Despite the fact that the sourcing process in B2B e-Marketplaces is one of the most important tasks, the evaluation and selection process of suppliers have been ad-hoc based and mainly dependent on the experience of sourcing managers' subjective knowledge. To remedy the problem, we developed a decision support System (called Wise - I) that helps sourcing managers evaluate suppliers in a more systematic way. The system reflects company's strategy and know-how by adopting company enforced weighted scores for different factors and employing a more scientific method of considering factors other than price and on-time delivery rate, utilizing the AHP method. This paper reports the effectiveness of the system as well as the detailed description of the system. To investigate the effectiveness of the system, we collected information through interview and questionnaire survey. The information was also augmented through the firm key index system, which monitors average delivery lead time and on-time delivery rate. The result indicates that the system leads to the efficiency of purchasing section and the transparency of buying process, therefore reduces delivery time and cost.

This study reviews the judgements by the Korean Supreme Court on the time of delivery of goods, as it depends on which bonded place the goods are kept for the purpose of the customs clearance. Thereafter, this study analyzes the Ocean Carrier's liability, when the cargoes are mis-delivered without the presentation of bill of lading in relation to the specific bonded place such as an independent bonded warehouse or a self-use bonded warehouse. Furthermore, considering that voyage charter is a kind of marine transport, this study also reviews whether or not the Court's judgements, which has been developed in respect of the carriage of affreightment, could be applied to voyage charter in respect of the time of delivery goods and the Ocean Carrier's liability for mis-delivery. Lastly, in the case that the substantial importer takes the goods from the independent bonded warehouse without the presentation of bill of lading after the customs clearance, it is noted that the Court has made the Ocean Carrier liable for the mis-delivery through the application of theory of double deposit contract. The position of the Court would be understandable in terms of the protection for the bona-fide holder of bill of lading, but this study reviews the limitation of liability as the device for the protection of the Ocean Carrier, considering the situation where the Ocean Carrier is somewhat unreasonably sacrificed under the bonded system provided for the convenience of substantial importer.

The growing rate of delays is adversely affecting the timely delivery of construction projects. This study therefore assesses construction stakeholders' perception of the causes of delays and its effects on project delivery in a bid to proffer solution in minimizing the occurrences of delays. Questionnaire was used to elicit responses from construction stakeholders; a total of thirty three causes of delays, seventeen resultant effects of delays and fifteen methods of minimizing construction delays were identified for the study based on literature reviews. The results suggest that client's cash flow related problems are the main causes of delays while time and cost overruns are the major identifiable effects of delays in construction projects. However, adequate project planning and budgeting were suggested as possible ways of minimizing the occurrences of delays.

특송 소화물 수송은 상품의 생산과 소비에 직결되어 있으며 소비자에 대한 원활한 소화물 수송이 경제에 미치는 영향이 지대하므로 그 중요성은 날로 증대하고 있다. 특히, 소비자 중심의 다 빈도 소량 운송시대로의 전환과 택배 등 특송 소화물 운송 산업의 활성화에 대한 화물수송 증가추세에 비해 적절한 계획 및 정책이 결여되어 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 물류센터(단지)에서 모든 고객에게 수 배송을 가장 빠른 시간 내에 완료하여 고객이 서비스를 받기 위해 대기하는 시간을 최소화하는 차량경로를 결정하는 배송완료시간 최소화를 위한 차량경로모형을 제시한다. 본 연구에서는 마지막으로 방문을 받는 수요자의 대기시간을 최소화하는 개념으로서 생산문제와 비교하면 단위시간당 동일한 비용이 지출된다고 가정 할 때 모든 제품의 생산 및 판매까지의 총 비용을 최소화하는 것이 고전적인 차량경로문제라고 본다면 모든 제품의 생산완료 시점을 최소화하여 납기일을 단축시키는 것이 특징으로 볼 수 있다. 본 수리모형이 고전적인 차량경로문제와 구별되는 개념 중 하나는 각 차량의 마지막 방문수요지에서 물류센터로 복귀하는 시간은 고려하지 않으며 이에 따라 동일한 수요자를 방문하더라도 방문순서에 따라서 이동시간이 상이한 것과 또한 차량들이 방문하는 총 이동시간이 동일하더라도 경로 변경에 따라 모든 수요자 중 가장 마지막에 방문을 받는 수요자의 대기시간을 단축할 수 있다. 일반적으로 이러한 모형은 배송을 완료하는 시점이 중요시 되는 특송 소화물, 신문배송 문제, 신선함을 요하는 상품 또는 퀵 서비스 등 다양한 서비스 문제에 확대 적용할 수 있다. 제시된 모형은 ILOG Cplex 및 Solver를 활용하여 기존 차량경로문제와 비교하여 다양한 고객 및 차량 수에 대하여 최적해에 근접한 해를 쉽게 구할 수 있다.

According to the fast-paced environment of information technology and improving customer services, the design activities of logistics systems improve customer centric services and delivery performance implementing e-logistics system. The fundamental design issues that arise in the delivery system planning are optimizing the system with minimum cost and maximum throughput and service level. This study is concerned with the integrated model development of delivery system with customer responsive service level for DCM, Demand Chain Management. We used a two-step approach for this study. First, we formulated the supply. center facility planning using stochastic set-covering problem and assigned the customers to the supply center using clustering algorithm. Second, we developed vehicle delivery planning for a supply center based on GIS, GIS-VRP. Also we developed a GUI-type computer program for proposed method for supply center problem using GIS and Geo-DataBase of Busan area. The computational results showed that the proposed method was very effective on a set of test problems.

The pickup and delivery problem with time windows generally involves the construction of optimal routeswhich satisfy a set of transportation requests under pairing, precedence, time window, vehicle capacity, andavailability constraints. In this paper, we added some constraints to the problem and adopted an objectivefunction based on number of used vehicles, total travel distance and total schedule duration to consider morerealistic problems. A branch and price algohthm for the problem is proposed and an enumeration method is usedfor the subproblems. The algorithm was tested on randomly generated instances and computational results werereported.

본 연구에서는 급증하는 배송 서비스 수요에 맞춰 더 신속하고 최저 비용으로 근거리 배송을 가능하게 하는 알고리즘을 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 알고리즘에서는 배송원으로 지하철 승객을 물류 이동에 참여시킨다. 이때 승객은 이동 경로와 일치하는 배송 물류를 선택할 수 있다. 그리고 서비스 이용자의 입장에서는 현재 근처에 경로가 일치하는 배송원을 선택할 수 있다. 이때 배송원 추천은 TF-IDF&N-gram과 BERT를 결합한 텍스트 유사도 측정 방식으로 진행된다. 따라서 기존 택배 시스템과 달리 소비자-배송원 간의 man-to-man 방식으로 양방향 선택을 지원한다. 탑승 중인 승객을 물류 이동에 참여시킨다는 점에서 비용 최소화와 배송 기간 단축을 모두 보장할 수 있다. 더하여 운송 측면에서도 특별한 기술을 요하지 않으므로, 일자리 입지가 축소된 노동자들에게 경제 참여 기회를 제공할 수 있다는 점에서도 의의가 있다.

최근 인터넷의 발전과 스마트폰 보편화에 따라 배달 애플리케이션의 이용률이 높아지면서 O2O 기반의 외식 배달 시장이 급격하게 성장하고 있다. 본 연구는 한국(배달의민족)과 중국(어러머) 배달애플리케이션의 사용성을 비교 분석하고, 국내 배달 애플리케이션의 개선 방향을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구 방법으로는 1차로 국내외 배달 애플리케이션의 현황을 파악하고, 2차로 피터모빌의 허니콤 모델을 재구성하여, 이를 기준으로 설문조사와 심층인터뷰 진행하였다. 사용성 평가결과를 분석하여 제안된 개선 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 배달의민족의 모든 가맹업체들은 애플리케이션으로 주문이 가능해야 한다. 둘째, 장바구니에 다른 업소의 음식을 동시에 담을 수 있어야 한다. 셋째, 화면 첫 페이지에서 장바구니와 구매내역을 바로 찾아볼 수 있고 첫 페이지에 오늘의 추천 메뉴를 보여주는 것은 사용자의 편의성을 높이는 것에 도움을 준다. 넷째, 검색창을 상단에 고정하면 검색성을 높일 수 있다. 다섯째, 배달 예상 시간과 배달원의 정확한 위치를 확인할 수 있어야 한다. 마지막으로 업소 주소가 명시되고 예상 배달 가능 시간에 대한 보장이 이루어진다면 신뢰성을 높일 수 있다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 국내 배달 애플리케이션 서비스 향상에 기여하기를 기대한다.

This paper addresses order-lot pegging issues in the supply chain of a semiconductor business. In such a semiconductor business (memory or system LSI) order-lot pegging issues are critical to achieving the goal of ATP (Available to Promise) and on-time production and delivery. However existing pegging system and researches do not consider capacity limit on bottleneck steps. This paper presents an order-lot pegging algorithm for assigning a lot to an order considering quality constraints of each lot and capacity of bottleneck steps along the entire FAB. As a result, a quick and accurate response can be provided to customer order enquiries and pegged lot lists for each promised orders can be shown transparently and short or late orders can be detected before fixing the order.

온라인 시장의 증가로 택배의 물량이 나날이 늘어나고 있다. 이러한 환경은 수많은 택배회사들의 출현을 가져와서 치열한 고객유치 경쟁을 유발하고 있다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 개미 알고리즘을 이용하여 보다 체계적으로 최단 택배배송경로를 찾아 주는 시스템의 개발에 그 목표를 두고 있다. 개발된 시스템은 숙련된 택배기사는 물론 마을 위치에 익숙지 않은 초보 택배기사에게도 배송경로탐색 및 배송시간에 큰 도움을 줄 것이며, 고객은 택배경로를 사전에 알 수 있어서 택배에 대한 신뢰성과 만족도를 높일 수 있을 것이다.
