Design of Next Generation Mobile Convergence Service Business Model (차세대 이동통신 컨버젼스 서비스를 위한 비즈니스 모델 개발)

  • In this paper, we proposed the next generation mobile convergence service business model creation methodology. In order to establish such a business model creation methodology framework, we first introduce the service model based on our previous research results on next generation mobile convergence services. The service model contains several components such as infrastructures, operations, and provision of services that are indispensible for providing the next generation mobile services. Finally, by adding service and value flows to the developed service model, we propose the next generation mobile services business model creation methodology. To achieve this objective, we first derive necessary components of business model including actors, their relationships, and roles. In addition, we propose service composition methodology for creating new mobile services and its corresponding business models.

  • A digital over current relay(OCR) is realized by using TMS320C32 microprocessor. Fourier Transform is used to obtain the phasor of a current signal and a 2nd low pass filter is adopted to prevent aliasing error. H/W test shows almost same results with those of the S/W test. It could be possible that confirm simularity between H/W and S/W test in this paper.

  • In this paper proposes a new algorithm of efficiency outage restoration using a outage load switching to a healthy MTR a fault occurrence at a MTR. In addtion, proposed algorithm includes a outage restoration method which keeps MTR optimal capacity with reorganization of distribution network in case it can not restore outage state loads caused by shortage of healthy MTR remain capacity. In case that proposed sequence still can not complete restoration, this paper suggests a efficiency outage restoration with objective function included priority in outage loads.

  • Output of wind generators are changed by windy level. The change of the output also affects the amplitude of fault current. And this fault current causes OCR's mal-operation. To solve the problem, this paper adopts that Over Current Relay adapted for Decentralized generator algorithm.

  • 병합 장치(Merging unit)는 계전용 IED로 측정된 전압 및 전류의 값을 A/D 변환한 샘플 값(Sampled values)을 전송하는 IED로써 실시간으로 통신을 하여야 하는 측면에서 해결해야 할 많은 요소를 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 병합 장치를 구현하면서 실시간으로 샘플 값을 전송하는 방법에 관한 고려해야 할 전송 요구사항, 네트워크 시간 지연, 네트워크 과부하 현상 등의 문제점들에 대해 실시간 통신 방안을 설명하였다.

  • The paper presets the improvements of MMI at the PROSET2000 correction program which is totally computerized system of the power system protection. The Base Form that is an open interface is developed to be able to compose the screen by reading the input screen from the database. It also is developed to be suitable for the environment of the Graphical User Interface instead of the DOS window when the users do the pannel settings. Program development in this paper is designed by Unified Modeling Language(UML) techniques.

  • In this paper, a protection system using Multi-Agent concept for power distribution network is proposed. Multi agent system consist of Feeder agent, OCR(Over Current Relay) agent, Recloser agent and Switch agent. An agent calculates and corrects its parameter by itself through communication with neighboring agents and its own intelligence algorithm. Simulations in a simple distribution network show the effectiveness of the suggested protection system. Multi-Agent System, protection of distribution network, Communication.

  • In this paper, in order to generator protection from a electrical fault was occurred while a generator is operated, principles of existing generator protection algorithm is examined and analyzed. and a new generator protection algorithm was developed. also, during a generator operation, Algorithm, an analysis for the basic principle of protective relay to general faults, was developed. This paper, generator was simple analyzed on the assumption that three-phase winding and observe the IEEE std.

  • PROSET2000 that is integrated protective management system had developed and used in order to automate the setting process of protective relays in transmission system protection. PROSET2000 have database for relay setting and automated for relay setting program within. This paper proposed PCM current differential relay setting program point of Object Oriented Programming paradigm using Unified Modeling Language about additional relay in PROSET2000. Nevertheless each relay uses same current differential but setting method is different. This paper discribed different thing about setting method of each relay and evaluated more effective and corrective relay setting program using UML.

  • This paper was studied on using data of the protective relay by Power Quality Monitor. The protective relay will have problem to save data for PQM(Power Qualify Monitoring) analysis because the protective relay memory is limited. So this paper was proposed new data compression of the data was get from the protective relay. The scheme is compared each cycle after DFT(Discrete Fourier Transform). And scheme is verified through simulation of protective relay data was from real distribution system.
