우리나라 운항사 제도 및 교육과정의 비교연구 (A Study on the System of Dual Purpose Officer and Education Curriculums in Korea)

  • As the trend of ship's automation has spreaded over from 1950's , it caused shipping industries to develop new concept of ship's officer to operate new type of ships with high technologies. As a result, French started the education of Dual Purpose Officer (DPO) from 1967 for mariners who has skills and knowledge in navigation and engineering area. these experiments were concerned mainly with an improved carrier structure for officers, efficiency in ship's operation and subsequent cost saving, and in these years, many advanced countries in shipping business have been interested in the DPO system and adopted it especially in the Northern Europe and Japan. In Jorea there were researches for DPO based on experience of those in foreign countries in the middle of 1980's and established it with revision of relevant domestic regulation in 1990. Korean shipping industry will meet first graduates from DPO program in the near future but it seems that there were not sufficient studies to prepare actual practice. In the paper it was tried to analyze korean DPO system in the structure of education and certification by comparing them with foreign one and found that curriculums of the two maritime universites in Korea are quite suitable under circumstances of domestic shiping industry but some amendments are needed in relevant regulations.

  • 본 연구에서는 부사관과 대학생을 대상으로 병영실습이 전공만족에 미치는 직접적인 효과를 살펴보고, 대학생 안보의식의 조절효과를 실증적으로 규명하는 것을 연구목적으로 설정하였다. 이를 위해 해병대와 학술교류협정을 체결하고 있는 전국 8개 대학의 부사관과 학생들로부터 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부사관과 학생의 군 병영실습은 전공만족에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 안보의식은 부사관과 학생의 병영실습과 전공만족간의 관계에서 유의한 조절효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 선행연구가 미흡했던 부사관과 학생의 병영실습, 전공만족, 안보의식간의 관계를 확인하여 합리적인 교수학습 전략 및 교육과정 개발에 근거자료를 제시할 수 있으며, 연구의 한계 및 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

개인적 특성에 따른 경찰공무원의 직무만족도에 관한 연구 (The Job Satisfaction of Police Officer Based on Life-Style)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyse the job-satisfaction of police officer. The subjects of this study are selected by convenience sampling of random sampling method. The population is male and female incumbent police officers in Seoul and Gyeonggi province. The 347 cases are used to analyse the job-satisfaction among 400 police officers who answer the question. The Jod-Satisfaction Survey(Choi, 2001) are used for collecting data. In consequence of and 4 sub-factors(job-satisfaction) are found. Cronbach's alpha coefficient revealed $.058{\sim}.804,\;.846{\sim}.871$, respectively. For the statistical analysis, SPSS version 12.0 are utilized. The verification of research hypothesis are conducted by T-test, ANOVA, correlation, and multiple-regression. The significance level of all tests are set at .05. The findings of this study can be summarized as follows: Based on the demographic factors, the differences in life-style among police officers are identified. There is significant differences in gender and ages on individualism and accomplishment, in marital status on individualism and fashion-pursuing, and in income level on fashion-pursuing and accomplishment. There is also significant differences in education, religion, position and service period on accomplishment, individualism and fashion-pursuing.

  • 금융회사의 정보보호조직 형태는 정보기술최고책임자(CIO)와 정보보호최고책임자(CISO), 개인정보보호책임자(CPO)의 책임과 역할 부여에 따라 다양한 조직 구성의 형태를 갖는다. 하지만 이러한 다양한 형태의 정보보호조직이 최적의 조직 형태인지는 살펴볼 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 CISO, CIO, CPO관계 측면에서 다양한 정보보호조직 형태 가운데 일반적으로 금융회사가 갖는 정보보호조직 형태 중 대표적인 6개 조직형태를 후보군으로 선정하고 금융회사만이 갖는 몇 가지 고유한 특성과 공인된 외부의 정보보호 거버넌스 요소를 평가척도로 활용하여 최적의 금융회사 정보보호조직 구성 형태가 어떤 모습인지 연구 및 도출해보고자 한다.

소방공무원들의 직무만족과 이직의도에 관한 연구 (A study on job satisfaction and the turnover intention of fire fighters)

  • Purpose : This study was attempted to check the correlation between job satisfaction and turnover intention and to provide the basic information to increase job satisfaction of fire fighters. Methods : A total of 369 questionnaires were distributed and 354 questionnaires were filled out and collected for analysis. Results : There was difference in turnover intention by general characteristics. According to position, group of Fire lieutenant or more is lower than that of Fire sergeant or less (F=3.61, p=.014). The group of rescue & emergency service and administration was significantly lower than other groups(F=4.84, p=.001). In pattern of duties, day service group was significantly lower than shift work group in .05 level(t=2.59, p=.022). Finally, in the correlation, the more job satisfaction increase, the more turnover intention decrease that represents inverse correlation between job satisfaction and turnover intention(r=-.523, p <.001). Namely, it represents the results that the higher job satisfaction is low turnover intention. Conclusion : More studies of fire officer in other cities are required to generalize the results. We have to develop program for job satisfaction for fire officer firstly, because program for job satisfaction used in this study was not developed for fire fighters.

  • Social engineering attack means to get information of Social engineering attack means to get information of opponent without technical attack or to induce opponent to provide information directly. In particular, social engineering does not approach opponents through technical attacks, so it is difficult to prevent all attacks with high-tech security equipment. Each company plans employee education and social training as a countermeasure to prevent social engineering. However, it is difficult for a security officer to obtain a practical education(training) effect, and it is also difficult to measure it visually. Therefore, to measure the social engineering threat, we use the results of social engineering training result to calculate the risk by system asset and propose a attack graph based probability. The security officer uses the results of social engineering training to analyze the security threats by asset and suggests a framework for quick security response. Through the framework presented in this paper, we measure the qualitative social engineering threats, collect system asset information, and calculate the asset risk to generate probability based attack graphs. As a result, the security officer can graphically monitor the degree of vulnerability of the asset's authority system, asset information and preferences along with social engineering training results. It aims to make it practical for companies to utilize as a key indicator for establishing a systematic security strategy in the enterprise.

개정된 항공영어구술능력시험(EPTA)의 안면타당도 분석 - 조종사의 비행경력을 중심으로- (Face Validity Analysis of Revised English Proficiency Test for Aviation (EPTA) - Based on the Pilot's Flying Experience -)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the face validity of the revised EPTA (English Proficiency Test for Aviation) to see if the tests actually contribute to the enhancement of aviation safety and achieve the purpose of the assessment. In order to reach the above objectives, 103 pilot test takers were surveyed, and nine in-depth interviewees were selected and interviewed. In addition, detailed research results were derived by dividing the participants into the pilot's flight experience (31 captain pilots, 42 first officer pilots, and 30 general commercial pilots). As a result, pilot participants were generally aware that EPTA was more reasonable because the revised EPTA properly implemented the aviation situation and gave participants motivation to learn aviation English. It was also seen that first officer pilots had a higher face validity of EPTA than captain and general commercial pilots. The reason was that first officer pilots considered air traffic control job was more important than other pilots did.

전문성 향상을 위한 어선항해사 면허시험 개선 방안 (A study on the improvement for expertise of the Korean fishing vessel officer license examination)

  • In this study, an improvement plan was derived by statistically analyzing the system and current status of tests in Korea and survey of seafarers perception in order to improve the expertise of the Korean fishing vessel officer examination. Recently, about 70% of marine accident occurs from fishing vessels. Therefore, it's necessary to improve the examination to reduce marine accidents. As a result, it was identified that an average of 29,265 applicants have applied over the past four years, and among them, 1,833 people have applied for fishing vessel licenses, accounting for 6.3% of the total. According to the result of explanation and response of 115 people, they responded that practical utilization was low, each operation waters has different requirements and it's necessary to improve the contents of the questions for the specialty subject. In addition, inappropriate questions were found in previous exams. To reduce marine accidents caused by human error and to improve the professionalism of fishing vessel officers, it is necessary to adjust the test criteria and ratio with characteristics of fishing vessels and in the long run, institutional improvements such as the distinction between test subjects and licenses are needed.

  • 데이터 활용이 점점 중요해짐에 따라 민간 기업뿐만 아니라 공공기관에서도 데이터 활용 활성화를 위해 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 그 중에서도 데이터책임관 제도는 데이터 정책을 담당하는 조직의 각 부서의 기능을 조정하여 정책 목표를 달성해 나가는 추진체계인 데이터 거버넌스의 핵심 요소이다. 데이터기반행정 법이 시행됨에 따라 국방부를 포함한 모든 공공기관이 데이터책임관을 지정하였지만, 아직 도입 초기임에 따라 실질적인 역할을 하기에는 역부족이다. 본 연구에서는 현재 국방부에서 추진 중인 국방데이터책임관 제도 운영 현황을 점검해보고, 실질적인 역할을 하기 위한 발전방안을 제시한다.

입학사정관 윤리교육 프로그램 개발에 관한 연구 (Developing Ethical Education Program for Admissions Officers)

  • 입학사정관제는 그 본질상, 정량적인 평가보다는 정성적인 형태의 다양한 평가 자료를 가지고 지원자의 정보를 주관적이고 종합적으로 평가하는 평가방법이다. 그러므로 다양한 전형요소를 종합적으로 판단할 수 있는 입학사정관의 전문성과 편협적인 가치관을 가지고 편파적인 평가를 하지 않을 것이라는 선발의 공정성 및 입학사정관 각 개인의 윤리성이 입학사정관제 운영에 있어서 가장 중요하다. 본 연구는 전문가의 의견 및 문헌연구를 바탕으로 입학사정관 윤리교육 프로그램의 주요영역을 선정하였으며, 현직입학사정관들과의 심층면접과 논의과정을 통해 교육내용을 구성하여 타당성을 확보하고자 하였다. 입학사정관윤리교육프로그램은 입학사정관이 직면하게 되는 실제경험과 밀접한 관계가 있는 주제를 다루었고, 행위자의 자발적인 실천을 유도하여야 한다는 주제선정의 원리에 따라 '사회와의 상호작용', '선발과 관련된 윤리성과 책무성', '입학사정관 업무와 관련된 법적 책무'라는 3개의 핵심영역을 도출하였으며, 이에 따른 12개의 세부주제와 주제별 교육 자료까지 제시하였다. 입학사정관 윤리교육프로그램의 개발과 운영은 입학사정관 개인의 전문성 및 윤리성을 고취시키는 것 뿐만 아니라 입학사정관제가 공정하고 신뢰로운 선발제도로 정착하는데 도움이 될 것이라 기대한다.
