기능', '디지털 교수 학습 큐레이션 기능', '빅데이터 기반 학습자 맞춤화 기능', '학습 참여 촉진 플립러닝 및 소셜러닝 기능'을 제시한다. 본 연구를 통해 초등교육을 포함한 청소년의 진로 및 입시교육 MOOC의 도입에 대한 논의의 장이 마련되고 한국형 청소년 MOOC 플랫폼이 구축되어 교육민주화의 세계적 선진 모델로 발전될 수 있기를 기대한다.

웹의 구조적인 특성으로 인해서 실제 원격 교육 시스템으로 교육 활동을 수행할 때 많은 제한점이 발생된다. 비연결성 프로토콜인 HTTP는 클라이언트의 요청 각각을 별도로 수행하며 연결 상태를 유지하지 않는다. 이것은 학습자의 접속상황을 유지 관리하고 학습자의 요청 정보를 추적하기 어렵게 만든다. 그리고 이는 한 학습자의 연결유지뿐만 아니라 다른 학습자들간의 상호작용 자체를 불가능하게 만든다. 본 연구는 학습자의 학습 활동을 추적할 수 있도록 하기 위해서 HTTP를 기반으로 하여 확장된 연결성 프로토콜인 CHTP를 개발하고, 새로운 원격교육 플랫폼을 구축하였다. 프로토콜 차원에서 표준화된 방식을 제안하기 때문에 개발된 웹 확장 플랫폼은 원격교육을 위한 시스템 구축을 효과적이고 용이하게 만들어 줄 것이다.

Struggle refers to the process of overcoming various difficulties for a goal. The spirit of struggle is a positive attitude and reaction reflected in the process of struggle. Cultivating the spirit of struggle of college students is the call of the new era. In essence, the cultivation of the spirit of struggle is a process of learning, which is in line with Bandura's Observation Learning Theory(Bandura, 1977):Attention, Maintenance, Reproduction and Motivation. The cultivation of College Students' spirit of struggle in the new era is also a learning process of enriched experience. It is necessary to cultivate the spirit of struggle into the soul of college students and make it become a habit of students. Moreover, it is crucial to carry out adaptive transformation of Bandura's observation learning theory. By studying the mechanism of the spirit of struggle of college students, taking innovation and entrepreneurship education as a means, and aiming at cultivating the connotation of President Xi's thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, this paper constructs the AIST model for cultivating the spirit of struggle of college students in the new era. This model includes online learning acceptance platform(Acceptance), classroom experience stimulation platform(Inspiration), iterative training solidified platform (Solidification), and competition practice transfer platform(Transfer). The purpose of this model is to provide a practical way for universities to fulfill the fundamental task of moral education and cultivate qualified socialist builders and successors. The number of students using the online learning acceptance platform ranked the first among that of the similar courses in China; The classroom experience stimulation platform and the iterative training solidified platform support each other, with an effective rate of 97%; The competition practice transfer platform has realized the continuous growth of the number of awards won in competitions for three years. The direction of future efforts is to establish the external mechanism of the spirit of struggle, to ensure the effectiveness of classroom experience and iterative training, to cultivate teachers with coaching skills, and to accurately measure the transformation point of external and endogenous motivation.

선원의 훈련, 자격증명 및 당직근무의 기준에 관한 국제협약(STCW)은 상선에 당직사관으로 승선하기 위하여 갖추어야 할 요건을 명시하고 있다. 해사영어 활용능력은 STCW에서 중요하게 다루어지는 자격요건 중 하나로, 각 국가 담당 기관은 국내외 규정에 적합한 해사영어 교육을 시행하고 있다. 본 연구는 예비 해기사 대상 영어능력 배경설문조사를 시행하여 해사영어학습 및 활용능력과 연관성 있는 개인 요인들을 분석하였다. 나아가 표준해사영어(SMCP) 학습 플랫폼 활용 실험을 통해 성적향상 정도를 측정하고 그 효과성을 분석하였다. 이를 통해 해기교육에서의 해사영어 자동채점 플랫폼 적용 가능성을 조사하였으며 향후 해사영어 교육 외에 그 범위를 넓혀 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

This research is a case study about "Critical Thinking and Debate Education" class which was done for freshmen at the engineering college of "S" Women's University. Real time remote classes through LMS and ZOOM were the most effective tools under on-line circumstances, considering the fact that video lectures only cannot cultivate students' capabilities of critical thinking and communication. Throughout the analysis on students' self-reflection journals and lecture evaluations, this paper examined considerable future points and the pros and cons of "Critical Thinking and Debate Education" under online presentation and discussion situation. As research outputs, students told they could feel less nervousness and anxiety when they exercise and have a presentation because they could choose familiar space for them. In addition, students also told that they feel comfortable about both self-feedback and peer evaluation, repeatedly seeing the recorded video clip. However, on the contrary, sometimes students felt uncomfortable due to unstable internet connection through the online classes, and they also were regretful about the missing chances of interaction between a teacher and students and of intimate exchanges among students. They also told they had felt a kind of limit of enhancing their presentation skills just in front of the monitor. Considering these outcomes, this research paper points out that online education needs to be proceeded by strengthening multi layered feedback to students with the build-up of a non-face-to-face stable educational infrastructure, application of online instructional strategy, and utilization of YouTube platform and video contents. Through this research paper, I hope the new system of encompassing on/off line "Critical Thinking and Debate Education" and effective teaching and learning method can be developed soon by strengthening the strength of online education.

AR/VR 기술을 활용한 어학교육을 위한 콘텐츠 개발은 5G 상용화에 맞추어 필연적으로 추진해야할 과제이며, 이를 체계적으로 관리하고 서비스를 위한 서비스 플랫폼에 대한 연구는 현재 글로벌 기업들이 경쟁적으로 참여하고 있으나, 아시아 문화권의 독특한 영역에 대한 독창적인 언어교육 서비스 모델은 한국과 중국이 공동협력으로 연구개발을 추진해야할 당위성을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기 개발된 "이러닝 기반의 중국인을 위한 한국어교육 서비스 플랫폼"을 AR/VR 콘텐츠의 수용이 가능하도록 개선하여 적용하고, 동영상 기반의 어학교육 콘텐츠를 AR/VR 기술을 적용하여 상호작용이 가능하도록 콘텐츠를 구성하여 어학교육의 새로운 패러다임을 제시하고자 한다. 콘텐츠의 개발은 AR 기반의 단어학습이 가능한 서비스를 완성하고, VR기반의 단계별 상황에 맞는 체험학습 콘텐츠를 개발하여 초급/중급/고급에 이르는 어학교육 서비스가 가능하도록 단계적으로 콘텐츠를 개발한다. 서비스 플랫폼은 학습관리와 학습 콘텐츠에 대한 관리가 가능하도록 하며, 메타데이터 속성을 보완하여 대용량 AR/VR 콘텐츠의 수용이 가능한 플랫폼을 완성하도록 한다. 향후 혼합현실 기술이 적용된 다양한 콘텐츠 개발을 통하여 교육서비스 포탈로서 발전이 가능하도록 체계적인 연구를 수행하도록 한다.

인공지능(AI), 사물인터넷(IoT), 빅데이터 등 4차 산업혁명에 따른 지능 정보기술의 발전과 함께 교육 분야도 이러닝(e-Learning)을 중심으로 빠르게 재편되며 '에듀테크' 개념이 확산되고 있다. 현재 선행업체들이 온라인 교육 서비스를 실시하고 있으나 실시간으로 이루어지는 양방향 커뮤니케이션이 어렵다. 또한, 오프라인 수업의 경우 학생의 수가 많고, 시간이 한정되어 있을 뿐 만 아니라 질문할 기회를 갖지 못하는 경우가 많다. 본 논문은 이러한 문제들을 해결하기 위해 오프라인이 가지는 즉문즉답의 효율성과 온라인에서의 개방성이라는 장점을 접목하여 온라인과 오프라인상에서의 질문을 자유롭게 할 수 있는 실시간 양방향 학습 질문 및 답변 운영 시스템을 개발한다. 개발된 시스템은 실시간 개인별 맞춤형 교육 시스템으로서 답변자가 질문자의 상황을 실시간으로 확인하고 질문자의 요청에 맞는 맞춤형 답변을 제공함으로써 한 번의 연결로 질문을 해결할 수 있다. 또한 시스템의 이용 시간을 초단위로 측정하여 관리함으로써 질문자와 답변자가 효율적으로 시스템을 활용하게 할 수 있다.
