해사대학 학생의 건강증진행위 영향요인 (Factors Influencing Health Promotion Behavior by Students of the College of Maritime Sciences)

  • 해사대학 학생은 졸업 후 우리나라 해운산업 발전을 이끌 중요한 전문인력이므로, 건강증진행위를 통해 성공적으로 이론과 실습 교육과정을 포함한 학교생활을 마치는 것이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 해사대학 학생의 건강증진 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료 수집을 위해 해사대학 학생의 건강증진행위 영향요인을 파악하기 위한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 해사대학 학생의 건강증진행위 수준은 다른 대학생들보다 낮았으며, 건강증진행위 하부 영역은 대인관계, 영적성장, 스트레스관리, 영양습관, 신체활동, 건강책임감 순으로 낮아졌고, 건강증진행위에 가장 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 학습자의 수업참여, 건강증진 자기효능감, 자아존중감, 사회적 지지의 순인 것으로 확인 되었다. 해사대학 학생들의 건강증진행위를 향상시킬 수 있도록 학생들의 특성을 고려한 차별화된 건강증진 프로그램을 개발하고 입학 때부터 조기에 체계적인 적용이 요구된다.

4차 산업혁명 시대 응급구조(학)과 융복합 교과목 개발을 위한 연구 (Study on the development of convergence subjects for departments of emergency medical technology in preparation for the fourth industry revolution)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to examine the development and improvement direction of university education according to job type and investigate the types of knowledge required for employment after graduation for departments of emergency medical technology in preparation for the era of the fourth industrial revolution in a converged society. Methods: From June 3 to June 10, 2019, data were collected through structured questionnaires from 90 paramedics working in firefighting, hospitals, different industries, and emergency patient transportation. Data were analyzed using the software SPSS version 18.0. Results: For employment after graduation in departments of emergency medical technology, character and sincerity education should be strengthened. To prepare for the fourth industrial revolution, educational innovations such as improving the field practice system and devising a convergence curriculum are needed. Preparation for the fourth industrial revolution should be accomplished through the development of convergence subjects such as forensic science, information and communications technology, and safety engineering. Ninety percent of the study respondents indicated their need for convergence subjects. Conclusion: The demands of future society should be responded to flexibly by holding and conducting convergence subjects. Furthermore, preparations should be made in anticipation of a shortage of 120,000 college freshmen for the 2024-2025 school year by increasing the competitiveness of departments of emergency medical technology.

말기환자의 의료적 의사결정에 관한 임상간호사의 인식: Q 방법론적 접근 (Types of Perception toward End-of-Life Medical Decision-making of Clinical Nurses: Q-Methodological Approach)

  • 목적: 본 연구는 말기환자의 의료적 의사결정에 대한 임상간호사의 인식 구조와 유형을 분류하고 파악하여 향후 실무현장에서 말기 의료적 의사결정 수행능력 향상과 공유된 의료적 의사결정 체계를 구축하기 위해 기초자료를 제공하기 위한 Q 방법론을 적용한 조사연구이다. 방법: 관련 문헌고찰과 개방형 질문지 그리고 개별 면담을 통해 Q 모집단을 추출하여 167개의 Q 진술문을 표집하여 내용의 중복과 표현의 명확성 등을 고려하여 수정한 후 Q 모집단을 의미와 주제별로 6개의 범주로 분류한 다음 각 범주에서 대표적이거나 상이한 의미의 Q 진술문 34항목을 선정하였다. P 표본은 대학병원에서 근무하고 있는 2년 이상의 임상간호사 37명을 편의표집방법으로 선정하였으며 34개의 진술문은 Q 카드에 인쇄하여 연구대상자들로 하여금 강제 정상분포가 되도록 각자 의견의 중요도에 따라 9점 척도 상에 Q 분류하도록 하였고, 양극단에 분류한 진술문과 관련하여 대상자와 면담을 시행하였다. 수집된 자료는 PC-QUANL Program으로 요인분석 하였다. 결과: 분류된 말기환자의 의료적 의사결정에 대한 대상자의 유형은 모두 4가지로 나타났으며 이들 유형에 의해 설명된 전체 변량은 52.7%였다. 제1유형은 '환자 참여형'으로 의료적 의사결정에 대한 환자의 자율성 보장과 이와 관련된 규율이나 법적 장치의 정비와 가이드 라인 마련에 중점을 두었다. 제2유형은 '의료인 역할중시형'으로 환자의 자율성 존중이 실현되기 위한 의료인간의 공유된 의사결정에 중점을 두었다. 제3유형은 '개방적 죽음문화형'으로 평소 죽음에 대해 환자, 가족, 의료인과의 개방적이고 솔직한 대화의 분위기 조성을 효율적인 말기 의료적 의사결정의 실천적 행위로 인식하였다. 제4유형은 '가족의사결정 참여형'으로 말기 의료적 의사결정에 가족의 현존과 역할이 갖는 의미에 강조점을 두었다. 결론: 이상의 결과를 통하여 임상에서 말기환자의 의료적 의사결정에 대한 교육프로그램을 계획하고 수행할 때에는 각 유형에서 나타난 임상간호사의 인식을 반영한 통합적이고 다 학제적인 교육내용이 반영되어야 할 것으로 본다. 본 연구는 임상간호사를 대상으로 오늘날 우리 사회에서 중요시 되고 있는 말기환자의 의료적 의사결정과 연관된 다양한 관점들을 문화적 측면에서 조명했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 따라서 성숙하고 통합적인 말기 의료적 의사결정 교육프로그램을 위한 기초자료로 유용하게 활용될 것으로 기대된다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 제언을 하면, 첫째, 말기환자의 의료적 의사결정과 관련된 의학과 간호학 분야의 통합적이고 다 학문적인 공통교육과정 개발을 제언한다. 둘째, 본연구를 토대로 한국인의 말기 의료적 의사결정에 대한 태도 측정도구 개발을 제언한다.

의약품 임상시험 종사자 교육 이수자의 지식 수준, 태도, 교육 선택 요인 분석 (An Analysis on the Knowledge Levels, Attitudes, and Factors Affecting the Choices of Those Who Completed the Education of Persons Conducting Clinical Trial Workers)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to analyze the knowledge levels, attitudes, and factors affecting the choices on the education of the participants who completed their education of persons conducting clinical trial workers, and to assess the problems of the current education system for clinical trial workers, leading to improvements. Methods: Clinical trial workers (including principal investigators/subinvestigators, members of the Institutional Review Board [IRB], clinical research coordinators) who were affiliated to one of the 4 university hospitals running their own clinical trial center and IRB in Daegu and completed their education of persons conducting clinical trial workers were the subjects of this study. One hundred seven online questionnaires were answered from 2021-04-02 to 2021-04-17. Descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation analysis were used to analyze the acquired data. Independent t-test and 1-way analysis of variance were used to analyze the differences in the knowledge levels and attitudes following the characteristics of the education participants. Results: The baseline characteristics of the 107 participants were as follows: the majority of the participants were female (72.0%), were in their 30s (36.4%), had a nursing major (29.0%), were clinical research coordinators (63.6%), had never experienced a principal investigator (79.4%), had participated 3 or more educations (58.9%), had completed their maintenance course (55.1%), had 5 or more years of clinical trial experiences (34.6%). The fields on which participants had low levels of objective knowledge were "types and preparations on audits of clinical trials," "regulations on clinical trials (Pharmaceutical Affairs Act, Korea Good Clinical Practice)." The difficulties that the participants faced were on "annual educations" and "lack of information regarding the educations." Factors that showed significant differences in objective knowledge were sex (p=0.02), number of educations (p=0.004), the curriculum of 2020 (p=0.001). Age (p=0.004), having experienced a principal investigator (p=0.006), number of educations (p<0.001), the curriculum of 2020 (p<0.001), clinical trial career (p=0.001) were factors that significantly affected subjective knowledge. Attitudes toward the education were positively correlated with objective knowledge (r=0.20, p=0.04) and subjective knowledge (r=0.32, p=0.001). Major sources through which information on educations was acquired were "institutional notices," and major factors affecting the choices on the education were "when the education took place" and "where the education took place." "Within the affiliated institution," "Online classes (recorded)" and "IRB and review processes" were each the most preferred place, mode, and content of the education. Conclusion: Knowledge levels varied largely among participants who completed their education of persons conducting clinical trial workers, depending on their characteristics such as the number of educations. Participants also complained about their lack of information on educations. The quality of education may be improved if clinical trial organizations are designated as education facilities. Education programs must be developed considering the knowledge level and demand of the participants. Furthermore, as offline classes may be impossible due to pandemics such as the coronavirus disease 2019, the development of diverse and sophisticated online classes is looked forward to.

중동호흡기증후군(MERS) 발생관련 전국 약학대학의 실무실습교육 대응현황 (Middle East Respiratory Syndrome Outbreak and Responsiveness of the Pharmacy Programs on the Pharmacy Practice Education)

  • Background: Pharmacy curriculum change was made from a 4-year program to a 2+4 year program in year 2009 in Korea. The change has resulted in more educational exposures on patient-centered practice environments for about 1,400 hours in the last year of the professional pharmacy program. When the Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) outbreak hit Seoul and suburban areas and propagated to other provinces in Korea, emergency response to avoid student infection in the pharmacy practice sites became an urgent issue. While other health professional programs such as medicine and nursing had activated emergency preparedness manuals, timely and clear guidelines were not disseminated to all pharmacy programs and protective measures largely relied on individual pharmacy program. Methods: A survey was developed by the Committee on Pharmacy Practice Experience Programs in the Korean College of Clinical Pharmacy to document the status of pharmacy programs during the Korea MERS outbreak in 2015. The 10-question survey was distributed to the pharmacy practice experience coordinators to 34 out of 35 pharmacy schools in Korea by emails. Results: Our findings showed that 82.4% of the program coordinators (28/34) responded to the survey, 96.4% of the programs did not have emergency preparedness manuals, administrative meetings were held in 89.3% of the pharmacy programs, the rotation schedules were modified or withheld in 53.6% of schools, and the changes were mostly observed from the programs classified as MERS outbreak regions. Conclusion: Further needs in establishing the emergency preparedness manual should be explored for pharmacy education stakeholders.

청소년기의 건강증진과 학교보건교육의 발전방향 (Adolescent Health Promotion and Development of School Health Education)

  • Adolescent health is considered to contribute to health promotion in the home and community in the near future as well as individual health. However, adolescent health has been neglected from education field because of competitive school education focused on the university entrance examination That's why I suggest in this study that we should pay much more attention to adolescent health condition and try to make It better, in terms of man-power development and life-health promotion for nation development The purposes of this study are as follows First, to look into a variety of adolescent health problems Second, to find out the situation and problems of current adolescent health promotion and school health education Third, to make an effort to find, based on the current situation, various developments of adolescent health promotion and school health education in terms of practical, political and environmental change There are used study methods as adolescent-related, school heath-related literature review and anlysis of statistical data The results and suggestions are as follows Teenagers have a great variey of health problems including most Important physical, mental and social developments Recently, chronic diseases, emotional problems, health-risk behaviors linked With adolescents are on increase The complicated disorders of physical, mental, social health rather than paricular aspects of health or health-behavior problems influence adolescent health problems adolescence is regarded as the period when most health-related behaviors are formed. Therefore, adolescent health promotion would he assured by developing the ability of controlling multi-dimensional health determinants in the early stage. Health promotion is a positive concept that each individual, family and community makes real efforts to improve their health To achive this, we need health educational, organizational, political and environmental supports. Adolescent health promotion in Korea has been systematically treated in the category of school health Current school health services have had lots of systemic, constitutional, administrative and educational flaws Accordingly, I'm concerned that we can afford to accept a variety of adolescent health needs However, I would say that if were not to make those flaws better, it's certain that Korean national competitive power and the quality of the lives of most Koreans Will he threatened someday We have to develop Comprehensive School Health Crriculum(CSHC) and set up its standards to Improve adolescent health. CSHC is an organizational and costant process. CSHC means an Important part of overall curriculums. In addition, I could say that it's an Important school health education acivity including current school health services-health care service and school health environment. In conclusion, in order to develop CSHC, we require school nurse's role changes, establishment and management of intergrated subject of health education, striking revision of school health law(or legislation of school health promotion law), reorganization of administration system, big changes in curriculum for school health educators.

G 대학 대학생 핵심역량 설정에 관한 융합연구 (A Convergence Study on the Core Competencies of students: G university)

  • 본 연구는 대학생 핵심역량을 기초하여 학생들에게 다양한 교육기회를 제공하고 산업변화에 따른 산업인력 수요에 적합한 대학인력 양성이 가능하도록 대학생의 핵심역량을 설정하고자 시도되었다. 연구절차는 핵심역량에 대한 문헌고찰과 학생, 교수, 산업체, 학부모 대상의 핵심역량의 중요도에 대한 조사 및 전문가의 타당도를 통해 대학생 핵심역량을 설정하였다. 연구결과 문헌고찰을 통해 14개의 역량을 도출하였으며, 재학생, 졸업생, 교수 대상으로 중요도와 전문가 타당도를 통해 창의력, 문제해결능력, 자기주도능력의 종합적 문제해결역량, 전문지식보유능력, 정보처리능력, 기술활용능력의 산업체맞춤전문역량, 배려 섬김인성, 사회봉사의 실천 나눔역량, 의사소통능력의 의사소통역량, 자기관리능력, 대인관계능력, 리더십, 외국어 능력, 글로벌 역량의 글로컬 리더십의 최종 5대 핵심역량과 세부 14개 하위 역량이 설정되었다. 본 연구결과에 기초하여 교육과정 개발과 운영에 적용하여 대학생들의 역량을 증진시키고, 향후 역량측정도구 개발을 통해 역량증진 정도를 파악하는 것이 필요하다.

전문병원 간호사의 전문직업성이 직무만족, 고객지향성 및 서비스 수준에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Nurse's Professionalism on Customer Orientation, Job Satisfaction and Service Delivery Level in Specialty Hospital)

  • 이 연구는 대부분의 병원에 있어 구성원 수가 가장 많을 뿐 아니라 서비스 제공 과정에 고객과의 직접적인 접점이 가장 빈번한 간호사의 전문직업성이 직무만족과 고객지향성 및 서비스 제공 수준 간에 미치는 영향과 구조적 관계를 분석하여 구성원으로 하여금 양질의 서비스를 제공하는데 필요한 전략적 방안을 도출할 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구를 위해 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 서울지역의 6개 전문병원의 간호사 142명으로부터 자료를 수집하여 크론바흐 $\alpha$와 SPSS 2.0K를 이용한 요인분석을 시행하였다. 연구 결과, 전문직업성은 고객지향성과 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으나 서비스 제공 수준에는 정(+)의 영향을 미치지 않았으며, 고객지향성은 서비스 제공 수준에 정(+)의 영향을 미친 반면에 직무만족은 서비스 제공 수준에 정(+)의 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 간호학과의 교과과정에 고객만족과 서비스의 중요성을 강조하는 과목이 포함되어야 하며, 전문병원도 재직 중인 간호사를 대상으로 고객관리의 중요성을 지속적으로 교육하는 것이 필요할 것이다.

한의학전문대학원 재학생들의 학업 스트레스와 학업소진에 관한 연구 (Study on Stress and Burnout in Medical Education at the School of Korean Medicine)

  • Objectives: Medical students suffer from mental health and academic problems due to academic stress. We investigated academic stress and exhaustion along with psychological issues caused by medical education during the years in the School of Korean Medicine. Methods: Two hundred fifty-one university students from the School of Korean Medicine, Pusan National University, were asked to complete the Medical Stress Scale (MSS), Maslach Burnout Inventory-Student Survey (MBI-SS), Positive Affect and Negative Affect Schedule (PANAS), and State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI) three times during each semester for two years from 2013 onwards. We analyzed the influence of school term and vacation on educational stress and negative affect with the T-test. The Pearson's correlation analysis and regression analysis were used to predict changes during the first semester or first years of study in the School of Korean Medicine. Results: Academic stress and burnout increased steadily until the first semester of third grade, which was measured with MSS and MBI-SS. The anxiety level was highest when the students started the first grade and it decreased significantly after the first semester. Negative affect repeatedly increased significantly after each school term; however, it reduced after each vacation. In the first grade, 19.5% of the last measure of MSS can be explained with the first measure of MSS. Discussion: This study extensively reviewed the trends and characteristics of four years of academic stress and its related psychological influence, and discussed its importance for developing a more efficient academic curriculum for traditional Korean Medicine.

8.15 광복 진전.후의 가정과 교육의 비교 (Comparison of Home Economics Education in Korean School before with after Korean Independence of the Dominance of Japan Empire.)

  • The purpose of this study is to find the differences between home economics before and after korean Independence of the dominance of Japanes Empire. The specific aimes are to compare the subject organization, educational purpose and subject contents etc. of home economics in korean school before with after the Korean Independence of the dominance of Japanes Empire. The methods to study were to analyze some documents(laws or regulations)and textbooks etc. at that time. The result of this study is summerized as follow. 1. The subject of home economics in primary school were‘Jaibong(sewing)’,‘Kasa(household affairs)’just before Korean Independence of Japan in 1945. But the subject of home economics changed to‘Yori(cooking)’,‘Jaibong’after Korean Independence in 1945. In 1946,‘Yori’and Jaibong were integrated in‘Kasa’. In 1954, ‘Kasa’changed to ‘Silkwa(Practical Course)’. The subject of home economics in middle or high girl school were‘Kajeong(home)’, ‘Yuga(nursing)’,‘Bogeon(preservation of health)’,‘Pibok(clothing)’just before Korean Independence in 1945. But the 4 subjects changed to‘Kasa’,‘Jaibong’,‘Suye(embroidery)’and the 3 subjects changed‘Sileop and Kajeong(home affairs)’again. 2. The hours per week assigned to home economics education were higher in high school years than in low school years both in primary schools and middle or high schools. 3. Among various home economics subjects, the hours assigned to‘Jaibong’were higher than any other home economics subjects. But The hours assigned to the‘Kasa’tended to increase in high school years. 4. The purpose of home economics education in schools before Korean Independence of Japan focused of fostering korean's loyalty to Japan Empire in the end and on cultivating womanly virtue etc. This tendency was more prominant in middle or high school than primary school. 5. Korean home economics education during about 10 years generally followed the home economics education of Japanes Empire. 6. The home economics education in primary school for school boys was practised after 1955(The period of 1th curriculum). Before that time was practised home economics education for school girls. 7. Generally home economics education in Korean schools was weakened after Korea became Independant of Japanes Empire in 1945. 8. The contents of home economics education after Korean Independence tended to follow those of Japan. Among domains of the home economics the rate of contents of‘siksainghwall(life of foods)’tended to be largest, the rate of‘Jusainghwal(life of house)’lowest in primary, while the contents of‘oeusainghwal(life of clothing)’tended to be largest, the rate of‘Jusainghwal(life of house)’lowest in middle education.
