공유경제서비스에 대한 소비자의 윤리적 자아정체성과 서비스효용이 서비스만족도와 추천의도에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Consumer's Ethical Self-Identity and Service Utility based on Sharing Economy Service on Service Satisfaction and Intention to Recommendation)

  • 본 연구는 공유경제서비스의 일환으로 O2O서비스에 대해 긍정적인 측면만 있는 것이 아니라 기존기업 및 노동시장에 야기되는 최근 갈등 상황에서, 소비자의 O2O서비스 만족도와 추천의도에 소비자의 윤리적 자아정체성과 중개플랫폼의 신뢰성, 서비스효용이 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 즉 타인이나 사회의 책임으로부터 능동적이며 협력을 기반으로 하는 공유경제서비스의 기본이념과 연결되는 소비관점으로, 이전 연구들과는 다르게 소비자의 윤리적 자아정체성을 살펴보는데 본 연구의 의의가 있겠다. 이를 위해 최근 이슈화가 되고 있는 공유경제서비스의 한 예인 카셰어링 서비스를 중심으로 149명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하고 분석하고 연구문제를 검증하기 위해 회귀분석을 실행하였다. 분석결과, 소비자의 윤리적 자아정체성과, 중개플랫폼의 신뢰성, 서비스효용 모두 서비스만족도에 영향을 미치며, 추천의도에서는 중개플랫폼의 신뢰성과 쾌락적 효용만이 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 공유경제서비스에 대한 윤리적 소비와 중개플랫폼의 신뢰성과 같은 소비자의 윤리적, 사회적 관점을 중점으로 각 요인들의 영향력을 살펴보았다.

강전정에 의한 저수고 감나무의 시비량 조절에 따른 수체 생장 및 과실 생장 반응 (Responses of Tree Growth and Fruit Production of Persimmon after Lowering Height by Heavy Pruning to Fertilization Rates)

  • 노동력 절감을 위해 감나무의 수고 낮추기가 일반화되고 있지만 수고를 심하게 낮춘 해에는 나무 세력이 강해져 과원 관리가 어려워지는 것이 문제가 되고 있다. 본 시험은 동계전정 때에 강전정을 하여 3 m 이상의 수고를 약 2 m로 낮춘 12년생 '상서조생' 단감나무를 대상으로 수세 안정을 위한 시비량 조절 효과를 검토하였다. 관행 시비량을 기초로 4월 기비 (주당 N 224 g, $P_2O_5$ 172 g, $K_2O$ 172 g), 6월 추비(주당 N 112 g, $K_2O$ 99 g), 10월 추비 (주당 N 112 g, $K_2O$ 99 g)를 시용하는 관행시비구와 각 시기마다 관행시비구의 1/3, 2/3씩 주는 시비구 및 무시비구 등 4처리구를 두었다. 처리 당년에 무시비구는 관행시비구에 비해 신초장이 작고 불필요한 2차생장지 발생이 39% 줄었으나 수량과 과실 크기, 색도, 경도, 당도는 감소하지 않았다. 또한 시비구들간의 신초 및 과실의 반응에도 유의적인 차이가 없었다. 이듬해 3월에 채취한 휴면 가지의 가용성 당, 전분, 질소, 칼륨농도는 전년도 시비량에 따른 차이가 명확하지 않았다. 시비량이 동일했던 이듬해 신초장, 도장지 및 2차 생장지 발생, 수량 및 과실 특성은 전년도 시비량에 따른 차이가 없었다. 그러므로 수세 관리 및 시비 비용 절감 측면에서 강전정에 의한 수고 낮추기 당년에는 시비량을 관행의 1/3 이하로 줄여도 될 것으로 판단되었다.

근접 무선 통신 기반 박람회 지원 서비스의 구축 및 운영 : 모터쇼 적용 사례 (The Development and Operation of NFC-based Exhibition Support Service : A Motor Show Case)

  • With NFC technology, visitors can easily enjoy exhibit-related information and services. The participating firms can accumulate the visitor data and build up networks with potential visitors. This paper is to report an implementation and operation case of an NFC-based exhibition support service which creates new value as above. For this objective, we introduce the issues in constructing NFC-based exhibition support service. Moreover, we analyze visitor behaviors based on the tag touch data collected, and calculate the economic values generated. The NFC-based exhibition support service in this paper was applied to Hyundai Motors' booth in the 2013 Seoul Motor Show. This paper concludes with implications for business operators that are interested in applying NFC technology to exhibition spaces.

O2O 플랫폼 품질이 자영업자의 디지털 전환에 미치는 영향: 배달앱을 중심으로 (Study on the Influencing Factors of Business Performance and Loyalty in O2O Industry: Focusing on the Food Delivery Apps)

  • Purpose - With the increase of non-face-to-face activities due to the spread of COVID-19, O2O industry has grown rapidly which reduces contact points between suppliers and consumers. O2O platform is now recognized as an indispensable channel of distribution, but the voice is getting louder that it is necessary to check how it contributes to the performance of suppliers or how its fee system or contract terms affects the expansion of O2O industry as the leading companies tend to monopolize the market. Design/methodology/approach - In this study, the scope was limited to the restaurant industry in which transactions are the most active among the O2O industry and a regression analysis was done on 775 businesses that had used guarantor service from the Seoul Credit Guarantee Foundation. Findings - Analysis on the impact of O2O platform system, information, and service quality on the business performance of the sole proprietors revealed that the system quality represented by ease of use and the information quality determined by level of timely, accurate and reliable information provided to the consumers have a statistically significant effect on the improvement of business performance. In addition, the effect of business performance on the loyalty measured by the likelihood of users continuing to use the service as well as recommending it to others was moderated by the satisfaction with contract terms, not by the fee system. Research implications or Originality - Although the number of O2O platform providers has increased manyfold, the membership rate is no more than 20%, which means that the small business owners are still struggling with digital transformation. In order for the O2O industry, which is now commonplace, to form a healthy ecosystem that satisfies both suppliers and consumers, the standard contract guidelines that are acceptable to both parties must be established and the O2O providers must offer services that help suppliers to improve performance.

사용자 응답성 향상을 위한 멀티큐 블록계층 개선 (Improvement of Multi-Queue Block Layer for Fast User Response)

  • Multi-queue I/O block layer has been recently employed in Linux kernel to support fast storage devices such as NVMe SSDs, but it lacks differentiated I/O services yet. In this paper, we propose an I/O scheduling scheme that can improve the user responsiveness of foreground processes, which are closely related to user satisfaction. To this end, we redesign the existing multi-queue block layer to classify the I/O requests from foreground processes and schedule them by exploiting the feature of NVMe interface. Experimental results show that latency and launch time of the foreground processes have been significantly improved compared to original Linux kernel.

수술실 간호인력의 수요측정 및 간호제공량분석 - 수술대기시간과 수술시간을 중심으로 - (A Study of Nursing Manpower Requirements based on the Nursing Times spent in Operating Room of an University Hospital)

  • This Study was an attempt to estimate the optimum numbers of Operating Room Nursing Manpower by measuring the amount of service hours required by the patients in Operating Room in relation to the service amount actually provided by the nurses. The major concern of this study was placed on the measurement of Nursing Service Requirements by using the Operating Room (O. R) Patient Acuity System recently developed by M. M. Hart to classify the O. R. patients into four groups according to the degree of the complexity of operative procedure and some other elements which increase nursing activities in respect of patient care; Acuity IV group is the one requires nursing services most, on the other hand Acuity I requires least. nu sing The objectives of this study were as follows; 1. To analyze functions of the nursing personnel in O. R. by time unit and to estimate the average time a nurse can activate for productive functions. 2. To measure the actual amount of nursing times provided by nurses to the surgical patients. 3. To develop a patient classification system in order to measure the amount of Nursing services required by the patients. 4. To calculate an appropriate number of nursing manpower to meet the needs of the patients. In order to conduct the research both selected nurses and patients in 'S' University Hospital were Studied by utilizing the O. R. Patient Acuity System as well as the Classification Chart developed by Association of Operating Room Nurses (A. O. R. N) as a means of classifying functions of O. R. nurses. That is; Functions of the 10 selected O. R. nurses observed during the period of June 30 to July 4, 1986, whereas the amount of nursing services required by or provided to the 974 patients who had received surgeries during the period of June 9 to July 4, 1986. The results of this study were as follows; 1) The actual working hours per a nurse averaged 6.7 hours a day. 2) Each nurse's daily routine schedule consists of $71.4\%$ for Technical Functions, $16.1\%$ for Nonprodective Functions, $6.6\%$ for Assessment and Evaluation, $3.9\%$ for Overseeing and Supervision and the rest $2.0\%$ for Patient Preparation respectively. 3) Preoperative waiting time per a patient was 24.1 minutes on the average; for the first case was 10.7 minutes, whereas for the following cases was 32.0 minutes. 4) Total Operation time for the 974 patients during the period of observation for this study amounted to 2759.6 hours, weekly hour was equivalent to 689.9 hours, Whereas daily operation time averaged 130 hours. Meanwhile the average operation time per patient was 2.8 hours ; for the case of Acuity IV was 5.6 hours, 5. 1 hours for the case of Acuity III, 2.3 hours for Acuity II and 1.1 hours for Acuity I. 5) According to the O. R. Patient Acuity System, $64.5\%$ of the whole patients belonged to Acuity II, $23.7\%$ to Acuity III, 11. $3\%$ to Acuity IV and $0.7\%$ to Acuity I respectively. 6) Required amount of nursing times based on the preoperative waiting time and operation time was 7167.8 person hours, which showed that $5.5\%$ of them needed for preoperative nursing care, whereas the rest $94.5\%$ for intraoperative nursing care. In terms of the O. R. Patient Acuity System, $49.7\%$ of total nursing service requirements was needed for Acuity II patients, $27.4\%$ for Acuity III patients, $17.2\%$ for Acuity IV patients and $0.2\%$ for Acuity I patients. 7) The rate of the nursing services provided against the required nursing times was about $81.4\%$ on the average; some departments, like those of Plastic Surgery, Otolaryngology and Ophthalmology whose patients mostly belonged to Acuity II recorded hegher provision rate than average, whereas other departments of Thoracic Surgery. Neurosurgery and Orthopedic Surgery whose patients belonged to Acuity III and Acuity IV as well as Acuity II recorded lower provision rate than average. 8) Subsequently, required numbers of nursing manpower was 10.7 nurses additionally. Based on the above findings the following recommendations will be made; 1) this study recommends, develops. and adopts an accurate and realistic O. R. Patient Acuity System which can help measure the nursing service requirements objectively to elicit the rationales of allocation of nursing personnels. 2) this study proposes storongly place nurses who take the role of preoperative nursing care exclusively for the waiting patients in O. R. and shortening their waiting time by close communication between the designated O. R. and the ward.

Food Delivery Applications Becoming Alligator of Hotel Supply Chain: An Empirical Analysis

  • Purpose: Online-To-Offline Food Delivery Services (O2O-FDS) is a new element in hotel supply chain that digitalizes traditional food delivery practices using new technologies. Targeting hotel guests, the present research is to explore the role of trust in the relationship between food delivery app on loyalty, price efficiency, and convenience. This new perspective is an essential value addition in the field of hotel marketing in relation to O2O-FDS. Research design, data and methodology: The present research conducted the mediator variable regression analysis as a main statistical methodology to identify the connections between three main constructs using total 244 South Korean participants that were recruited from the professional research company in Korea. Results: The statistical findings based on three steps of mediator regression approach strongly indicate that the trust of food delivery app in the hotel sector plays a moderating role in the relationship between price efficiency and convenience of food delivery app and customer loyalty of food delivery app in the hotel business. Conclusions: This research concludes that hotel practitioners must strive to provide adequate information on food delivery applications in order to increase price efficiency and convenience relative to traditional food and beverage services, influencing consumer trust in food delivery technology.

MA 및 CA저장에 의한 생홍고추의 저장성 (Shelf-life of Red Chili Pepper on MA and CA Storage)

  • In order to extend the shelf-life of red chili pepper, MA and CA technology were used. In MA storage, red chili peppers(Jinmi and Jangkun) were packaged in 0.03 mm PE film bags(3 kg/bag) having two holes(${\sigma}$2~3 cm) at 2~3$^{\circ}$C or 7~8$^{\circ}$C. In CA storage, red chili peppers(Jinmi) were stored on following gas composition; 5 or 10% CO$_2$ in combination with 2 or 5% O$_2$ at 2~3$^{\circ}$C, respectively. The changes of weight loss and decay rates during MA storage were less in Jinmi than in Jangkun and less at 2~3$^{\circ}$C storage(except O$_2$ 5%, CO$_2$ 10% condition) while in CA it decreased after 40 days of storage. Red chili peppers would be stored for 30 days when stored in MA conditions(0.03 mm PE film bag) and for 60 days when srored in CA condition on O$_2$ 2%, CO$_2$ 10% based on overall quality of sensory evaluation.

Effects of Liquid Pig Manure on Yield and Nutrition Supply of Green Manure Crops in Jeju

  • The effects of liquid pig manure (LPM) on the yield and nutrient supply of green manure crops, such as hairy vetch alone and hairy vetch + rye mixture, were investigated. We used three treatments: no-fertilizer (NF); LPM, $4.0t10a^{-1}$ ($N-P_2O_5-K_2O=4.0-0.024-4.0kg10a^{-1}$); and chemical fertilizer (CF; $N-P_2O_5-K_2O=4.0-0-4.0kg10a^{-1}$). The green manure crops, namely, Vicia villosa Roth. (hairy vetch) and Secale cereale L. (rye). were sown on March 11 and harvested on June 24, 2014. Yield of green manure crops significantly increased in hairy vetch + rye mixture plot compared with the hairy vetch alone plot. In hairy vetch alone plot, yield of green manure crops was increased by application of LPM and CF, but there were no significant differences. Yield of green manure crops in hairy vetch + rye fresh mixture plot significantly increased by the LPM and CF treatments, but no difference was noted between the LPM and CF treatments. Nitrogen supply by the green manure crops was higher in hairy vetch + rye mixture plot than hairy vetch alone plot. However, there was no significant difference. Phosphorus and potassium supply significantly increased in hairy vetch + rye mixture plot compared with hairy vetch alone plot. By treating LPM and CF, the nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium supply were higher than those in no fertilizer. In conclusion, LPM could replace CF. When planting green manure crops, the hairy vetch + rye mixture was more effective than hairy vetch alone to effectively use green manure crops.

표고 봉형 톱밥재배시 배양중 침공처리가 '자담'의 발이 및 자실체 생산에 미치는 영향 (Cultural characteristics and fruiting body productivity of new Lentinula edodes cultivar 'Jadam' in rod-type sawdust cultivation)

  • 표고 신품종 '자담'의 자실체 안정생산을 위해 침공처리가 균사배양 및 자실체 생산성에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 침공 직경과 깊이가 크고, 침공수가 많을수록 중량감 모율과 색차는 증가하고 명도는 감소하였다. 종균 접종 후 배지온도는 배양 33일에, CO2농도는 배양 19일에 최고치에 도달하였고, O2농도는 CO2 와 반대의 경향으로 배양 14일에 최저치를 나타냈다. 침공 직경과 깊이가 크고 침공수가 많을수록 배지 품온과 O2농도는 상승하였고, CO2농도는 낮아졌다. 수량성은 5×70 mm-30 처리구에서 644.7 g으로 다른처리구에 비해 가장 높은 수량을 보여 자담의 적정한 침공방법으로 선발하였다.
