The demand for services using digital technology is constantly increasing as new developments in digital consumer electronics and the Internet are made. This is especially true in terms of the demand for IPTV utilizing high speed Internet networks. Research on IPTV threats is important for facilitating financial transactions via IPTV and preventing illegal use or copying of digital content. Thus, this paper analyzes IPTV threats via the IPTV value chain. That is, the distribution system for IPTV service is analyzed along with the components of the value chain and corresponding IPTV security requirements or security technologies, in order to perform a threat analysis and research suitable for the IPTV service environment. This paper has a greater focus on the value chain of the IPTV business than the approach in previous research, in order to analyze security requirements and technologies that are more applicable to the business environment.

As supply chains are globalized, multinational companies are trying to optimize distribution networks using a hub and spoke structure. In this hub and spoke network structure, multinational companies locate regional distribution centers at hub airports, which serve demands in their corresponding regions. Especially when customers put higher priority on the service lead-time, hinterlands of international hub airports become ideal candidate locations for the regional hub distribution centers. By utilizing excellent airport and logistics services from hub airports, regional distribution centers in the hub airports can match supply with demand efficiently. In addition, regional hub distribution centers may increase air cargo volume of each airport, which is helpful in the current extremely competitive airport industry. In this paper, we classified locational preferences into three primary categories including demand, service and risk and applied the analytic hierarchy process methodology to prioritize factors of locational preferences. Primary preference factors include secondary factors. Demand factor contains access to current and prospect markets. Service factor comprises airport and logistics perspectives. Service factor in terms of airport operations includes secondary factors such as airport service and connectivity. Service factor in terms of logistics operations contains infrastructure and logistics operations efficiency. Risk factor consists of country and business risks. We also evaluated competitiveness of Asian hub airports in terms of candidate location for regional hub distribution centers. The candidate hub airports include Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Narita and Incheon. Based on the analytic hierarchy process analysis, we derived strategic implications for hub airports to attract multinational companies' regional hub distribution centers.

대부분 도서관시스템 서비스 제공은 ASP 또는 Client/Server 방식으로 제공함으로써 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어 라이센스의 고비용, 설치 및 배포, 구매비, Upgrade, Customization, 문제점 관리 등 소프트웨어 전반에 걸쳐 고비용과 관리가 힘든 문제점이 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 제안된 멀티테넌트 환경을 지원하는 스마트도서관시스템에서는 간편하며, 쉽고, 초기 투자비용이 거의 없고, 저비용 IT 서비스가 가능한 소프트웨어 온-디멘드 방식으로 구현하였다.

본 논문에서는 주문형 멀티미디어 서비스를 서비스의 질을 고려하여 실현할 수 있도록 하기 위한 서비스 매커니즘과 ATM을 Backbone으로 하는 WWW 기반의 실시간 주문형 멀티미디어 서비스를 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 native ATM interface를 통한 CM 전송 모듈을 적용했고, WWW 기반의 주문형 멀티미디어 시스템을 구현하였다. 제안하는 시스템은 자바, CGI 등의 인터넷 프로그래밍 기법을 이용한 WWW 기반의 사용자 환경을 제공하며. 주문형 멀티미디어 서비스를 제공하는데 있어 정보를 요청하는 클라이언트에서 정보를 제공하는 서버, 그리고 정보가 저장된 파일 서버에 이르기까지 효율적인 관계가 정의되어 있지 않으면 효과적인 서비스를 제공할 수가 없으므로, WWW 상에서 데이터베이스와의 연계를 통한 서비스 메커니즘을 구현하였다.

A major challenge in network service providers is to provide adequate resources in service level agreements based on forecasts of future demands. In this paper, we address the problem of capacity provisioning in a network subject to demand uncertainty such that a network coded multicast is applied as the data delivery mechanism with limited budget to purchase extra capacity. We address some particular type of uncertainty sets that obtain a tractable constrained capacity provisioning problem. For this reason, we first formulate a mathematical model for the problem under uncertain demand. Then, a robust optimization model is proposed for the problem to optimize the worst-case system performance. The robustness and effectiveness of the developed model are demonstrated by numerical results. The robust solution achieves more than 10% reduction and is better than the deterministic solution in the worst case.

최근 자율주행 기술이 상용화 단계로 접어들며, 자율주행기반 모빌리티 서비스를 제공하는 서비스 플랫폼이 늘어나고 있다. 현재 자율주행 기반 모빌리티 서비스들은 자율주행차량의 주행 성능과 기능에 초점을 맞추어 서비스를 제공하고 있으므로 모빌리티 수단별 교통수요와 통행 특성을 고려한 서비스 지역을 선정하는 데에 한계가 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 기존 모빌리티 서비스인 택시와 수요응답형 교통수단, 특별교통수단의 실제 교통 데이터를 활용하여 모빌리티 수단별 통행 특성을 분석하고 자율주행 적용 가능성을 검토한다. 이를 위해 모빌리티 서비스별 주요 사용 네트워크를 도출하고 전문가 조사를 기반으로 네트워크별 자율주행 난이도를 산정하여 모빌리티 서비스별 자율주행 적용 지수를 산출한다. 분석 결과, 수요가 분산된 형태의 모빌리티 서비스보다는 밀집된 형태의 서비스에서 자율주행 서비스 제공이 효율적인 것으로 확인된다. 또한 네트워크에 할당된 통행수요가 높고 자율주행 난도가 낮은 분포가 가장 큰 것은 특별교통수단으로 도출되었다.

In this study, we research and develope Intelligent Remote management controller. According to the load condition, we will apply various control techniques and plan high efficient Demand control. After development, According to the Demand Control, An electricity enterprisers will expect enlargement of equipment coefficient, elevation of back up load factor and reduction effect of equipment investment. On Customer side, They will expect reduction of electric fee, saving energy and variety of service choice.

유용한 멀티미디어 통신서비스를 제공하기 위한 목적으로 설립된 Digital Audio-Visual Council(DA VIC)은 Movie on Demand(MoD), Teleshopping과 같은 주문형 분배서비스와 인터넷 서비스를 포용한 시스템의 규격을 완료한 이후 현재 Plain Old Telephone Service(POTS) 및 영상전화, 영상회의와 갇은 대화형 통선서비스를 제공하기 위한 작업을 진행하고 있다. 본 논문은 분배형 위주의 서비스만이 가능한 DA VIC 표준 Set-Top Box(STB)에서 대화형 멀티미디어 통신서비스를 제공할 수 있는 효율적인 단말의 구조를 제안한다. 제안한 통신단말은 기 구현된 표준 STB에 서비스에 따르는 기능모듈을 부가하는 형태로 설계, 구현하였다. 구현한 통신단말을 다지점 영상회의와 같은 통신서비스에 적용하기 위해서 본 논문은 다지점 통신의 서비스 품질을 결정하는 Quality of Servic$\xi$(QoS) 요구 사항을 분석하였다. 또한 대화형 통선서비스의 매우 중요한 QoS요소인 단-대-단 지연조건을 만족하고 화질의 열화를 수반하지 않는 새로운 MPEG 비디오 브리지를 이용한 단말의 다지점 멀티미디어통신의 연동방안 및 전체 시스템 구조에 대하여 설명하였다.

In this study, demands of smart technology development were analyzed for rural village communities. Questionnaire items were derived by grasping the current status of information and communication technology. 49 villages in 8 regions were selected and surveys and statistical analysis were conducted. The main results of the study are as follows. First, 92% of community leaders use smartphones, search for information (38%), communicate with the Internet (36%) using smartphones, use KakaoTalk (31%), and Facebook (24%). Second, in the rural and urban exchange activities, promote support information service (51%) and promote method suggestion service (48.5%) showed that the demand for services in promote field was high. It is linked to the creation of economic opportunities. Third, in the income and production activities, demand for distribution services technology (39.3%) was high in the field of production and distribution, and cold chains that help maintain freshness until food, such as meat, fish, and vegetables are delivered to consumers when agricultural products are distributed. The constant temperature control system needs to be actively introduced. Fourth, autonomy activities showed the highest demand for air conditioning and control systems (34.2%) of community building, and the lowest demand for electronic voting (9.4%) and videoconferencing (9.4%) services. Lastly, in the general activity area of the community, the demand for technology of emergency services (37.1%) and health self-diagnosis service (35.4%), which are technologies in the welfare sector, ranked first and second respectively.

The purpose of this study is to explore the model and application for family life welfare service in Korea. In order to explore the characteristics of family life welfare service, the object, the extent and approach for family life welfare service is examined. The model for family life welfare service is constructed on the base of definition for family life welfare-subsistence of family life, personal formation and development, the creation of community culture-, family life cycle and demand for family life welfare service. Lastly, the contents and politic supports for family life welfare service are examined.
