보건진료원의 자아상태 및 대인태도가 우울에 미치는 영향 (The Impacts of a Community Health Practitioner's Ego State, and Interpersonal Attitude on Depression)

  • Purpose: Community health practitioners (CHP) in Korea have a responsibility for delivering primary health care to remote or isolated communities. The aim of this paper is to analyze CHPs' level of depression and impacts of their Ego state and interpersonal attitude in transactional analysis on depression. This paper gives fundamental data for developing a the program for mental health promotion of CHPs. Method: The subjects Of this Study consisted of 459 Korean CHP who were conveniently selected from the target population. The data was collected through interviews using self-administered questionnaires, including the Korean Ego gram and life position inventory and depression scale. Results: The CHP's Ego gram showed the N type with the top point of NP. The type of interpersonal attitude was I'M OK - YOU'RE OK (I+U++). The level of depression was 35.4, normal range. There was a significant difference in depression according to the duration of the career. There was a significant negative correlation among NP, A, FC ego states, interpersonal OK and depression, and a significant positive correlation between interpersonal Not-OK and depression. The NP, A, FC ego states and interpersonal Not-OK were significant predictors (47.1%) of depression. Conclusion: This study showed that a program for CHPs to should include increasing the function of ego states and positive interpersonal attitude.

예비보육교사의 OK-gram 긍정성과 학대인식 연구 (A study on OK-gram positiveness and abuse awareness of Pre-service Child Care Teachers)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 대학교육과정을 이수 하고 있는 예비 보육교사의 긍정성과 학대인식 관계와 전공분야 특성과 학대인식을 알아보기 위한 것이었다. 긍정성의 하위요인은 자기긍정성과 타인긍정성으로 나누고 학대는 4가지 하위요인인 신체, 성, 정서, 방임으로 구분하여 각 하위요인에 따라 미치는 영향에 대하여 조사 분석하였다. 조사대상자는 경기도, 강원도, 서울소재의 보육학과 및 사회복지과 학생을 대상으로 하였으며, 조사기간은 2017년 5월 8일부터 5월 12일 5일간이었다. 통계방법으로는 빈도분석, 상관관계 분석, 다중회귀분석을 사용하여 얻은 결론은 첫째, 긍정성은 학대인식에 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사 되었고, 자기긍정성과 타인긍정성 중 타인긍정성이 높으면 학대 인식을 더 잘하는 것으로 조사 되었다. 예비보육교사의 타인긍정성을 높이는 인성프로그램을 제공해야 하는 결론을 얻게 되었다. 둘째, 학대정도의 심각성은 평균값 4.594로 높게 인식하고 있었으며, 성(4.789), 신체(4.587), 방임(4.510), 정서(4.498) 순으로, 정서학대에 대하여 지표를 인식하는 정도가 제일 낮아 정서 학대인식에 대한 사회적 기준의 필요성을 제기한다. 셋째, 전공분야 특성에서는 예비보육교사의 실무경험이 학대인식에 도움을 주는가에 대하여서는 도움을 주고 있으며, 특히 보육실습이 가장 필요하다고 응답하여 보육교사 훈련과정 중 실무 경험의 기회를 늘리고 특히 보육실습의 기회를 많이 제공하는 실무교육과정의 편성이 필요함을 알 수 있었다.

은교산과 Rufloxacin 병용이 호기성 Gram(+) 세균주에 대한 시험관내 항균력에 미치는 영향 (Effects of In Vitro Synergism of Eunkyo-san and Rufloxacin against 9 Strains of Aerobic Gram(+) Bacteria)

  • In order to evaluate the in vitro synergic effect of Eunkyo-san, with quinolone antibiotics, rufloxacin (RUFX), the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC), MIC50 and MIC90 of single use of quinolones and concomitant treatment with Eunkyo-san against 9 strains of aerobic gram positive bacteria. The obtained results were as follows : In the case of aerobic gram positive bacteria, the MIC, MIC50 and MIC90 against Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus aureus smith, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Staphylococcus pyogens, Streptococcus pneumoniae Type Ⅰ, Type Ⅱ and Type Ⅲ was significantly decreased in concomitant treated groups with Eunkyo-san compared to those of single treated groups of RUFX, respectively. However, no significant changes were demonstrated against Bacillus subtilis and Enterococcus faecalis. In conclusion, the in vitro antibacterial activity of RUFX were increased against some strains of aerobic gram positive strains, especially, pneumococcus such as Staphylococcus and Streptococcus by concomitant use of Eunkyo-san.

은교산(銀翹散)과 Quinolone계 항생제의 병용(倂用)이 호기성 Gram(-) 세균주(細菌株)에 대한 시험관내(試驗管內) 항균력(抗菌力)에 미치는 영향 (Synergic Effects of Eunkyo-san and Quinolones on 5 Strains of Aerobic Gram-negative Bacteria)

  • Objectives & Methods : In order to evaluate the in vitro synergic effects or Eunkyo-san which is a traditional poly-herbal formula that has been used in the treatment of respiratory diseases in oriental medicine, and quinolone antibiotics, rufloxacin (RUFX) and iprofloxacin(CPFX), experimentation was designed to determine minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC), $MIC_{50}\;and\;MIC_{90}$ of single use of quinolones and concomitant treatment with Eunkyo-san against 5 strains of aerobic gram negative bacteria, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella peumoniae, Hemophilus influenzae, Citrobacter freundii and Pseudomonas aeruginosae. Result : In the case of aerobic gram negative bacteria, the MIC, $MIC_{50}\;and\;MIC_{90}$ against Klebsiella peumoniae and Citrobacter freundii significantly decreased in concomitant-treated groups with Eunkyo-san compared to those of single-treated groups of RUFX and CPFX, respectively. However, no significant changes were demonstrated against Echerichia coli, Hemophilus influenzae and Pseudomonas aeruginosae. Conclusion : According to these results, concomitant use of Eunkyo-san against some strains of aerobic gram-negative bacteria dramatically increases in vitro antibacterial activity of RUFX and CPFX, and the increase and selectivity of antibacterial activities against these strains is attributable to Eunkyo-san, and not RUFX or CPFX activity.

'세신불가전(細辛不過錢)'에 관한 연구 (A study of 'Asari Herba should not exceed Jeon(錢, Qian, 3.0 gram)')

  • Objectives: Asari Herba comes from the dried perennial herbaceous plant, Asarum sieboldii $M_{IQ}$., A. heterotropides $F_R$. SCHMIDT var. mandshuricum($M_{AXIM}$) $K_{ITAG}$. and A sieboldii $M_{IQ}$ var. seoulense $N_{AKAI}$., family Aristolochiaceae. This medicine is pungent in flavor(味辛), warm in nature(性溫), mildly toxic and affects the lung, kidney, and heart meridians. It is able to repel wind dispel cold(祛風散寒), remove the obstruction of the nose(宣通鼻竅), relieve pain(止痛) and warm the lungs to remove the retention of fluids(溫肺化飮). In a clinic it is prescribed for exterior syndrome of wine-cold type(風寒表證) manifested as headache and general pain. It is indicated for headaches, toothaches, bisyndrome of wind-cold-dampness type(風寒濕痺), etc. For many generations medical books have warned doctors that the dosage of Asari Herba should not be excessive because the pungent flavor has the effect of dispersing exopathogens from superficies of the body. The principle, 'Asari Herba should not exceed Jeon(錢, Qian, 3.0 gram)' is still considered to be relevant. Methods : Extensive research of several ancient medical texts has lead to the following conclusion. Results : The statement 'Asari Herba should not exceed Jeon' is a dosage which is used to prepare single recipe and powder. Conclusion : The definition of Jeon is not 1 Jeon(3.0 gram), but 1 Jeonbi(錢匕, Qianbi, 1.0 gram), moreover, the usage, collection. and refinement process are not in accordance with the contents of the ancient medical texts. A deeper study of Asari Herba's dosage in the future is expected to have interesting results.

Impacts of Soil Texture on Microbial Community of Orchard Soils in Gyeongnam Province

  • Soil management for orchard depends on the effects of soil microbial activities. The present study evaluated the soil microbial community of 25 orchard (5 sites for sandy loam, 7 sites for silt loam, and 13 sites for loam) in Gyeongnam Province by fatty acid methyl ester (FAME) method. The average values for 25 orchard soil samples were $270nmol\;g^{-1}$ of total FAMEs, $72nmol\;g^{-1}$ of total bacteria, $34nmol\;g^{-1}$ of Gram-negative bacteria, $34nmol\;g^{-1}$ of Gram-positive bacteria, $6nmol\;g^{-1}$ of actinomycetes, $49nmol\;g^{-1}$ of fungi, and $7nmol\;g^{-1}$ of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi. In addition, silt loam soils had significantly low ratio of cy17:0 to $16:1{\omega}7c$ and cy19:0 to $18:1{\omega}7c$ compared with those of loam soils (p < 0.05), indicating that microbial activity increased. The average soil microbial communities in the orchard soils were 26.7% of bacteria, 17.9% of fungi, 12.6% of Gram-negative bacteria, 12.5% of Gram-positive bacteria, 2.5% of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi, and 2.2% of actinomycetes. The soil microbial community of Gram-negative bacteria in silt loam soils was significantly higher than those of sandy loam and loam soils (p < 0.05).

치과진료실 내 표면 세균 오염에 관한 연구 (A Study Regarding Bacterial Contamination of Surfaces in Dental Offices)

  • 본 연구는 경기도와 인천지역의 치과 병원급 19개 기관, 의원급 28개 기관 진료실의 유닛체어 등받이, 라이트 손잡이, 타구대 표면의 검체를 채취하여 실험하였다. 우선 치과 진료실 내 표면의 세균수는 타구대 $44.82{\times}10^3CFU/mL$, 라이트 손잡이 $5.47{\times}10^3CFU/mL$ 유닛체어 $16.28{\times}10^3CFU/mL$로 타구대가 높게 측정되었으며, 의료기관의 규모로는 병원급이 높게 나타났고, 환자수가 많을수록 타구대에서 세균수가 높게 측정되었다. 표면 세균 동정 결과는 Gram positive 균주는 47.3%, Gram negative 균주는 52.7%였으며, Gram positive 균주 중 Micrococcus luteus 10.9%, Bacillus pumilus, Staphylococcus aureus 균주가 각각 3.6%로 확인되었다. Gram negative 균주로는 Acinetobacter ursingii 5.5%로 가장 많이 검출되었으며, Brevundimonas diminuta, Chryseobacterium (Flavo.) indologenes (CDC IIb), Methylobacterium sp.가 각각 4.5%로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구는 치과 진료실 내 표면 세균 오염도를 측정하고, 세균의 종류를 확인함으로써 진료실 내 감염관리의 중요성을 인식시키고, 감염방지에 대한 구체적인 계획 수립의 기초 자료가 될 것으로 사료된다.

  • 본 논문은 오픈소스 소프트웨어의 배포과정에서 라이선스 정보가 누락, 훼손, 변경, 충돌됨에 따라 발생하는 무의적인 저작권 침해를 미연에 방지하고자 라이선스 파일을 추출/식별하는 기술을 연구하였다. 라이선스 파일이 갖는 특성을 파악하기 위해 n-gram과 TF-IDF 기법을 활용하여 322개의 라이선스 내용을 분석하였고, 이를 활용하여 패키지 내에서 라이선스 파일을 추출하였다. 추출한 라이선스는 코사인 측정법을 통해 확보한 라이선스간의 유사도를 산정하여 라이선스 정보를 식별하였다.

Impacts of Soil Organic Matter on Microbial Community of Paddy Soils in Gyeongnam Province

  • Agricultural management of paddy soil depends on the effects of soil microbial activities. The present study evaluated the soil microbial community of 25 paddy soils in Gyeongnam Province by fatty acid methyl ester (FAME). The average of microbial communities in paddy soils were 32.2% of total bacteria, 16.7% of Gram-negative bacteria, 12.9% of Gram-positive bacteria, 2.0% of actinomycetes, 14.9% of fungi, and 1.3% of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi. The communities of total bacteria (34.9%) and Gram-negative bacteria (19.4%) in soils with $30{\sim}35g\;kg^{-1}$ of organic matter were significantly larger than those in soils with other organic matter levels. However, soils with $20{\sim}30g\;kg^{-1}$ of organic matter had significantly low ratio of cy17:0 to $16:1{\omega}7c$ and cy19:0 to $18:1{\omega}7c$ as compared with soils with $30{\sim}35g\;kg^{-1}$ of organic matter, indicating microbial stress decreased (p < 0.05). In principal component analyses of soil microbial communities, Gram-negative bacteria should be considered as a potential responsible factor for the obvious microbial community differentiation that was observed between the two different organic matter levels in paddy fields. Thus, soils containing $20{\sim}30g\;kg^{-1}$ of organic matter were responsible for strong effect on microbial biomass and stress in paddy fields.
