A case of 20-year-old man involving a dens in dents with dentoalveolar abscess in the symphysis has been presented. 1. The patient pressented free drainage through the fistulous opening onn labial gingiva in area of left mandibular dentral and lateral incisors. 2. Roentgenographs revealed roentgenolucent shadows around left mandibular central and lateral incisors, dens in dente, was noticed.

Eisenmenger syndrome is a condition which systemic arterial blood oxygen unsaturation occurs if obstruction in the pulmonary capillaries raises the pulmonary vascular resistance and pulmonary arterial pressure to or beyond systemic levels and then a significant right to left shunt develops across a preexisting cardiac septal defect or an aortopulmonary communication-We have experienced 3 cases of similar condition. Case I is 24 year old man who has had cyanosis and dyspnea on exertion since childhood. His pulmonary arterial pressure was 110/80mmHg. He was operated under diagnosis of the mitral stenosis and tetralogy of Fallot, but it was finally discovered that he had patent ductus arteriosus and ventricular defect was closed with perforated prosthetic patch, but the patient expired due to right heart failure low cardiac output. Case II was 16 year old female who had pulmonary hypertension of 110/85mmHg. She was diagnosed as Eisenmenger syndrome combining with atrial septal defect and patent ductus arteriosus. Case III was 20 year old male. His pulmonary arterial pressure was 110/70mmHg and the underlying defect was patent ductus arteriosus.

Objective : To investigate the anti-metastasis and preventing relapses of HangAm-Plus (HAP) on pancreatic cancer patient. Methods : A 49 year old male patient diagnosed with pancreatic cancer (T3N0M0) was admitted to EWCC (East-West Cancer Center) on Jul. 21st 2008. He had operated pylorus preserving pancreatoduodenectomy (PPPD) and came to the anti-metastasis and preventing relapses on pancreatic cancer patient. The patient was treated with HangAm-Plus (HAP) (3,000 mg/day) for the period of 33 months from Jul. 21st, 2008 to Apr. 7th, 2011. Tumor markers (CEA and CA19-9) were used to evaluate the disease progression of the patient. Positron Emission Tomography (PET) and Computed Tomography (CT) were also followed up. Results : HAP treatment was well tolerated by the patient. Patient has shown 33 months of disease free survival until now. Conclusion : This case study supports HAP's potential efficacy in the anti-metastasis and preventing relapses of pancreatic cancer patient.

Background : A 18 year-old man presented with dyspnea and a swelling of the neck. On physical examination, maculopapular rashes were noted on the face and the whole body and crepitus was noted at the thorax and upper arms. His chest X -ray showed bilateral interstitial infiltrates of the lung, pneumomediastinum and subcutaneous emphysema. On serologic examination, measles IgM was positive. Under the diagnosis of measles pneumonia, the patient was treated with oral ribavirin, which resulted in a complete resolution of the pneumomediastinum, subcutaneous emphysema, pneumonic infiltrate, and subjective symptoms of dyspnea and swelling of the neck in 7 days. Here we report this case with a brief review of the relevant literature.

Chemotherapy and radiotherapy proved conservative and effective in treating tumors. However, both the cancer therapies will also have aberrant effects on developing maxillofacial and dental organs of children. The purpose of this report is to describe the clinical cases of Disturbances of maxillofacial and dental development after Cancer therapy. The first case reported a 7-year-old female patient diagnosed at age 2 years with bilateral retinoblastoma, receiving chemotherapy and radiotherapy. She had agenesis of premolar, microdontia, short tapered teeth in lower anterior area and generalized root stunting. The second case presented a 12-year-old female patient treated with chemotherapy and radiotherapy for neuroblastoma in her early childhood. She presented with a class III malocclusion on a skeletal III base due to maxillary retrognathism. Contemporay oncology had improved survival of children with malignant disease. It will be needed prevention of these side effect after cancer therapy to improve the quality of life.

Calcaneal apophysitis is a relatively common disease in young athletes. On the other hand, if not treated properly, it can lead to apophyseal avulsion fracture in rare cases. In the case of apophyseal avulsion fractures, it is often necessary to remove or preserve the bone fragment, which often requires a suture of the Achilles tendon. A 10-year-old badminton athlete visited the outpatients' clinic with pain in both heels from 10 months ago without any trauma history. After conservative therapy, the pain in the left heel was relived but the right heel pain persisted. After 10 months of conservative therapy, the patient visited the outpatients' clinic showing a calcaneal apophyseal avulsion fracture with a total rupture of the Achilles tendon. In the operation room, a bone fragment needed to be removed because of its poor viability and the fragment was too thin for fixation. After removing the bone fragment, the ruptured Achilles tendon was fixed with an anchor system.

This study was carried out tn invstigate and compare biomechanical characteristics during free speed gait in hemiplegic patients after stroke who took therapeutic exercise by analyzing kinematic and kinetic data in the sagital plane and electromyographic data. Six patients($41\~69$ years old) and age-matched six volunteers in good health(51-61 years old) wire studied. The patients were sorted into two groups, depending on their self-speed of walking : fast speed group(3 patients) and slow speed group(3 patients). The results were as fellows. : 1. In spatio-temparal parameters, affected and unaffected side of fast group showed symetry but blew group showed asymetry of single limb support, opposite foot contact and stance phase (p<0.05). Compared with normal group, patient group showed slower velocity, shoter stride length and longer double limb support (p<0.05). 2. In the pelvic anterior tilt, patient group showed lower valued than normal group. It. In the ground reaction force-vertical force, fast group showed similar double peak gragh compared with normal group, butvslow group showed lower values without double peak (p<0.05).

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to report the effect of Takrisodok-eum gami(托裏消毒飮加味: TRSDEGM) on Breast Abscess. Methods: One patient was a 35-year-old woman who complains pain, induration, burning sensation and skin flare of left breast, the other patient was a 49-year-old woman who complains pain, burning sensation and edema of right breast. Patients were treated by Herb medicine(TRSDEGM Water Extract). And the progress of symptoms was evaluated by checking the change of VAS, and inspecting the DITI. Results: After taking TRSDEKM, pain, induration, burning sensation, skin flare and edema were alleviated or resolved. And they haven#t recurred. Conclusion: TRSDEKM is expected to have positive effect on Breast Abscess.
