지하철 건설에 따른 공간적 영향 분석 - 서울 지하철 7호선의 아파트가격에 미친 영향을 중심으로 - (Analysis Of Spatial Impact With Seoul Subway Line 7 Construction)

  • In order to account for a price variation of apartment that places near a newly constructed subway station, a spatial hedonic model was developed to examine spacial characteristics that affect a purchasing price of an apartment using a White Estimator. In particular, the paper aims to examine various effects of subway 7 construction on an apartment price in Seoul Metropolitan Area. As explanatory variables, an apartment size, distance to a closest subway station, distance to the Central Business District (CBD) of Seoul, the number of years after building, and a lagged variable of the apartment purchasing price were used. The lagged variable plays a role of representing a spatial weighted average of previous prices of other apartments that locate within 3 km from the apartment. For a precise study, an entire sample was divided into two sets, southern area and southwestern area of Seoul, and two different spatial hedonic models were estimated. Not only before and after analysis, but also with and without analysis were conducted to compare with different effects of the spatial characteristics of two areas. The results show that before the construction of the subway 7, the prices of the apartments in the southern area were more sensitive to the apartment size, the distance to a closest subway station, the distance to the CBD, and the prices of the other apartments locating within 3km rather than those in the southwestern area. After the construction, on contrast, it is found that the apartment purchasing prices in the southwestern area are more sensitive than those in the southern area due to people's expectation regarding a new development around the subway station. In addition, the prices of the apartments locating closely with a transfer station are more likely to go up by increase in the apartment size, the distance to the station, and the prices of the other apartments within 3 km. Compared with the negative effects of the distance to the station on the prices in the other models, the positive effect of the distance to the transfer station might be caused by the characteristics of commercial area in which people are not likely to live.

  • Generally, an electric railroad feeding system has many problems due to the different characteristics in contrast with a load of general three-phase AC electric power system. One of them is harmonics problem caused by the switching device existing in the feeding system, and moreover, the time-varying dynamic loads of rail way is inherently another cause to increase this harmonics problem. In Korea power systems, the electric railroad feeding system is directly supplied from the substation of KEPCO. Therefore, if voltages fluctuation or unbalanced voltages are created by the voltage and current distortion or voltage drop during operation, it affects directly the source of supply. The trainloads of electric railway system have non-periodic but iterative harmonic characteristics as operating condition, because the electric characteristic of the electric railroad feeding system is changed by physical conditions of the each trainload. According to the traditional study, the estimation of harmonics has been performed by deterministic way using the steady state data at the specific time. This method is easy to analyze harmonics, but it has limits in some cases which needs an assessment of dynamic load and reliability. Therefore, this paper proposes the probabilistic estimation method, moments matching method(MW) in order to overcome the drawback of deterministic method. In this paper, distributions for each harmonics are convolved to obtain the moments and cumulants of TDD(Total Demand Distortion), and this can be generalized for any number of trains. For the case study, the electric railway system of LAT(Intra Airport Transit) in Incheon International Airport is modeled using PSCAD/EMTDC dynamic simulator. The raw data of harmonics for the moments matching method is acquired from simulation of the LAT model.

폭약류의 철도수송에 따른 리스크 평가 (The Risk Analysis for the Rail Transport of Explosives)

  • 이 논문은 철도를 이용한 폭약류의 운송 시 사고위험을 정량적으로 제시하였다. 사고유형은 역내에서의 사고와 수송 중의 사고로 분류하였다. 그리고 각각의 유형에 따라 열차의 탈선사고와 충돌사고의 빈도를 통해 사고빈도의 초기 값을 제시하였으며 ETA(Event Tree Analysis)를 통하여 사고빈도의 결과를 도출하였다. 피해영향평가는 TNT Equivalent method과 Probit analysis method를 이용하였다. 리스크 평가 결과 인구밀도가 높은 지역을 통과하는 폭약류의 철도운송은 사고발생시 높은 인명피해를 야기 시킬 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 유류와 복합된 사고의 경우 대형 폭발사고로 이어질 리스크를 가진 것으로 예측되었다. 결론적으로 폭약류의 위험물 수송 시 인구밀도가 높아 피해영향이 높은 지역의 경유를 줄이고 또한 리스크를 경감시킬 수 있는 대책을 강구해 위험요소와 사고빈도를 줄 일 필요성이 있을 것이다.

두꺼운 디스크의 면외 진동 해석을 위한 준-해석적 환상 민드린 평판 요소 (Semi-analytical Annular Mindlin Plate Element for Out-of-plane Vibration Analysis of Thick Disks)

  • 이 논문은 두꺼운 디스크의 면외 고유 진동을 유한 요소법을 사용하여 회전 관성 및 횡 전단 변형의 효과를 포함하면서 단순하고 효율적으로 정밀하게 해석할 수 있는 새로운 준-해석적 환상 민드린 평판 요소를 제시한다. 환상 민드린 평판의 평형 방정식의 정확한 해인 정적 변형 모드를 사용하여 요소의 보간 함수, 강성 및 질량 행렬은 절 직경 수에 대하여 유도되며, 이와 같은 요소는 면외 강체 운동을 정확하게 표현할 수 있고 전단 잠김이 없다. 제시된 요소를 적용하여 동심 링으로 지지되거나 지지되지 않은 균일 디스크 및 다단 디스크의 고유진동수를 해석하고, 그 결과를 선행 연구의 이론적 결과 또는 2차원 쉘 요소를 사용하여 얻어진 유한요소 해석 결과와 비교하여 제시된 요소의 수렴성 및 정확성을 조사하였다.

  • Urban Transit Train Radio is Radio Communication system that is used official business as leading motive for train safety running among the train crew and the central control center and drive-caring-chamber on main line and branch line. This system is operated that organizes talking path on handset of terminal after the train crew receives audio and understands call voice on speaker of terminal at calling the train of the central control center. When the central control center calls the specific train uses all call radio form, the train crew doesn't recognize the call cause the train situation, noise and action as train control. So there is a delay response cause reset call at the central control center. This research discusses the management of subway radio system and describes the call the train system that recognize train call number of all-call used between the central control center and the train crew.

  • In this paper, we propose a Peak to Average power Ratio(PAR) reduction algorithm by using the Adaptive Block Coding(ABC). The problem of a PAR due to each sub-carrier overlap phenomenon in the OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) system causes the an increasing in the complexity of the A/D converter in the transmitter and a reduction in the efficiency of the amplifier. The proposed ABC algorithm selects the block coding which provides the lowest PAR value based on the various check bit position. It is shown that a PAR of the ABC algorithm can be reduced from 8.35dB to 6.02dB in 16 sub-carriers compared to theconventional block coding scheme. We also extended the ABC algorithm to a larger number of sub-carriers and estimated their PAR values.

  • A number of variables and environment are concerned for the basic design of train. The design of train ran be optimized by the ruining simulation. And using the simulation result the consuming energy, regenerating power, adhesion coefficient, train traction control capacity are respectable. Considering these variables and for more information operating time, operating period, standard velocity and limit speed, the all factors of train are optimized. The light-tail tram is mainly divided into linear motor train, road surface train, iron wheel train and rubber tire train, and the most profitable one for adhesion coefficient is rubber tire train and the train will be designed.

  • Wireless LAN technology is complementary to 3G systems and could be used to provide high bandwidth hotspot coverage, for example in railway stations and offices, in order to provide the high bandwidth video and broadband services such as those emerging on DSL fixed access. The IST Projects BRAIN and MIND have investigated a number of key technical enablers for such a system beyond 3G. These include scenarios and business models, design of an all-IP access network, consideration of ad hoc network extensions, enhancing Wireless LAN efficiency and compatibility with IP and, finally, terminal middleware and signalling for rapid adaptations to network QoS changes.

  • 스펙트럴요소법 (SEM)은 계산되는 행렬의 크기를 줄여 비용과 시간을 절감하면서 구조물의 동역학적 특성을 정확하게 알 수 있는 해석법이다. 본 연구에서는 변분법을 이용하여 양단에서 축 방향으로 장력을 받으며 같은 방향으로 이동하는 현을 스펙트럴요소법 (SEM) 을 이용하여 해석하였다. 또 결과의 정확도를 비교하기 위하여 스펙트럴요소법 (SEM)과 유한요소법 (FEM)과 엄밀해를 비교하였다. 그리고 현이 움직이는 속도와 양단에 작용하는 장력이 진동특성, 파동특성 그리고 정, 동적 안정성에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 연구하였다.

  • Rail defects(Corrugation, shelling, etc) are occurred by the Rail with wheel contact stress. Rail grinding is maintaining of optimal rail profile to use special rail grinding machine to remove rail defect. The benefits of rail grinding enforcement, improve track safety, improve track steering and rail life, improve ride comfort and reduce noise, etc. Actually when rail grinding plan apply to field track, we should consider a lot of function before determination, such as grinding method, grinding pass number, removing metal volume, etc. because each track has various characteristics. Therefore it is important that the determination of rail grinding strategy for optimum and economic before enforcement.
