  • The occupational execution technique and the ability of people has been changed along with the change of thinking and the development of complicated social structure. The needs of learner's self-controlled learning system is arise to increase the occupational execution technique and adaptation in such a changing social environment. To meet these needs, we must develop systematic approach on the module-type educational material system. The purpose of this study lies on developing the module-type educational material system and its application in aspects of occupational execution ability. Based on the job analysis of advertising design, 1 analyze the learning ability for the occupational execution and abstract knowledge, function, attitude from each learning category of each learning ability. All these processes are the basis of developing the module-type educational material system. and the system will be appreciated in many other fields not only on advertising design.

In conclusion, the reflection of interviewees' experiences in tropical country, suggested variations of housing structure type within a residential complex, air well and pocket by setback in building block for improving ventilation and noise prevention from neighbors, and ceiling fans in the house were suggested for the upcoming subtropical climate in Korea. Full option and minus options were also suggested for the presale market to reduce before occupancy remodeling needs. The research results implies valuable suggestions for a multicultural society, ecological housing and stronger communities.

  • Purpose: The aim of the study was to develop a Korean version of an ICF e-Learning tool (KICF e-Learning tool). Methods: The process of translation and adaptation of the ICF e-Learning tool was followed: two translators developed the Korean versions independently, and a consensus version of the translation was then produced. An expert committee, which was composed of five experts from physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, and social welfare, reviewed the consensus Korean version to make a beta version of the tool. A field test was conducted to determine if the Korean version of the tool was easy to understand and suitable to use in ICF learning. Feedback from the field test were used for the final adaptation of the KICF e-Learning tool. Results: One-hundred and twenty-six volunteers (40 males and 76 females) were invited to examine the KICF e-Learning tool. The participants reported various levels of ICF knowledge from none to very good. Forty-eight participants reported no knowledge of ICF. The majority of participants (n=84) reported that Korean terms or expression in the tool were easy to understand and one-hundred fourteen participants would recommend the tool to another person. The Korean cases would be helpful for a Korean audience to study the ICF using the tool. Conclusion: The KICF e-Learning tool was developed and is ready for use by the public for the consistency of ICF education. On the other hand, development of an advanced module will be needed.

  • Background: Noncompliance of operators with work procedures is a recurrent problem. This human behavior has been said to be situational and studied by many different approaches (ergonomic and others), which consider the noncompliance with work procedures to be obvious and seek to analyze its causes as well as consequences. Methods: The object of the proposed method is to solve this problem by focusing on the performance of work procedures and ensuring improved performance on a continuous basis. Results: This study has multiple results: (1) assessment of the work procedures' performance by a multicriteria approach; (2) the use of a continuous improvement approach as a framework for the sustainability of the assessment method of work procedures' performance; and (3) adaptation of the Stop-Card as a facilitator support for continuous improvement of work procedures. Conclusion: The proposed method emphasizes to put in value the inputs of continuous improvement of the work procedures in relation with the conventional approaches which adopt the obvious evidence of the noncompliance to the working procedures and seek to analyze the cause-effect relationships related to this unacceptable phenomenon, especially in strategic industry.

  • Purpose: Nurses' job satisfaction corresponds with personal intrinsic value, and is the strongest predicting turnover and job retention intention. This study identified the effectiveness of job satisfaction interventions related to reinforcing intrinsic motivation (JSI-RIM) for hospital nurses. Methods: This study used four core non-Korean databases (Cochrane Library, CHINHL, EMBASE, PubMed), and five Korean databases to search for RCT and NRCT articles published in English and Korean from inception to June 2019. Meta-analysis was performed using the RevMan 5.3.5 program. Results: Thirteen studies featuring 645 hospital nurses were selected for final analysis. A significant large effect was noted on self-efficacy. The effect size on perceived stress and job satisfaction were moderate; however, the effect on resilience outcomes was not significant. Conclusion: This study generated scientific evidence that would facilitate efficient job adaptation for nurses. Additionally, intrinsic factors, including job identity and meaning of work, need to be included in JSI-RIM.

Methods: First, factors influencing job satisfaction were analyzed using quantitative approach and job adaptation processes by qualitative research was done through interviews. Finally both of the collected data were comprehensively compared. Results: The factors which had the greatest influence on job satisfaction in the regression analysis were job stress (${\beta}=-.49$, p<.001) and job identity (${\beta}=.46$, p<.001) and the explanatory power explaining these variables was 58% (Adj. $R^2=.58$). The results of qualitative research were categorized using the same four variables with qualitative research variables. Five themes in job satisfaction, three themes in job identity, five themes in job stress and six themes in job value were identified by content analysis. Conclusion: This finding identified that the job stress and job identity were important variables related to job satisfaction. Therefore, the factors influencing job identity have to be strengthened, and a systematic management and interest to develop them are necessary.

  • Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the correlation between death anxiety, terminal care stress, and job satisfaction of new nurses, as well as to identify factors affecting job satisfaction using descriptive correlations. Methods: This study included 143 new nurses who had 3 to 12 months of experience in terminal care. Data were collected from January to February 2018, and were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe? test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and hierarchical regression analysis. Results: There was a negative correlation between job satisfaction and terminal care stress (r=-.170, p=.043), while death anxiety and terminal care stress were positively correlated (r=.284, p=.001). The following findings demonstrated a significant effect on job satisfaction: lesser the clinical career experience, the lower the job load causing death anxiety and terminal care stress, and the higher the job satisfaction. Furthermore, the explanatory power of these factors was 15.1%. Conclusion: To assist new nurses within three months of joining in clinical adaptation, it is necessary to provide them with appropriate knowledge regarding terminal care through training, and with counseling opportunities for the psychological burdens they experience while caring for dying patients.
