To develop SoC program for embedded systems, a tool that can remotely debug from host system is needed. Because the existing remote debugging systems using GDB don't offer information of the SoC program execution in real-time, it is difficult to observe condition of the program execution, and also they have limited characteristics to tools and use costly adaptors. In this paper, a real-time tracking tool that can record SoC status on the nv each execution of the assigned instructions is introduced and an economical USB-JTAG adaptor is proposed. And it is shown that this tool can track the execution of a composed program in the target system based on PXA255 processor.
This study is aimed to develop adventure-game style learning program for offering different levels curriculum in mathematics and figure areas in elementary schools. The 7th mathematics curriculum introduced different levels curriculum considering learners' ability, aptitude, requirement, interest so that it could improve learners' growth potential and educational efficiency. But in reality, it is quite difficult to increase educational efficiency by conducting individual learning classes according to students' ability due to the big differences among students' levels in addition to high population in each classroom. The purpose of this study is to offer different levels curriculum based on van Hiele theory and develop adventure-game style learning program to increase interests of the learners. This program can improve students' academic achievement by offering differentiated curriculums to learners who need advanced or supplementary learning materials. And it also enhances leaners' spatial-perceptual ability by offering various operating activities in figures learning.
The purpose of this study is to develop a mentoring program to assist freshmen who are part of the early childhood education in three year college in order to help them adjust to the major. Focus group interviews were conducted to find the difficulties that freshmen have experienced in adapting to their major. Afterward, the data was collected through brainstorming and questionnaires to find the solutions to their problems. The results showed that the troubles freshmen experienced were grouped into intrapersonal, interpersonal, and support system problems. In order to help these freshmen, it is needed to reduce their difficulties and to offer an informational guide which consist of the contents to adapt them to their college life. The mentoring program for freshmen of the early childhood education In three year college have consisted of the guides helping the troubles of adaptation to their major and the information needed to freshmen. The program has 8 sessions and it's contents were categorized into a time management, an academic activity, a social relationship development, a career and employment preparation and an extracurricular activity.

ANSYS is a software well accepted by professionals and academics, since it provides a variety of finite elements, material constitutive models, and linear and nonlinear analysis of structures in general. For the concrete material, for instance, the software uses an elastoplastic model with the Willam-Warnke surface of rupture (1975). However, this model is only available for finite elements that do not offer the possibility of use of the element-embedded model for rebars, demanding a much larger amount of elements to discretize structures, making numerical solutions less efficient. This study is, therefore, about the development of a computational model using the Finite Element Method via ANSYS platform for nonlinear analysis of reinforced and prestressed concrete beams under plane stress states. The most significant advantage of this implementation is the possibility of using the element-embedded rebar model in ANSYS with its 2D eight-node quadratic element PLANE183 for discretization of the concrete together with element REINF263 for discretization of rebars, stirrups, and cables, making the solutions faster and more efficient. For representation of the constitutive equations of the steel and the concrete, a proposed model was implemented with the help of the UPF customization tool (User Programmable Features) of ANSYS, where new subroutines written in FORTRAN were attached to the main program. The numerical results are compared with experimental values available in the technical literature to validate the proposed model, with satisfactory results being found.
The purpose of this study was to observe school education system, higher education, and fashion education in Germany to find a good model for an desirable future education to lead a creative students in Korea, thereby reshaping curriculum. We also analysed the curriculum of the fashion design offered in Hochschule Pforzheim and Berlin University of Art. We used secondary data collection by literature reviews of articles and web sites on the internet. Results of this study are as follows: German school and education system oriented with differentiation even though there are variety of them. Students can select their education system, considering work field and their own life & humanities. Various fashion education institutions were found to have their own education concept to enhance creativity with different system. Our results of analysis of the fashion design program of Hochschule Pforzheim and Berlin University of Art show their creativity education in their curriculums with module basis. Two universities have a differentiate education direction for the same aim to do creative design study and research. We realized that students learn and get the knowledge and apply to the field with a long term internship, communication skill and presentation development courses. Project based modules enable students to be creative, and active human. Strong design basis, and humanities disciplines will support people to creative design works. These two universities offer a good model of program to build up self education drive, academic and practical ways of training, and project based, internship, etc.
The purpose of this study was to examine the experiences of teachers during the development and performance of a nutrition education program based on collaboration between the school organization and local community, as the experiences of teachers who participate in a nutrition education program might be one of major factors to determine the success or failure of their performance. It's basic goal is give some suggestions on school nutrition education and to explore how to assist teachers to ensure their successful performance of a nutrition education program. As a result of analyzing the collected data, the experiences that the teachers had in the program planning stage were subcategorized into two groups: 'finding hope amid complaints' and 'building a learning community'. The experiences that the teachers had in the acting stage were subcategorized ino two groups as well: 'regulating, equalizing and forming a new schema' and 'building stepping stones'. The experiences that they had in the evaluation stage were also subcategorized into two groups: 'finding it rewarding and thankful to teach' and 'new challenge'. The findings of the study are expected to provide essential information on how to assist teachers to offer effective and successful nutrition education.
The primary purpose of this study was to suggest midwife education programs which could be recognized and exchanged internationally by examining and analyzing both domestic and foreign midwife education programs. The secondary purpose of this study was to offer a plan to raise the level of national examination. Specific aims of this study were as follows: 1) to identify the international standard of the education and practices of midwives 2) to analyze both domestic and foreign midwife education programs 3) to offer a new curriculum for educating midwives 4) to suggest a prerequisite to raise the standards of the national examination 5) to suggest subjects for the national examination The results of this research were as follows: 1. The concept of midwife and midwifery practices recognized internationally by WHO and ICM(International Confederation of Midwives) was identified. In addition, Core Competencies for Basic Midwifery Practice suggested by ACNM(American College of Nurse-Midwives) of the U.S.A. were examined. 2. Midwife education programs of the U.S.A., Sweden, Australia, and Japan were investigated and analyzed. In addition, the midwife education program stated in the public health related law of this country as well as curriculums of institutions for midwife education were also investigated and analyzed. 3. As for the midwife education system, both a graduate program for midwife education in the college of nursing sciences and a postgraduate professional midwife education program centered medical institutions were suggested. 4. A new curriculum that could promote more international exchanges and extend the role of midwives was suggested after studying both domestic and foreign midwife education programs. 5. A prerequisite to raise the level of national examination for midwives was suggested. In addition, subjects for the examination which could evaluate the applicant's comprehensive thinking ability were presented with its respective range and ratio. A midwife is a medical professional who has a nursing license and is licensed nationally as a midwife with an additional year of education. An effort to extend a midwife' role and to improve its service is imperative. The laws related midwives should be revised in regard to education, service, and the national examination to the level of developed countries so that international recognition can take place. In addition, midwife curriculum and its service should be evaluated periodically. A system must be established to renew midwife licences.
This paper uses the horizontal regulation system as the base analysis framework. The study clearly defines the regulatory goals of the followings: the horizontal cross-ownership regulations on program provider (PP) and platform provider, the vertical regulation on cross-ownership between PP and platform operator, the regulation on cross-ownership of program provider by terrestrial broadcasting company, and the regulation on cross-ownership between terrestrial broadcasting company and platform provider. Then, by analyzing the conformity between goals and criteria of regulations and the adequacy of the regulation level according to regulatory purposes, this paper examines the justifiability of each regulation and extracts improvement measures that suite regulatory purposes. This analysis finds following appropriate measures: replacing the horizontal cross-ownership regulation on PP with conduct regulations, such as designating major broadcasting programs or replacing the current criterion of cross-ownership regulation from sales to the audience market share; reshaping the horizontal cross-ownership regulation on platform provider so that system operator (SO), satellite broadcaster and Internet protocol television (IPTV) operator would be applied by the same regulation based on the number of subscribers of pay television services; and discontinuing other cross-ownership regulation. In this way, the study shows that with appropriate regulations on cross-ownership of PP, there would be no need for additional regulation on vertical integration between PP and platform operator. On the other hand, given that the regulation on terrestrial broadcasting cross-ownership of PP could be justified only by regulatory purpose of the protection of the diversity of public opinions, it would be desirable to replace the current criteria of the number of PPs with the criteria of the audience market share. Lastly, the study shows that when platform operator is targeted by the cross-ownership regulation based on the number of subscribers of pay television services, the regulation on cross-ownership between terrestrial broadcasting company and platform provider should be replaced with conduct regulations, such as designating must-offer channels and major broadcasting programs.

Aim of this study was to investigate the influence of forest experience program on depression, anxiety, and self concept in adolescents living in urban area. A total of 47 adolescents living in Seoul, South Korea were recruited for the study and participated in a series of forest experience programs that the Korea National Park Service had developed. Before and after applying the program, their depression, anxiety, and self concept were evaluated using Children's Depression Inventory (CDI), Revised Child Manifest Anxiety Scale (RCMAS), and Offer Self Image Questionnaire-Revised (OSIQ). The outcome measures were analyzed using paired-t tests. CDI score was significantly reduced after the program (before:$12.41{\pm}8.34$, after:$8.65{\pm}9.48$). Excluding 16 participants whose scores of Lie Scale in the RCMAS were more than 8 on the analysis, the total RCMAS score showed significant reduction after the program (before:$14.87{\pm}7.30$, after:$10.81{\pm}7.81$). There was no significant difference in the total score of the total self-image scale in the OSIQ. However, the Self-confidence (SC) which was used as subscale of the OSIQ was significantly higher after the program (before:$29.94{\pm}3.71$, after:$38.11{\pm}6.45$), and the Idealism scale (I) in the OSIQ increased significantly after the program (before:$21.03{\pm}3.80$, after:$23.17{\pm}3.89$). On our analysis, the forest experience program showed considerable positive effects on depression and anxiety in adolescents. This result leads the postulation that the program might be helpful for adolescents to adapt to their surrounding experiences and to achieve improvement in interpersonal relationship.
In this paper a hybrid grid generation program for general 2-D region is introduced. The program is developed by using JAVA programming language, and it can be used either as an application program on a local computer or as an applet in the network environment. The hybrid grid system for a 2-D problem means a combination of triangular cells and quadrilateral cells, and it can offer both of the high flexibility of triangular cells and the high accuracy and efficiency of structured-type quadrilateral cells. To accommodate a quadrilateral-cell region and a triangular-cell region into one computational domain, it is importance to take good care of the interface between two different regions so that overall good grid quality can be maintained. In this research advancing layer method(ALM) augmented by elliptic smoothing method is used for the quadrilateral-cell region and advancing front method(AFM) is used for the triangular-cell region. A special treatment technique for the interface between those two regions is also developed. The interface treatment technique is basically to prevent the propagation of small cell size due to ALM method into the triangular region and maintain the smooth transition of cell-size scale between two different regions. By applying current technique high-quality hybrid grids for general 2-D regions can be easily generated, and typical grid generation results and flow solutions are demonstrated.
