대구지역 총 부유분진중 중금속 (Trace Metals of Ambient TSP in Daegu Area)

  • This study was carried out to characterize the behavior and sources of particulate trace metal in Daegu city. TSP (Total Suspended Particulate matter) was collected by filters on High Volume Air Sampler from the four areal (reference, residential, commercial, industrial area). The moult were analyzed by AAS after preliminary treatment. The average centration trend of trace metals contained in TSP was shown as follows : Fe > Cu > Pb > Mn > Ni > Cr > Cd. The trace metals showed the highest concentration in the industrial area. This study showed the seasonal variation of trace metals. Fe and Mn showed high concentration in spring, whereas Cr, Ni, Cd and Pb showed high concentration in winter. Also this study showed the regional variation of trace metals. The order of the average concentration of trace metals was : industrial > commercial > residential > reference area. Using Mn as a reference element, the enrichment factor analysis were used for identifying the trace element contributors. The enrichment factors of Cr, Fe < 10 were considered to have a significant dust and soil source and termed nonenriched. Pb, Cd, Cu >>10 were enriched and had a significant fraction which was contributed by anthropogenic sources.

  • In this paper, we studied the relation between using amount of Ferrite and electromagnetic wave absorbing properties of ferrite-rubber composite. The variation of using amount of Ferrite have been 52 wt.% ~ 62 wt.%. As s result, it has been shown that the electromagnetic wave absorbing properties of ferrite-rubber composite are related to the using amount of Ferrite in composite. And, we can control electromagnetic wave absorbing properties of ferrite-rubber composite by the control of using amount of Ferrite.

Ni-Fe/Co-Fe/Mn-Ir/Cu/buffer/Si 다층박막의 교환이방성에 관한 연구 (A study on the exchange anisotropy of Ni-Fe/Co-Fe/Mn-Ir/Cu/buffer/Si multialyers)

  • 본 실험에서는 D.C magnetron sputtering을 사용하여 Ni-Fe/Co-Fe/Mn-Ir/Cu/buffer/Si 다층박막의 교환이방성에 관하여 연구하였다. 일반적인 Ni-Fe/Mn-Ir/buffer(Cu)/Si의 다층박막 구조는 낮은 교환결합 자계에 의하여 강자성체를 완전히 고착시키지 못한다. 따라서 Ni-Fe/Mn-Ir/buffer/Si 다층박막의 $H_{ex}$를 증가시키기 위해 하지층으로 Cu/Ta을 사용하여 Mn-Ir막의 결정립 부피를 증가시키고 Ni-Fe.Mn-Ir계면에 Co-Fe을 삽입하여 반강자성체/강자성체 계면에서의 epitaxy 경향을 향상시켜 2배 이상의 $H_{ex}$의 증가를 얻을 수 있었다. 또한 ferromagnete/Mn-Ir/buffer/Si의 다층박막 구조에서는 Mn-Ir거 두께에 따른 He일 변화 거동은 Mn-Ir/ferromagnete/buffer/Si다층박막구조와는 다른데 이와 같은 이유는 적층순서에 따라서 반강자성체 결정립의 부피분포와 계면에서의 교환결합 에너지가 차이가 나기 때문인 것으로 사료된다.

연소법으로 합성한 LiNi1-yMyO2(M=Zn2+, Al3+, and Ti4+ 전기화학적 특성 (Electrochemical Properties of LiNi1-yMyO2(M=Zn2+, Al3+, and Ti4+ Synthesized by Combustion Method)

  • 산소분위기, $750^{\circ}C$서 36 h 동안 하소함으로써 연소법에 의해 $LiNi_{1-y}M_{y}O_{2}(M=Zn^{2+},\;Al^{3+},\;and\;Ti^{4+},\;0.000\{\le}y{\le}0.100)$를 합성하였다. 각 시료에 대해 XRD 분석, FE-SEM 관찰, 싸이클 수에 따른 방전 용량의 변화 조사가 행해졌다. $LiNi_{0.99}M_{0.01}O_{2}$ (M=Zn, Al, and Ti) 조성이 여러 조성 중에서 대체로 우수한 전기화학적 특성을 나타내었다. 결정성과 cation mixing의 평가에서 Zn을 치환한 경우 결정성이 나쁘게 나타났고 Ti를 치환한 경우 cation mixing이 크게 나타났으며, Al을 치환한 경우 결정성이 좋고 cation mixing이 적게 나타났다. Al을 치환한 경우 싸이클 특성이 개선되었다.

Ni-Tl-P합금피막을 이용한 수처리장치용 정전류소자의 개발 (Development of constant current device for using in the water treatment controller with Ni-Tl-P alloy deposits)

  • The electric resistance and constant current were investigated on the nickel-thallium-phosphorus alloy deposits by electroless-plating. The Ni-Tl-P alloy deposits were achieved with a bath using sodium hypophosphit as the reducing agent and sodium citrate as the comlexing agent. The basic plating solution is composed of 0.1M NiSO$_4$, 0.005${\sim}$0.0IM Tl$_2$S0$_4$, 0.1${\sim}$O.2M sodium hypophosphite and 0.02${\sim}$O.IM sodium citrate and the plating condition were pH 5${\sim}$6, temperrature 80$_4$90${\circ}$C. The results obtained are summarized as follows: 1) The crystal structure of deposit was amorphous structure as deposited state, became microcrystallized centering on Ni(111) plane by heat treatment at 200${\circ}$C, and grew as polycrystalline Ni, Ni$_3$P, Ni$_5$p$_2$,Tl, etc. by heat treatment higher than 350${\circ}$C. The grain size of plated deposits was grown up to 28.3~42.0nm by heat treatment for 1hour at 500${\circ}$C. 2) The electrical resistivity showed a comparatively high value of 192.5$_4$208.3 ${\mu}$${\Omega}$Cm and its thermal stability was great with resistivity value less than 0.22% in the thermal surroundings of 200${\circ}$C. 3) Ni-Tl-P alloy deposit showed such good constant current-making-effect in the variation of electric voltage, heat treatment temperature, and the composition of the deposit that it can be put to practical use as the matter of constant current device.

기계적 합금처리와 수소화물 형성·분해 싸이클링이 Mg의 수소 저장성질에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Mechanical Alloying and Hydriding-Dehydriding Cycling on the Hydrogen-Storage Properties of Mg)

  • 기계적으로 합금처리한 혼합물 속에 포함된 Mg의 수소 저장 성질의, 시료 내의 Ni의 중량 백분율에 따른 변화를 조사하였다. Ni 중량을 기준으로 한, Mg2Ni 상을 형성한 Ni의 중량 백분율은 Mg-10wt.%Ni 시료에서 가장 높다. 첫번째 수소화물 형성 싸이클에서, Mg의 수소화물 형성 속도에 미치는 기계적 합금처리의 효과는 Mg-25wt.%Ni 시료에서 가장 높다. 활성화 후에는, 기계적 합금처리와 수소화물 형성 분해 싸이클링이 Mg의 수소화물 형성 속도에 미치는 효과는 Mg-10wt.%Ni 시료에서 가장 높다. 충분한 수소화물 형성 분해 싸이클링 후에는 Mg의 수소 저장 용량에 미치는 효과는 Mg-10wt.%Ni에서 가장 높다. Mg의 수소화물 형성 속도와 분해 속도에 미치는 효과는 Mg-25wt.%Ni 시료에서 가장 높다. 시료 내에 포함된 Mg의 수소 저장 성질에 가장 좋은 효과를 가지고 있는 최적의 조성은 Mg-25wt.%Ni이고 그 다음이 Mg-10wt.%Ni이다. 기계적 합금 처리와 수소화물 형성 분해 싸이클링은, 활발한 핵 생성 자리 역할을 할 수 있는 많은 결함을 만들고, 비 표면적을 증가시켜 수소의 확산 거리를 짧게한다.

Fe-Ni Invar 합금에서 나노 결정립 성장이 열팽창계수에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Nano Grain Growth on Coefficient of Thermal Expansion in Electroplated Fe-Ni Invar Alloy)

  • The aim of this paper is to consider the effect of annealing on the coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) of electroplated Invar Fe-Ni alloy. The CTE of the as-electroplated alloy is lower than those of alloys annealed at $400^{\circ}C$ and $800^{\circ}C$. XRD peaks become sharper as the as-electroplated alloy is annealed, which means the grain growth. The average grain sizes of as-electroplated and as-annealed alloys at $400^{\circ}C$ and $800^{\circ}C$ are 10 nm, 70 nm, and $2{\mu}m$, respectively, as determined by TEM and EBSD analyses. The CTE variation for the various grain sizes after annealing may come from the magnetostriction effect, which generates strain due to changes in the magnetization state of the alloys. The thermal expansion coefficient is considered to be affected by nano grain size in electroplated Fe-Ni Invar alloys. As grain size decreases, ferromagnetic forces might change to paramagnetic forces. The effect of lattice vibration damping of nano grain boundaries could lead to the decrease of CTE.

고온에서의 형상기억복합재료의 비파괴평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on Nondestructive Evaluation of Share Memory Alloy Composite at High Temperature)

  • Tensile residual stress happen by difference of coefficients of thermal expansion between fiber and matrix is one of the serious problems in metal matrix composite(MMC). In this study, TiNi alloy fiber was used to solve the problem of the tensile residual stress as the reinforced material. TiNi alloy fiber improves the tensile strength of composite by occurring compressive residual stress in matrix using shape memory effect of it. Pre-strain was added to generate compressive residual stress inside TiNi/A16061 shape memory alloy(SMA) composite. It was also evaluated the effect of compressive residual stress corresponding to pre-strains variation and volume fraction of TiNi alloy. AE technique was used to clarify the microscopic damage behavior at high temperature and the effect of pre-strain difference of TiNi/A16061 SMA composite. In addition, two dimensional AE source location technique was applied to inspect the crack initiation and propagation in composite.
