철도터널내 화재시 내화성능 평가를 위한 기준 제안 및 화재 온도 평가 (Standard Proposed for Fire Safety Evaluation of Railway Tunnels and Evaluation of Fire Temperature)

  • 본 연구에서는 철도터널내 화재시 터널내 구조체의 내화성능을 평가하기 위한 시간-온도곡선의 기준을 제시하고자 실시하였다. 현재 국내에서는 철도터널건설과 터널의 수가 빠른 속도로 증가하고 있으며, 터널연장이 길어짐에 따라 터널 내 화재사고가 갈수록 높아지고 있는 상황이다. 철도터널의 화재빈도수는 적지만 화재시 인명과 교통차단으로 인한 사회적 피해는 막대하다. 하지만 우리나라에서는 철도터널 화재에 대한 적합한 시간-온도 곡선을 규정하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내 철도의 통행량, 차량종류 등을 고려한 열방출율을 기초로 외국에서 제시된 시간-온도 곡선을 검토해 보았으며 국재 실정에 가장 적합한 설계화재 모델을 제시하였다. 탄화수소(HC)시간-온도 곡선이 국내 철도터널의 설계화재모델로 가장 적합하였으며, 탄화수소 시간-온도곡선에 의한 철도터널 구조체의 온도분포를 예측하기 위하여 유한요소해석을 통하여 콘크리트터널 구조체의 구조성능을 검토하였다.

250 km/h급 전철설비의 비전기반 검측 기술 구현 (An Implement of Vision based Measurement Technology for Traction Power System up to 250 km/h)

  • The traction power system is configured to transmit electricity to the vehicles through mechanical contact between the OCL (Overhead Contact Line) and the pantograph. The system measures the current collection performance of the OCL, or the OCL installation condition is examined through maintenance for commercial operation. Maintenance continues to check the conditions through visual inspection by walking and inspection vehicles. The current collection performance is divided into the percentage of arcing(%), the contact force, and the uplift. The percentage of arcing is composed of a vision based system and used to verify the performance of a new OCL. However, it is not always possible to measure the current collection performance during commercial operation, and maintenance based on human resources can not be replaced. This paper presents the minimum performance condition of video devices in the current collection system of commercial vehicles. In addition, a continuous arcing was measured, and current collection performance was examined on the traction power system at the 250 km/h. It was analyzed with a minimum duration of arc of 1 ms. The frame rate is then shown by comparing the number of frames in the image at the time intervals of the number of the arcing. It is expected that the result of this study can be used for examining the minimum performance of video devices depending on their purpose.

콘크리트 슬래브궤도에서 보상 커패시터의 위치 및 전기용량에 대한 연구 (A Study on the location of Compensation Capacitor and Capacitance in the Concrete Slab Track)

  • Impedance of rails is increased by the magnetic coupling between rails and reinforcing bars in the concrete slab track. Currently, the current of track circuit has been compensated by installing the compensation capacitors on track circuit because of increasing the impedance of rails. In case of a rapid transit railway, the compensation capacitors are installed every 20[m] to compensate the current of track circuit in the concrete slab track. Because the interval of one block for a rapid transit railway is as long as 1500[m], the compensation capacitors are installed about the number of 70$\sim$75 on track circuit. However, in case the compensation capacitors are broken over the number of three, it is a problem that the amplitude of current is under standard amplitude of current which is 0.8[A]. In this paper, it was suggested installing a compensation capacitor by using resonance phenomenon on the concrete slab track. We represent the electrical model of track circuit and the four terminal network, calculate the parameters demanded for the electrical model in the concrete slab track. Also, we computed the position and capacitance of the compensation capacitor about 2040[Hz], 2400[Hz], 2760[Hz], 3120[Hz] which currently is the track circuit frequency in the Gyeongbu rapid transit railway and demonstrated the validity of it, using the Matlab and PSpice program.

도시철도 시설물 장애감소 전략과 효과 분석- 서울도시철도공사를 중심으로 - (The Analysis on the Effects of the Failure Reduction Strategies of the Railway Facilities)

  • 서울지하철 5,6,7,8호선을 운영하는 서울도시철도공사는 연장 152km, 148개 역사에 분산되어 있는 시설물에 대하여 점검과 유지보수를 하고 있다. 장애예방을 위한 철저한 점검에도 불구하고 지하역사의 환경적인 요인, 빈번한 사용으로 인한 기계적인 마모, 시설물 노후화, 시스템 에러, 이용 상의 부주의 등으로 장애가 지속적으로 발생하고 있다. 서울도시철도공사에서는 지금까지 관행적으로 수행해 오던 시설물 점검방법과 유지보수의 틀을 깨고 정량적인 목표관리와 일하는 방식 변화 등을 통해 2010년 6월말까지 장애를 연간 53.4% 감소시켰다. 본 논문에서는 기존 도시철도 시설물 점검 및 유지보수의 문제점을 분석하고, 이를 개선하기 위해 추진했던 장애감소 전략과 각각의 추진성과를 분석한다.

A parametric study of optimum tall piers for railway bridge viaducts

  • This paper presents a parametric study of reinforced concrete bridge tall piers with hollow, rectangular sections. Such piers are typically used in railway construction of prestressed concrete viaducts. Twenty one different piers have been studied with seven column heights of 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 and 100 m and three types of 10-span continuous viaducts, whose main span lengths are 40, 50 and 60 m. The piers studied are intermediate columns placed in the middle of the viaducts. The total number of optimization design variables varies from 139 for piers with column height of 40 m to 307 for piers with column height of 100 m. Further, the results presented are of much value for the preliminary design of the piers of prestressed concrete viaducts of high speed railway lines.

부본선 및 정차패턴을 고려한 고속철도 정거장 용량산정 (Station Capacity Calculation on High-Speed Railway Considering the number of Sidings and Train Halting Patterns)

  • 본 연구에서는 산식에 기반 한 고속철도 정거장 선로용량 계산 방법론을 제시하였다. 제시한 방법론은 기존 방법론에서 명시적으로 다루지 못하였던 정거장별 부본선(정차본선) 설치 수와 정차패턴(정차-정차, 통과-정차, 정차-통과, 통과-통과)의 혼합이 선로용량에 미치는 영향을 반영한다. 제시한 선로용량 계산 결과의 일관성을 검증하기 위해 전문 시뮬레이터(Railsys)를 활용하여 비교한 결과 정차패턴별 시격의 차이는 10% 미만으로 분석되었다. 정차패턴이 조합되었을 때의 효과를 몬테카를로 시뮬레이션 한 결과 역시 계산된 선로용량은 현실성이 높은 것으로 판단된다. 또한, 한국철도시설공단 선로배분프로그램의 용량산정 결과와도 통계적으로 유사하였다.

  • For train service, safety and reliability is an inevitable performance. Specially, turn-out system of the railway for safety because of actual part. Hence the management is strictly executed over turn-out systems of the railway. Also number of turn-out system need to monitoring systems. In this paper, the data multi-acquisition system for monitoring it is necessary to reduce the cost from the expensive characteristics of multi-monitoring system according to the importance of each data because this system is based on communication of one to several units. We designed the data multi-acquisition system using numbers of micro-controller and the experiment was executed to the actual turn-out system.

곡선부 통과 차량의 진동특성 및 안전성 평가 (A Safety Assessment and Vibration Characteristics of Railway Vehicle Passing Curves)

  • An analysis model has been developed to assess running safety of railway vehicle passing curves. By using ADAMS/Rail, a computer analysis has been conducted by changing various parameters according to the track conditions. Analysis results show as follows: A derailment coefficient of left wheel was increased according to increase of cant at low speed, while it was decreased as increase of cant at high speed. A unload rate of left wheel was also increased according to increase of cant at low speed, while it was decreased as increase of cant at high speed. A wear number of left wheel was increased according to increase of cant at all speed, but only at 35 m/s, it was decreased as increase of cant. A friction coefficient of left wheel was Increased according to increase of cant at all speed, but only at 35 m/s. it was decreased as increase of cant.

  • In this paper, the trend of the market demand for the technology of railway cars and the development direction of other country or company were studied by analysing the patent map. The effort for developing the technology is intensified from the middle of 1960s and it seems to be more strengthened especially in the parts of bogie, driving motor/power, window and door. Recently the increasing rate of the number of patent application from Germany and China is noticeable. The results of this paper can be used for making the development plans of competitive technologies and benchmarking of them.

전원 임피던스 제어를 통한 도시철도 최대전력 최적화 (Peak Power Optimization for Metro Railway using by Source Impedance Control)

  • Urban railway with rectifiers is connected by parallel circuits because substations are joined by the power rail. Thus, if an input voltage of a substation is increased, then the voltage of rectifiers is also increased, and which leads to an increase in the peak power of the substation. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a new method reducing the peak power of substations by adjusting the operation number of rectifiers. Its feasibility is exemplified by some simulations performed for Incheon subway Line 1 and GA(Genetic Algorithm) method has been applied to obtain the optimal input. Simulation results show that peak power can significantly be reduced using the method proposed in this paper.
