The location of the objects that make up a game can be an element of immersion for players. repeatedly appearing at the same position, the fun may be reduced, and as the play time elapses, the players will feel the game's fun as they appear in a larger area than at the beginning of the game play. This paper is a study to find out the location of objects according to the passage of time and to see how players controlled these objects. First, foreground images are extracted and accumulated using OpenCV programming language. The accumulated result is displayed as a heat map image. Second, the mouse movement area is detected using the mouse tracking program and compared with the heat map image, so that the screen area in which the player is interested can be known.

A virus causing mottle and stunt symptom on Zea mays was observed around Ulleng-do, Korea and identified as Cucumber mosaic virus (CMV-ZM) based upon biological, serological, and molecular characteristics. In host range studies, the CMV-ZM isolate produced local lesions on Datura stramonium, Vigna unguiculata, Cucurbita moschata, Chenopodium amaranticolor, Ch. quinoa, whereas this isolate produced systemic mosaic on Nicotiana tabacum cv. 'Xanthi-nc', Capsicum annuum, Solanum lycopersicum, Solanum melongena, Cucurbita pepo, and Z. mays. In addition, chlorotic local rings on inoculated leaves along with severe mosaic, malformation, and fern leaf symptoms on upper systemic leaves were shown in N. glutinosa plants. Complete nucleotide sequences of each genomic RNA segment was determined and compared to those of the other CMV strains. Comparison of the nucleotide sequence of 1a open reading frame (ORF) revealed approximately 89.2-92.4% sequence identity with each CMV subgroup IA and IB strain, while showing only 78% sequence identity with CMV subgroup II. Nucleotide sequence analysis of RNA2 ORFs revealed 85.3-97.6% sequence identity with subgroup I. In ORFs of RNA3, levels of nucleotide sequence identities were higher than 92-99.2% with CMV subgroup I and lower than 82% with CMV isolates of subgroup II. These results suggest that CMV-ZM isolate is more closely related to subgroup I than subgroup II and therefore, CMV-ZM isolate might be classified into as CMV subgroup I based on biological and molecular analysis.

Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) was identified in December 2019 in China and has spread globally, resulting in an ongoing pandemic. Because COVID-19 is spread mainly from person to person, every person is required to wear a facemask in public. On the other hand, many people are still not wearing facemasks despite official advice. This paper proposes a method to predict whether a human subject is wearing a facemask or not. In the proposed method, two eye regions are detected, and the mask region (i.e., face regions below two eyes) is predicted and extracted based on the two eye locations. For more accurate extraction of the mask region, the facial region was aligned by rotating it such that the line connecting the two eye centers was horizontal. The mask region extracted from the aligned face was fed into a convolutional neural network (CNN), producing the classification result (with or without a mask). The experimental result on 186 test images showed that the proposed method achieves a very high accuracy of 98.4%.

In this study, we developed a mobile home robot using a face recognition method using a camera attached to a raspberry pie. It receives the real time image through the camera attached to the raspberry pie, recognizes the face of the person, and distinguishes the operation of the smart cool air temperature device according to the result. It is expected that the robot will be able to increase the energy utilization efficiency by allowing the robot to operate in cold and hot winds only where there is no human being, instead of operating the hot and cold air conditioner.

Eye gaze as a form of input was primarily developed for users who are unable to use usual interaction devices such as keyboard and the mouse; however, with the increasing accuracy in eye gaze detection with decreasing cost of development, it tends to be a practical interaction method for able-bodied users in soon future as well. This paper explores a low-cost, robust, rotation and illumination independent eye gaze system for gaze enhanced user interfaces. We introduce two brand-new algorithms for fast and sub-pixel precise pupil center detection and 2D Eye Gaze estimation by means of deformable template matching methodology. In this paper, we propose a new algorithm based on the deformable angular integral search algorithm based on minimum intensity value to localize eyeball (iris outer boundary) in gray scale eye region images. Basically, it finds the center of the pupil in order to use it in our second proposed algorithm which is about 2D eye gaze tracking. First, we detect the eye regions by means of Intel OpenCV AdaBoost Haar cascade classifiers and assign the approximate size of eyeball depending on the eye region size. Secondly, using DAISMI (Deformable Angular Integral Search by Minimum Intensity) algorithm, pupil center is detected. Then, by using the percentage of black pixels over eyeball circle area, we convert the image into binary (Black and white color) for being used in the next part: DTBGE (Deformable Template based 2D Gaze Estimation) algorithm. Finally, using DTBGE algorithm, initial pupil center coordinates are assigned and DTBGE creates new pupil center coordinates and estimates the final gaze directions and eyeball size. We have performed extensive experiments and achieved very encouraging results. Finally, we discuss the effectiveness of the proposed method through several experimental results.

The Smart Factory level of manufacturing factories of SMEs now lacks a system for grasping the accurate inventory amount associated with inventory movements in managing warehouses at the basic level. Also, it is difficult to manage accurate materials for loss of data due to worker manual work and production method due to experience. In order to solve this problem, in this paper, automatic acquisition of inventory to minimize manual work to grasp workers' Inventory and improve automation is done. In the smart warehouse management system using the IoT-based autonomous mobile module, the autonomous mobile module acquires the data of the inventory storage while moving through the line. In order to grasp the material of the Inventory storage, The Camera module recognizes the name of the inventory storage. And Then, If output matches, the data measured by the sensor is transferred to the server. This data can be processed, saved in a database, and real-time inventory quantity and location can be grasped in a web-based monitoring environment for administrators. The Real-time Automatic Inventory (RAIC) systems is reduce manual tasks and expect the effects of automated inventory management systems.
Triterpenoid saponins were synthesized in Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer via the isoprenoid pathway by cyclization of 2,3-oxidosqualene to give primarily oleanane (beta-amyrin) or dammarane triterpenoid skeletons. The triterpenoids are backbone and undergoes various modifications (oxidation, substitution and glycosylation), mediated by cytochrome P450 (CYP)-dependent monooxygenases, glycosyltransferase and other enzymes. This is likely to be due in part to the complexity of the molecules and the lack of pathway intermediates for biochemical studies. A cDNA clone encoding a putative CYP gene was isolated from flower bud of ginseng and transformed into the plant(Nicotiana tabacum cv. Xanthi) and confirmed by PCR analysis. The CYP gene (PgCYP) contained an open reading frame(ORF) encoding mature protein of 500 amino acids. The expression of PgCYP were investigated in transgenic tobacco by reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).

We developed a visual inspection system for detecting defective products. Most existing inspection systems are designed to be dedicated to one product, which makes operator spend extra money and time to adopt other products. In this work, we propose a flexible visual inspection system that can inspect various products without any additional major job at a low-cost. The developed system contained image processing algorithm libraries and user-friendly graphic interface for adaptable image-based inspection system. We can find a proper threshold value using the proposed algorithm which uses correlation coefficient between a non-defective product and existing sample images of defective product. And We tested the performance of the proposed algorithm using Otsu's method. The proposed system is applied to a automated inspection line for cellular phone.

This study have goal with conceptual design for Offshore Structures of high pressure control valve for localization. Ball valve for development accomplished with flow analysis based on provision of ANSI B16.34, ANSI B16.10, ANSI B16.25 In order to localize the Offshore Structures high pressure control valve. Numerical simulation using CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamic) in order to predict a mass flow rate and a flow coefficient form flow dynamic point of view. The working fluid assumed the glycerin (C3H8O3). The valve inlet and outlet setup a pressure boundary condition. The outlet pressure was fixed by atmospheric pressure and calculated until increasing 1bar to 10bar. CFD analysis used STAR-CCM+ which is commercial code and Governing equations were calculated by moving mesh which is rotated 90 degrees when ball valve operated opening and closing in 1 degree interval. The result shows change of mass flow rate according to opening and closing angle of valve, Flow decrease observed open valve that equal percentage flow paten which is general inclination of ball valve. Relation with flow and flow coefficient can not be proportional according to inlet pressure when compare with mass flow rate. Because flow coefficient have influence in flow and pressure difference. Namely, flow can be change even if it has same Cv value. The structural analysis used ANSYS which is a commercial code. Stress analysis result of internal pressure in valve showed lower than yield strength. This is expect to need more detail design and verification for stem and seat structure.
A cDNA (Oslls1) encoding Lls1-homologue of maize was isolated from cDNA library of rice (Oryza sativa cv. Ilpum). The 2,138 bp of full length Oslls1 clone contains an open reading frame of 1,623 nucleotides encoding 575 amino acid residues. The deduced amino acid sequence of Oslls1 has a high level of homology with chlorophyll a oxygenases of Arabidopsis thaliana (67%) and Marchantia polymorpha (65%). Southern blot analysis of genomic DNA indicates the existence of a small gene family for Oslls1 in the rice genome. The expression of Oslls1 mRNA was induced in leaves and germinating seeds. Treatment of $H_2O$$_2$significantly down-regulated Oslls1 expression. The expression of Oslls1 mRNA was consititutively down-regulated in the blm, a rice mutant exhibiting spontaneous necrotic lesions. These results suggest that this Oslls1 gene may be involved incell death mechanisms in the blm mutant of rice.
