  • The object of the present paper is to study 3-dimensional normal almost contact metric manifolds satisfying certain curvature conditions. Among others it is proved that a parallel symmetric (0, 2) tensor field in a 3-dimensional non-cosympletic normal almost contact metric manifold is a constant multiple of the associated metric tensor and there does not exist a non-zero parallel 2-form. Also we obtain some equivalent conditions on a 3-dimensional normal almost contact metric manifold and we prove that if a 3-dimensional normal almost contact metric manifold which is not a ${\beta}$-Sasakian manifold satisfies cyclic parallel Ricci tensor, then the manifold is a manifold of constant curvature. Finally we prove the existence of such a manifold by a concrete example.

  • This paper examines how one can build a block tridiagonal structure for k-almost normal matrices and also for k-almost conjugate normal matrices. We shall see that these representations are created by unitary similarity and unitary congruance transformations, respectively. It shall be proven that the orders of diagonal blocks are 1, k + 2, 2k + 3, ${\ldots}$, in both cases. Then these block tridiagonal structures shall be reviewed for the cases where the mentioned matrices satisfy in a second-degree polynomial. Finally, for these processes, algorithms are presented.

  • Nowadays there are over 1.6 billion web pages and it is hard to get necessary results that user wants. Most search engines allow you to search with logical form to get accurate results. However, normal users are not familiar to search information as logical form. Therefore, they search in natural language rather than in complicated logical form. In this paper there are some suggestions to improve quality of searching results, converting natural language input by the user into logical form which can able to use advanced search engine. Users tend to make short searches due to the 'Simplicity' which is one of the features of the search form. Therefore we suggest history retrieval method; advanced version of previous suggestion to provide convenience to the normal users. We had improvement on accuracy of the search results converting natural languages to logical form and also can contain every keyword without missing any keywords using searching methods on this paper. It is expected that these search methods will contribute to the development of search engines.

  • When the concrete is placed, the water, needed for hydration of the cement, is under 30% of W/C including bound and gel water. However, as minimum water content cause bad workability, the W/C have to be higher. Therefore, fresh concrete produce 10${\sim}$20% extra water. As those water remain entrapped air in the concrete, life of the structure is reduced because of the degradation caused by entrapped air. For that reason, if extra water is eliminated, it will be great to improve the durability of the structures. Therefore, this study was performed to verity the fundamental properties through the experiment on the dewatering system using the euro form for eliminating extra water. When the dewatering form was applicated, the compressive strength was increased by 16% than those of normal form. However, the increasing rate of compressive strength got lower as the height is higher. In terms of ultrasonic pulse speed and surface roughness, the dewatering form showed better results than the normal one.

  • According to the classification of dental arch form and the analysis of patterns of chewing movement, the patterns of chewing movement in each group were evaluated and compared with those of the normal group. Results were summarized as follows ; 1. Opening phase in chewing movement In the group which the maxillary second molar positionsbuccal side, the chewing patterns which have the Vertical Guide Openings in frontal plane, the Posterior Guide Openings in hjorizontal plane were observed. In the group which the maxillary premolars position lingual side, the chewing paterns which have the Protrusive Shift Openings in horizontal plane and sagittal plane were observed. 2. Closing phase in chewing movement. In each group except for the normal group, the chewing patterns which have the Concave Closure in frontal plane and in Horizontal plane were observed. In the group which the maxillary premolars position buccal side, the chewing patterns which have the Lateral Guide Closure in frontal plane and in horizontal plane, the Vertical Guide Closre in sagittal plane were observed: From the results, as the characteristics of the dental arch form have appeared in chewing movement, the close relationships were found between dental arch form and chewing movement. It is suggested that the evaluation of dental arch form is effective in the diagnosis of function of stomatognathic system.

  • The purpose of this study was to develop discriminant analysis models for predicting cervical normal/dysplasia case diagnoses using cytometric features derived from the digital image analysis of cell monolayers. The database consisted of 19 cases diagnosed either as normal (n=5), moderate dysplasia (n=7), severe dysplasia (n=7) on monolayer preparations. We studied the nuclear and cytoplasmic characteristics of cells in the normal, moderate dysplasia and severe dysplasia on cervical samples. The morphometric parameters selected for the analysis were nuclear/cytoplasmic ratio and the nuclear variations measured by image analysis on normal and precancerous lesions of cervical smears; several shape factors; area; perimeter; maximal, minimal and equivalent circle diameters. The results showed that the dysplasia samples exhibited changes in both cellular and nuclear form and size but lacked substantial differences in the tumor grades. The coefficient of nuclear variation is as follows to normal cell $21.8{\pm}3.2%$, moderate dysplasia $33.5{\pm}6.1%$, severe dysplasia $27.7{\pm}5.8$ of cervical smears.

  • A procedure is formulated, in this paper, to compute the bifurcation modes born by the stability change of normal modes, and to compute the forced responses associated with bifurcation modes in inertially and elastically coupled nonlinear oscillators. It is assumed that a saddle-loop is formed in Poincare map at the stability chage of normal modes. In order to test the validity of procedure, it is applied to one-to-one internal resonant systems in which the solutions are guaranteed within the order of a small perturbation parameter. The procedure is also applied to the exact system in which normal modes are written in exact form and the stability of normal modes can be exactly determined. In this system the stability change of normal modes occurs several times so that various types of bifurcation modes are created. A method is described to identify a fixed point on Poincare map as one of bifurcation modes. The limitations and advantage of proposed procedure are discussed.

  • Eclecticism had begun at 1820's and ended at the beginning of the 20c quoted historic and contemporary architecture. This trend is considered with architectural quotation and the meaning has the same text of the eclectic trend of Postmodernism, This study focuse on eclectic characteristics and have purposes of theoretical approaching to and formal analyzing to Contemporary Architecture. And it will be necessary to construct contemporary built environment for diversity of form Because expression of Architectural form by ecleticism is a method without experience designers can take architectural language by indirect experience of another worlds' architectural styles. Architectural form of Ecleticism has to be expressed by designer's own analysis when take a normal identity by creative principal of form-composition it will be a methodology of form composition and a prope necessity.

  • From the experimental study of Wire-Cut Electric Discharge Machining of STD-11 alloy steel and P-20 tungsten carbide, the characteristics such as hand drum form and discharge gap have been observed and evaluated for various conditions. Hand drum form can be improved when gap have been observed and evaluated for various conditions. Hand drum form can be improved when gap voltage and spark cycle become smaller, thickness become thinner, wire tension become larger and the no of cutting increases. When 60mm thickness tungsten carbide is cut in normal condition, hand drum form becomes larger due to the low conductivity machining allowance become slightly larger when peak discharge current and gap voltage become larger, or wire tension becomes smaller. Under the same condition, machining allowance of tungsten carbide is larger than alloyed steel by 1/100mm.

  • Given a set of data pxN$_{i}$, matrices X$_{i}$ observed from p-variate normal populations $\prod$$_{i}$~N($\mu$$_{I}$, $\Sigma$$_{i}$) for i=1, …, K, the test for equality form of the covariance matrices is to choose a hypothetical model which best explains the homogeneity/heterogeneity structure across the covariance matrices among the hypothesized class of models. This paper describes a test procedure for selecting the best model. The procedure is based on a synthesis of Bayesian and a cross-validation or sample reuse methodology that makes use of a one-at-a-time schema of observational omissions. Advantages of the test are argued on two grounds, and illustrative examples and simulation results are given.are given.
