A study on the structural change in the U.S. textile industry. The U.S. textile industry has undergone significant changes over the last fifty years, including a steady decline in the relative scale of domestic production, employment reduction, and increased competition from imported products. In order to weather a crisis, the responses of the U.S. textile industry have been made such as investment in technology, specalization in the textile and apparel industries. The textile and apparel industries have taken steps to increase labor productivity through automations to speed management to create and introduce new products and new methods, and have lowered indirect overhead costs. Regarding these response of the U.S. and other situation of world textile and apparel trade market, much of the sense of crisis that pervades korean textile and apparel industries has to do with the problem of adjusting corporate policy.

This paper intends to analyze the roles of regulations and certifications within the construction market that affect the effective recycling and application methods of construction waterproofing industries. Certifications, eco-labels, green certification patents, and new excellent technologies obtained in construction waterproofing industries are studied. In accordance to the study results, it was determined that, a total of 38 items obtained eco-labels with effective recycling as the theme, 10 items with green certifications, and 8 items with New Excellent Technologies.

The purpose of the research is to explore the development of Beijing fashion industry in the wave of the world-wide creative industries. Two methods are used in this study: discourse analysis and case study. As a form of modern economy, creative industries are the core of originality and intellectual property. It works to develop and use knowledge resource to produce endless new products and new markets, thereby promoting economic and social development. Beijing local garment enterprises should base on the Government's policies and support, creative talent and high technology to cultivate the local fashion brands with the international competition to achieve the clothing industrial upgrading and the building of Beijing as the world-wide fashion capital.

A new method is proposed for tracking the optimum points in nonstationary problem via genetic search. Cache Pool to save the past genetic informations is added to population in search using Sexual Reproduction Genetic Algorithm(SRGA). In Cache Pool, elite chromosomes from population are accumulated. A best Individual is made up from these chromosomes in varying environment and inserted into the newly reproduced population every generation. Experimental results indicate changing global optima are accurately identified and followed.

Although there has been numerous attempts to facilitate software development education in universities and colleges, software industries complain more than ever especially for the quality of university major graduate. In consequence, industries recruit experienced software engineers more and more and only a few new university major get satisfaction in the job market. In order to minimize the different viewpoints between industries and universities, we conduct job group analysis to define a technical map of software industries and have surveys to verify the feasibility of the map and consisting component techniques. Then, we propose a standard three-year curriculum for the college level.

The Development of A.C. Induction Motor for Railway Rolling Stock. The traction motor is designed as 4-pole induction motor with self ventilation. The winding insulation is throughout of materials of class C. The rotor is designed as a squrrel rotor with copper bar and casting. The rotor speed is detected by means of a pulse generator. The newer tection motor have no casting(frame). Punched-in holes make up the air duct and transfer the heat losses in complete. Maximim motor rpm is higher due to rotor construction. New is the entry of water-cooled traction motors in urban, However the water cooling design in - unfortunately - not applicable in traction motor.

최근 국내 게임 시장이 12조원을 육박하고 있는 시장 현황에서 게임 매출 부분에서 게임내 어떤 과금정책을 적용할 것인지가 가장 중요한 요소이다. 시중에 출시된 게임 중에서는 P2W 모델이 접하기 쉬운 모델이긴 하지만 최근에는 B2P 모델을 많이 적용하고 있는 과금정책이다. 본 논문에서는 온라인 게임 내 P2W의 과금 모델과 B2P의 과금 모델의 선호도를 조사한다. 그리고 본 논문에서 새롭게 명명한 T2H 모델의 선호도를 조사하여 어떠한 과금 모델이 게임시장에서 더 유리하고 선호도가 높은 모델인지를 제시한다.

This paper presents the design of DC protection Relay for Light Rail Transit system, which is very beginning product in domestic. Protection Function characteristic, principle and I/O interface including interlock signal has been introduced. The protection algorithm and EMC characteristics have been certified by official organization and Type test report has been introduced. Up to date in domestic, the test procedure for DC Protection relay hasn't been established so the new method and test equipment based on IEC regulations are proposed. Finally the product will be proved based on field test.

Digital technologies are required to reduce to events due to human fails clarified existing nuclear power plant. When we are trying to retrofit control rod control system from analog system to digital one, new communication network and controller is required to be constructed. In this paper, we are going to introduce experience in developing economic and reliable control rod control system construction. this proposed system consists of redundant POS, communication network, and controller to provide enhance reliability and safety.
