대학도서관의 차세대 OPAC 기능 수용 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Factors of the Next Generation OPAC Functionalities Adoption in Academic Libraries)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 대학도서관별 차세대 OPAC 기능 수용 현황을 파악하고, 기능의 수용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 고찰하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 차세대 OPAC 기능 27개로 구성된 체크리스트를 사용하여 191개 대학도서관 중 접속 가능한 181개 대학도서관의 OPAC을 조사하였다. 조사된 도서관의 차세대 OPAC 기능 수용은 SPSS Statistics 21을 사용하여 운영주체, 설치지역, 총예산, 장서량, 이용대상자수, 그리고 도서관자동화시스템 등의 변수와 상관관계를 분석하였다. 세부적인 기능 간에 약간의 차이가 있었지만 대학의 운영주체 변수를 제외한 모든 변수가 차세대 OPAC 기능의 수용에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 각 요인에 대한 세부적인 분석이 이루어졌다.

  • Power quality monitoring system is devoted to more concern than before, because the innovation of industrial technology needs more accurate instruments and more advanced power quality. Therefore, this paper is proposed to use digital protective relays for power quality monitoring. In addition, taking power quality events, Electrical magnetic phenomenon of IEEE std 1159, proposing that adaptive power quality event list consider limitation memory capacity and signal processing ability of protective relay. The prototype S/W of power quality analysis is also developed. Especially this prototype S/W analysis scheme is verified through many kinds of power quality events (gathering protective relay data) in EMTP simulation.

혁신기술수용 이후 : 차세대 서비스 업그레이드 의향에 대한 서비스 속성만족은 차원과 고객 충성도의 역할 (Post-Adoption Behavior : Role of Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty in the Next-Generation Service Upgrading)

  • Recently, most tech-based products are of multiple generations, since new-generation products are replacing the older ones as technologies continue to improve. Although, this means that research is needed to examine as much about the role of post-adoption behavior as the missing link between the adoptions of successive generation as first adoption of innovation, there is a dearth of literature explicitly examining consumers' post-adoption behavior, especially in the context of subscription-based service. For the subscription-based services, in spite of the important role of consumer satisfaction, research on the post-adoption behavior can not carefully examine the direct impact of consumer satisfaction on their decision to upgrade by considering usage instead of satisfaction as the missing link between buyers' first adoption and their next-generation adoption. This study identified two types of attribute satisfaction such as basic attribute and core attribute using both literature review and FGI (Focus Group Interview), and tries to investigate how two types of attribute satisfaction has influence on customers' intention to upgrade to the next-generation services. and a moderating role of customer loyalty between attribute satisfaction and intention. The empirical results show that core-attribute satisfaction has a negative influence on customers' intention to upgrade, due to the moderating role of customer loyalty, but it can raise their intention to upgrade next-generation services. However, basic-attribute satisfaction, on the other hand, appears to positively influence both customer loyalty and the intention to upgrade. We also find that the consumer attribute satisfaction is influenced by consumer innovativeness, her perception of service and the usage of each features' type in different ways. Finally, academic and practical implication is made, limitation is clarified and a direction for further studies is suggested.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the form and space of superstructure and to present the characteristics of design innovation and space planning in cruise ships. The exterior design styling and interior space design are induced on the important design concept in cruise ships. The scale and structural daring of the past mega ship and next generation concept is being injected into the current cruise ship design.

  • Technology evaluation is one of the key issues in discussions on the development of evaluation methods. This paper deals with some methods for the evaluation of new energy technologies, which were appraised by MAUT from various outlooks: economics, environment, and resource saving. MAUT is considered to be the proper method for evaluating the next generation energy technology, since it can evaluate alternatives that comprise basic criteria. This paper analyzes a priority order of 13 new energy technologies selected by groups of energy technology experts through two steps. Converted utility technology shows the highest value in economics.

  • Because, next generation web, semantic web consists of documents with semantic information, it enables computer interpret the contents of the documents, so that the information retrieval, interpretation and integration can be automated. The web documents with the semantic information may be made in ontology. In this paper, collaborative approach among the ontology design techniques is more excellent than the other techniques because it design the ontology through continuous evaluations and modification in terms of multiple views. So, we propose the process of designing and implementing the ontology for specific domain, which is Yeomigi tour place. Delphi technique, that is a kind of collaborative approach, is used when the ontology is designed.

혁신채택 및 확산이론의 통신방송융합(위성DMB) 서비스 수요추정 응용 (Applications of Innovation Adoption and Diffusion Theory to Demand Estimation for Communications and Media Converging (DMB) Services)

  • This study examines market acceptance for DMB service, one of the touted new business models in Korea's next-generation mobile communications service market, using adoption end diffusion of innovation as the theoretical framework. Market acceptance for DMB service was assessed by predicting the demand for the service using the Bass model, and the demand variability over time was then analyzed by integrating the innovation adoption model proposed by Rogers (2003). In our estimation of the Bass model, we derived the coefficient of innovation and coefficient of imitation, using actual diffusion data from the mobile telephone service market. The maximum number of subscribers was estimated based on the result of a survey on satellite DMB service. Furthermore, to test the difference in diffusion pattern between mobile phone service and satellite DMB service, we reorganized the demand data along the diffusion timeline according to Rogers' innovation adoption model, using the responses by survey subjects concerning their respective projected time of adoption. The comparison of the two demand prediction models revealed that diffusion for both took place forming a classical S-curve. Concerning variability in demand for DMB service, our findings, much in agreement with Rogers' view, indicated that demand was highly variable over time and depending on the adopter group. In distinguishing adopters into different groups by time of adoption of innovation, we found that income and lifestyle (opinion leadership, novelty seeking tendency and independent decision-making) were variables with measurable impact. Among the managerial variables, price of reception device, contents type, subscription fees were the variables resulting in statistically significant differences. This study, as an attempt to measure the market acceptance for satellite DMB service, a leading next-generation mobile communications service product, stands out from related studies in that it estimates the nature and level of acceptance for specific customer categories, using theories of innovation adoption and diffusion and based on the result of a survey conducted through one-to-one interviews. The authors of this paper believe that the theoretical framework elaborated in this study and its findings can be fruitfully reused in future attempts to predict demand for new mobile communications service products.

Creation of System Dynamics in an Uncertain and Complex Market: The Case of Korea's Evolving Biopharmaceutical Industry

  • This article explores the historical evolutionary process of the biopharmaceutical industry of Korea, and how intentional and unintentional policy interventions have triggered the creation of the industry's system dynamics and paved the way for the generation of a few global leading products, including biosimilar, as well as next-generation therapeutics of gene and cell. The policies cover the simple technology transfer of API synthesis to overcome the endemic parasitic disease, new substance patent adoption and new drug development consortia, human resource development, various national initiatives influenced by the Human Genome Project, and venture promotion schemes. The scope and implementation tools under these policies have been aligned and refined to transform traditional fine chemical-based pharmaceuticals, to stimulate large companies' participation and to create technology-based venture companies in the biopharma business of Korea.

  • 본 연구는 기록관리 현장의 전자기록관리영역의 문제를 확인하고 IT신기술의 도입으로 인해 급변하고 있는 기록 생산 및 관리 환경의 변화에 조응할 수 있는 새로운 전자기록관리체계의 설계를 위해 과제를 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 새로운 정부의 기록관리 혁신에 맞추어 프로세스, 시스템, 인프라 모든 영역에서 이전과는 다른 차세대 기록관리 개념 설계가 이루어져야 하는 시기이다. 이러한 관점에서 차세대 기록관리의 가치와 지향이 어떠해야 하는지 방향성을 도출하고 이에 따라 프로세스, 시스템, 인프라 영역의 문제를 확인하고 과제화하였다.
