국내 동재하시험의 문제점에 대한 보고 (A report on the problems associated with PDA testing in Korea)

  • Dynamic pile loading test using PDA was introduced in 1994. Because of its economy and relatively easy and simple procedure, the number of PDA application increased quite rapidly. It is assumed that more than 10,000 dynamic pile loading tests are done annually. While the number of testing increases sharply, the quality of the tests does not really improve but the number of serious problems due to improper testing increases. According to the limited experiences of the authors, the common problems found in most of the cases are caused by ignorance of the most basic and fundamental requirements. In this paper some case histories are explained and the proposed solution is introduced.

  • 이 연구에서는 IPSC(Incrementally PreStressed Concrete)거더교에서의 적정 가로보 개수에 따른 구조적 거동이 분석되었다. 이를 위해지간 50m IPSC 거더교에 대하여 가로보의 개수가 늘어남에 따른 거동을 ABAQUS를 통해 유한요소해석이 수행되었다. 유한요소해석 결과 설계기준에 만족하고 경제적인 설계 및 시공성 향상을 위한 최적 가로보수가 판단되었다.

젊은 만성허리통증자의 허리부위 불안정성 검사 양성반응 수와 호흡패턴변화율, 통증 간의 상관관계분석 (Correlation Analysis between Lumbar Instability Test Positive Response Number and Breathing Pattern Change Rate and Pain in Young Peoples with Chronic Low Back Pain)

  • PURPOSE: This study examined the correlation between the visual analog scale (VAS) and the rate of change in the respiration patterns according to the result of Lumbar Instability Tests (LITs) in young people with chronic low back pain (CLBP) METHODS: Thirty-six adults, aged 20-40 years with CLBP, participated in this study. The general characteristics and VAS of the participants were recorded by the subjects themselves and seven structure and functional LITs were conducted. According to the positive response number, the positive group was divided into four groups (group 1: n=8, group 2: n=9, group 3: n=10, group 4: n=9). The breathing pattern change tests were performed in three states: during forced breathing exercise and motor control tests. A total of 13 positive lists were set, each of which was scored by 1 or 2 points according to the severity. After the positive lists were scored, the breathing pattern changing rate (BPCR) and VAS were compared according to the positive response number of LITs, and the correlation between them was analyzed. RESULTS: A strong correlation was observed between the number of positive of LITs and BPCR (r= .863, p= .000) and a moderate correlation between the positive number of LITs and VAS (r= .508, p= .002). In addition, there was a poor correlation between the BPCR and VAS (r= .434, p= .008). CONCLUSION: In young CLBP people, when the structural and functional instability are both present, the changes in the respiratory pattern of the whole body can be varied and broader, and the pain scale also increases.

실내실험 및 수치해석을 이용한 막장볼트의 최적 타설 개수에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Optimum Installation Number of Face Bolts Using Laboratory Tests and Numerical Analysis)

  • 최근 국외에서는 터널막장의 안정을 위해 막장볼트의 시공실적이 급증하고 있고 관련된 많은 실험, 계측 등의 자료가 발표되고 있지만 현장마다 지반조건, 볼트 종류가 틀리기 때문에 설계 단계에서 최적의 타설개수를 결정하는 것은 매우 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 우선 현장조사를 통하여 사용되는 막장볼트의 종류, 개수 등을 분석하였다. 이결과 막장볼트는 다른 공법과 병용하여 사용되는 경우가 많기 때문에 지반조건과의 상관관계는 보이지 않았다. 또한 현장조사를 바탕으로 한 실내시험 및 수치해석을 통해 터널 막장이 볼트로 보강되었을 경우 지반 및 볼트의 거동을 분석하였으며 특히 타설개수에 초점을 맞추었다. 실험결과 막장볼트의 개수가 증가할수록 지표면 침하 및 막장수평변위는 지수함수 형태의 변위감소 분포를 보이고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

해상사격장 선박분포 특성 분석을 통한 해상안전 개선방안에 대한 연구 (Study on the Method to Improve a Maritime Safety by Analysing the Distribution Characteristics of the Ships on Marine Firing Range)

  • Ahn-heung Proving Ground(APG) of Agency for Defense Development(ADD) is the only weapon test site which has been performing firing tests for many kinds of missile, artillery and ammunition. APG has been performing the firing tests of so many times every year. The tests related to missiles, artillery and ammunitions cover 80% among the quantity of annual test events. The target area of many kinds of missile, artillery and ammunition is on the sea. Therefore, APG has its marine firing ranges which were approved by the ministry of Defense. Both weapons and ships can run into each other on the sea. APG has to monitor and detect the positions of the ships in the specific dangerous zone on the sea. The positions of the ships are detected by Scanter 2001 radar and GPS100 detection radar. Evading the time period when the ships appear very often on the sea may be a good solution to keep the maritime safety. And evading the place where the ships appear very often on the sea may be a good solution as well. This paper is to analyze the ships' distribution characteristics of marine firing range, which are to raise the efficiency of many kinds firing tests which have been performed in APG of ADD. Ship distribution data from February 2014 to December 2016 were used in this paper. Ship distribution was analyzed with monthly data, seasonal data and etc. The number of the ships in approved sea area is higher in the morning than in the afternoon, and in fall than other seasons, and from August to November, and below 0.5 m in the hight of wave. Using the these conditions, we can raise the test efficiency of many kinds firing tests and guarantee maritime safety. The number of the ships in approved sea area is entirely unrelated to visibility of the sea. The time period when the number of the ships are high on the sea is morning. The season when the number of the ships are comparatively high on the sea is fall. APG of ADD could raise the efficiency of the firing tests and improve the maritime safety, using the analysis results of the characteristics on the ship distribution.

양전자단층촬영 건강보험 적용 정책 및 이용량 변화에 관한 연구 (Analysis of changes National Health Insurance Policy and Claim Data of PET)

  • 본 연구에서는 PET 검사의 건강보험 적용 및 급여기준 변경 현황을 살펴보고, 지난 10년간 건강보험 이용량을 분석하였다. PET 검사가 건강보험으로 적용된 것은 2006년으로 18F-FDG가 최초로 건강보험으로 적용된 이후 여러 가지 방사성동위원소를 이용한 PET 검사가 건강보험으로 적용되고 있다. 2019년 기준 PET 검사 수는 198,651건, 진료금액은 약 883억원이며, 일반적 특성에 따른 검사 수는 남성이 여성보다 많았고, 연령별로는 60대에서 검사수가 가장 많았다. 외래 검사수가 입원 검사수 보다 많았고, 상급종합병원 검사수가 68.2%로 종합병원, 병원보다 월등히 많았다. 검사부위는 토르소 검사가 86.6%로 가장 많았으며, 방사성동위원소는 18F-FDG를 이용한 검사수가 93.6%로 가장 많았다. 10년간 건강보험 이용량 변화로는 2010년 부터 2014년까지 꾸준히 증가하였으나 2014년 정부의 건강보험 적용기준 변경에 따라 무증상 장기추적 검사의 인정이 삭제되면서 이용량이 이후 급격히 감소하였다. 정부의 건강보험 적용기준 변경이 건강보험 이용량 변화에 큰 영향을 주는 만큼 향후 지속적인 모니터링이 필요할 것이다.

Evaluation of the Sequential Behavior of Tieback Wall in Sand by Small Scale Model Tests

  • 본 연구에서는 사질토 지반에서의 굴착단계별 연성 벽체의 거동분석을 수행하기 위해 흙막이벽의 모형실험을 실시하였다. 모형 흙막이벽 실험에서는 재료의 역학적 특성이 비교적 널리 알려진 주문진 표준사를 이용하여 상대밀도가 79%, 41%, 24%인 모형지반을 조성한 후 모형벽체의 연성지수를 변화시켜 각 굴착단계별로 배면지반과 연성 벽체의 거동특성을 규명하였다. 본 연구에서는 벽체의 수평변위, 벽체의 배면에 작용하는 수평토압, 굴착으로 인한 배면지반의 침하량 및 침하영향거리, 벽체에 작용하는 앵커의 하중, 그리고 벽체에 작용하는 휨모멘트와 축력에 대해 굴착단계에 따라 살펴보고 이를 토대로 지반과 벽체의 거동특성을 분석하였다.

  • The Multiple Recursive Generator(MRG) has been considered by many scholars as a very good random number generator. For the long period md excellent statistical properties, the method of the combination with random number generators is used. In this paper, we thought the two-combined MRGs. Using the frequency and serial test, and runs test, we studied the importance of the initial seeds likewise other random number generators.

Quantile-based Nonparametric Test for Comparing Two Diagnostic Tests

  • Diagnostic test results, which are approximately normal with a few number of outliers, but non-normal probability distribution, are frequently observed in practice. In the evaluation of two diagnostic tests, Greenhouse and Mantel (1950) proposed a parametric test under the assumption of normality but this test is inappropriate for the above non-normal case. In this paper, we propose a computationally simple nonparametric test that is based on quantile estimators of mean and standard deviation, instead of the moment-based mean and standard deviation as in some parametric tests. Parametric and nonparametric tests are compared with simulations under the assumption of, respectively, normality and non-normality, and under various combinations of the probability distributions for the normal and diseased groups.

사면 보강효과 확인을 위한 원심모형실험 (Centrifuge Model Tests for the Slope Reinforcement Effect)

  • This paper presents the results of centrifuge model tests on the reinforced slope by pressure grouting. Tests were performed to investigate the reinforcing effect of grouting. In the tests, slopes of scale factor 1/10 were used changing the space and number of reinforcing bar. Test results are as tile follows; 1. The reinforcing effect increase rapidly with reinforcement area ratio at low value of reinforcement area ratio. 2. At high reinforcement area ratio the increase ratio of reinforcing effect decrease. 3. At same reinforcement area ratio, the reinforcing effect of double reinforcing bar was larger than the single reinforcing bar due to arching effect.
