Fabrication and Characteristics of TO:F Thin Film Deposited by RF Magnetron Sputtering( I ) (고주파 마그네트론 스퍼터링법에 의해 제조된 TO:F 투명도전막의 제조 및 특성( I ))

  • TO:F($SnO_{2}:F$) thin films were prepared by RF magnetron sputtering system. The dependence of their structural, electrical, and optical properties on deposition conditions such as substrate temperature, working pressure and power was studied. The optimum conditions of TO:F thin film are $SnF_{2}$ content of 15wt.% in target, RF power of 150W, substrate temperature of $150^{\circ}C$ and working pressure of 2mmTr. The resistivity and transmittance at 550nm in visible spectrum of the TO:F film deposited at optimum condition are $9{\times}10^{-4}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$ and above 85%, respectively. For the films deposited from the target without $SnF_{2}$ and with 15wt.% $SnF_{2}$, the optical bandgaps calculated from the transmittance curves are 3.84 and 3.9eV, respectively. X-ray diffraction patterns showed that TO and TO:F films had tetragonal rutile structure with (101), (200) direction.

Effect of Egg Yolks from Laying Hens Intubated Astaxanthin on the Oxidation of Liver Microsome of Mouse (Astaxanthin처리 산란계로부터 생산된 난황이 Mouse Liver Microsome의 산화에 미치는 영향)

  • Effect of the egg yolky from laying hens intubated, p.o., astaxanthin (designated AEY) on the oxidation of mouse liver microtome was investigated using female ICR mouse (6~7 weeks of age). Mice were adapted in a temperature- and humidity-controlled house for one week and randomly divided into 7 treatment groups (10 mice/cage/treatment). Mice were intubated p.o., AEY (50, 100 and 150 mg) or control egg yolk (CEY, 150 mg) every week for 3 weeks. BHT (5 mg) and e -tocopherol (50 mg) were fed to mice as positive control. At week 4, the liver microsome was prepared from sacrificed mice. Protein content of mouse liver microsome with AEY treatment was relatively higher than that with CEY treatment. AEY treatment remarkably lowered the content of unsaturated fatty acids including oleic acid and linoleic acid, but raised that of the saturated fatty acids including stearic acid. AEY group showed relatively higher antioxidative activity than CEY, when used Asc/F $e^{+2}$ or NADPH/F $e^{+2}$ as oxidant. Antioxidative activity of AEY was more effective than $\alpha$-tocopherol, but less effective than BHT.

A Study on the Influence of Substituting Cu Eine Particle for CuO on NiCuZn Ferrite (CuO 대신 Cu 미분말 치환이 NiCuZn Ferrite에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • Diffusion speed of Cu metal fine particle is fast better than CuO, so it will promote grain growth in sintering. In this paper, the influence on substituting Cu fine particle for CuO of NiCuZn ferrite with basic composition (N $i_{0.204}$C $u_{0.204}$Z $n_{0.612}$ $O_{1.02}$)F $e_{1.98}$ $O_{2.98}$ has been investigated with varying Cu/CuO ratio. The perfect spinel structure of sintered specimen at 90$0^{\circ}C$ was confirmed by the analysis of XRD patterns. The best condition was obtained when the ratio of Cu/CuO was 60%, and the permeability was 1100 and Ms was 87 emu/g in this condition. Cu has influenced on grain growth in sintering, substituting Cu fine particle for CuO could lower sintering temperature over the 3$0^{\circ}C$. After sintering, substituting Cu performed as good as CuO.s CuO.s CuO.

  • The surface morphology, electrical properties, and optical properties of textured $SnO_2(:F)$ films according to deposition parameters such as HF and $H_2O$ content was studies. The electron concentration, resistivity, and mobility was $3{\Times}10^{20}/cm^3$, $7{\Times}10^4~9{\Times}10^4{Omega}cm$ and $18~25cm^2/V.sec$, respectively, when HF bubbling rate over 0.9 slm. The surface morphology was sharp edged pyramid shape without bubbling $H_2O$ but changed to round edged hemispherical shape when $H_2O$ was added.

  • This paper describes that the Q factor of a conventional $\lambda$/4-microstrip resonator with short load can be improved and also the problem that the serial-resonant frequency(2$f_o$) should be deviated from can be settled by the proposed $\lambda$/4-microstrip resonator, which is used to suppress the harmonics of a nonlinear circuit.

  • 편마비 환자의 보행운동 개선을 위한 보조기구로 족부보장구(Ankle Foot Orthosis, A.F.O.)가 활용되고 있다 족부보장구는 Fig. 1에 제시한 바와 같이 보행특성상 무수히 반복되는 충격과 굽힘하중을 받는다. 따라서 족부보장구용 재료는 피로특성이 우수한 탄소섬유 강화재(Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic, 이하 CFRP)를 주로 사용한다. 그러나 CFRP의 상용재인 프리프레그(prepreg)는 강한 이방성의 단방향 섬유이므로 섬유방향과 하중작용방향의 관계에 매우 민감하다.(중략)

  • A nonlinear anile element formulation of flat shell elements with drilling d.o.f, is presented for the geometrical nonlinear analysis of thin-walled structures. The shell element to be applied in finite element analysis was developed by combining a membrane element named as CLM with drilling rotation d.o.f, and plate bending element. The combined shell element possesses six degrees of freedom per node. The element showed the excellent performance in the linear analysis of the folded plate structures, in which the normal rotational rigidity of folded plates is considered, therefore, using this element geometrical nonlinear analysis of those structures is fulfilled in this study. An incremental total Larangian approach is adopted through out in which displacements are referred to the original configuration. Comparing the results with those of other researches shows the performance of this element and a folded plate structure is analyzed as an example.

  • 양이온 금속원소(Al)와 음이온 할로겐 원소(F) 및 수소를 다중 도핑한 ZnO 박막을 rf 마그네트론 스퍼터를 이용하여 코닝 글라스에 증착하여 도핑량과 진공중에서의 열처리에 따른 전기적 및 광학적 특성에 대하여 고찰하였다. 양이온이 할로겐 및 수소와 동시에 도핑될 시, 금속이온의 농도가 낮은 것이 TCO 박막의 전기적 특성 향상에 유리하게 작용하는 것으로 나타났으며, 동일한 F 함량에 대하여는 수소가 증가할수록 박막의 전기적 특성이 향상되는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 열처리에 따른 F와 H의 거동은 반대로 나타나서, 최적의 상대적인 도핑 조성이 있음을 시사하였고, 36.2 $cm^2$/Vs의 높은 흘 이동도와 $2.9\times10^{-4}{\Omega}cm$의 낮은 비저항을 가지는 ZnO계 박막의 제조가 가능하였다.

  • In this study, we analyze the combustion characteristic of GOx/PE hybrid rocket, by changing port diameter of the propellant. To study combustion characteristics of hybrid rocket, GOx is used for oxidizer and PolyEthylene is used for solid propellant. Regression rate and O/F ratio of the rocket is measured and presented.

  • 기본 조성식 M $n_{1-x}$/F $e_{2+x}$/ $O_4$(이하 Mg계), M $n_{1-x}$/F $e_{2+x}$/ $O_4$(이하 Mg계)의 식에서 x를 0.0,0.025,0.1,0.2로 변화시키고, 하소온도 80$0^{\circ}C$, 소결은도를 l10$0^{\circ}C$~12$50^{\circ}C$$50^{\circ}C$간격으로 변화 시켰을 때와 Mn계와 Mg계를 1:1로 흔합하였을 때, F $e_2$ $O_3$의 과잉 양이 증가할수록 비저항은 감소하였고, 저항온도계수 $\alpha$는 밀도와 비례하는 관계를 나타내었으며, B정수는 4600(K)에서 10500(K)의 범위를 나타내었다. 본 조성의 실험으로써 Mn-Ni-Co계 서미스터의 대체가 가능함을 확인할 수 있었다.있었다.
