The purpose of this research is to investigate consciousness for the effect of evacuation guidance in case of ship blackout condition evacuation. As a research result, 74.3% of respondents answered that evacuation guidance is strongly helpful in the event of ship blackout condition.

Korea is the 5th Maritime Power in the world, especially, Busan Metropolitan City is the 3rd Marine City, which has the largest Container port facility and logistic system in the world. However, Busan Citizen's maritime consciousness does not reach that level. This study points out the problems, which are insufficiency of linkage among maritime education institutes, uniformity of ocean education programs, incomplete ocean education system, inadequate management of ocean education programs and shortage of professional instructors. To solve these problems, it is necessary to develop the ocean education modules, establish the ocean education course and put into formal education course to maximize the education effectiveness. This is for the improvement of the reputation as a Marine City Busan, construction the hydrophil culture and propagation of ocean culture.

This study aimed to analyze the changes in underwater anxiety and water safety consciousness among college students through participation in survival swimming education and the relationship between these changes and various factors. To achieve this, 200 college students who were participating in survival swimming education from universities located in the Busan-Ulsan-Gyeongnam region were selected as participants using convenience sampling. Among them, a final valid sample of 191 students was utilized. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 25.0 statistical software, including exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, paired sample t-test, repeated measures ANOVA. The results are as follows: Firstly, college students who participated in survival swimming education showed a decrease in post-test underwater anxiety and an increase in water safety consciousness compared to pre-test. Secondly, the interaction between the groups based on the presence or absence of swimming education experience and time showed a significant effect only in the safety education, a sub-factor of water safety consciousness. Based on these results, the effectiveness of survival swimming education for college students could be confirmed, and further directions for expanding survival swimming education in university settings could be considered.

Ocean Literacy is an understanding of the ocean's influence on you and your influence on the ocean. This research developed the 7 ocean education model courses using ocean literacy based on the analysis of ocean education programs which executed 23 agencies in Busan. These model courses are combined in the type of indoor theory, indoor experience, field study and field experience. Also, this makes the guide map for ocean education in a 76cm*56cm size to distinguish and choose the course easily. This map is the format combined in geological location and tourist attraction spots in Busan, includes education centers, contents, lead time and so on, and it is possible for educatees to handle their preference and seasonality elastically. This map including ocean education model course is a milestone to activate ocean education, and is helpful to reach the goal of ocean education and to lead ocean professionals. In addition, this research presents the development of teaching materials, training aids to complement the weakness of indoor education, the development of cyber education through making video contents as the activation measures of ocean education.

Users of passenger ships and cruise ships are rapidly increasing year by year, and the needs of the floating architecture are newly come out. But the studies about the passengers' safety and the countermeasures against incidents on board the ships are rare, although the ships' incidents are occurred averagely 15 cases per year during last 10 years. For the purposes of the analysis of the safety consciousness and gathering the some of input data for evacuation simulation for Korean passengers on board ships, this study performed surveys targeting ordinary 394 passengers who are not specially trained and/or accustomed with onboard living conditions. The results are the followings. The reliability on ships' safety is surveyed as 32.3%. Only 14.6% of respondents are aware that there were safety education on board ship during sailing. And 42.2% and 40.9% of respondents answered that they saw the map of emergency routes and knew where the life boats are, respectively. And 73.3% select crews' direct or in-direct(like announcement by indoor broadcasting system) guidances as the most effective evacuation method.

I have investigated questionaire concerning to the view of worth and construction of consciousness as to boarding system collegian who will employed in fisheries and maritime industries. The results were as follows; It appeared 38.9% that most collegian had a firm subjectivity about enrolled motive, selection of department, they had selected department according to the neighborhood recommendation, own squired score rather than the adaption and prospection, also it was appeared 55% that they had not satisfied with attending to their college, accordingly, the effectiveness of education were demolished in such aspects. It was appeared 74.3% that the education of fisheries and maritime college were divided into theory and practice pertinently also, 77.1% that modulate both technical education and human like education but as a general rule, the education of ocean going liscensed officer was appeared 7.1% only so that, the reformation of the curriculum and contents of education would be needed. As to the relation between professors and collegian, it was appeared 38.4% that well understanding professor, 18.1% that well teaching professor, 13.3% that they having humanlish relation with professor, 30.6% that they will benefit to vocational selection. consequently, the professor have to brings up the harmony on dint of education and industries. The things which collegian think to be worth were 43.6%, intercourse of friend 30.3%, circle activity. 6.6% listening lecture, also, the leisure activity after school were 74.7% with friends. 16.4% alone. consequently, the professor has to guide of leisure activity after lesson. most collegian has a good relationship with their parent(91.6%) but the respond with bad relationship was 8.4%. The most serious agony which collegian think about is vocational problems (48.9%), the other sex problem(22.5%). The objects consult with agony was aquaintance(54.9%). The parent(5.1%), professors(2.3%), the collegian who did not consult with agony was 20.9%. The parents and the professor is not object consult with their agony. so that, the professors has to strengthen the education according to the human nature. As to job after graduation of such college, collegian who wish to be taken job on the fisheries and maritime industry were 50.5%, on the contrary, the collegian who wish to be taken a job no relation with his major subjects was 29.1% especially, the collegian who want to be embarked was 26.3% (fisheries 23.3%, maritime 30.5%). so that, we must adopt the counter plan for the globalization and effective investment on the fisheries and maritime college.

To prevent the Sewol incident again, by which the victims are 294 dead and still 10 missing, this study analyzed the change of safety consciousness of passengers onboard ship comparatively before and after the Sewol incident. The survey had performed 2 times at Jeju coastal cruise terminal at February 2014 and May 2014, and effective respondents were 394 and 401, respectively. After the Sewol incidents, the answers' ratio that they would follow the routes that the crews show and they would follow the crews' evacuation guides are decreased 24.5% and 18.5%, respectively. This means that the reliability on the crew members were decreased. Although 77.6% passengers responded that they felt nervousness onboard ship, 60% did not take safety lesson(s) and 45% did not know how to wear a life jacket. And also over 50% did not check the evacuation route map and the location of lifeboat, respectively. Meanwhile, 86.9% respondents answered the system of safey lesson should be changed, which has normally done by TV set.

This study was conducted among university students living in the Daegu-Gyeongbuk region to determine the perception, Preference, and improved consciousness of Gyeongbuk local foods classified by the Yugyo, Silla, Ocean, and Gaya cultures. In the Andong area, subjects demonstrated outstanding, high rates of perception of and preference for local foods. The perception of and preference for foods from the Yugyo and Silla cultures were relatively high compared to those of others. The degree of perception of Gwamegi foods was high, but the degree of preference was rather low. It is believed that establishing new counterplans is necessary to obtain higincrease preference for foods from the Ocean culture. Sigeumjang foods of the Ocean culture showed alow degree of both perception and preference. The analysis showed that there was a discrepancy between the perception of and preference for foods in the Gaya culture. To improve the relationship between awareness of and preference for foods in the same culture we determined that menu strategy, development strategy and sales strategy were important factors. The results of the survey investigating the correlation between improved awareness of and perception of foods showed menu strategy and development strategy had meaningful effects. According to the survey, the factors that influenced choices of foods local to Yugyo were classified into categores-: menu strategy, development strategy, product strategy, and sales strategy.

The base of leisure air activities are consistently expanding and its demand is expected to increase attributed to GDP growth and people's interest in its activity. Utilizing Visual Flight Rule, light sport aircrafts and ultra-light aircrafts are not under the effect of air traffic control center, which resulted in passenger injury due to emergency landing for adverse weather conditions and technical issues after pulling into mountain area, ocean and even urban area. Such events encouraged safety consciousness toward leisure aircraft activities and developing a measure to prevent a recurrence of the accident. This research focuses on suggesting compositive system for preventive safety management system by providing user based Flight information service and operating effective system, necessary for leisure aircraft activities.

In this study, as waterfront space to represent the Busan, to elect (Haeundae, Minrak park, Gwangalli, APEC Naru Park, Dadaepo, Jagalchi, Taejongdae) the seven high degree of recognition, we conducted a pre-sample survey. We investigated the awareness of waterfront space to re-conducted a questionnaire survey (Haeundae, Jagalchi) the two places the property was most apparent on the basis of the result, visitors feel about waterside space. As a result, the Haeundae, has been answered ". Feels the breeze of the sea" (163 people) 81.5% of users, Jagalchi is the fruits of the sea "(111 people) 55.8% it is answered. "that can be eaten. In addition, the center of consciousness of waterfront space, we conducted an analysis of the overall satisfaction of waterfront space age group of each, depending on the desired behavior.
